I had the privilege of attending a non-profit fundraising gala at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center featuring a national performing artist. The event, coordinated by Tigre Hammond, was flawless and perfectly executed. In addition, the organization exceeded their financial goal to help families in need. The venue is perfect for weddings, corporate holiday parties, and galas. I highly recommend working with Tigre and her amazing team!

The Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center was amazing! My husband and I fell in love with the venue after attending a wedding reception there the summer before we married. So, when we started venue shopping for our own, it was one of the first places on our list. The staff was kind and so accommodating to all of our needs. With a guest list reaching past 200, the grand ballroom was the perfect place for our reception. Casey Silversmith, Exhibit Services Manager, and Ryan Richardson, Director of Food and Beverage, were particularly wonderful throughout the planning process. They did everything they could to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it to be. In the midst of all the stress of wedding planning, they made it fun and easy. They were there from beginning to end and it was so wonderful to know that when we reached the reception hall, we didn't have to worry about a thing. They even pitched in with things outside their job descriptions when my family was having a hard time reaching the venue. The rest of the staff was also wonderful throughout the entire evening, and even made sure my husband and I ate something (which most married couples can attest, doesn't always happen!) I could not recommend the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center more highly and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested!

They were understanding and helped us every chance they could. It is mandatory to use their onsite catering, but the chef and their team is amazing. Our guests enjoyed the food so much that their complaint was that there wasn't enough time to eat it all. They paid attention to details and the lighting and napkins, signs and parking arrangements, were all about our theme. We definitely recommend them. Thanks so much.

They catered to all of our needs within our tight budget. Super friendly service. And the catering was AMAZING. All of our guests loved the food options they provided.
