Frosted Cakery was excellent. We hired them for our wedding and for a reasonable price they provided a huge variety of small desserts: cupcakes, shooters, macarons. They were able to accommodate our gluten-free guests as well. -

Fullenkamp Wedding
I am so happy that we chose Frosted Cakery for our wedding day! We went with a honey butter 3 tiered naked cake that our baker decorated perfectly! Our guests enjoyed every bite! Our red velvet back up cake was also a huge hit! But the mini strawberry were EVERYTHING! Thank you for helping make my wedding day perfect! -

This is a local vendor that is near my sister's house. Over the years we always would treat ourselves to there amazing and delicious assorted desserts, especially their cupcakes. I have always known that I wanted them for my wedding. I made sure to book them way in advance as I know they are very popular. They were very responsive when inquiring about setting up a meeting and flexible with accommodating our requests. They had such a great gallery on their website that it was easy to choose one of those cakes for our wedding. It was absolutely perfect and delicious! -

We wanted to find a bakery that does dairy free and does it well since my new husband is allergic to dairy. This led us to Frosted Cakery. We did a small cake and then cupcakes and everything turned out beautiful! They forgot the chocolate filling in the cupcakes but they were still delicious! We would definitely recommend them! -

Frosted is just the best. Hands down, no competition. We had the salted caramel cake, and it was delicious!!! As soon as we tasted their cakes, our decision was made. Not to mention they’re so kind and professional! Believe the hype. My cake was everything I imagined it would be and more. -

You know how you hear those horrible cake stories about how the cake was nothing like the pictures you showed the vendor? NOT with these guys! Our cakes we gorgeous and tasted SO good. The flower placements were spot on. One of the best decisions was to used Frosted Cakery! -

We had a great experience at our tasting and they are the only ones in town that do not charge for a tasting which to me proved just how good they were. Their cakes speak for themselves and I cannot imagine that any couple would go anywhere else after tasting their cakes. The baker was very helpful and made us feel confident in our choices. Love them!! -

The cake was incredible! The service was lacking.
We chose Frosted Cakery as our cake vendor because when my husband and I first moved in together we lived in an apartment right behind the Tower District location and we really wanted to incorporate those early days of our relationship into the big day. The cake itself was beautiful and delicious. We chose honey butter and lemon as the flavors and guests loved both! We had so many people taking pictures of the cake which was the perfect combination of our inspiration photo and made for a great backdrop to our sweetheart's table.
The customer service was spotty. We had a great cake tasting and we left the appointment confident that they understood our vision. A few days after the final payment was made I checked-in via email to confirm our flavors see if there was any additional questions. I never received a response. My mom called both locations and never was able to talk to someone about our cake. My planner also emailed and called. Finally, our planner go ahold of someone who claimed to have left me several voicemails which was simply untrue. They finally called me and once again claimed they had left voicemails but my call log showed that this was the first call I had from them. I was very nervous that the cake would just not show up on the day of, but my wedding planner added them to her follow-up list and confirmed all the details so I didn't have to worry about it anymore. Without my planner that interaction over the phone would have sent me into full-blown panic mode.
In the end, the cake was perfect! I just wish their communication was as great. -
