Front jewelry are works of art

I cannot say enough about Front Jewelers. At first I was skeptical about ordering and spending a large amount of money on an online only store. But let me assure you that this is a legitimate company based in Florida U.S.A., that every stone comes with a Universal Gemological Laboratory (UGL) appraisal report and fully insured shipping. Mark and his team are wonderful to work with, and can produce custom settings that are simply stated, works of art. I’ve ordered 5 items from Front and am always checking their website for my next favorite piece.

Nothing less than AMAZING

I am still stunned by this beauty! The ring I received is better than any pictures I saw. The customer service representatives were amazing. They answered all my questions and made ordering so easy! Even in times with internet issues or website malfunctions they made sure everything went smooth and it got here on time, actually a day earlier than projected on their site.

Outstanding!

Front Jewelers is amazing in customer service and has top of the line diamonds. The ring I received after ordering from another company and having to send it back because it looked like it came out of a cracker jack box, is absolutely stunning and beautiful. You won't be disappointed in merchandise and will be treated top notch. Highly recommended!!

Beyond expectations

I have never purchased something like this online so we were a little apprehensive and weren't sure what to expect, ordering from pictures alone. Their staff was so helpful! They answered all my questions with professional and prompt attention. When I got the ring my husband and I were both Absolutely thrilled to see that it was beyond our expectations.. Was absolutely beautiful, the craftsmanship was superb.. Would highly recommend Front jewelers to everyone. Especially if you're looking for something more unique. Really couldn't be happier. I did include some photos though they absolutely do not do it justice

Absolutely love Front Jewelers! Customer service has always been responsive and helpful. Anytime I've sent my jewelry in for repairs or cleaning, they've been quick and keep me updated. When my husband lost my original wedding set, they had the exact one still available, and we could replace it in no time!

Will buy from them again!

I ordered a two piece black diamond bridal set and it was delivered 8 days after order, just as promised and is absolutely beautiful! I was worried about it being mailed to me because of theft but the ring was shipped in a much larger inconspicuous box, so you could not tell it was jewelry. I will definitely order from them again.

Exquisite all over the board.

I ordered a black gold/black diamond engagement ring from FJ, it was the best decision I could have ever made. If. I would have ordered a ring with similar characteristics in my country (Romania - Eastern Europe), it would have cost me about 75-100% more even though, ordering from the US, I was charged 36% custom duties when the ring entered Romania.

The craftsmanship is fantastic, customer service was impeccable, the diamond is gorgeous, though the rhodium plating is 50% gone, it has a really nice patina to it. Wouldn't change it for anything. My wife is still telling me how much she loves the ring.

I would 100% recommend Front Jewelers to anyone and everyone, no doubt about it.

Thank you for everything, waiting for the 10 year mark to update our vows.

Impecable customer service/ breathtaking rings!!!

My fiance' and I requested a custom-designed engagement ring/wedding band set featuring a AAA 4ct+ pear shaped black diamond center stone, double halo, and triple-sided diamond bands. Not only did Front Jewelers deliver on my hopeful requests, they spent MONTHS making sure I was completely satisfied, including design sketches and photos of the diamonds. They always responded within 24 hours (and I live in a completely opposite time zone: Japan). Their customer service CANNOT be beat! Additionally, their prices are VERY affordable for the gorgeous quality of the products. Another jeweler quoted me nearly 20,000 dollars just to source the center stone!

They shipped my rings to me internationally and when I recieved them, I actually cried because of how beautiful they are. I'm biased, but it looks like they were designed for royalty! I knew they would be what I wanted, but how they turned out even surpassed that!

Go with Front Jewelers 100% and your dream rings can be a reality! I am so grateful to them!

The wedding set we chose to celebrate our 40th anniversary is EXQUISITE! Miranda and Front Jewelers staff do not disapoint! I will purchase again!

I am still in disbelief, and cannot stop staring at my hand! BREATHTAKING! And, I am hard to please to say the least..I studied gemology, worked in the jewelry industry, own a jewelers loop, and top it off with I am a perfectionist! That all adds up to impossible to please. Awesome Experience and Beautiful Engagement/Wedding Ring Set!!

The staff at Front Jewelers was extremely helpful when it came to selecting my wife's engagement and wedding band set. She wanted a black diamond and Front had the best value I could find. I was skeptical about purchasing something of this value without seeing it in person. The rep assured me that I wouldn't be disappointed and she was right. I couldn't be happier with the set. Front Jewelers is a step ahead! Their customer service is amazing. I purchased a engagement set in black with white diamonds under the pretense that my wife loved the look. Evidently, my wife loved the look, just not on her. When I contacted Front Jewelers about my dilemma, they quickly offered to take it back and polish off all the black off of both rings. The best part, FREE of charge!!! It just cost me shipping to and from (I live in California). Now who gives customer service like that in today's market?? I would recommend them to anyone!!!

We had to have a rain custom ordered. Had to help the Centerstone sit lower. They went above and beyond our expectations. The ring was even more stunning in person than in the pictures on they went above and beyond our expectations. The ring was even more stunning in person in the pictures online. WOW.... Where to start.. First and foremost their customer service is AMAZING! I mostly interacted with the wonderful and always helpful Neda. She was always available to answer all my questions, and eliminate any concerns that arose.

I got a magnificent rose gold black diamond as an engagement ring. However, the diamond was too big for my fiance's taste (never would I ever think a woman would say is diamond is too big). Front Jewelers handled the situation painlessly! They provided a full exchange, and allowed me to get another ring.

Here is where they even shine brighter, they took on the challenge of creating a custom ring, that was a combination of two rings on their store. Not only did they create a masterpiece, they did so in under 6 weeks. The ring was harder than they first thought, and was more labor than they thought, but they still honored the initial quote!

We are beyond amazed with the current ring, and everything Front Jewelers did for us, they are an amazing company that really makes you feel like family. I truly recommend them, and will most defiantly buy from them again. Their rings are top quality, and appraisal value is matched if not under, the three different quotes I got locally. Overall, cannot ask for more, and I hope this review shatters any doubt one may have buying a ring online. I was extremely nervous, but all in vain, everything came out perfect and even better than the photos seen online!

I have been looking at your beautiful rings for a long time and obviously "he" noticed me looking at them. I absolutely loved the rings available! My fiancée bought me one in 2013-Trustme, the pics don't do justice on craftsmanship and quality-Amazing! These guys literally saved my proposal date. I found the exact ring I wanted but sizing and color were something I had to turn online for. Front had exactly what I needed and when I emailed asking for how soon they could fire out the ring, they told me they'd do same-day shipping if I booked the order then. Not only did they kick out the ring but they shipped it out expedited no problem at all. Their reps were extremely personable and communicative and made the experience as happy as the occasion it was for. Highly recommend these guys and their service!

My wife and I could not be more pleased. After searching for years for a very specific style of princess cut, quad diamond stud earrings, I finally found exactly what my wife wanted on the Front Jewelers website. Unfortunately, the earrings were out of stock, so I emailed customer service asking if I could possibly order the earrings. They very promptly replied with information on how to order the earrings, exactly how long it would take to make them and when they would ship. I was VERY nervous ordering diamond earrings online based on a picture from an unknown, out-of-state jeweler. Since they were special ordered, I expected they wouldn't quite match the online picture, would be late, or maybe wouldn't come at all. However, Front Jewelers was very communicative and upfront throughout the entire process, delivered the earrings exactly when they said and they exactly matched the picture on the website. I am thrilled with the experience with Front Jewelers and with the earrings we received. I could not be more pleased and will absolutely use them again.

The process went smooth as glass,I was on the defensive bout buying online.the staff at front jewelers made me comfortable.i did have two issues.the coating for black gold finish didn't take and came off the ring right out of the box.they works with me and got it resolved.then paying,I do not have pay pal.the creditcard company made this more difficult.it was a minor set back.i recommend the use of PayPal to make it easier.

Thank you so much for making such a beautiful wedding ring. Words alone cannot express the beauty in this ring. We had your company custom make our ring in 14kt white gold with a beautiful soft pink morganite as the center stone. The diamonds are exceptionally sparkly.

My fiancee and I were skeptical about buying a ring online, but the setting was so beautiful and you worked with us in making sure the stone was of the perfect color and also creating it in14kt white gold. You even were so kind as to text and email photos of the setting and stone choices so that we could make our decision with ease. We know we could of went anywhere to purchase a ring, but after days of looking around, we kept coming back to your website, We decided to make Front Jewelers our final choice for the ring as your jewelry was so beautiful. I can't say enough great things about how well they have treated me. After receiving my beautiful engagement ring followed up by not one but two matching bands I wanted to have them saudered together. Neda was so helpful with this process from start to finish. From making sure I shipped it to them properly and expediting it back to me so I had it just in time for my first family party as "The Mrs." Then Just recently I wanted to have it refinished as it is Black gold- (over time it wears-which by the way the will refinish at no cost forever). Again, Neda didn't hesitate to make sure we got it overnighted to her and overnighted back and the whole process from Boston to Florida and back to Boston was just alittle over 48 hours..... So Glad we decided to purchase our ring from them and HIGHLY recommend them to EVERYONE. Neda has been wonderful to work with and I feel like a friend instead of just a customer. We will happily return for all our jewelry purchases!

I LOVE my black diamond wedding ring!!! It is way more than what I could have asked for! Front Jewelers was amazing to work with and they really helped me with ALL my questions. They took the time to explain many different rings and options I had! I had looked into other companies before finding them online and the other guys were HORRIBLE! No customer care, not helpful at all, didn't seem interested in helping me find the right ring, and didn't answer my questions in a professional way. Front Jewelers really made my whole wedding ring shopping experience very simple and fun to do! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone who is looking for an amazing high quality ring at a incredible price!

I couldn't be happier with my jewelry from Front Jewelers, and their customer service is equally outstanding!! My fiance bought my engagement ring and wedding band from Front, the rings are absolutely stunning and unique (black diamonds) and their prices are such a great value that it honestly seems too good to be true. I noticed on their website that they do complimentary repairs and resizing, I reached out to them and received a very quick response with step by step instructions that made the entire process a breeze! I had my rings resized and my white gold recoated and my rings came back (within a couple days)shiny and new!! all of this for FREE!! The customer service department kept in touch with me throughout the repairs and reached out to get more detailed instructions of what I wanted and to confirm everything I requested was done correctly. I absolutely LOVE and respect this company and their products. I am one HAPPY CUSTOMER and would certainly recommend them to everyone and anyone!!

Maria has been wonderful. My fiancé ordered my ring 1/2 a size too big. Maria was very prompt at answering all of be questions I had, returned my emails in less than 12 hours. When I decided I was going to send my ring in for resizing, I was very nervous to send my ring halfway aceossed the country via mail. Maria was courteous enough to let me know as soon as my ring arrived as well as even paid for half of my shipping to overnight it back to me! I could not be happier with this company. She even got further info on a matching band for my ring that they don't normally carry in their warehouse! Absolutely best customer service I have ever had.

The first ring that I bought from Front Jewelers was a brown diamond for my much better half. Since then both of my sons have bought engagement rings from Front Jewelers and they have been more than satisfied. I will say that buying online made me at first, a little concerned but after dealing with them now for over a 3 year period, I would not hesitate on any transaction. Also, my better half lost a stone from her ring and without out question Front Jewelers replace it freeeeeeee of charge and gave it a good cleaning and check over. Thank you Front Jewelers.

I recently purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancee through Front Jewellers, and I have to say that I am very impressed. Not only did they make the specific ring I asked for, they had it to me weeks earlier than expected, and the piece is flawless. We wanted an alternative ring with a big black diamond, so I had them put in a 2.0 carat black diamond as the centre stone. It took several days for my fiancee to stop remarking on and finally accept the size of the stone on her finger. And it was incredibly affordable! (Even with the ridiculous US-Canadian exchange rate that had me paying 25% more). I would never have been able to get a ring even remotely similar to this by going to local jewelry stores without paying upwards of $6,000 and the experience I had with the customer service representatives gave me no doubts that I would definitely use Front Jewellers again in a heartbeat! I'm so impressed with what I received, you guys made this process so easy and I'm as happy as can be!

My husband ordered my lovely black diamond engagement ring back in 2012 and I was and still am very much in love with it. Wonderful diamond quality, however, since having it i have had a total of 3 (going on 4th) repair. First two times the center diamond fell out, the 3rd time I received it with a missing diamond in the halo. Customer service is top notch, and thankfully i am not one to completely freak out over something like that as I wear my ring on a daily basis so I expect some wear and tear, however it is still annoying that you pay good money for a wedding ring and things like that happen. All in all, Front Jewelers happily make the repairs and 9/10 times will cover the shipping for the inconvenience, just not sure how a ring will hold up in the super long run.

New Black plating started wearing off

I got my ring almost 9 years ago and have absolutely loved it. Just recently I sent it off to be cleaned and re dipped (Black rhodium) they did tell me before I sent it that the formula is different and isn't quit as dark Black as it used to be. Well... I got it back and it's barely black. they told me that the new formula is supposed to last longer. My ring after a week is already wearing off. I messaged customer service and I got an email back saying that if I wasn't happy they could just take it off for me and that was it. Very upset! After 9 years of loving it, I am very disappointed.

My husband decided to surprise me with an upgraded wedding ring and once we received it, less then 2 hours the ring started fading! We called they said they will send us a box so we can send it back so they can fix it. My husband called them and they said they sent the shipping information to the wrong email like really??? It’s in front of your face and how can you mess that up. My husband demand his money back and we shipped the ring back and they had the nerve to email him being rude. This place is a joke and beware

My husband and I purchased our wedding rings from front jewelers primarily because we wanted black diamonds and they had a great looking selection. Fast Forward to the nightmare!!! long story short- do NOT buy your wedding ring from front jewelers.

I had a 3 ct round black diamond ring, turns out the ring they set it in was made for a 1 ct square diamond. they destroyed the integrity of the ring (causing many of the accent diamonds to fall out with LIGHT wearing) but the main problem, the 3 ct center stone fell right out! !!

Its been an all around nightmare. the ring was one giant manufacture defect coupled with poor craftsmanship by the jeweler. They stuck a giant round diamond on the wrong type of setting creating an UNSTABLE piece of jewelery. I'm resorting to getting probably 10% of what I paid for it and financially starting from scratch to get a new wedding ring. THANKS Front Jewelers for putting my family back into debt.
