Mary and Allen are the absolute best! Being new to the Miami area and without a home church, Mary and Allen made us comfortable from our very first call. They showed us an abundance of kindness and patience. Both Allen and Mary were genuinely invested in our love story, we could tell how much purpose and intention went into their preparation for our ceremony. We also took the Vow Writing class, which we highly recommend. Neither of us knew where to begin with writing our vows. Mary and Allen's prompts made it so easy to organize and revise our vows. Their feedback was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

We honestly didn’t consider any other options. From the very first moment we got in contact, we felt an instant connection, and we just knew they were the perfect fit for us. Like having a good, good friend officiate your wedding
Let me just say working with Mary and Allen from the very beginning to the end was great. Not only are they kind and responsive, but they are personable and it feels like they genuinely love this job and are excited to be a part of your wedding.
I could not have asked for a better ceremony. Even before the ceremony when they saw me, they were so genuinely excited to see me and they were so happy for me. It felt like my own parents seeing me for the first time! It was so wholesome.
The actual writing was absolutely perfect for us. They encapsulated our love story and all the nerdy stuff my (now) husband and I love. It was so nice during the ceremony that Allen gave us gentle reminds to breathe, and to take it all in. It did not feel like a vendor I just chose and hired, it felt like a good friend helping to marry us. For that, I am so thankful to have found them.
I cant stop thanking them for making my ceremony so perfect. Even taking photos with them after we signed our paperwork was so fun! They truly are such lovely people.
I believe finding a good team for your wedding is a major part in its success and how you end up feeling the day of your wedding: Mary and Allen were no doubt the best choice I could have made, and it really made it magical.

They initially contact you to request a video meet, just to learn a little about the couple. We talked with various oficiantes and Rabbis but really didn’t feel comfortable with anyone until we met you. After that I think we felt confident that in one way or another the ceremony would be beautiful and authentic to who we are.
We felt like if we wanted more help with the vows and planning you were there and also felt that you respected our pace and space to discover how the ceremony would all play out on our own.
Getting married to someone is a sacred act. We wanted someone who could bring their wisdom and experience mix it with ours and make some magic. And thats how it went.

stress free and made my life easier!
When the wife and I decided to get married in Florida, we didn't know any officiants, camera people, make up people. We had no idea how to get a marriage license in Florida. After booking with From Engaged to Married and having a zoom meeting Mary and Allen we felt confident to book them, because they listened and really helped us when we needed it.
Allen gave us some really good resources to get the marriage license online, and really helped walk us through how Florida handled the paperwork and what documents we needed. Also, they would always answer emails back quickly, which when you are planning a wedding is a huge stress relief.
Since we had no connections in Florida, we were really hoping that we had booked good honest people and Mary and Allen were just that. They truly took the time to listen to our story and got to know us, so come the day of the wedding we were not worried about the ceremony.
and trust me when i tell you that even with a small wedding there will be things to worry about, book with companies and people who take that stress away so you can focus on other things.

We got married on June 8,2022 and since we are new in this state, they did very well in assisting us with our needs! They recommended the venue for us which was at Key Biscayne, perfect for our intimate ceremony with little to no people around and the scenery was superb!! My daughter was married two week-ends ago and the wedding ceremony was officiated by Allen Guerra, with support from Mary Jane Guerra. During the rehearsal, both Allen and Mary Jane were attentive to details, and Mary Jane would intervene to recommend adjustments in the sequence of events and/or to details that would enhance the ceremony. At D-Day, during the ceremony, Allen was masterful and he showed his empathy during the exchange of vows. I was very touched! During that time, Mary Jane was keeping a watchful eye on things. Professional, courteous and engaging. We are so satisfied that we went with From Engaged To Married for pur wedding. Allen & Mary are wonderful! My husband and I are not very good at expressing our feelings with words, but Allen & Mary were able to tell our love story and personalize our vows into perfection. Unfortunately Allen could not make it to the ceremony, but Mary was outstanding! We had a bilingual ceremony and she balanced it perfectly! They asked us for our wedding colors so they can incorporate the colors with their outfits! (perfect right?) They also took care of mailing our marriage license so we can truly enjoy the days right after with no worries! (imagine having your first married argument over who returned the marriage license right before the honeymoon. lol no bueno ) My husband and I have no regrets! Mary and Allen did more than just officiate our wedding. They made sure our ceremony was uniquely ours. When it came time for the wedding it felt as if close friends were hosting the ceremony for us. I could not recommend them enough! They were even able to accommodate our bilingual needs.

Second Wedding
We had a “second” wedding following Covid 19 causing our first originally planned wedding to be family only. As such, we were unsure of what kind of ceremony to have as we were already married& didn’t want it to be awkward. They helped us plan a ceremony that incorporated us renewing our vows even after a year, that was beautiful and meaningful. They even incorporated our dogs into our vows which was amazing. Everything was planned and coordinated perfectly, we could not be happier with the ceremony.

An ethereal and unforgettable hand fasting ceremony
Allen promised and delivered even more than what we all thought was possible with the ceremony of our dreams! We didn’t quite know who to hire as our officiant because we have different beliefs than usual and wanted to find officiants who got us and from engaged to married truly understood us. They captured our love story in a concise, beautiful way and made every single one of our guests at our wedding shed a tear, even those we didn’t think would (grizzly guys and even the venue coordinator). Allen showed up well before the ceremony started and was very prepared, he did a really nice job, several of our guests let us know how beautiful the ceremony was. Allen made himself available prior to the ceremony and assured us everything will go smooth, which it did.

Where do I begin Allen and Mary Jane from the beginning made the whole process so easy and we found them very helpful. They were quick to answer any questions we had they were very attentive and really got to know my husband and I. Our ceremony turned out absolutely beautiful because we hired them as our officiant‘s. Allen speaks beautifully and was able to tell our love story for all of our guests to hear. If I could give them more than five stars I would absolutely do so. From Engaged to Married were absolutely wonderful! We had originally hired another officiant to marry us, and unfortunately due to COVID, they had to cancel 13 days before my wedding. Best officiant ever.
We had the pleasure of working with Allen and Mary for our wedding, which was postponed a year due to COVID. Allen was a genuine, shining beam of light when we met him at a wedding expo. You can tell that he truly cares about love and making sure he's able to tell real, beautiful stories. He took the time to learn things about us, including how we met, how my husband proposed, what we love most about each other, even things we wanted to tell our guests during the ceremony. He always has a smile on his face; and, even when things went wrong during our ceremony, he kept his composure and maintained his patience. He and Mary do not take advantage of couples, as you see far too often in other wedding officiants. They are affordable, and worth far more than what we paid for this service. They are great human beings, and they're definitely in the right business.

The best team for a unique and personalized ceremony!
We fell for Allen and Mary right after our first call with them. I'm an events girl and have worked dozens of weddings with generic ceremonies without much depth or personalization. I knew I wanted something different and we found it! They truly get to know you as a couple and find ways to tie in your story into the ceremony. They're also specific in asking what style of ceremony you want and if there are any traditions you would/would not like included.
Officiants may not be something you would initially think to be selective with, but they are so important! They set the tone for the rest of the wedding and make the moment of union all the more special.

We can not thank Allen and his wife enough for all their efforts with our wedding! We gave them both quite a challenge with giving only a week notice that we were getting married and through their fantastic communication and prompt responses we were able to pull it off! Our Coconut Grove Wedding!

Prewedding review:
Allen and MJ are amazing. We had to postponed 2 different wedding dates due to COVID and Allen and MJ have been so helpful, supportive and flexible with us in finding new wedding dates.
Prior to our original wedding date, we met with Allen and MJ to discuss planning our ceremony and they really got to know us and what we wanted for our ceremony. They also video chatted us prior to the wedding when we were planning from out of state.
Post wedding review:
Allen performed our ceremony and we could really feel it was personalized it to us after getting to know us over the last 2 years of (covid) wedding planning.
We had a little hiccup and forgot the glass for the breaking of the glass ceremony but Allen didn’t skip a beat and kept the ceremony flowing.

Most amazing experience we had during challenging times
Beyond 5 stars. Best officiant hands down. You want someone who treats you like family and are a shinning light that guide you through challenges and can be accommodating hire Allen and Mary. Through a difficult time during CORONAVIRUS we had to cancel 2 set dates we had made due to the pandemic. Allen reminded us Love will prevail. Superb Officiants!!
Allen and Mary Jane were absolutely wonderful to work with! From my first phone call with Allen, I had a great feeling and knew he was the officient we would hire! He took his time to explain how his planning session would work and I could tell he was very organized. About a month or so before our scheduled wedding date we had a virtual meeting where both Allen and Mary Jane spent about an hour getting to know both of us, how we met and what was important to each of us. Then a ceremony was written based on what they learned in our meeting. We knew we were in good hands and did not have a worry in the world about our ceremony and did not know anything that was written for us until the day of our wedding. In the middle of all the planning, the pandemic hit and we had to hold off for 6 more months. Allen was there for us when we were ready and picked up right were we left off!
Allen worked with our musician to coordinate our ceremony with music. He also incorporated a beautiful dove release poem into our ceremony just before we released 2 white doves.
In a nutshell, look no further, because you can't go wrong choosing either Allen or Mary Jane as your wedding officient!

Heartfelt, professional officiant
My (now) husband and I decided to elope 4 days before Allen officiated our intimate ceremony. Best wedding officiant!
I planned a majority of my wedding from NE and moved down to FL just over a month before my wedding. I had almost everything done but still hadn't found an officiant. I didn't even know where to begin looking or what I even needed. I went to a bridal expo with my soon to be mother in law and we ran into the Engaged To Married booth. Right away Allen and I clicked. He is one of the most genuine, easy going, caring guys I have ever met! I knew he would be perfect right away. My fiancé was skeptical and nervous about meeting him because he is very shy and doesn't like to talk in front of people and he knew Allen would have to ask us a lot of questions in order to make our wedding more personable. As soon as we got off our video conference my fiancé said "Wow that guy was cool". (It takes a lot for him to have an opinion about wedding things, so trust me thats impressive). My fiancé and some of his family speak Spanish but all of my friends and family do not. Allen perfectly blended our ceremony so everyone could enjoy it. He was emotional right along with us and had all the perfect words to unite us in front of our family! He made us a copy of our ceremony/vows to give to us which was awesome.

Perfect Ceremony
Allen did an incredible job with our ceremony! He captured everything about us, made the ceremony unique and intimate to our relationship. I could not have asked for a better ceremony, he made our night very special. Even friends and family later that night would come up to us and say that the ceremony was so US. Allen was amazing and more than I ever expected. My ceremony was very personal and tailored to us just as we wanted it to be. He was cheerful and very well spoken. He even went to buy my sand for the ceremony as I had completely forgot. Very sweet and great at what he does. For my 10 year wedding vows I will use him again.

Beyond amazing
We couldn’t have picked anyone better to officiate our wedding. Allen was so easy, accommodating, and flexible to work with and he created such a unique and loving ceremony for us. There were so many last minute changes (weather caused us to move the event indoors, and one of our guests were late and I didn’t want to start without them) and he patiently waited with our guests and was so kind.
His words will resonate with us and you can truly feel his passion for what he does.

Allen officiated our wedding at Flamingo Gardens on December 8th 2019 and we could not have been happier with our ceremony. While we were planning from abroad, Allen was super easy to work with and very professional.
The ceremony, including ring exchange, sand ceremony and vows, was beautiful. It felt like he was a friend of the family.

The Day of my Wedding
I got married about a month ago and the ceremony was officiated by Allen. I call him my savior because the night before the wedding the officiant I initially hired cancelled the ceremony and didn't answer any of my calls, as you can imagine I was out of my mind worried and this is when I met Allen. At around 10.30 pm I started googling wedding officiant and lucky enough I called one of the numbers and he answer right back super nice and professional we exchanged info and there he was a few hour later standing tall ready to officiate my ceremony and even though it was last minute, he asked me enough questions to put something together also a little in Spanish as well to make the ceremony beautiful and he waited for me cause I was running late like every bride. Definitely made my wedding day very special.

Our Special Day . The Day of Our Wedding Ceremony
This moment was special to us , Mr. Allen made it unforgettable , this fast paste lives makes a hard task to planned out a wedding on your own , we worked hard on planning our budget , and worked hard on making preparations , but having Allen as our wedding officiant made all our process simple and secured . From the moment , I made the first call I felt something had fall into place . After couple of other previous calls ,change of plans and dates , etc , my conversation will Allen made me fell I was actually getting married . He has an interesting system , that’s designed for busy working people like my Husband now and I . Plus , and this is a big plus , he truly works hard on finding a bonding point with the bride and groom , once that’s done then it becomes a teamwork until that special day arrives . I don’t want to forget to mention , he showed up half an hour earlier , willing to assist in any task . ALlan is also fully bilingual , which became a blessing to my parents ,all of us as well as my parents in Law . We are beyond blessed to found Mr.Guerra to officiate Our wedding Ceremony!

From the moment I first contacted Allen through the end of the wedding, Allen was very professional, personable, and easy to work with. He always responded almost immediately when I e-mailed him with questions. The ceremony was beautifully written and I had my marriage certificate waiting for us in the mail by the time we got back from our honeymoon. He was also more affordable than other officiants we researched in the area. He is very devoted to his work and we were lucky to have him!! The photo attached is one he took and sent to us :)

Amazing officiant! Exactly what you need !
Allen provided a simple yet beautiful ceremony for us. Exactly what we wanted. I completely forgot I was supposed to give him the marriage license to sign which was in my car and went to take pictures with my husband. Allen patiently waited over 30 minutes for us. He also took care of the filing so we didn’t have to worry about that. Totally recommend him!

Unique experience and very personalized.
Since the first moment I spoke with Mr. Allen I knew he was the person I was looking for. He was very patient, flexible, and very calm, he helped me to keep my things together in those moments of stress. The ceremony was amazing my family loved him, including my 2 uears old daughter. I never thought that the officiant plays such an important role until I met him and I realized how good he is.

Wow! Mr. Guerra saved our Wedding Day! Words cannot explain how much we appreciate him. I am soooooo happy we chose him out of all the Wedding Officiant on here. They were a lovely couple to work with and it was an easy choice to have Allen as our officiant. All of our guests said it was the most heartfelt ceremony they have witnessed and everything he said was truly catered to us as a couple. We would recommend them to future couples looking for an officiant. My only complaint is that when he announced us as husband and wife, he announced the wrong last name. Everytime we watch our wedding video we will hear the wrong last name. Not the biggest deal in the grand scheme of things but for the price and amount of time we spent with them it was disappointing for that to happen.
