So amazing and fun..my wedding pictures are amazing ..our photographer went with my ideas and was so easy going and alot of fun..our wedding picture book is beautiful and more than I expected...I will be blasting this company for the amazing work.if I had anything to say on your big day you aren't thinking about pictures and with whom so I would definitely write those things down or I wished my photographer mentioned those ideas

Frank was very professional and great to work with. He was always responsive in answering questions and the turnaround time for our getting our wedding photos was only a couple days. He took a good mix of photos, with some edited to be black and white or to include some special effects for a little variety. We were happy we did an engagement photo session before the wedding both to get to know the process and to have a professionally done photo book to display at the wedding. At the wedding, Frank was able to get lots of photos, both of arranged groups and candid shots. He was clearly experienced and able to provide direction for where to take photos at the venue and even what photos to take. His studio where we did our engagement photos was also beautiful, and he was able to give us great pricing for everything.

Works with You

Frank King was recommended to me through the Lodges at Gettysburg. He was already familiar with the venue so he knew where to go for the best lighting. He answered all my questions about timeframe of the wedding and how much I could realistically get done with photos with an hour. His pricing was very reasonable and worked with me in establishing a payment plan. When I didn't have enough money in the bank account, he understood and gave me a couple of days to transfer money. He also was able to work with getting a videographer a month before the wedding. He is very down-to-earth and realistic. He took over 1k photos from the wedding. He got a lot of shots of family and friends both posing and candid.

Frank King was one of the best choices we made when planning our wedding. He was professional, affordable and very personal. Our engagement pictures at his home were beautiful. At our wedding, he knew exactly what to do, we never had to ask him anything because he already knew exactly what we wanted pictures of! We recently worked with Frank King photography for our May wedding and it was a great experience from the start. They were very easy to work with and did a great job. Frank did our engagement session at his office and we purchased the photo album to be our sign in book at the wedding and it turned out great. Then our ceremony was at the capital building and the pictures came out perfect. Looking forward to getting our wedding album and I would recommend them to anyone.

We honestly can’t Thank Frank enough for his Wonderful services!! We had to make a last minute switch from a Destination wedding to a State side Wedding and Frank helped us every step along the way! The day of our Wedding Frank was Wonderful and Helpful working with our children for natural photos and gave us Wonderful suggestions for personal photos! Frank turned our Wedding photos and Videos around and had them back to us within 3 days after our Wedding! We can’t Thank Frank enough for all the Wonderful memories he captured for Us!!

My husband and I were looking for an affordable wedding and Frank King Photography was not only affordable, but very easy to work with. Both the photographer and videographer communicated with me about everything that went into the day. I paid additionally for two extra hours of photos, and Frank upgraded my dvd resolution for free. Very pleased with the professionalism and overall the experience!

Choosing a photographer was one of the hardest things to do. You don't want to make a mistake because you have these pictures FOREVER, right?! I am 110% happy with my decision to use Frank King Photography. We went to his location for engagement photos and they are BEAUTIFUL. We wanted fall pictures but the leaves weren't changing colors as quickly as they usually do BUT that was no problem for Frank! He edited some photos for a true fall look. The backyard set up is AMAZING! It has everything you need for the picture perfect engagement photos (a waterfall, pond, gazebo, grassy area, little shed, wagon, trees, bench, etc). He literally has it all! Fred was our photographer for our big day and he was great! I gave him some photos beforehand of what I wanted and he made sure we got them. During the photos you might think "oh this isn't going to look good" but trust me - THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!! Everything turned out amazing and I am so happy with all of the results. To top it all off I feel like I didn't need to break the bank to get phenomenal quality photos (we did a few add-ons - including a second shooter- that raised the amount a bit but SO worth it!). We got an engagement album and a wedding album made by Frank. The quality of these albums is nothing like I've seen before. When we went for our engagement shoot we were able to take a look at all of the albums he has on display. This is when we upgraded our package to have an engagement and wedding album.

We had Wic and Laura for photo and Joe as our videographer. We met Frank at a bridal show and received and excellent package! The entire crew was moving non-stop our entire wedding day...Wic and Laura captured every photo (literally) and Laura knew exactly how to handle my large dress in every photo! Joe was very accommodating with giving us Blue Ray and DVD's..along with a shorter video (45 min)...we also received the entire footage....which will be fun to watch on a rainy day! We received our photo and video in a matter of a few weeks (less than a month!).

We utilized Frank E. King for Photography and Videography for our wedding day. They were simply amazing! Both the videographer (Joe) and photographer (Wic) were professional, friendly, and attempted to capture as many great moments as possible. We met Frank at a bridal show and thought he was one of the sweetest people. He completed our engagement photos, and also took phots of our dog to superimpose into our wedding pictures :). We booked Frank King Photography at a wedding show a little over a year before our wedding. They by far offered the best package deal and pricing that fit what we were looking for! Frank did our engagement photos - they were absolutely amazing. We have more great photos than we know what to do with! The outdoor areas at his studio are absolutely beautiful and offer plenty of variety for backdrops. Fred did our wedding photos. He, too, was great to work with. A week before the wedding, he called us to go over the details of the day which was very helpful in planning who would be where, and when. He kept us on schedule, and organized! Our wedding photos turned out beautiful as well. We have serious shots, funny shots, and everything in between, and we couldn't be happier with his expertise in creating a great photo. Trying to narrow down photos for both our engagement and wedding books was quite challenging because of the quantity of great photos to choose from. :) Also, the turnaround time for both our engagement photos and wedding photos seemed impossibly fast (that's a really good thing!!). We are so pleased with our experience and photos from Frank King Photography. Their experience is quite evident in their ability to capture the emotion and special moments of the day. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism, quality, and value!

I first saw Frank King's wedding albums at a bridal show and I knew I had to have one of them! I know a lot of people that have used them as a wedding photographer over the years and I was very happy with the packages that they offer. Wic was great to talk with before the wedding as far as arrival time and schedule for the day. He was also great to work with the day of and up for any ideas that we had in addition to his! He kept the pictures moving and was around the whole night to capture pictures of us talking with friends and family and of course dancing! I can't wait to see how they turned out!

Frank personally photographed our wedding. We were very happy with the job he did. My only criticism is that some of the poses he suggested were a bit forced/awkward feeling but that only a minor thing. He was very friendly and helpful and the pictures turned out great!

Frank King Photography was EXCELLENT, and reasonably priced (especially with the offer we received at the "Date Night" @ the Lodges @ Gettysburg.
Both, Photographer and Videographer were amazing, and we received our Wedding DVD's within 2 wks after the wedding!!
The Videographer(s) were VERY discreet, so much that I only remember seeing him once, but he captured every moment!

We used Frank King Videography for our April wedding in Gettysburg. Coming from out of town, all of our discussions were over the phone or by email. From the beginning, they were so easy to work with. They helped coordinate with me to get what we wanted and help us avoid extra things that we did not need. The payment process was quick and efficient.
Our videographer, Joe, called the week before the wedding and sent samples of potential video shots. On the day of, he was so helpful and friendly. He stayed until he had everything he needed. We got our wedding video this week and it is just wonderful. My husband and I loved watching it and seeing all of the things we missed while we were each getting ready. The quality and sound were wonderful and it even caught the little things that we whispered to each other during the ceremony.

I would highly recommend this vendor for their quality of service, ease of use, and creating an amazing wedding video that we will cherish forever. They also sent small portions through email so we are able to share our wedding with all of our guests who were unable to attend.

My husband and I had a very small wedding with an equally small budget and Frank King treated us no different than his clients that probably spend hundreds. We felt like both him and our photographer for the day sincerely cared about our day. Frank is reasonable on his prices, even though the quality of his photos are above and beyond! I recommend Frank King to everyone I can!

Frank E. Photography did a wonderful job on my wedding photos! He knew where all the great spots were to take photos and he took care of making sure we did them fast and efficient enough because my husband hates taking photos! But they looked amazing in the end and I will definitely go with him again! When you have an impatient husband, you have to go with someone good to capture the moment!!!

Gary was our photographer for our wedding. He took great pictures and was very dedicated to getting perfect pictures! He was funny and a perfect fit for us! He took over 1000 pictures at our wedding. The price was also amazing! We got an even better deal because we signed up at bridal show. 5 STARS!

We also had engagement pictures done by the owner, Frank King, which was included in our package and he did and amazing job too! Over 200 pictures! He definately runs a great business! 5 STARS!

Frank King Photography is a must have for your wedding. Not only are the packages and the payment options extremely convenient for budgeting, but the quality of the photos you are going to get are priceless. Frank King took our engagement photos and we received so many compliments on them! The wedding pictures they took were everything we could have asked for. Wic was our photographer and he did such a good job capturing the whole day. We have so many pictures to look back on our wedding day now. All of the pictures that Wic takes are absolutely stunning! Wic has the best attitude and takes all of the shots that the bride & groom want, which was very important to us! Frank is extremely flexible and works with the bride & groom with whatever requests they have! A must have vendor!

Frank King did a great job. We hired him for a 7 hour wedding package and he gave us a free engagement session too. He was very flexible with my ever changing plans. On the wedding day, he showed up on time and took lots of before the wedding pictures (and first look) and they turned out beautiful. At the reception he moved around and captured lots of great moments. He had our pictures online just a few days later.

Before the wedding, we were able to meet both Mr. King and Wic at their studio where we did our engagement photos and signed the contract. Mr. King prior to, during, and even now has been very responsive via mail and email with questions and requests.

For the day of the wedding, Wic was at our venue before anyone even knew he was there taking photos of the grounds. He was quite patient wrangling all the cats...er wedding party and was really fun to work with. We have several fun shots that came up spur of the moment and he had fun with. All the wedding party got along with him really well too and during the reception I don't know that anyone even realized he was around getting great pictures of all the guests.

They gave us the chance to look at every photo he had taken online prior to ordering any photos or albums, and they sent a DVD of all the high resolution pictures after the wedding. Everything has been very affordable that they've offered and they're quick to respond and get your photos up and products sent out to you. I would certainly recommend this studio to anyone looking for an easy to work with, reasonably priced, highly professional, and excellent quality studio for their wedding.

We booked Frank King for our engagement photos, wedding photos, and wedding videography and he did an AMAZING job! Our photos turned out beautifully, better than we expected. Frank was very easy to work with and easy to reach, he always responded to my calls and emails quickly. He had great ideas and was open to our own ideas as well. We barely even knew the photographers were there the entire night and tgey managed to get pictures of everyone at the wedding. They were fantastic. I wish they would have been a little better with timing on pictures after the ceremony. Other than that they were great!

Frank King, himself, took our engagement pictures and let me tell you this man is creative, very personable and his outdoor studio is absolutely breath taking. Our e-pictures turned out amazing. For our wedding, we had one of his top photographers, Wic. Let me tell you, this man knows what he is doing and he is very quick doing it. Ideas just come to him and we all just went with it. We had our after ceremony pictures done with time to spare and our guests enjoyed cocktail hour and didn't have to wait for us at all. Wic stayed right on schedule with our timeline for the day. He has a great personality and is very relaxed. He is also open to any ideas or suggestions you give to him. I cannot wait to see my wedding pictures. I highly recommend anyone needing a photographer to book with Frank King. They offer a monthly payment plan with a low deposit to hold your date. What more can you ask for??!!! We loved working with Frank for our Engagement photos. They turned out beautifully and we used the photos from it as our guest book. We used Frank King photography for our September 1 wedding in inner harbor, maryland. Our pictures are georgous! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Our photographer Fred was willing to do whatever we asked and was great in taking all kinds of different poses in different locations. The only regret we have is not getting the videography as well! We worked with Rick and he was fantastic. He got all of the shots we asked for, hardly even noticeable during the reception and took some amazing photos! The quick turn around of the photo preview was also awesome, a great surprise when we got back from our honeymoon. For the price and the service you really can't beat it.

We used Frank King photography after I met Gary Wilkinson, one of their top photographers, at a wedding show last year. Compared to other photography package prices, I thought they offered very reasonable prices for the services the packages included. Along with the 6 hour window we chose, we also received a free engagement session with owner Frank King at his outdoor studio, which is very pretty, and a free boudoir session (if you choose to use it). Our engagement photos were great, and I did opt to use the boudoir session and used the photos for a surprise book as a wedding gift for my husband. He loved it and the book turned out beautiful! Gary was a great photographer, very friendly and accommodating. I wanted lots of sexy style pics with just my husband and I , and he totally knows how to pose you for what style you are looking for. Overall we had a great experience, I would recommend them to anyone. We also contracted videography services from them too, which were also great, but I'm going to give that it's own review.

I am so super excited to see our pictures and video. I found Wic at a bridal show, that I was dragged too. I owe my friends everything for that now. Their table was the only one that had pictures of real people--not just the super hot girl and GQ guy. Wic teased me for my inability to talk without moving my hands and it was love from first joke. We had an engagement session in Frank's studio backyard (which is GORGEOUS!!!) and have an awesome book that will compliment the wedding album. We also needed a second photographer, and Frank wanted to come! Who else can say the owner was the extra photographer? I must be that cool! Wic let us have fun, give our zany ideas and went with the flow and had excellent ideas for us to try as well! He was even willing to trudge in 10 inches of snow if *I* wanted to. I love that man. I'm not a fan of the typical, formal weddings or photos and he captured that so well. I will be working with them again...I just don't know what yet! Thank you, Wic and Frank!!!

Our photographer was Wic, and he did an amazing job. We honestly love every picture and are having a difficult time picking 62 pictures for our album. Wonderful price and qualtiy. Photos were online about two weeks after the wedding.

Frank offered deep discounts for our Sunday wedding. He also gave us a free engagement sitting and photo. His studio is beautiful. "Wic" was our wedding photographer. You could tell he loves his job! Great photos!

Frank King called in advance to go over the details. He made sure that he was at the ceremony site hours before it began. He scoped out places for pictures to be taken after the ceremony. He made sure everyone was included in the pictutres and kept asking if there was anyone else that he needed to take. The pictures were available online within days, and so many to choose from.

Frank King was very easy to work with. We could not have found a better deal anywhere else with the quality of what we received. The photography was amazing as was the videography. Our photographer took the time to get to know my husband and I's thoughts prior to the wedding day and had planned what specific shots we had wanted so we had time to fit everything in and have plenty of time to enjoy ourselves. Our wedding photography was so effortless I don't even recall the photographer being in the midst of the room that day. He was very professional, took a great selection of photos for us to choose from, and listened to what we wanted. After the wedding, my husband and I took a horse and carriage out to the battlefields of Gettysburg where the photographer met us. He went above and beyond our expectations as he ran on foot up and down the trails to take photos of our ride. The posed pictures were artistic yet traditional and will be timeless reminders of our wedding day. We had the perfect mix of a selection.

Frank was always available when I had a question to ask and was more than willing to meet in person to go over our final selections for our photographs. He knew us by name and you can feel his passion for photography.

If you are a bride who wants very specific shots taken, I would highly recommend you contact your specific photographer for that day and review what shots you'd like to ensure it is feasible to get those shots in that amount of time. Our photographer coordiated everything from telling who to step into pictures and who to step out and where to turn and how to tilt your head. We gave him a general feel of our style and he was able to capture those types of shots. We did not want to hand him a checklist of things he MUST take...he is a professional and we let him be the expert. We could not have been happier.

Our photographer, Sean Shannon, was great! Very friendly, took great shots, and most importantly was very patient with both of our overbearing relatives. However, I don't think he is with Frank King anymore, I believe he opened his own shop.

The company in general was easy to deal with, was responsive to our questions, and gave us a very good deal at the bridal show.

I loved loved loved our wedding photos!!! We had Sean as our photographer for our wedding on October 9th and I couldn't have asked for anyone better than him! He was so creative, easy going, energetic, professional, and all around fun photographer! He felt like one of the family. He made everyone feel so comfortable! My style is very modern and different, and he delivered just that for the most memorable day of our lives!
Picking out our photos was so easy....they set everything up on their website. If you are getting married in the central PA you have to check them out! In my opinion you get what you pay for...and believe me you won't regret picking them!!

My husband and I got married on May 1st 2010 and we used Frank's services for both Photography and Videography. I have nothing but great things to say about Frank and his team. The photographer/videographer contacted me a few weeks before our day to find out more about what we would like of their services. The day of, they knew exactly how to take the best pictures without being to pushy but at the same time getting the job done so we could enjoy our day too. The pictures were online as soon as we got back from our honeymoon, which I just loved! I would recommend Frank for your wedding... he gives you the quality that you deserve and is willing to work within your budget. Thanks Frank- I will recommend you 100%!

We had a great experience with Frank King Photography. Our photographer was Wic, and he did such an amazing job. He was really unobtrusive and I didn't even notice him taking pictures much of the time (which I appreciated!). Over 500 pictures taken, and we loved them all! They were really flexible with us on the engagement photo shoot included in our package and prompt with getting back the photos we order (a week or two for over 60 pictures). We also booked them at a bridal show for about $1,000 less than all the other photographers I talked to - it was a great deal and totally worth it! We have digital negatives and rights to all the photos, as well. Overall I was really happy with this experience.

Our photographer was amazing! He made us feel very at ease. He did a some formal pictures, but then did a lot of unique photos as well (which we love). He did a great job and he did it very discretely, as well. There were so many pictures taken during the ceremony, no one in the bridal party even realized he was there snapping away. He took almost 400 shots. I can't say that there's a single photo that he took that I don't like. The price was also wonderful! We got a discount for signing up at a bridal show, then our wedding was on a Sunday, so we got an even bigger discount! I don't think that we could be any happier with our experience. I would definately recommend Frank King Photography to anyone getting married. My friend saw our photos online and she decided to book Frank King for her wedding next year.

I would recommend Frank King Photography to anyone (not just brides) for get pictures that will last a lifetime. Sean Shannon was so professional and got a lot of great shots with me and my husband and our bridal party.

Our photographer was amazing to work with. He took tons of pictures. The pictures were perfect. He did a lot of creative pics in addition to more traditional pictures. I can't recommend him enough!

I cannot write enough good things about our photographer!! He was absolutely wonderful and truly captured the day. They were willing to work with us on package and price to get what we wanted that was affordable. We are so thankful for all the beautiful photographs we now have.

Cannot say enough positive things about Sean from Frank King Photography. With only 7 weeks in which to plan our wedding, we found this vendor in the yellow pages and contacted them via phone to discuss details. My conversation with Sean was wonderful and after a few moments of discussing the type of photographs I wanted to capture for my wedding, I was confident that he would be able to deliver. Not only did he deliver on our wedding date but he was even more fabulous than I could have expected. His energy level was amazing, his eye for selecting locations for photos was great, he was friendly and fun... and most importantly, the photos turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend this vendor from an overall service as well as cost perspective.

The photographer that was sent to us was great! He had an artistic vision as well as getting the formals done. Plus, he was on the ball taking tons of candid shots throughout the reception and ceremony.

Sean was amazing. I would recommend him for ANY event. He was on the ground taking pictures and captuing EVERY angle possible. I had 620 pictures that I had to choose from for my wedding album...It was so hard. Everyone is still talking about our pictures and the quality and excellent mix that we have of traditional and non-traditional locations and posses.
Hands down best photographer!

Laura did a great job with our photos! Our kids and guests loved her! The candid photos that she caught were hilarious! Joe did our video. The visual and audio was very clear.

When my husband and I were looking for photographers, we wanted a photographer who could handle photographing a diverse wedding party. We found very few photographers with portfolios demonstrating experience with multi-racial couples and wedding parties; Frank King Photography had that experience. Fred was our photographer, and the quality of his pictures were fabulous. Despite a ceremony with back-lit windows at the front, our pictures were beautiful and well-defined. Fred was also flexible. When we had rain before our ceremony, he found outside locations where we could stay dry but still have the outdoor look.

We decided to book Frank King Photography after seeing their work at a bridal show. The price and quality of photo's cannot be beat. We are thrilled with our photographer that day, and even though it was bitter cold outside, he was able to get all of the pictures outdoors that we wanted. We love looking through our photographs and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a photographer.

Frank King Photography and Video did such an amazing job with our wedding! As a matter of fact, there were SO many wonderful pictures that narrowing them down was a real task! We were highly satisfied with their service. The photographer was fun yet very professional. He provided us with many memorable shots that we will cherish for a lifetime. I met with several photography vendors before selecting Frank King. No one compared to his industry knowledge, flexibility, and pricing. He made us feel very relaxed during our engagement sitting, which only helped him catch the most initmate, honest shots! Dwight was our wedding photographer -- who kept me calm when wedding chaos could have distracted me -- like Providence delivering the wrong cake!

Frank was also the photographer at my parents' wedding 38 years ago to the day -- and all of their photos have stood the test of time. I'm happy that I was able to continue the tradition -- and feel confident Frank's photography will be the same if not even BETTER!

We loved, loved, loved our photographer. He was very professional and took great pictures. He knew how to get great photos and was also very open to suggestions for phots that we wanted taken. He was alsways there to capture great candid shots as well. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Frank King Photography for your wedding photos. Our photographer came early to look for the best photo opportunities. He took pictures of each table of guests so we have photos of everyone. Our proofs were available online before we even got home from the honeymoon. Frank and his team did a great job. Thanks!
