    Everyone is so friendly

    Everyone was so helpful and friendly Leslie was amazing to work with whenever i had any questions the suits looked Amazing on everyone!

    Great experience

    I met the crew from Franklin Roger's at a wedding convention and loved how friendly and easy going they where. They where also running their amazing wedding special so I made a appointment for my husband and his groomsmen right away.
    During the appointment the whole team where all super welcoming, helpful, and supportive. No one tried to upsell anything, they really just wanted the guys to wear what looked best and what felt the most comfortable which was huge.
    We still haven't been able to pick up the suit since we unfortunately planned a summer wedding and then covid happened. but they where super accommodating in keeping prices the same the last time I talked to them.
    Both me and my husband recommend Franklin Roger's to everyone who asks, and can't wait to actually be able to use the suit!

    Great Experience- 13 Suits!

    As a repeat customer to Franklin Rogers, I had no other place in mind for my wedding. I had a big group of guys to be suited up, thirteen in total, and Franklin Rogers hit it out of the park. They not only helped us fit all of the guy with a 3 piece suit but also provided shirts, ties and pocket squares for an amazing price (no chain store in the area could come close on price or quality). The employees and managers I dealt with made sure that every request we had was met with a smile on their face. Even when we had a minor hiccup related to their supplier’s mistake, they were on top of it and had new suits for those guys who needed them within days. I would encourage anyone looking for a suit for that special event or just for a night out to stop by their store in Providence. It’s hard to find this level of care in a retail business these days and I want to say thank you to everyone at Franklin Rogers for making all the guys feel good and look good at my wedding

    Great suits for a great price

    We used Franklin Rogers for our wedding and the outcome was great. The men all looked amazing in their suits and they loved that they were purchased and not rented. I would definitely recommend!

    So-so customer service, suits are excellent quality

    The quality of suits at Franklin Rogers was great & the price was right! I feel that FR may have over-advertised their wedding special and things got a bit hectic at times (especially while visiting the store). Also, customer service was just okay & there was unprofessionalism at times. There seemed to be a lot of turnover with the staff. Overall, I would use FR again due to quality and price.

    Unorganized, unprofessional do not use

    My groomsmen and I ordered our suits in April of this year for an August 1st wedding. I called several times for updates and was given the runaround every time. They couldn’t seem to locate my order then magically found it. After all of this aggravation and confusion, the Groom Store finally ordered our suits on June 29th. The suits took 3 weeks to come in and each of my groomsman spent over an hour inside the store getting marked up for alterations. None of the staff was on the same page and communication with them was terrible. Every time we went to the store there were other people making similar complaints

    Roger is very unprofessional. He yelled at me over the phone when I was rightfully frustrated about not having a suit 1 week before my wedding. He told me “you can’t handle the truth” after giving me a long explanation about why he waited 4 months to order our suits. Also, when I was getting marked up for alterations 1 week before the wedding day, I was told that it would take 2 weeks for alterations to be made. I asked for Roger to voice my concern about this. He tried to ignore me by telling another employee he was in a meeting (I could see him sitting alone at his desk). Once he came down he greeted me with a very rude and unprofessional tone rather than reassuring met my suit would be ready for my wedding.

    Upon receiving our suits a couple days before the wedding, they were not pressed and we weren’t given the ties or pocket squares that we ordered, adding to my frustration.

    The suits were decent quality and the alterations came out good. The price was right at less than $200 to own a new suit. However, the aggravation was not worth the deal. I guess “you get what you pay for.”

    DO NOT USE! Great price for horrible service

    My brother used this shop for his wedding and we had multiple issues between tailoring, forgetting to order items, and forgetting to put his shirt back in with the suit. Had to have someone drive down the day of his wedding to give it back to him and they brought the wrong size and wrong shirt. I wanted to give them a second chance for my wedding because the quality of suits and price was great. BIG BIG mistake. My fiancé and I went in December to pick everything out and set up the appointment with the wedding coordinator. I later get a call to set it up again because she forgot, no biggie mistakes happen. I’m a DM in retail so I’m laid back and more understanding than most. January 18, 2020 my groomsmen, the dads, and I all come in get sized which coordinator completely disregards I had an appointment at 12 and was busy with other guests because she forgot...again. So we all get sized by multiple associates, completely disorganized and all over the place. Finally coordinator makes time to talk to me after about another hour and tries rushing through my accessory appointment, clearly frustrated and even less helpful. All the information was put down, by the associate who helped me the first time. So flash forward to 6 weeks later I get a call to set up my sizing appointment....They lost ALL the sizes, ALL the measurements, AND suits were never ordered! My wedding was less than 50 days away. All I got was “you can get all 8 people back here” and the blame game ensued by management. Was everyone’s fault but managements. Thankfully I paid for my suit in full so no one else had to pay (their policy) which I did on purpose because I knew we would have issues. My money was fully refunded, seeing as they broke their own “Groom contract”, new manager took care of it without a fight. Do not trust this shop with the best day of your life. The hassle and issues here are not worth saving a few dollars. Please take my word for it, I shop local but will NEVER come back here. I NEVER write these types of reviews but I felt compelled to warn those considering Franklin Rogers. The absolute appalling lack of customer service, accountability, and regard for the customer is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention, my fiancé now gets to say I told you so.

    Placing all your vindictive reviews all over the internet says a lot about you. We have thousands of satisfied wedding customers. They just keep coming back. your attempt to destroy our business will not work. Had you just picked up the phone and called me with the problem, I would have done your wedding for free. It would have been complete in less than 30 days. Instead you are trying your best to destroy a successful small business. Shame on you!

    Avoid at all costs

    I honestly did not even want to write this review because I did not want to relive the stress they put me through. They are so so so disorganized. I cannot imagine how they are still in business with how disorganized they were. They called me every single day for weeks asking for information they already had, or telling me incorrect information. They then failed to tell me that one of the groomsmen’s suit had to be reordered because the wrong size was ordered (I still do not know whose fault this was), and up until two days before my wedding, one groomsman did not have a suit. They never told the groomsman he had to come back in to get the suit altered, and they told him it was all set. He and I both took that as they were going to alter it to his measurements because he lived far away, so that he did not have to come back in. So a week before my wedding they told me that he had not come in for alterations, even though he had been in two months prior. Then they told us we could do socks instead of ties, and when I did that they tried to charge me for the pocket squares because they didn’t tell me it was one or the other. Another time they lied to us and said they had been trying to reach a groomsmen but he was not answering his phone (they never called, and in fact did not even have his phone number.) If we were not getting called by them every single day, I would go multiple months of not hearing from them after asking questions. It was just miscommunication failure left and right. It has been 4 months now so I really do not know how to put into words how genuinely awful they were, but please avoid them at all costs.

    Brittany, we take our customers satisfaction very seriously, and we are very concerned that you feel you had an unpleasant experience. I have taken some time over the last day to review your wedding notes and in addition I have worked with my General Manager to get a better understanding. My manager explained to me that at the moment of signing our contract it seemed you were combative and vocal about your pre-determined distaste for us. He mentioned that you heard bad things about us, but you came in anyway. He also made note that we should have severed the relationship right away. However, we did not and we are now responding to an unfounded complaint. In regards to the complaint, all of your suits were complete 1-2 weeks prior to wedding date except one. Your groomsman, Enrique, was difficult to reach and he did not return until the last minute. We made him completely aware of his need to return and only got in touch with him, because my GM reached out to one of the other groomsmen to get in touch. We did not lie about this matter at all. In regards to the pocket squares, I have found emails between you and Becky that show her explaining that the ties come with the package and you could upgrade socks. I understand that early in the wedding you were being called a little more often than we normally would. We were training new staff on follow up and admit that we over did the outreach, but in each case we explained that we wanted to confirm everything with you, because you were so vocal about not trusting us on the first day. I know it was only a small gesture, but we did not charge for the sock upgrade out of courtesy due to the "miscommunication". I do not profess that we are perfect, but we are a small business that does a great job. My team always has the best intentions. It is our conclusion, that you simply did not understand our process and that you were combative all the way through which made it difficult for all involved. We are confident that in the end your groomsmen looked amazing and that the end goal was met. We have even gained one of your groomsmen as a lifetime customer, and he has made mention of how difficult it is to do deal with you. We sincerely, regret the minor challenges that we may have created, but we cannot let you get away with delivering a bad review on a situation that you and one of your groomsman created. I hope anyone reading this can see that their are holes in your version, and can recognize that even after 4 months a business can grow and improve. Normally, we would reach out for additional insight, but in your case we will not. Also, please take note we have documented communication from your wedding.

    AVOID the Headache

    Great quality...but at what cost. Had nothing but problems with my tailoring and my groomsman had to go back in multiple times. This place is wildly understaffed, and often your scheduled appointments will mean zilch! Even better when it came to my big day they didn’t even put my shirt inside my suit bag! Panic ensued and after an hour on the phone because they had to “approve for someone to bring me a shirt.” They insured me that they had my size, but not only did they bring the wrong size they brought French cuff when I had buttons LOL. OH IT GETS BETTER. My brother decided to give them a second chance And use them for his wedding and they lost all his and the groomsmen's measurements and didn’t order any of our suits. Didn’t find out until a month after we went in to get sized (less than 50 days to the wedding). Please please please trust me when I say the risk isn’t worth the reward. In the end we looked great for my wedding but had to go through so much to get there. Avoid the headache and take your business elsewhere!

    We had group of guys in today who are doing a wedding with us. It was the forth wedding these guys did. They are thrilled with us. Mistakes happen. I am very upset at the way my help have let your guys down. I know you came here because you know our weddings look spectacular. I extend an offer to the groom to do the wedding for free. I will personally make sure that the wedding is done in plenty of time. Put simply, our weddings look better than every other venue. Please advise me of your decision.
