Amazing Floral Art Creation!!!

I recently received a Flower arrangement from my son in Austin, Texas for Mother’s Day from Fort Myers Floral Express!! I was Totally Taken by Surprise when the Gentleman who delivered them to me rang the doorbell. When I opened the front door I just sobbed. I have never received a more Beautiful Floral Arrangement in My Life!! And Coming from my Son was another Total Surprise!! Whomever created this arrangement did an Amazing Job!! Thank you!! And to the Gentleman who so kindly Reached out and hugged this sobbing Momma……I will never forget your Thoughtfulness. May God Bless You for Your Kindness😊

Ft Myers Express Floral did a wonderful job of putting together our floral arrangements for centerpieces and bouquets! Very reasonably priced, and worth every penny! The flowers were beautiful, and they lasted well over a week past our wedding! They were very flexible with us in terms of coordination and helping us to achieve our vision for the floral arrangements: we supplied them with lanterns that we desired for our centerpieces and they happily took the idea an ran with it, and produced exactly what we were looking for! They were a pleasure to work with the entire time, and I would highly recommend their services to any couple!

Absolutely the best flower shop in Fort Myers!
I came to them 5 days before my wedding because the florist I'd originally hired flaked less than a week before the wedding. Express Floral managed to put together all of the bouquets and centerpieces with hardly enough time to even order the flowers, but everything looked beautiful! I received so many compliments on the flowers, no one could tell they were rushed together last minute.
The staff is very kind and considerate, and were so eager to help me out of the situation I was in and to make my wedding day perfect... And they did exactly that!

We checked out several different florist in the Ft Myers area. We went with Ft Myers Express Florist because of her experiences! She was very honest and led us in the right direction. We showed her a picture of the centerpieces that I wanted and on the day of the wedding, our centerpeices were identical to the picture. We were so pleased with this Florist!!!

I was incredibly impressed with this florist!! It was recommended by our venue that we use them and since I was from out of town I thought I'd try them out. They were great at communicating with us. They explained everything thoroughly. The day of the wedding, they came and delivered everything on time and I was blown away by the arrangements. They were beyond my expectations. So beautiful and I can't tell you how impressed we were! I would definitely use them again in the future! Fabulous job!

Ft. Myers Xpress floral was great! I met with them several times and even changed what kind of flowers I wantd. Everything came out perfectly and looked just how I wanted it to! My dad picked up the flowers the day of and they pack everything very nicely in a box that makes it very easy to quickly pick up. Everything was great!

Since I had a destination wedding, i dealt with Xpress floral via picking my bouquet online and on the phone. The woman I spoke with was very nice and my bouquet was exactly what was presented online. In addition, my husband's boutinierre was an exact match as promised. When I received my bouquet, i was very impressed and EXTREMELY happy!!! All the flowers were fresh and lovely, perfect for a beach wedding!

I worked with John for our wedding and he was awesome. He always responded quickly to any e-mail I had and was willing to meet with me any time to make any changes to our plan (which happened quite frequently). John was full of suggestions and also understood that I didn't want over kill on the flowers at the ceremony. He was totally okay with customizing a package specifically for me. The company was extremely friendly and flexible with us and the flowers were delivered on time the day of. I do not have one bad thing to say about them. Great company.

We looked at other vendors but when we saw Ft. Myers Express Flowers' creation, we were awed by their sophisticated designs. They can go from grand to simple yet the element of elegance is there. They were very flexible and ensured they met my expectation. My bridal bouquet were pure calla lilies - perfectly designed. The centerpieces were so lovely paired with a bamboo candle holder!

We will definitely contract them again on our 5th, 10th, ruby, silver and even our golden anniversary, God's will.

Thank you so much for making our day very, very special. You guys rock!

I had a winter wonderland themed wedding and I wanted my bouquet to match the theme of course. I didn't want any flowers in my bouquet, just lots of greenery, pine cones and berries. I gave this florist a picture I found on Pinterest and they exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love my bouquet. I cried when I first saw it. Yes I know the typical Bride tears, it was absolutely gorgeous!

I highly recommend using this florist for your wedding.

I had fort myers express floral use their creativity for my bridesmaids bouquets and the boutineers. They went beyond my expectations and created some beautiful arrangements! I just told them the colors I wanted, and couldn't have asked for a better choice of flowers. They delivered to my hotel in marco island the night before my wedding. Everything was perfect.

Amazing!!!! I would highly recommend this service to anyone. The flowers were beautiful! They took care of everything, they decorated our center pieces, made the tables look amazing!!! They were early with the delivery, and I can honestly say when I walked into the room I was blown away with the flowers! The detail was unbelievable! Would use them again!!! My husband has used them before, and everytime Im in shock at what they can do with a flower arrangement!!!!

I loved this florist! They were a bit further than other florists but less expensive. I explained what I wanted and what my budget was. John made sure that I stuck to it. He didn't try to push it or go over. I made a few last minute changes and John was very understanding. The day before my wedding I did not have enough crystal bowls to hold the centerpieces as we had originally discussed. John showed me some wooden ones that ended up being even better than what I originally had in mind. They complemented my Rustic Chic theme perfectly and were gorgeous! I was so happy with this florist.

I had the pleasure of working with Fort Myers Express Floral for my wedding on April 26, 2013. I had worked with them several times before when colleagues had babies, or had illnesses, and have referred them to many others! When I got engaged, I was so excited to go in and sit down with John and talk about my ideas. He ran with the photos I brought, and the descriptions I gave, and I was so blown away by my flowers when I saw them. They were everything I wanted, and more! My photographer asked me if she could use some of the photos of the flowers on her website, and in her promos, and I was happy to agree - even though I wanted the rest of our wedding photos to be un-posted. These were just too pretty not to share! I work with this Florist any chance I get, and they are amazing, accommodating, and beautiful and unique - I can't speak any higher of them - and if you're getting married you'd do well to use them - they well exceed your expectations! Fort Myers Express Floral did an incredible job with the flowers at my wedding - they exceeded my expectations! Everything they did was stunning. And they are easy to work with. They sit down with you and want to know all about your wedding (concept, colors, etc.) to make sure the flowers compliment your day. Last year July 18th was our 25th wedding anniversary. I contacted Fort Myers Express Floral and ordered my flowers from John Mudgett who helped me pick the flowers that he thought I would like because I had no idea what to do. I told him I trusted him and surprise me. When we went down to the dinning room I was in awe at how beautiful the flowers were. We had 55 people for dinner and they all commented on how beautiful they were. His professionalism and working with me was so easy and took the stress from me. I would recommend Express Floral to anyone.

When my son married on June 22nd I gave my daughter in law their number and she spoke with John. She had tattoos on her arm that she wanted the colors of the tattoo for her flowers. Again they came through with flying colors. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Everyone that came through the line commented on how beautiful the flowers were and how vibrant the colors were. Thanks again John and Fort Myers Express Floral for an awesome job. You have my business for life.

John is a floral/design genius! I brought in my own mercury glass vases and candle holders (all different shapes and sizes) and he put them into groupings that were beautiful together. Also, my flowers were fresh and exactly what we had discussed. I felt that they were very affordable, especially with how many flowers we had. There were no surprises and he did exactly what he said he was going to do. I'm so thankful for Christine at the Burroughs Home for recommending John at Fort Myers Express Floral.

Ft. Myers Express made beautiful bouquets for my bridesmaids and for me. He really listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out all of the flowers. He was very nice and I changed my mind a few times and he was always willing to accommodate and never once complained. I also had him put one red rose in with my white bouquet (in memory of my mother) and he made it look so soft and beautiful.

I worked mainly with John and found him to be lovely. I had had several bad experiences with vendors at that point, and when I first met with him it was a bit late in the game. He was extremely patient, heard out my ideas and was extremely encouraging. He didn't scoff at my budget and promised flexibility and quality. I really enjoyed hearing his feedback as he is very engaging. He helped me to find a happy medium between fabulous and frugal. My flowers really turned out beautifully, he did a great job utilizing my hand decorated vases.

Worked with John for an arrangement for our Marriott Hotel booth at the Bridal show held at Germaine Arena Sunday August 18th. The arrangement was above and beyond, let Jorge, the designer, have free reign, the result was
awesome. They delivered it to our table at the show and checked with us to make sure the we were happy with the arrangement. It made a dramatic statement to for our booth and we had several brides comment most favorably on it . Fort Myers Express Floral is our preferred vendor at our hotels..... We recommend them often as they do a great job, every time!

The company provided us the flowers, but my husbands cousin made the bouquets. The flowers were beautiful we had red, yellow and orange daisies. The staff was friendly, and professional. I would get flowers from there again.

Kim was very patient with us during the decision making process and very accommodating, when it came to many people contributing to our cost and how to contact them all. We gave her our budget and our Pinterst pictures, then made it happen. Great at suggesting cost saving alternatives!

I absolutely loved all my flowers from the bouquets, to alter arrangements and table centerpieces they were everything I imagined them to be. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. My only issue is that during our photos two of the tops fell completely off the bouquets, which made some photos more challenging, I wish they had secured them better!

We met with John from Fort Myers Express Floral a few months before our wedding. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and we thought the value was very good. The only thing we weren't thrilled about was that John was on vacation the week of our wedding so someone else actually put together the bouquets and boutonnieres. Otherwise, everything was great. They did a really good job particularly with helping me to find a bouquet I loved, in my price range. They also did a good job giving my husband the rose he wanted for his boutonnier and helping to make it stand out by adding a little something extra.

Xpress florist has the most beautiful flowers. They were very kind and worked well with our budget. The only problem was that they didn't make the cascading bridal bouquet as requested. But they did offer a complimentary flower arrangement to make up for the error. The staff were very friendly and the bouquests were beautiful.

We are recently married, I sent my sister in law to pick up the flowers the day of the wedding and everything looked perfect except the petals. Our colors were charcoal and blush pink and I ordered pink and white petals, somehow I ended up with orange and yellow petals. My sister in law explained to them that the order was not correct and she was told that those were the petals I ordered. I called and verified my order three times before my wedding date and each time the petals were accurate i'm not quite sure what happened the day of. Other than that the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres were nice and i'm thankful they were correct.

My wedding day had only one flaw which was due to the florist. My photographer showed up as scheduled for pre ceremony pictures but my florist Gina was nowhere in sight with my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets. Also the groom and groomsmen did not have their boutineeres in time either for pre ceremony pics. So now I have professional pictures with no boutineeres on the men and no flowers for the women. Not what I planned. The second flaw was due to the fact that when she finally did show up with the bouquets which was 10 minutes before the ceremony the flowers in my (brides) bouquet were dead and I was highly insulted to be given this bouquet right before my ceremony. I had several in person meetings with the florist for months before the wedding showing a picture everytime of how i wanted my bouquet to look and was told not to worry it will be fine and what a disappointment to be handed a bouquet of dead flowers. My bridesmaids bouquets were nicer than mine. So now I had to delay my ceremony for almost 15 minutes waiting for a new bouquet to be put together of a design I had not envisioned walking down the aisle with. Lastly my toss bouquet was as light as a feather with maybe two flowers in it and I could not even throw it across the room for the girls to catch. How embarrasing! And to top it off the florist just snuck out of the venue and never apoligized for their procrastination in getting the flowers to me in time and for the dead bouquet. That annoyed me the most after hearing months of promises that everything will go smoothly on their end, knowing how particular I was about the flowers. And then not even an apology of any kind. The rest of the flowers and centerpieces and decor was beautiful but the professionalism was very poor.

I was delighted with Express Floral and Gifts until the day of my wedding, when I arrived at my reception and the flowers there were NOT the ones I had selected! The people at Express were kind, but when it came to the day, they simply did not deliver. I was disappointed, even though the flowers I ended up with at the reception were lovely. They simply were not what I had ordered or was expecting.

This does not pertain to wedding flowers but it does pertain to services rendered or failure to do so in a timely fashion. My husband ordered flowers from 1800flowers they contract local florists in this case Express Floral was used to fill my husband order that was placed on 2/6/2018 to be delivered on 2/14/2018. The order never came nor was it delivered by the end of business. At 6:30pm my husband requested a refund from 1800flowers due to the local vender not fulfilling the order. At this point the VP of customer relations contacted Express Floral and ordered a bouquet to be delivered on 2/16/2018. Well to my surprise I got flowers on 2/15/2018 at 3pm well an hour later a gentleman comes back stating that he needs my flowers back due to none payment. It turns out that 1800flowers did not get a confirmation of delivery and the shop owner told the VP they couldn’t deliver on 2/16/2018, so at 3:45pm the VP canceled the order. Thus the repo florists came back to repo my flowers. So instead of telling the VP that the flowers had already been delivered and request payment at 3:45pm at 4:00pm they decide to come harass me at my place of business. The guy was rude to my husband while talking to him on the phone and overall it was a terrible experience. I was completely disappointed with the service that I received from Ft. Myers Express Floral. Not only did Kim write down the wrong flowers for my wedding..twice, but then she tried to blame me for the mistake. I paid in full for my wedding flowers in February for my October wedding. They waited until 2 weeks before my wedding to tell me they miscalculated my total, and I owed them more money. Kim said my budget was none of their concern. After double checking the details, I got another call telling me that I had chosen pink flowers for my bouquets, that were supposed to be blue, which I had not. I showed up the day of my wedding, and everything was wrong. Kim had not listened to anything I told her. John then asked me if I was this screwed up with all my wedding planning. I would not recommend this vendor at all. Attention to detail and customer service is ZERO!
