  Talented & Organized

  We worked with Jim at Fruit Tree Studios to capture our dream wedding video. Throughout the entire process, Jim was so great to work with. In fact, I think he was the most organized and thorough vendor we worked with for the entire wedding process. I'm so pleased with our final video result and will cherish it forever. If you're going back and forth on whether or not you want a videographer, DO IT. It's so worth it to have video in addition to photo!

  We worked with Jim at Fruit Tree Studios to capture our dream wedding video. Throughout the entire process, Jim was so great to work with. In fact, I think he was the most organized and thorough vendor we worked with for the entire wedding process. I'm so pleased with our final video result and will cherish it forever. If you're going back and forth on whether or not you want a videographer, DO IT. It's so worth it to have video in addition to photo!

  Personalization At It’s Best

  My husband and I ultimately chose Fruit Tree Studios because of the amount of audio their work includes. Videography is so special because it captures treasured moments in live action, but Jim and his team go a step further to capture voices and audible emotion that are hidden to the average video that’s played with a hit track playing over the top of it. Watching our video is like stepping into a time machine. We get to watch our day from an outside view, but get to hear the familiar words and sounds that we heard that day. Jim’s personalized work is a reflection of his attitude towards his bride and grooms. He wasn’t just someone we paid to capture our day on video. He was someone that got to know us as individuals and as a couple. He took it personal. And that’s priceless.

  Highly recommend!! Top-notch videographer.

  We weren't initially sure we wanted a videographer, but after a few older relatives couldn't travel to our wedding, we decided it would be a nice way to share our day with them. We searched through SO MANY vendors and found a lot of the videos were out-of-focus or cheesy. Fruit Tree Studios stood out as feeling authentic and high-quality, if a little more expensive. They also had the ability to capture drone footage!
  
  Before the wedding, the Fruit Tree Studios team took the time to get to know us. They asked about us as a couple, what we were most excited about for the wedding, and any special details they should capture.
  
  On the day of, they showed up on time and melted into the background - always there but never obtrusive at all. During the father/daughter first look, my dad said "oh we should get the videographer here!" Meanwhile, Jonas and Jory had been there all along, subtly filming out of the way so it felt like they weren't even there. It helped reduce any anxieties about being on camera, while still allowing them to capture all the key moments.
  
  I can't say enough good things about our final video and rough highlight footage. It's a beautiful and well-crafted tribute to our special day, and I'm so grateful we chose Fruit Tree Studios!

  I can't even put into words how amazing Jim, Joy and Jory are! They were all very professional and organized through the whole process. It really took us back to our amazing day! We plan on having a movie night soon with all of our family and friends to celebrate. Thank you for giving us something we will cherish forever!

  I am so glad that we found Fruit Tree Studios to capture our wedding day. I cannot rave enough! Our wedding video turned out beautifully. Great quality and the highlight and feature films are so well done. I was impressed by how much Joy and Jim captured at the big day. They captured not only the big details (speeches, dances, etc) but the little details (even things I have forgotten about in the past year). They make the video such that you relive the day. My husband and I still enjoy watching it. It makes me tear up every time!
  
  I was very worried that I would notice the photographer and videographer during the wedding. I was concerned that I would not be able to enjoy the day and would become "stiff" if I realized someone was taking a video of me. Joy and Jim blended in to the ceremony and reception so well--I was shocked that they captured the details so clearly because they were not front and center. I am so glad that I was entirely able to enjoy the day and did not have a video camera close to my face all day! I have been to other weddings where the photographer and videographer literally was within 6 feet of the couple at all times. I could not even imagine how that would feel. Thank you Joy and Jim for stepping back and allowing us to enjoy our day without missing anything!
  
  Not only was the video top notch quality, but Joy and Jim are truly wonderful people. They brought such a kind, warm energy to the big day. I loved meeting with them beforehand to get to know them better and make sure they were the "right fit" for us. We truly enjoyed working with them and getting to know them.   Jim & Joy of Fruit Tree Studios are simply amazing. I'm so glad we decided to spend the money to have our wedding day recorded. The video is stunning; it's a professional video and when we watch it we feel like it's a major motion picture. On our wedding day, the details were one of the most important things. We put so much time and love in to some of the tiniest details and I wanted them to be captured. Jim and Joy did just that. A year later, from our favorite seats on the couch, we watch our wedding video and we are transported back in time to the best day of our lives. We can't say enough wonderful things about Fruit Tree Studios. To have our wedding day on video in the quality that Jim & Joy produce is invaluable.

  First off, we called them a couple weeks before our wedding (last minute decision) and luckily they were available. I do not recommend doing this but we got very lucky they had an opening that day. They are extremely professional and easy to work with. We ended up getting all three videos they offer and my family was blown away at how professional the videos are. My dad said it was like watching an actual movie. I can't recommend them enough to people. My recommendation is to book them early!

  We decide to add a wedding video very last minute and luckily we found Joy and Fruit Tree Studios. Joy and Jim were AMAZING. We barely noticed them that day yet they managed to capture every single important moment and the camera angles they were able to shoot from make the video even that more special and creative. They pay attention to detail and spend the time needed to make sure they are giving you a video that fits you and your groom's personality.   Joy and Jim were absolutely fantastic! Most people did not even know that they were there filming!! Our wedding trailer video is perfect, we can't wait to see the full-length video. Joy was so responsive and really wanted to make sure they highlighted all the things that were important to us that day.

  Joy and Jim were such a pleasure to work with! They shot our wedding on 6/2/12 at Dibbles Inn in Vernon, NY. They were so friendly from the beginning. On our wedding day we didn't even know they were there! They were not intrusive at all. They were great with communication and very flexible.   My husband and I honestly could not have asked for a better videographer team. Fruit Tree Studios has been amazing to work with! Joy and Jim took time to get to know us as a couple prior to our big day. They filmed our entire wedding (from early morning up-dos, to limo rides and late night dancing!) and did an absolutely wonderful job... They were so fun and easy to work with! Joy and Jim fit right in with our friends and family. Our guests continue to compliment them for their level of professionalism and attention to detail weeks after the wedding. They were worth every cent!

  Jim and his wife Joy are the perfect team! We are so amazed and thrilled with their service. They were with us the entire day from morning meltdowns to crazy dancing! We have only received the wedding trailer so far but I think every member in my family has watched it and cried 100 times. We cannot wait to see the full video. They are worth every penny and I know when we get the full video it is going to be the best wedding keepsake we could ask for!

  Jim at Fruit Tree Studios captured the memories that seemed to fly by on our wedding day. We've been to several weddings where videographers have been "in your face" with spotlights on the dance floor - but this is NOT the case with Jim and his wife Joy. They could easily be compared to ninjas because we didn't see them throughout the night, but they caught EVERY single moment on tape! Now THAT requires talent.
  
  The editing with music is fantastic too. We've only seen the trailer so far, but we KNOW the wedding video is going to turn out amazing - especially because we received rave reviews on just the video trailer!
  
  Jim is also very reasonably priced and I highly recommend having 2 videographers to capture your wedding day - photography and videography isn't something you want to skimp on your wedding day because they capture the memories and the moments you may forget or not see that night :-)

  We could not have asked for a better company to provide us with an excellent wedding video. Jim was extremely professional the entire day, and offered us with a very non-obtrusive approach to our videography. He worked well with our photographer to capture the day. After going through the wedding planning process I would recommend to any bride to fit a video into your budget, we watch ours often and continue to be impressed with the final product. Fruit Tree Studios receives our highest recommendation

  Everyone in my family was hesitant about having a videographer, they didn't think it was necessary. This was until the first time we watched the video and saw a totally different side of our wedding! We got to see the things we missed because we were too busy and we got to re-live our favorite moments. Everyone in my family now recommends having Fruit Tree Studios at their wedding! By far this was the best investment, and i cannot wait to show my newborn daughter our wedding day when she gets older!

  Easy to work with, great final product!

  Jim and Joy really took the time to get to know our preferences. Professional and easy to work with - were even willing to make a small change to the final video that we asked for. The end result really blew us away and perfectly captured our day. If you're on the fence about whether you need videography for your wedding, I would 100% recommend it, and recommend Fruit Tree Studios.

  We found Jim to be very accommodating in terms of tailoring our "package" to our needs. The final product was very impressive; he is detail-oriented and really pays attention to the personal touches. He clearly has an 'eye' for his art. Also, Jim completed our video in a timely fashion, and while we were waiting for the final product, we were able to enjoy a 5 minute sneak-peak preview online that we could share with friends and family right after the wedding. We interviewed a number of videographers with various degrees of experience, but really felt that Jim offered the best quality for the most reasonable price...thanks again for a job well done, Jim:)
