Gosh, where do I even begin… Franzi and Martin are absolutely amazing. Their ability to transform even the simplest settings into captivating, story-driven moments is a true testament to their talent. Through their photojournalistic style, they brought our wedding to life, capturing every raw and genuine moment. Their timeless photos are so immersive that we can relive every emotion and detail as if we’re right back in the moment.
We first met Franzi and Martin for our engagement shoot, and my husband and I were both nervous since being in front of a camera doesn’t come naturally to us. Before we started, they took the time to chat with us, get to know us, and offer helpful tips on how to pose. Their guidance and positive energy made the whole experience feel comfortable, light, and fun, allowing us to relax and just be ourselves. It’s not an easy task to capture people who aren’t used to being in front of a camera, but they do it with such ease.
Beyond their expertise, they were the most pleasant and professional people to work with. From start to finish, they always made themselves available to answer my questions (no matter how big or small) and worked closely with me to make sure our wedding timeline was as seamless as possible.
Choosing the right photographer for your wedding day is crucial since they’ll be with you all day, and Franzi and Martin are exactly who you want by your side. I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about Franzi. From the very start, her professionalism and genuine care were abundantly clear as she took the time to truly connect with us. We worked with Franzi for our engagement photoshoot, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. Her photography style is timeless, and our galleries left us speechless. As someone who can get overstimulated, having Franzi by our side on our wedding day was the best decision we made. You spend so much of your wedding day with your photographer (sometimes more than with the person you’re marrying!), so it’s essential to have someone with the right energy for you. Franzi and Martin are both calm, collected, and incredibly kind. They kept us on track, but if things ran behind, we would’ve never known. They worked seamlessly with our planner and other vendors, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It took me a little while to review Franzi and Martin because it is hard to find the words… they are an absolute dream to work with. From the very beginning of wedding planning Franzi was there helping me find my eye for how I wanted things to turn out on our big day. You won’t find photographers more skilled or personable than Franzi and Martin! They photographed our engagement in Charleston, SC, rehearsal dinner and wedding in Boston, MA. We cannot recommend them highly enough for your next engagement session, wedding, or event! Working with them was a dream and we feel so lucky to have met them.
First, if you took all the photography away, Franzi and Martin will enhance your wedding day just by being a part of it. They are warm, funny and fit right in with the gals/guys and families. They also got along and coordinated so well with our venue, floral designer and planner - everyone loved working with them. We all felt so comfortable around them and this is reflected in the natural, beautiful photos.
They are also incredibly professional, prepared and organized. The morning of the wedding, they had already scouted and planned all of the locations for the first look, family and bridal party photos, and husband/wife shots. We didn’t have to do or think about a thing in terms of photos the entire day - we just followed their lead! During the ceremony and reception, they were so subtle in taking their photos. We were able to enjoy the day without it feeling like a photoshoot.
The photos were simply stunning. We have gotten so many compliments on how unique and personal our photos are. Most importantly, they feel like us, because Franzi and Martin got to know us throughout this process. We had such a hard time putting together an album because we had too many favorites to choose from!
One of the guiding values for choosing our wedding vendors was to find true artists who are passionate about their craft and then trust them to work their magic. Franzi and Martin are just that - artists. We wanted them to have complete creative control and freedom and would encourage everyone who works with them to do the same - your photos will be gorgeous, and your wedding day memories will be made better because Franzi and Martin were there.

I cannot recommend working with Franzi and Martin enough! As we were planning the wedding, Franzi was super communicative and helpful. On the day of the wedding, she and Martin could not have been more professional, efficient, and fun to work with. They knew exactly what shots they needed, and made sure to capture all the portraits we wanted while still giving my husband and I the chance to relax, soak it all in, and enjoy time with our family and friends. And we LOVE our pictures! They captured the feel of our wedding day, and of us, so perfectly. We will cherish looking through our album, and all of our pictures, for many years to come. November Elopement
Our November elopement was a whirlwind of emotions, but one thing remained constant: the calming presence of Franzi. From the first email exchange, she exuded a quiet confidence and professionalism that put every worry at bay. Her responsiveness was impeccable, and she was always ready to answer questions and ensure every detail was in place.
Franzi isn't just organized, she's a maestro of logistics. When it came to those after-ceremony photos, she meant business, keeping our families organized and on task! Franzi's focus and passion were infectious, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was capturing every moment of our day.
But Franzi's dedication didn't end with the ceremony. She and her husband, Martin, graciously returned to photograph our family and friends at our home for a cocktail party the following evening. Their warmth and genuine interest in our loved ones shone through in every picture, resulting in photos that perfectly captured the joy and intimacy of the occasion.
The final product? Breathtaking. Our photos are stunning, each image a testament to Franzi's talent and vision. We haven't stopped receiving compliments from our family and friends, who are awestruck by how she captured the day's magic.

My husband and I were married a couple of months ago in July 2023. This review is long overdue, I have started to write this a couple times and just continued to stall because this was especially important to me that I get it right. Simply put- Franzi and Martin were exceptional.
The choice was easy from the second I met Franzi on Zoom, but wow, they FAR exceeded our expectations. Not only is their talent unmatched, but they are equally just as incredible people.
My husband could not stop raving about Martin and how incredibly helpful he was with both my husband and the groomsmen, even outside of photography duties. The images he captured with drone were so beautiful and unique. We are still in awe over them.
Franzi was patient, kind, punctual, and hysterical! Trust me, this is who you want on your wedding day as a bride, there is a calmness and familiarity about her that is a game changer! She makes you feel (and captures) all the things every bride wants to feel on her wedding day - beautiful, elegant, sexy, special, timeless, the list goes on.
Our package included an engagement session that we were not able to proceed with as we were not local. Franzi and Martin were kind enough on the day of our wedding throw in some extra perks to make up for that and I cannot express how grateful I am to them for that.
I had chills when I saw the sneak peek (posted within 48 hours) and let me tell you as someone that had major post wedding blues, these could not have come at a better time and were just the remedy I needed. Our gallery came in 2 weeks which I was blown away by. Their dedication is off the charts.
Hands down the best vendor at our wedding. It felt kismet that we landed these incredible people, and we cannot be more thankful to them for capturing these priceless memories in such a beautiful way. BOOK THEM TODAY.

Best wedding photographer ♥️
Where to begin- it's so difficult to put into words how much we appreciate Franzi and Martin. They were hands down the best decision that we made for our wedding day. They are not only an amazingly talented photography duo, but they are also the most wonderful people to be around and to work with. My husband and I could not be happier with our entire experience!
From our first meeting via Zoom (we live in NJ and got married in SC) we instantly connected with Franzi and Martin! We loved their energy, their willingness to work with us and our vision, and their professionalism and knowledge! We had our engagement shoot with them and it was pure MAGIC- from then we knew that our wedding day would be even more magnificent!
Over the course of 12 months, Franzi quickly felt like a friend that we have known for years! The amount time, care, and love that she put into getting to know my husband and I is something I will forever be grateful for! She also assisted us with wedding day decisions and made us feel so at ease during the whole process!

Franzi & Martin were a dream come true for my (now) husband and I! From the first meeting we had with Franzi via Zoom, to finally getting to meet them in person, they are an absolute joy to work with. Franzi made us feel more comfortable than we could have ever imagined during our planned engagement photos downtown on Chalmers St., and we knew that we would be in wonderful hands on our wedding day. The thing that stood out most to us, and that led us to choose Franzi and Martin were that they are a husband and wife duo. From the first time talking with Franzi, we could tell her energy and charisma for photography was genuine and came so naturally to her! It was so comforting knowing that Franzi and Martin be able to pose and direct us by showing us from their own example in person. I cannot stress enough how perfect it was to be able to watch them demonstrate a pose for us and see how it should look. It made all the difference in the world. It was also so comforting to know that Martin has been trained directly under Franzi's instructions, because that makes all of their photos have the specific shooting style and eye that we loved so much from Franzi Annika Photography.
Franzi and Martin always made sure to go above and beyond to make the entire wedding planning and wedding day go so smoothly. We were so impressed with the communication, planning, and quick delivery of ALL of our photos. Everyone says how your photographer plays such a big part in your wedding day, and it is so true! I am just so thankful I had Franzi on my wedding day, as she kept me excited and calm! Martin was so great during the getting ready photos with the groom and groomsmen- all of the pictures look like they came out of a magazine!
Our family and friends were blown away with the engagement pictures, and absolutely floored with all of our wedding day pictures! The countless comments we have received from family, friends and coworkers about our photos have been so amazing. Franzi's style is timeless, classic, and editorial style with a beautiful modern twist. Her gallery's speak for themselves, and we were confident that our wedding day photos would be exquisite with Franzi and Martin behind the camera- which of course, they were!
After our wedding, we have had friends that chose Franzi for their surprise engagement, and their photos were so beautiful. Franzi and Martin saved the day, and actually ended up posing as a car service for them after their ride to the surprise engagement spot fell through while they were trying to get there! We have also had other friends that were so blown away by our experience that they are looking to use Franzi and Martin for their own engagement photos and weddings. It has been so wonderful to be able to confidently recommend Franzi Annika Photography to our beloved friends during this exciting season of their lives! We know that they will receive the best, warmest welcome from Franzi and that the photos will be cherished for the rest of their lives.
Additionally, Franzi graciously offered to help us move when we relocated to Charleston during our wedding planning process. She also offered to take me (the bride!) to the venue on our wedding day when we hit a point at the end of wedding planning where we had a transportation schedule issue. She is truly an angel! I can only hope that down the road, I can convince (wink, wink!) Franzi to photograph all of our major life events (maternity/family) because we just love her that much! Words cannot even describe our love for Franzi and Martin. Franzi was my sisters photographer for her Charleston, SC wedding in July 2021. I wasn't even engaged yet but after seeing my sisters photos, I told my (then) boyfriend we HAD to hire Franzi when it was our turn. We got engaged a couple months later and Franzi was our first call. We were nervous that she wouldn't be available since we live and were getting married in NY - but they said yes! We were lucky enough to start our 2022 with Franzi and Martin for our engagement photos and end with them for our wedding in November 2022. From start to finish, this duo is professional, fun, easy to get along with, and SO TALENTED! Throughout the process, Franzi was SO quick to respond to my (many) emails, to ease my nerves, and to make useful suggestions. My family and my husband knew how great they were to work with since we had already done one wedding with them, but my husbands family could not believe how easy they made everything. We got our previews TWO days after the wedding and fell in love with everything. When we got the full digital album (well over 1,000 photos in less than two months!), I could not believe it. How well they captured our day - from every little detail to every emotion and everything in between - and truthfully, how great they made us look. We have had so much fun relieving the wedding day through our pictures and are so happy they captured moments we didn't even know were happening. We just finished creating our album and had such a hard time picking photos since everything that they gave us was perfect. I have one more sister who has yet be married and we already told Franzi she'll be back to shoot that wedding as well! If I can offer one piece of advice for any bride to be - it is book Franzi and Martin NOW because they are in high demand and for a very good reason! -

Best of the best
Franzi photographed our October elopement and it was an absolute joy to work with her! From our first Zoom meeting to our big day and beyond, she was always enthusiastic and friendly and made us feel like our day was just as important to her as it was to us. She referred us to other vendors, gave thoughtful recommendations on portrait locations, and was even kind enough to drop us off at our post-ceremony dinner once we wrapped up our photos!
I have endless positive things to say about working with Franzi, but among my favorites: Franzi was super professional but made us feel so at ease in front of the camera. She perfectly described every shot so we knew exactly where to stand and how to pose. She captured some intimate and sultry shots of us even though I would never describe ourselves as either of those things! She delivered a gorgeous, magazine-worthy gallery that perfectly captured our day.

I don't even know where to begin on expressing my gratitude and appreciation for having Franzi and Martin document and be apart our wedding. It meant the world to us! They were beyond our expectations, and their craft in capturing the perfect moments were amazing. We loved how they edited our photographs and truly have mastered the craft of capturing timeless photos. My husband and I were both a bit nervous to be in front of the camera. Franzi made sure we were comfortable and made every shoot so much fun and comfortable. They were accommodating to our needs and heard us when we had an idea of how we wanted to capture something specific. I don't think you'll find a better team than Franzi and Martin to capture your special day.
I also was given the opportunity to do my bridal portraits after the wedding, which Franzi was gracious enough to let me do, because I was too stressed to do it before the wedding. Let me tell you - that was SUCH a special experience. We did a bald girl reveal, and I was so NERVOUS. Franzi was the best hype person you could ask for and really made me feel confident and stunning in front of the camera.

Franzi is AMAZING. 10/10 times would hire her again :)
Franzi photographed our wedding in June 2022 and we recommend her without any reservation. If you are lucky enough to request her when she is available, book her immediately! We had a few meetings prior to our event to discuss details so there were no surprises for anyone. We were married at the Gaillard Performing Arts Center and had our reception at a private room in a restaurant downtown. She is a spectacular photographer and so easy to work with. Her pricing is straightforward and her style is very accommodating. Whatever we asked for, she was all too happy to oblige and when we didn't know what to do, she directed us with finesse and warmth. After the event, she curated the most gorgeous collection of snapshots organized by milestones throughout the day. The angles, the lighting, the photo touchups, the variety of poses and locations all added up to the BEST photographic experience we have ever had. Thank you for capturing our day so elegantly!! -

Absolutely the Best!
Franzi and her husband Martin are above and beyond anything I could have asked for! They are truly so warm and professional and captured the spirit of moments so well. We had a very intimate wedding with just our immediate family and her photos made our friends and family that weren't attending feel like they were able to witness all the big and little magical moments of the day. The whole experience was just seamless; My husband and I fully agree we would have them at any major or minor life event in the future (and he's the guy who was wondering if we needed to hire a photographer)! -

The BEST photographers!!
Franzi and Martin captured Frank and I’s wedding weekend at the Sweetgrass Inn (and proposal and engagement session) and they are absolutely AMAZING!! Every photo session we have done with them, they continue to blow us away!! They captured everything from the small details of the day, amazing drone shots of our whole venue/ocean both during the day and at night, candids throughout the day of us and our guests, the dreamiest bridal portraits, and kept things moving quick and efficient during family/bridal party portraits so we had plenty of time to enjoy the day with our family & friends! Franzi has always made us feel so comfortable, calm, and confident, and our sessions are always fun!! Franzi gave us sneak peak photos/slideshows within just a few days of our session, which was the best surprise getting to see some of our sweet moments before we even left for our honeymoon. It has been awesome getting to re-live our wedding weekend through her photos. It has also been impossible narrowing down photos for our wedding album because there are just way too many great photos!! We would 10000% recommend Franzi to anybody!!! We can’t wait for future sessions with them! -

Guaranteed to Be Your Favorite Vendors!
Franzi and Martin photographed our November 2021 wedding. They are absolutely wonderful photographers and even better humans! I’ve written out this review a few times and deleted it because I had such difficulty finding the perfect words to describe how much we love them. Without a doubt, they were one of our favorite vendors and we are SO thankful to have come across their work. I have a lot to say about them, but if you don’t read through all of it just know: You will not regret hiring them. Franzi and Martin have everything you are looking for in a photographer. They are talented, very friendly, professional,flexible, creative, easy going, punctual, and just lovely!
We were planning a Hindu destination wedding in South Carolina and had been doing extensive research on the perfect photographer. We wanted a photographer who was able to capture candid-style photos that are timeless. We came across Franzi’s website and instantly fell in love with her photos. She has the ability to capture moments in such a beautiful way. You felt the love when looking at all of her previous couples. We quickly set up a meeting with her over the phone, as we were from New Jersey. We knew by the end of that call that she was the photographer for us. Even though she had never photographed a Hindu/Indian wedding before, she showed great interest. It really warmed our hearts to see that she took the time to do research on the different elements of a Hindu wedding and discuss it with us. Not only were we impressed with her photography, she also seemed like a vendor who put her heart into her job and really cared.
When we finally worked with Franzi and her husband Martin for our engagement shoot, almost 1.5 year later, they made us feel so comfortable. Neither of us had ever gotten professional photographs taken, and were shy around the camera. She worked to our strengths, which were photos that had us smiling and laughing. She took the time to show us how to make “serious” photos work for us. Franzi and Martin felt like friends by the end of our shoot.
Our wedding consisted of five events, and both her and Martin were present for each of them. We were BLOW AWAY by them! They are both so friendly and easy to work with. They quickly immersed themselves in each of the events and were able to capture all of our moments, both big and small. Because she had taken the time to discuss our events prior, she knew exactly what photos needed to be taken. She was able to guide our family and bridal party in a friendly way while still remaining professional. She was able to be flexible with any last minute changes. As someone who needed to control each detail of the wedding, It is SUCH a great feeling knowing I did not need to direct or guide Franzi at all.
After the events, we were given our ENTIRE gallery very quickly. I had tears in my eyes as soon as we began looking at our photos. Words don’t do justice to just how amazing and talented Franzi and Martin are. They captured details of the events, our guests’ emotions, and most importantly; they caught moments. We will be able to look back at these moments forever, with a big smile, because of them. Their hard work was very apparent and they deserve all of the praise in the world. Her photos told a story of each event. It’s been 7 months since the wedding, and we still have guests telling us how much they loved our photographer. Franzi and Martin, you both have no idea how much we appreciate you both. We go through our online gallery regularly and look back on these wonderful moments. We will treasure these photos forever. Franzi was so great on our wedding day and leading up to it. Her personality put us as ease when taking pictures and she was great at directing to get the perfect photo. I was blown away by the photos once receiving them and was surprised at the quick turn around. I knew from seeing her previous work that she was who I wanted to capture my big day, I love her style of capturing in the moment photos that don't look staged, and the vintage feel of her work. She captured the relationship of my husband and me perfectly. I highly recommend her as she will put you at ease the day of with her bubbly personality and you will definitely have a few laughs. -

Franzi and Martin incredibly captured candid moments at our brunch wedding and intently listened to our vision and brought it to life!
Franzi and Martin were the perfect photographers for our morning brunch wedding! We wanted a very unique wedding with no bridal party or groomsman and told Franzi we wanted to capture more candid and natural moments than posed photos. To say they blew it out of the water is an understatement! We had nearly 200 people at our wedding so this was no easy task, but I could not be happier with how our photos turned out and we are so thankful that they listened to what our vision for the wedding was and were able to bring it to life. Our gallery is full of genuine laughs, strong hugs, and tears of joy! It is great to see so many of my favorite people in their happiest moments and I will cherish these photos forever! They also did an incredible job of capturing the brunch vibe and beauty of our wildflower collection, donut bar, food truck and our vintage and boho furniture that pulled the entire wedding together. Franzi and Martin have a great eye for capturing the most meaningful moments and we are so thankful for them! I highly recommend them for your next occasion! -

Franzi is the BEST of the BEST
Don't even think twice, just book her now! We got engaged during the pandemic and started planning our destination wedding in Charleston halfway through, so we met all of our vendors virtually while living in Chicago. Everyone turned out to be great but Franzi was by far the best investment for our special day! I am a total perfectionist and I have to say our photos turned out better than I could have ever imagined, they are absolutely DREAMY! She really got our vision, managed to capture every little detail and sweet moments that I would have otherwise missed. I am so thankful. Best Engagement Photographer in Charleston!
Franzi is the absolute best! For a lost guy just trying to put together the best proposal possible for my fiance, Franzi was a lifesaver. Her help planning the proposal took all the stress away and let me focus on the moment. Her and Martin answered my questions, gave me specific feedback where I needed it, and helped me pull off a great sunset surprise! We felt so comfortable during the photography session, particularly because of Franzi's energy and how natural everything felt. Oh my, where to begin with Franzi!
I hate that it has taken me so long to write this review but when you write about someone as magnificent as Franzi, you want to make sure you put a lot of thought into what you write!
The biggest piece of advice I can give to engaged couples is that when you book your vendors, you are essentially “investing” in your wedding. It goes without saying that a photographer captures images of one of the biggest and most memorable days of your life. It is very important that you invest in the right one, and that can be said with all your wedding vendors. I can honestly say that Franzi and her husband Martin captured our wedding day with the upmost care and creative consideration. As a team they were able to take photos that my husband and I will treasure for the rest of our lives.
Due to Covid, we had the pleasure of working with Franzi for two years. The friendship that she gave us, and how much Franzi cared for us as a couple, made me forget that she was ever a part of our wedding vendor team. Franzi and Martin are both very talented photographers, their work speaks for itself, but the way that they both treat their couples is something that should be desired. Franzi worked with us for our engagement, our rehearsal dinner, and on our wedding day. We always felt comfortable and her direction between each shot made it so that we never felt out of place.
It is so true when people say that your wedding day is a blur. When it came to our wedding photos, Franzi and Martin took snapshots of wonderful moments that I now have frozen in time. Some favorites of mine were images that I likely would never have seen, and moments that I wanted to live in forever. I am now able to again experience the view of my husband when I walked down the aisle and his reaction when he saw me for the first time (Spoiler: that boy cried A LOT). I was able to see the joy of our loved ones as they celebrated during our reception. Lastly, I was able to look on as our guests beamed as my husband and I had our first dance as a married couple. These are just a few examples of why it is so important to invest in someone like a talented photographer, especially because life is a collection of moments.
Franzi’s friendship was and is a cherished, pleasant surprise, and an even bigger bonus. -

Franzi was recommended to us through our wedding planner and boy did we get lucky. She took the most breathtaking pictures of our wedding in Charleston. She was there every step of our wedding day, capturing every raw and precious moment. As someone who is normally shy and uncomfortable in front of the camera, she made me look and feel enchanting, elegant, and confident. Above all, Franzi was able to capture the exact atmosphere and emotion of our day; something that I believe only a true artist can do. When viewing our gallery of pictures, I am instantly taken back to each moment of our wedding day. No matter how many times I view the pictures, I feel as if I am reliving that day, over and over again. With such stunning and intuitive photos, there was absolutely no need for video footage. Each frame told the story of our day in such a way that no other source could. There is no one else I would trust more with our wedding day. Best. Photographer. Ever!!!!
I not only consider Franzi one of my FAVORITE wedding vendors, but I also consider her an awesome friend. When I was first looking for photographers, I considered another SC photographer, but she was booked. She recommended Franzi, and after reviewing her work and speaking with her, I knew there was a reason God allowed this amazing, talented soul into our lives! Franzi and her husband, Martin, are SO professional, detail-oriented, compassionate, and talented. I had a specific idea in my head for engagement photos, and Franzi found the BEST locations and created pure magic out of the session at Max Patch. And whether you're photogenic or not, don't worry. Franzi makes the experience super comfortable and she knows all the angles! My husband hates photos, but had SO much fun on these photo shoots, and most importantly he loved the outcome! With COVID-19, we had to postpone multiple times, but Franzi was always so encouraging and understanding. With only 2 weeks notice, she and Martin ended up taking our gorgeous elopement photos in Charleston. They generously helped us narrow down the best location, allowed us to use their place to get ready, bought us our favorite drinks, transported us, and were SO supportive of our decision. We still ended up having our Big Fat Greek/Albanian/American wedding May 2021. The photos are UNREAL!!! We have gotten SO many compliments, and our wedding party raved at how easy and fun it was to work with Franzi and Martin. I have never met a photographer that has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND like Franzi has. I'm so Type A, and I always worry things won't go to plan, but Franzi's organization, skills, and temperament always reassured me that everything will work out, and she made sure it did! I don't know how my husband and I got so lucky to find them, but I feel blessed and honored to have met these two beautiful souls. Having a brilliant, caring, and detail-oriented photographer is so worth the investment! WOW! Franzi was the absolute BEST photographer my husband and I could have asked for our wedding. From the beginning, Franzi was responsive and took the time to get to know us and understand our vision and style for our wedding. We did and engagement photoshoot and had an amazing time! It can be nerve-racking posing with your significant other in front of a camera, but Franzi immediately made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and it just felt so natural. We had an intimate, micro-wedding and as soon as she and her second shooter (husband) arrived, they felt like family. Her energy truly makes you feel at ease and so happy. I felt like I could live in the moment and enjoy the day. I really admired her attention to detail and how she was able to guide us through the day to capture each special moment without feeling overwhelmed. Now on to the photos. They were ALL GORGEOUS. Her style is so beautiful and you truly feel like a star. The way that she was able to capture natural moments and posed pictures really left us in awe when we saw our wedding photos. The natural moments really captured what our day felt like: happy, exciting, and full of love and posed photos never felt forced. I'm so glad she remembered everyone that we wanted to take pictures of too. That made our day stress free and I'm so glad she is so organized. I would HIGHLY recommend booking Franzi! You will enjoy every minute of working with her. Our family and guests still talk about how wonderful our wedding pictures are. Franzi is an absolutely INCREDIBLE photographer! I was blown away by how wonderful she was to work with and how AMAZING her photography is. First of all, both Franzi and her husband are so sweet, kind, and go above and beyond to make your day PERFECT. It all started from our engagement session where they made the trip down to Atlanta, and captured the most beautiful photos in all our favorite places. When it came to the wedding, anything we wanted, she was there to make it happen. Her attention to detail and planning made for the perfect day. She literally even went to all the locations we were incorporating into our wedding to scope out the best lighting and locations- talk about above and BEYOND. She captured our wedding day so perfectly, and every picture looks breathtaking. We are still in awe! Choosing a photographer is such an intimate thing, and it brought out all sorts of fears. For me, I was worried about choosing a photographer who would actually understand my vision and my brand and who would represent my products in the best possible light. You also worry about having a photographer who is easy to get along with and who you feel comfortable working with, and most importantly who you can trust. I was immediately put at ease when I began talking to Franzi of Franzi Annika Photography. She made the process so effortless, and she was so patient to answer all of my questions along the way.
She made the process stress-free from beginning to end, and her exceptional work speaks for itself. I have posted a few sneak peaks here. All of my worries were for nothing! As soon as I saw the first preview photos, I knew that I had made the right decision in choosing to work with her.
She is SUCH an artist! I was literally tearing up seeing the careful and beautiful way that she photographed my veils. Such care, so much time, and so much attention to detail goes into every photo. The way that Franzi views the world through her lens is so unique and different from what I have seen before. She tells a story with her photos and you can feel movement, emotion, and life.
She also went above and beyond to make sure that my photographs were exactly what I was needing. She even ordered special equipment especially for me so that she could capture the feeling, the mood, and overall look that I was needing. She offered to allow me to provide feedback partway through the process so that I could make any changes that I was wanting.
Franzi has a tendency to read between the lines, so sometimes I didn't even have to verbalize what I was wanting - she just seemed to instinctively know what I needed. And this is such a huge relief for a busy small business owner like myself! I knew that I was in capable hands, and I could let the photography fall of my plate because I had a talented and capable woman in charge of it.
Most exceptionally, Franzi is the most unique combination of being extremely professional while still being so sweet. If you are on the fence, don't be. Very skilled at flat lay photography
Franzi Annika Photography was the perfect choice for photographing my wedding invitation suites. Franzi is easy to work with, extremely professional and personable, and has a creative eye for styling flat lays. The pictures she took perfectly embody my brand while still telling the unique story of each suite. She took my work and brought my stationery to life.
