Franci was absolutely incredible!! Planning a wedding from abroad can be difficult, and she saved me from an initial poor experience with another florist. She stepped in with ease and grace and helped deliver the most amazing experience, service and truly BEAUTIFUL work. Her communication was so helpful and responsiveness was so amazing, especially, since I reached out so last minute! Beyond her wonderful communication and responsiveness, she is absolutely a true delight! I loved talking to her about our wedding and getting to know her - grateful for our paths to have crossed. Her experience truly shines with the absolute beauty and quality of her work. You can tell she just LOVES what she does and strives to ensure your happiness. Her positive nature and caring spirit is so genuine. I can't say enough wonderful things about Franci! I am so grateful - she saved the day for me and I hope to see her again!!!! Sent on 12/07/2023Early Fall Colours for a Destination Wedding
We found Franci's Flowers through Wedding Wire when looking for a florist for our destination wedding in Oct 2023. Francesca was very responsive during the initial vendor-finding process and sent over a clear and concise quote with images of the proposed flowers and designs based on what we had described.
When we traveled to Italy in March 2023 to meet with her and to review the quote, we felt very confident that she would be able to execute our vision and boy were we right!
Francesca and her family were very professional and were on top of everything the day of the wedding so we didn't need to worry about a thing. Every flower arrangement was perfect. The bouquets hit exactly the right colour pallet we were hoping for and each table setting was stunning. And we were very appreciate that they were able to reuse flowers from the ceremony displays to help us stay with-in budget.

Francis has been amazing from start to finish. We initially enquired after I’d seen some beautiful work on her Instagram page. We were then communicating via email and eventually arranged to meet her in Florence to discuss our ideas. From that point I knew we’d booked the right person for the job. She just knew exactly what we wanted and spoke so passionately about her work.
Francis arrived at my hotel the morning of our wedding with the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ever seen (everything I’d dreamed my wedding flowers would be.) I was then further amazed by the ceremony and table arrangements she’d created. Everything was perfect and I honestly can’t thank you enough Francis. You are so incredibly talent. -

I absolutely knew from our first meeting with Francesca that she was the perfect choice for creating the florals for our wedding. She was wonderful to work with. She is very detail oriented, professional.,extremely talented and
I really loved that I could feel comfortable and confident to give her the freedom to create the elegant , colorful floral arrangements for our wedding. All of the flowers were so fresh and beautiful and the Fragrance from the flowers was heavenly .

Francesca was such an amazing support on our day. We woke up to torrential thunderstorms with an outdoor ceremony planned. Francesca waited until we were ready to go and set up the flowers with such speed that we managed to get married in the dry spell. Francesca has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Not only does she create the most beautiful floral creations but she is also an amazing communicator who really goes above and beyond in order to meet the needs of her customers. We had the honor of working with Francesca for our wedding earlier this month at a castle in Tuscany. From the moment we sent her an inquiry to the day of the wedding, Francesca was positive, vibrant, communicative, helpful, and professional. She helped bring my vision to life for our wedding arch and table settings. Francesca was conscientious of our budget which we very much appreciated. My bouquet was stunning and was given to my grandmother at the wedding (a very special gift).

Francesca and the Francis Family Team, blew my husband and I out of the water for our wedding celebration in Florence. Francesca helped us for 3 years, and was flexible enough to help us create a floral vision for each venue for each sections of our day. We had umpteen venue changes during the pandemic and Francesca helped our vision come true throughout the chaos. Her communication could not be matched, she responded to our messages and emails so quickly despite our time difference. We had complete trust in her inspirational floral knowledge. She advised us where we could utilise our money and she helped us understand which flowers would be in season for our Wedding Day in July. On the day itself, I did not have a worry in the world. The bouquets, button holes, and decorations were second to none. She matched the flowers perfectly with our venue (Westin Excelsior Florence & St Regis Florence) and was on time in all her deliveries. Her creative eye is second to none! Francesca is so talented!
Francesca and her flowers were amazing! She is such a delightful, lovely person with a fantastic taste and high attention to details. I initially wanted a pastel bouquet but she created a beautiful white one for me and it was the right thing - it completed my dress perfectly. I didn’t have particular ideas as such so I let her do her magic and it was definitely the right decision.

Wedding - Villa Cora
Excellent service from Francesca and family. I left the decision with Francesca about what would work best at the Villa, as she knew the venue well and she did not disappoint. All flowers were beautiful and my bouquet was outstanding. Francesca's english is perfect so I felt confident that she was able to deliver what I asked for. Her flexibility with timings just a few days before the wedding were so helpful. Would definitely recommend.
