Best of the Best, Look no further if you expect the best!
If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would. We were blown away by what Mara and her team was able to create and execute for us.
We are beyond grateful to have had Mara and her team as our wedding planner. From the very first meeting, it was clear that we were in the hands of a seasoned expert who truly cared about making our wedding more than we could have ever dream of and imagined.
Mara invested a great deal of time and talent guiding us through every step of the planning. Her organization, warmth, professionalism, creativity and incredible eye for detail shined throughout every aspect. Mara and her team helped us create and revise a vision that reflected our personalities and style perfectly, additionally, she kept us on track and more importantly, kept us calm and collected when we applied stress to ourselves about our wedding.
Mara has a massive network and connections with the best vendors. She knew what we wanted and provided many options for top notch vendors and in the end, she knew what vendors we would choose, even before we did. Absolutely no detail was overlooked and our entire wedding weekend ran smoother than I could have imagined, which was a large undertaking with over 5 events in 3 days. All the vendors that worked our wedding all said that Mara is the best and they love working with her. We even brought in our own photographers who haven't worked with Mara and Fuse before, at our farewell brunch, they told me she was incredible to work with and wished more wedding planners were like her.
On our wedding day, it was magical. Mara made things happen that we were told could not happen. There was no challenge too small or large that she wasn't ready to tackle and overcome to make our ceremony (and location) simply amazing. The decor, the flow of the ceremony and entire ambiance was more than stunning.
We have been told by many many guests this was the best wedding they have ever attended and will be the best wedding they will ever attend in the lives. We owe all that credit to Mara and her incredible team.
Throughout the entire weekend, someone from Mara's team was always making sure I had what I need and they were always available for anything I asked for. This was above and beyond what our expectation was.
Mara's emotional intelligence is one of her greatest strengths. She knows how to get the best out of people. Combined with that and her passion, creativity and organization we felt honored to be able to leverage her talents to make our wedding unforgettable.
If you are looking for the Best of the Best, look no further than Mara and the Fuse team. It was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding.

After talking with numerous wedding planners, none of whom wowed us, we knew that Mara was the one from our very first phone call. She immediately struck us as someone who was sharp, caring, capable, and would tell us exactly what we needed to hear. All of this turned out to be exactly right as we worked with Mara to plan our dream wedding in Park City, and we can’t recommend Mara and the entire team at Fuse highly enough! We didn’t have a lot of time to put into planning a wedding, and we felt completely at ease putting our special day in Mara’s hands. She shared her top vendors in every category so we didn’t have to spend time doing huge amounts of our own research, but knew we would still be getting the best. Mara was responsive and patient with our many (slightly obsessive) questions. And of course, on the wedding day, I felt a tremendous sense of calm knowing the Fuse team was in control. Even when it started hailing an hour before our outdoor ceremony, Mara helped keep us calm, giving us facts and her recommendation, but never pushing anything. And of course we have to give a huge shoutout to Crystal, who was so wonderful to work with, so quick to respond to our many emails, and an incredibly calming and warm presence throughout the entire wedding day, always checking to make sure - first and foremost - that we were taken care of and having a good time. We are so grateful to the Fuse team for helping us to have the day of our dreams, and truly make the wedding planning experience so fun!! -

Not only did she bring a wealth of experience and high attention to detail in everything she did, but she really took the time to get to know us and helped us developed a unique and special vision for our big day. FUSE was exceptional! Because of Mara and her team I was CONFIDENT that nothing would be forgotten. I was CALM because I knew they would take care of the small details. Mara and her team are amazing!! They planned my daughter’s wedding and rehearsal dinner and everything was just as we wanted it. Mara is very detail oriented and made sure everything was taken care professionally and beautifully! They also bring an element of elegance to your event. Our wedding was truly a magical evening. I would highly recommend FUSE and Mara to handle all your event needs. -

My 24 year daughter decided to get married in January 2019 in Salt Lake City. My wife had recently passed away and I was traveling 5 days a week. I felt a lot of both daughter expectations and stress surrounding how I was going to do my share in helping plan a spectacular wedding for my beautiful daughter and my soon-to-be son-in-law.
I checked with 2 friends that both suggested Fuse Weddings and Events. I sat down with Mara and immediately felt comfortable that I could both turn over the reins completely and, secondly, that things would be done with the utmost detail and quality. Mara is a highly driven, articulate, and detailed planner. She is one of those people that just exudes success.
She developed a detailed plan that we followed, picking everything on schedule and watching the wedding plan take shape. She is a good manager and keeps people in-line, on-time through experience and a sometimes needed push. The wedding was perfect and a huge success!! I recommend her group highly! -

My husband and I worked with Mara and the FUSE team this past year and a half and could not have been happier. They were able to pull off a 300+ wedding with no issues at all. I told Mara an idea of what I wanted and she totally nailed it. An all white wedding that had the big wedding feeling but still intimate and romantic. As someone who has a very demanding job working around the clock, I didn’t have time to go through tons of options. She narrowed everything down so it was easy for me to decide and still have what I wanted, if not better. I trusted her to make the right choices for me and that’s exactly what she did. My wedding turned out even better than I had visualized because she had ideas that no one in my circle had even thought of. She made the process of planning a wedding stress-free and smooth. Even when it snowed on my outdoor ceremony, she kept me calm. It takes a special kind of person to do what she and her team did for us. -

It was the best day!!!!
We were associated with FUSE due to my daughters wedding venue at Salt Lake Hardware building, wedding on December 29, 2018. Our planning, ideas and coordination thru Fuse, resulted in a flawless wedding day. Mara, Mercedes, Kandace, Roxanne manage to balance excited brides and family with the same who can turn to anxiety and frustration (that’s got to be a juggling act:). Thank you so much for being a part of Ashley and Caleb’s day and for putting up with both our happy and crazy. -

They took care of every little detail and they were right there with me throughout the entire wedding planning/wedding day process! If I ever got stressed out or worried about a wedding detail all I needed to do was call Mara and she would reassure me and take care of everything! Mara has an amazing fashion sense and all of her suggestions were perfect! Mara definitely understood the vision that we had for our wedding and helped to make that vision come true. I have no idea what I would have done without her! Our Wedding was Gorgeous and I have heard nothing but rants and raves about how our wedding was the most beautiful wedding that anyone had ever attended and how everything from decor to food was fantastic! She is definitely the Best Wedding Planner in Utah and I would trust her and her team with any wedding or event. I interviewed other wedding planners before Mara but they all seemed to busy to even shoot me an e-mail and after meeting with Mara I knew she was different and that she would be a perfect fit! She made me feel as if my event was the only event she was planning ( even though she was crazy busy : ) ) Mara would go out of her way to make sure that things were coming along perfectly or to just touch base with me. Events By LMG is run by a team true professionals who make you feel like celebrity when planning your wedding. Thank You So Much Mara! You helped to make my day Perfect! It was a dream come true! -

I was planning a somewhat "destination" wedding in Salt Lake (I grew up in Utah but had not lived in the state for years and my family was not there anymore either). I hired an LA-based wedding planner 10 months before my wedding because I had seen her work in the media and was very impressed, she also assured me that she was excited to do a wedding in Utah and that she could work in my budget.
Fast forward to two weeks prior to my wedding and I was in a panic. My wedding was not my own (it was my planners' vision) and my budget was doubled. I then made the best decision I made with my wedding (besides my husband and photographer!) and fired my previous planner. Enter Mara. . .
Twelve days before my wedding she swooped in and fixed everything! She returned my wedding back to it's original vision and made it even more amazing than I could imagine. She secured chairs, linens, a dance floor, lighting, paper products, lounge furniture and numerous other things within ten days of the wedding and kept us within a few thousand dollars of the original budget. She has a network of amazing vendors and they came through beautifully. Mara was the consummate professional throughout the process. She was appropriately kind (in light of the situation!), but also no-nonsense because we needed to get things done quickly. Wedding day was a breeze thanks to her. She kept everything and everyone on time. She anticipated all of our needs and took care of all the little hiccups without blinking an eye or letting us be any the wiser!
All in all I can't sing her praises enough! Mara is amazing at her job and your wedding will be incredible if you let her be a part of it. I feel so lucky to be one of "her" brides and my only regret is that I didn't hire her in the beginning!
