Amazing, the best team you could hire for your wedding day

The best hair and make up team you could hire for your wedding day or any event
I cannot say enough nice things about Karolina and her team!
Karolina and her team are very professional, and they are very calm and give off great energy and vibes which is totally needed for your wedding day. They were very fun and flexible at my trial which I had scheduled for the day of my bridal shower, and they traveled to me for my trial which was great because I am blind and I can't drive. They are a mobile team and we got ready in the bridal suite at my venue, and they showed up on time and ready to go the morning of the wedding.
I have very long, very thick hair that most people think is fake and full of extensions, but is in fact real and it took a total of 4 1/2 hours to style my hair for my wedding day. This might seem like an impossible feat but Karolina was committed and my hair held up the entire night and I received so many compliments for it and people were flipping out over it. If you think your hair texture or type is difficult, trust me it is no challenge for her. She's a very seasoned hairstylist.
I'm very happy with her work and her team for our hair and make up, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and would hire them again in the future for other events and things. Truly so thankful that they were able to help me feel so beautiful and glamorous on my wedding day.

Really felt cared for!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Carolina and her team!!! From her professionalism on her first phone call to her kind and sweet caring way on my Trial run and wedding day on September 2nd 2018 was beyond what My girls and I could have ever hoped for

I was a very nervous bride because my wedding was on labor day weekend yet she texted back on a timely manner when I had questions her or her office/Husband Carlos always was cheery and calming in responding to any changes I had in adding and changing all of the services and upgrades that I had with adding out of town guest and also making sure that they were properly staffed for all my ladies.

They arrived on time and happy with a couple of other team members to accommodate my 9 ladies on wedding days. They had every shade of makeup under the sun and even when some of my bridal party members had no idea on what to do with hair and makeup they were patient and asked the right questions to make sure all the girls and moms felt comfortable and looked amazing. My girls and I look and felt like we needed to be on a magazine cover. The makeup was flawless and the hair designs looked so beautiful.

Even with last minute add on's for makeup or lashes we still finished early and we all looked amazing!!! I got so many compliments about my makeup and I felt like a movie star getting both my hair and makeup done at the same time by this incredible dinamic duo! Carlos and Carolina are so sweet, you can tell they are passionate about everything they do.... The girls in their team were fun and just as fun and they double and tripple checked to see if we wanted last minute sprays or touchups. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!

I loved worked with Carolina and her team on my wedding day (just this past Saturday). I feel SO strongly that they gave me excellent service and amazing value that I couldn't wait to share my recommendation of them.

They were punctual, accommodating, kind, and so much fun. I had 5 bridesmaids, and 2 mothers in addition to myself, and they were able to squeeze in my flower girl who suddenly insisted on getting her hair done like the big girls. I felt beautiful the entire day (from 9am to midnight), and every photo I see I love the way I look. I can confidently say that Carolina and Carlos had a lot to do with how beautiful I felt, and they did such a great job in helping me to relax before the wedding ( I was so nervous!!!).

I hire Carolina after numerous trial runs with other vendors who said they could give me what I wanted but never were able to deliver the perfect look. Carolina did, she listened, she was sweet, professional and so much fun to work with. She made my ideas and visions of the look I wanted for my hair and makeup into a reality. She was patient but also extremely talented in her craft. I never felt more beautiful. Carolina and Carlos the dynamic duo are an incredible couple who are true professionals. I recently had the chance to have my hair and makeup done by Carolina. From the initial text to being welcomed into their home, I knew this was going to be a great experience. My makeup was flawless and felt and looked natural. My 11 year old daughter wanted to wear eyeliner and Carolina made sure that it was applied age appropriately. Carolina is amazingly talented but even more, she is warm, friendly and relaxed so on your big day she puts you at ease which is really what makes any bride beautiful! She offers a trial in her home space and really works to understand the look you want for your wedding day. On the day of she made all the women look beautiful and had us laughing and enjoying the entire process. She is so wonderful to work with, creates amazing looks and is very fairly priced!

Overall I had a great experience with Carolina. I'd worked with her before as a bridesmaid and liked it so I used her for my wedding. She traveled to our hotel, was flexible with the space, and moved very quickly through the wedding party so we were done a bit early. Definitely would recommend!

Rhina is fabulous! She did such a great job with my updo. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted at my trial so she happily did 2 styles. On the day of, I changed the style even more, and Rhina was happy to do exactly what I requested. It came out even more beautiful than I had imagined! She was so professional, sweet and fun to have around on my wedding morning. My mom's hair looked fabulous and my MOH was gorgeous. Not one piece of hair fell out of the up do all day/night, even with the wind from the beach. I would absolutely use her again whenever I have a chance!

I am so thankful I found Carolina and her team to handle my hair and makeup services on my wedding day. Prior to finding and booking Carolina, I had a disappointing experience with another hair/makeup artist that I had booked – it was so bad that I forfeited my deposit and went on the hunt for a new team. I was referred to Carolina by a good friend of mine who used her at her own wedding in Waltham, MA, and I had not considered they might travel to New Haven, CT, for my own. Even with the travel costs, I found her prices very reasonable and well worth every penny.

From the first conversation I had with Carolina, I was impressed with her professionalism – this was a complete 180 from the others I was working with and makes such a difference when you are planning a wedding. I also genuinely enjoyed spending time with them all day getting ready. With a bunch of women in a hotel room for most of the morning/afternoon, it is nice to have people who are easy to be around, calm and comforting, and fun! They were very efficient and we never felt rushed or worried about time.

And perhaps most importantly – the hair and makeup itself- was stunning! It was exactly what I wanted, not so much makeup that I didn’t look like myself, but just the right look to make me feel special and looking my best. My updo was perfect – it held all night yet was still soft enough to match my dress and the feel of the wedding. My bridesmaids were very happy with their hair and makeup.

I realized how important is it to trust quality professionals for your bridal hair/makeup and enthusiastically recommend Carolina for your wedding!

Carolina's team went above and beyond on my wedding day. They showed up early and finished all ten ladies early so we could all relax and have some laughs before going down the aisle. Carolina's only concern was that I would feel confident and remain relaxed the whole morning. I had my consultation about 4 months before my wedding day because I was an out-of-town bride. She took photos from that day and remembered everything! The pictures really prove how wonderful we all looked. I had some bridesmaid's that wanted 60's inspired hairstyles and they accommodated to that as well! I asked for a braided look and Carolina created the most beautiful braid I have ever seen on anyone or in any pinterest photo I could find! It was AMAZING and I got so many compliments. My make-up was soft and my eyelashes popped and looked super sexy! Best of all it was all water-proof air brush make-up so my tears of joy just evaporated without any messes : ) She was really able to embellish my inner glow and make it shine forth. Go for the air brush and the big eyelashes even if it's your first experience with both : )

Carolina and her team did an AMAZING job with makeup for me and my bridal party at my wedding. They were fast too - I couldn't believe how quickly they had everyone looking fabulous. The airbrush makeup and the fake lashes really made a difference and made us all look 10 years younger - in my opinion both are MUST DO. I wanted my eyes to stand out and I wanted color (our theme was purple/teal/silver and had peacock feathers). Carolina made up my eye with the colors from a peacock feather - it really looked awesome (not over the top at all) and photographed so beautifully. Guests at our wedding were all commenting how how great our makeup looked.

Honestly, the makeup was so great I'm a little depressed now because I cannot even come close to doing my own makeup half as well.

Carolina and her team were incredible. She made my bridal party, mother and me look absolutely gorgeous the day of the wedding. I received so many compliments on my hair/makeup that night and it lasted through the entire dance filled night and still looked good when the wedding was over. Also I had a HUGE wedding party (10 girls, plus 3 additional people getting hair/makeup) and the team got all of our hair and makeup done in a little over 5 hours. It was incredibly efficient and they did everything they could to make sure we were all happy once they finished. The only negative was that they added an extra layer of moisturizer over the airbrush (i would HIGHLY recommend the airbrush) and after a few hours it started to peel. But we used a soft makeup pad rubbed it in and the makeup looked perfect the rest of the night. Overall I was INCREDIBLY happy and impressed with the quality and speed of the work they did. Also the value for what they offer was incredible compared to most other makeup and hair vendors in Boston. They came on site which made everything much more convenient for us. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

Your wedding day is going to go by so fast, you wish you could slow it down in order to take it all in. It is also the culmination of many weeks or months of planning and research and it is "show time" for all the vendors your are trusting completely on one of the most important of your life. From Hair to Eternity went above and beyond my expectations. I met with Carolina and her team a month before the wedding and we tried various make up and hair styles. Figuring out the look was a process and she made me feel very comfortable to tell her what I like and did not like. I had an idea of the look I wanted, but was not completely sure and Carolina showed me various options until we came up with the look I eventually used the day of my wedding.
Throughout the weeks before the wedding she was very responsive to any questions I had for both myself and the wedding party. The day of the wedding came, and I cannot stress how WONDERFUL!!! Carolina and her team were with me and my whole wedding party. The day of your wedding you need all your vendors to be patient, understanding and flexible and Carolina and her team were just that. We were running a bit behind, some additional family members decided to do their hair and make up and Carolina so gracefully took care of everyone. I don't have the words to express my gratitude to her and her team for helping make my wedding day unforgettable and filled with happy memories. My experience working with Carolina was wonderful. She is SO personable and professional. She made sure I was happy with my trial run and flawlessly made some changes for me the day of the wedding. She and her team arrived on time and ready to go. They worked efficiently and chatted with us at the same time. They truly made the morning fun. Call her right now and get your date on her books. Carolina and her team are the most amazing, fun, and professional group of women. Carolina makes you feel right at home from the moment you first meet her and that never changes. The trial was so fun and personal and we figured out exactly the style that worked for me. On the day of, I had a few changes and she was more than accommodating and I've never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day. We even had some people request additional services and they made it work. She is extremely affordable for the service she provides and I wish I had a reason to use Carolina and her team again. Carolina and her team are an invaluable asset to any bride's big day! They helped me and everyone else look beautiful and we stayed that way the entire day from a 6am start to a midnight finish! Carolina and her team BROUGHT it on our wedding day! These talented women in under 2 hours transformed my three bridesmaids, my mother, mother-in-law and me, the bride, into some of the most beautiful women in the world. I remember spending time on weddingwire anxiously looking at reviews of vendors. It is hard to pick someone that you can trust to give you the perfect look on you big day. Carolina and her team are incredible. I was so happy with my wedding day hair and makeup. I received countless compliments about my flawless updo. The airbrush makeup is amazing and lasted all day and night. The team was prompt, prepared and so much fun!. My bridesmaids all did their homework and brought photos. Carolina's team exceeded all expectations. I can not thank them enough for making my day so special. I would highly recommend From Hair to Eternity to anyone who wants a flawless look and fantastic experience. Carolina and her sister Viviana (and their amazing team) provided hair and make-up for my entire bridal party. Not only did they make us look and feel beautiful but they made the entire experience fun and relaxing. They were personable, funny and listened to everyones ideas and wants-even the more 'picky' of my girls (and executed it all beautifully!). If I could do it all again, I would want Carolina and Viviana there with me.

Carolina & her team did my hair and airbrushed makeup for my wedding day along with my 6 bridesmaids and my mother. I can't sing their praises enough. Coordinating hair and makeup seemed like a daunting task until I spoke with Carolina, from our first phone call I knew it would be a great fit. At my trial she made me feel so comfortable and on the wedding day her and her team delivered. It was a long week leading up to the wedding, but watching Carolina & her team pull up first thing in the morning I was able to take a deep breath and start enjoying my wedding day. It was such a fun and relaxing morning with my best friends and family as well as my new friends from Hair to Eternity! Everyone looked beautiful and loved their hair and makeup and felt wonderful all day. I can't thank Carolina and her team enough, they take pride in their work, listen to their clients and work incredibly hard to make every aspect of their service perfect. Carolina and her team from "From Hair to Eternity" were an amazing part of my wedding day. Carolina was able to nail the styling I was looking for on my wedding day during my trial run and recreated it perfectly on the day of my wedding. I was very happy with my experience with Carolina and her team. They were very accommodating, patient, and attentive on the day of my wedding. At the last minute a few of my bridesmaids decided to have their hair/makeup done, Carolina was very flexible and professional and made sure that all five of us were happy with our hair and makeup before leaving. Carolina and her team have done the hair and make-up for every wedding I've been in so I couldn't imagine using anyone else for my own big day! They did me, my bridal party and both mothers and everyone looked fantastic. They are all such sweet girls and a lot of fun! My bridesmaids also had them do a make-up party for my bachelorette party, so much fun, and we all looked fabulous for our night on the town! :)

Carolina and her crew were beyond awesome. I had so many compliments on my make up and hair. The price was great and you ladies are awesome, very lovely and easy to communicate with. My wedding pictures came out beyond beautiful, thank you soo much :) I live in Haverhill and looking for someone to do airbrush was a headache since everyone seems to be located in Boston. Carolina and her girls were fabulous! The day of our wedding, there was an accident that closed down several main roadways leading to our hotel. Everyone and everything was running behind, and even though the team got stuck in traffic, they finished the wedding party before our photographer arrived. They even called in other people to make sure we stayed on schedule. I'm super picky about my makeup, but it was beautiful! I would definitely recommend Carolina and her girls, and would certainly use her again for other special occasions.

Carolina and her team did an amazing job on my wedding day. I can't say enough about Carolina and her team! I was VERY nervous about my hair and makeup before I found her because I had already gone to a hair trial and ended up pretty unhappy -- and I had no idea how exactly it was that I wanted to look. She is perfect for brides who can't make up their mind and aren't used to looking all done up -- the trial really put my mind at ease. She listened to all my concerns and thoughts, made great suggestions, and made me very comfortable with telling her when I did and didn't like what she was doing. We just experimented together until I found something I totally loved.

The makeup was the same story! I never wear makeup and didn't want to look unrecognizable. Carolina's sister does the makeup and she completely understands that concern. I felt like a supermodel the day of the trial and of the wedding.

I was so happy with her I decided to hire her team to do my entire bridal party and the MOB and MOG, which we hadn't originally planned on. MOB and MOG were both very uncomfortable about having their hair and especially their makeup done -- but Carolina did a great job about putting them at ease. She also understood their concerns about not wanting to wear pounds of makeup, and she did great things with their very short hair.

She and I even emailed back and forth a bit between the trial and the wedding when I had more beauty suggestions... I'd never bought lipstick before so I needed some recommendations and she found one that looks great with my skin color!

Oh I could go on and on about how happy I was with this vendor -- she was probably my favorite of anyone we worked with! I think she's very reasonably priced... when I worked out how much she and her team made per hour on us, I actually felt like she charged too little! Just hire her!

Carolina did a great job on my wedding hair and airbrush makeup. I met
her first at my hair and makeup trial and quickly realized what a
wonderful warm person she is. She looked over my "inspiration
pictures" and came up with a great look. She listened to all my wishes
and helped me make decisions on things I was initially not clear
about.
After the trial she made sure to pick the best package to suit me and
my bridal party needs so that I could get the best price. On the day
of the wedding she showed up right on time with an assistant and got
me and the girls ready on schedule which was very important if you
want a stress-free wedding day. She was also able to accommodate the
last minute addition of another makeup and hair request. Everyone was
happy with the way they looked, including a BM who never styles her
hair or uses makeup. I got a lot of complements on how pretty I
looked. I would highly recommend Carolina and her team to any bride.
Not only she's a great artist, she's a very sweet person and if you
choose her you'll have a great time in her company while getting
beautiful for your special day.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Carolina. When I met her for my trial run for my hair, I was a little unsure about what exactly I wanted. Carolina was very patient and flexible, and really worked with me to come up with something that I would love. I could not be more satisfied with Carolina's hair and makeup services. Satisfied is really the wrong word, it was more like awe and wonder and love for her services. I did a hair and makeup trial with Carolina a few months before my wedding, and although I had a very vague idea of what I wanted, she worked her magic and created a gorgeous hairstyle that alleviated any worry of how I would look on my wedding day. This was a huge gift, because every bride wants to look beautiful, and it's great to know in advance that that's taken care of. The makeup was also fantastic. I got the airbrush makeup with fake eyelashes and it all looked natural yet way better than I normally look :)

On the wedding day Carolina and her assistant (who was also great) came right on time and did hair and makeup for my mom and I, plus hair for my 5 bridesmaids. The girls didn't bring any 'inspiration photos' because I had forgotten to ask them to do so, but Carolina was totally cool with this and worked WONDERS. One bridesmaid was amazed that her super straight hair which never had held curls before actually held, another, who works in design and fashion and thus has her hair done quite often was raving for the next 5 days about Carolina's talent. They were all satisfied. And my mom looked stunning and 10 years younger yet exactly like herself. She was so pleased with the result and I think felt great that day.

In summary, Carolina is absolutely the best.

Carolina's services were great. I found her last minute and she opened up her agenda to be able to help me out with my bridal party.

On my wedding day she did my make up and hair and I looked absolutely beautiful. I am very happy with her services as a bride I looked radiant and so were my mother and mother in law.

Carolina Velasco & team- Awesome! All of our hair and make up came out beautiful and lasted all day! Carolina and her team were so great to have around the day of the wedding as we got ready- they were all so sweet! My girls all looked gorgeous. Carolina did my hair and makeup exactly as I wanted and it lasted the whole night. She has such a great personality and was so calming. The air brush make up was great- I didn�t feel like I was wearing anything! She even had little fake lashes for the corners of my eye that added a little extra pop. My trial was back in the fall and I knew I was making the right decision hiring Carolina right then. They were on time and stayed until just before we left for the limo- about 9 AM to around 4 and had myself, 5 BMs, and my mom all done right on schedule. Great personalities, prompt, and talented! This company is awesome! The prices are so reasonable ($75 for my trial and $125 for my wedding day. Bridesmaids were $85 each) and my hair looked incredible. I wanted it styled in finger waves and was told it could not be done by a few places. From Hair to Eternity was happy to do it. They have two stylists, Carolina and Grace. Grace is a pro at finger waves and was excited to do them. They came out so good - I didn't want to wash my hair out! All of the other girls love their hair too. If I ever need my hair done again, I am 100% calling Grace!!

Carolina was fantastic to work with. I rarely wear make-up and didn't really know what I wanted, except that I still wanted to look like myself. And that is Carolina's goal: to make you beautiful on your special day but still make you look and feel like yourself. I loved my hair and my make-up. She did a great job taming my eye brows and to cover up a couple of unwanted bumps on my face that came with the wedding stress. Her team did a great job on my sister, mother, and two bridesmaids. Carolina is warm, friendly, and funny. She was also really great about teaching us about the different make-up products during my trial run. Thank you Carolina!

From Hair to Eternity is absolutely fantastic. Carolina (the owner) and her assistant did my makeup and my bridesmaids' hair for my wedding. I am a very low-key Asian bride and I never wear makeup, so I wanted to find someone who was good at doing makeup on Asians, and could bring out my features without it looking over-done. During the trial, Carolina was great at showing me the range of possible looks to help us figure out what I wanted. On the day-of, Carolina and her assistant showed up right on time, and did our hair and makeup quickly and professionally. She is also super friendly, nice, and relaxed, which made the getting-ready time really fun! I was really happy with my airbrush makeup (as was my groom), and my bridemaids loved their hair!

Carolina and her team were fantastic to work with! I had four bridesmaids get their hair done, and she did an amazing job with all of them. One of them said her hair "never stays in updos," but Carolina made it elegant and effortless for the whole day. During my bridal trial, she tried two different updos (both very efficiently) and made me feel very comfortable about the decisions we made. She translated everyone's ideas into great results (able to make lots of subtle adjustments to get exactly what we were looking for in the moment), and she and her team were fun and professional. She was recommended to me by a friend, and I already recommended her to another friend. Altogether the three events I've experienced in person were amazing.

I had a great experience with Carolina! She did my hair for my wedding and her team did hair and makeup for my 6 bridesmaids. I also purchased extensions through her and I'm so happy that I did. My hair looked full, long and beautiful! Carolina and her team of stylists were very accomodating and traveled to the hotel we were staying at and were on time for our 5am start (wedding ceremony was at 11am).
I have to say I was very impressed with my bridesmaids' hair. I think they looked better than the photo inspirations I showed them!

My sister used Carolina for her hair and makeup for her wedidng and it came out fantastic! So much so that i didn't even have to think twice about using her for to provide hair and makeup for my wedding! She showed up promptly at 9am and 2 hours later, my hair and makeup as well as my sister's (MOH) hair and make up were completed and looked phenomenal. I was initially unsure as to whether I wanted to wear my hair up or down and Carolina provided great advice as to what would look best while still allowing me to choose the style during the trial. Her assistant did my makeup and it came out incredible - she worked with me to choose a color palate that flattered me, taking into consideration what colors I prefer. I can not recommend Carolina and her team enough. She is a truly talented hair and make-up artist and her goal is to make the bride happy... Goal achieved :)

I've had a really wonderful experience with Eternity. I had very bad experience with other makeup artist. I loved it! They are there in a very early morning, they are patience and calmness in dealing with the ordinary wedding stresses. I want to thank them for doing such a great job and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for talented makeup artists

Carolina and her team did an exceptional job for my wedding party. She was very professional and responsive to my needs. She does a great job at putting a nervous bride and ease and peace. I'd definitely recommend her and would look forward to working with her again.

Carolina an her team were great on the day of my wedding. My hair came out amazing as well as my makeup. The only thing is I expected a later finishing time and everyone was done at 12 and my wedding was at night so some of the girls hair started to uncurl and had to be fixed, and based on the finish time I was given I had my photographer arrive an hour before that but since we were done 3 hours early some wasn't here to capture any of us get ready. Other than that I was pretty happy with my hair and makeup.

Carolina and her team were great. She was very personable. She brought two assistants with her to take care of myself and 3 other bridesmaids and they finished in a little more than two hours. She's also very flexible with day-of changes.
The one criticism I would have is the quality of the airbrush on my tattoo. There were several times throughout the day that the makeup needed touch ups despite being told it should last the day.
Overall I loved her and would recommend her services. Thanks!

Carolina, did my hair and make up for my wedding day. We first did a trial run, which I would definalty suggest. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she duplicated it perfectly. She really listened to what I wanted for my make up and it came out beautifully, in my pictures. She was prompt and on time on my big day. She even stayed, when she was done with my whole party and myself, when the seemstress was forcefully shoving my dress over my head and all I could think of was oh no my hair. Thank goodness she really pined it all in place it didnt move and any hair that was out of place she took the time to fix and make sure I was Happy.

I chose to go with Carolina after I saw what a fantastic job she did on my sister's hair for her wedding. She was extremely professional and very VERY good at listening to what I was interested in terms of colors and what I wanted to look like. Some make up artists just do what they want to do, but Carolina listens to what you'd like to look like and she make sure it happens. I was incredibly happy with my make up. As far as my hair goes, I have to say, it looked amazing. I rarely wear up-dos as my hair is fine, but she made it look so full and so amazing. It looked natural not plastered! And it stayed up the entire day into the evening. I recommend her services to everyone I know who's getting married! I was a very satisfied client.

Carolina & her team were great! It was like having a big pretty party.. they were very professional but fun. I felt so pampered and beautiful and loved the final product. When I hear that someone's getting married, one of the first vendors I recommend is Carolina!

I had my hair done and my bridal party had their hair and makeup done by Carolina. When I was finished, I felt stunning. My entire bridal party looked stunning. While I felt worried sometimes about our communication, she was in the end, extremely flexible with me as I changed a few times how many services we would be having done. She was right on time in the morning and got started as soon as her and her assistants walking in the door. My only (small) complaint would be that although the contract did say we would get the airbrush makeup during the trail run, we did not and she said she does not do airbrush during the trial. It would have been nice to see how the airbrush looked ahead of time - but again, that is a small complaint and everybody who had their makeup done looked flawless. We had so much fun getting ready, and again, everybody looked beautiful.

Carolina and her team were great, very friendly and definitely a great value for the cost. However, sometimes I felt that Carolina and her team were more interested in catching up on personal girl time than on working with me and my bridesmaids. Also, I found it unprofessional to be speaking badly about a present client while you are in the same room with another client (Carolina and her team were discussing a hair/make-up trial that a client wanted redone).

Finally, although I ultimately looked amazing on my wedding day and my bridesmaids and friends were happy with their result, I have to say that as an Asian bride, I had to do more directing in terms of the make-up department.

My bridal party and I had a GREAT experience with Carolina and her team. My mother and I had hair and airbrush makeup done, one bridesmaid had hair and regular makeup done, and another had just her hair done. They were able to execute what each of us wanted flawlessly and I've received so many compliments on my hair and makeup (the day of the wedding and whenever someone sees photos). They were a ton of fun to have in my bridal suite while we were getting ready and they made everyone feel so relaxed. I hired Carolina based on the recommendation of a friend from high school and I would definitely recommend her and her team!

i thought that carolina was terrific in what she did for my hair. I likedthe fact that she took the time to go over things with me and decide which look was best and that she was flexible in what styles of hair i wanted.

First of all, I want to say that Viviana, Carolina's sister, did an amazing job with hair for me and two bridesmaids for my wedding. She was able to execute exactly what we asked, our hairs looked beautiful and stayed put all night. In addition, she was early, efficient and put all of us at ease. I give her my highest recommendations. While not the cheapest around the area, it was still reasonably priced.

The biggest reason I can't give From Hair to Eternity five stars is the lack of proper communication leading up to the wedding. There was a period of more than a month after I send in my initial deposit, when I was trying to schedule a hair trial, and none of my emails were responded to. There are different phone numbers listed on website/yelp and apparently, I wasn't contacting the one that they respond to either. It left me for a period of several weeks 1-2 months out from the wedding where I had no idea what was going on so it was a lot of unnecessary anxiety wondering whether I should be booking a new hairstylist just in case. I wish someone at the company will do a better job communicating with their customers. It is rather unsettling to not hear from someone for so long after you just send them a deposit.

Carolina did a great job on hair and makeup for our bridal party. She was very friendly and punctual. My only complaint was that she did not bring her assistant, which she said she would. Nor did she offer any explanation as to why she did not bring her. I had a very hectic wedding day, and was running late so having an assistant there to work on my bridesmaids while Carolina worked on me would have been more efficient and given us more time to relax.

Carolina and her team were fun to work with and were able to accomodate a very early morning start on the day of. They're less costly than most makeup/hair artists and one of the few that offers airbrush makeup. But note that they would not charge extra for the bride if you go with the group package, so service would not be extra special for her either. The makeup was gorgeous on me as Carolina listened to exactly what I wanted. However, I don't think she brought enough girls to do my large bridal party, and because it wasn't too coordinated and there was a lot of chitchatting amongst themselves, I felt like they were not focused on doing our hair. Our hairstyles ended looking rushed and pretty similar. One thing I noticed they do differently is that they use hair curlers instead of hair rollers to set the hair, so the hair doesn't stay too well, is very frizzy, and ultimately very unpolished looking. Also, they don't spend a lot of time with the bangs, which is THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of the look in your picturs. Looking back at my pictures, I hated my hair. The bangs were wrong to begin with and the style didn't last all day because there wasn't enough structure to hold everything in place and became frizzy/droopy towards the end of the night at the reception and kept falling into my eyes. It was one very imperfect part of my wedding, and now looking back, I know how important it is to have your hair hold and to look good all day for that confidence you need on your big day. The hair looked very different from the ceremony as compared to the reception, and I was too busy pushing up my hair to enjoy the wedding. If you want a sleek, classy perfect look and special attention as a bride, I don't think that you would look here. Such a regret, and I just wish that even though I may not have spoken up while doing my hair, that she'd notice the style would not last all day and let me know then.

THIS VENDOR WAS A NO SHOW ON OUR WEDDING DAY. AVOID! My wife was crying after we scheduled with this vendor to do my now-wife's makeup and she never showed up despite my wife having spoken with her several times the day before the wedding confirming details. My wife was crying on her wedding day because of this vendor!

I had the worst experience with vendor "From Hair to Eternity" Carolina located in Saugus, MA 617-777-4923 for the most important day of my life, my son's wedding. I booked hair, airbrush make-up and lashes on 6/29th for my daughter and myself for 9AM on Sat. July 8th. I also gave her contact information to my sister-in-law who also booked with her to be done after my appointment. We were all staying at the same hotel in Haverhill, MA. Carolina was very pleasant when we spoke and my daughter and I were looking forward to getting primped for the wedding. She later called and asked what time I needed to be ready. I told her that I had to be on the 3:20 shuttle to the event for pictures. She assured me that she didn't need to come at 9AM since she had a full staff to prepare and would be there at 12PM. I also must say that I paid in advance $125 for myself and daughter. My sister-in-law was paying her in cash at the hotel. Day came and Carolina did not show at 12, kept calling her and texting and she assured me that they she and her staff were on route. At 1:15 her husband Carlos and another staff member show up, he tells me that they can only do hair and Carolina and another make-up artist were on their way. He assured me that everything will work out and not to worry, he will also give me 1/2 of my money back. I then hear him on the phone with Carolina. He tells me that she forgot her make-up bag and had to return home to get it. I have hair somewhat done, my daughter's hair is made up quickly at last minute. It is now 3:05 and I start asking my daughter and sister to help me get dressed, grab my little makeup bag, start yelling at Carlos and run to catch the shuttle, minus any make-up, lashes, hair half done. Carlos apologizes and says this never happens and that he will provide a full refund $300.00. Somehow they did not understand that it was not the money, it was my son's wedding and I wanted my daughter and myself to look our best. What a disappointment.

If I could give Carolina a negative number for a review, I would, and I have literally never written a negative review in my life. To put it simply.... Carolina did not show up on the day of my wedding. Or I guess she did, but was so late that we were already leaving the hotel for the ceremony when she arrived. (Oh, but don't worry, she still charged me for her services! -- Yes, those would be the ones that she did not actually provide.)

I had contracted with her to do my hair the day of my wedding, as well as my mom's and my sister's hair. I should have had some sense of concern when she told me that she needs to be paid in full prior to providing the services. I told her we needed to leave the hotel by 4pm to get to the venue in time. I had asked her to get there at 11:30 because I didn't want to stress out about getting everyone done in time, and she assured me that 2:30 would give her plenty of time.

2:30 and she isn't there.
3:00 and she isn't there.
My sister calls her and she says she's in traffic and will be there soon. My sister asks if she should start curling my hair or anything to get me ready, and Carolina says no, she'll be fine.
3:30 no Carolina.
4:00 I decide that my sister and my best friends need to pull our collective talents and do my hair together. I was out of my mind stressed, as was my sister, who just wanted this day to be perfect as much as I did. My sister and friends did a wonderful job with both my hair and the damage control. We grab out stuff, load up the car, and head out, only to find Carolina at 4:30 walking down the hall of the hotel. I told her that I didn't want to get into an argument on my wedding day, and so I just wanted my money back. She went to her car to get the cash, and came back with the money. I count it, and it's about $150 short... "Um, Carolina, this is not the amount I gave you." She replies, "It's everything but the fee for the trial, and the travel."

YOU'RE CHARGING ME FOR YOUR TRAVEL WHEN YOU GOT HERE TWO HOURS LATE? AND SO LATE THAT WE WERE ALREADY SUPPOSED TO BE GONE FROM THE HOTEL???
AND YOU'RE CHARGING ME FOR THE TRIAL RUN OF THE STYLE THAT YOU NEVER SHOWED UP TO DO??

I was so furious, but I was about to marry the love of my life and that mattered far more to me than this unprofessional woman and some stupid hair, so I was able to maintain some cool. However, for those of you ladies out there who don't want your sisters to have to do your hair 30 minutes before your wedding, and want to work with someone who is reliable and professional, I strongly suggest you find another vendor. She comes off as a sweet woman, and I have no doubt that she does a nice job when she shows up, but that's not so relevant if she isn't someone you can count on.

With some threat of legal action post-wedding, I got the $150 back. It was just such a ridiculous fiasco, and one that I really wouldn't wish on anyone on that one special day when you just want to feel beautiful and have things run smoothly.

I hope things go more smoothly for the rest of you, ladies, or that you have sisters.
