Lionel is amazing!

Lionel is not only an amazing photographer, but what a great person he is too! He is very professional, the photos came out AMAZING. Please check out the photos I posted, especially the one in the rain! Lionel is also patient, and directed us really well. During our reception (outdoor completely), it starts to downpour! But Lionel and his team worked through it, they danced in the rain like we did and even grabbed plates off the tables to protect their equipment so they can keep going! Wow! EVERYONE was so impressed with their work ethic. But he and his team were also so kind and sweet. We feel so lucky to work with them. They also sent photos and a video teaser the day after! Lionel, we love you and your team very much. Thank you for making our day special and for being rockstars!

Phenomenal

Francine and Lionel Photography- I hired both photographers for my wedding day! I love how they shoot two different styles of photography! One is light and airy while the other is dark and moody...the best of both worlds 🥰 they kept my day running and never missed a beat! My guests were very thrilled about them not being in the way and never noticed them taking photos! My husband literally took one shot to take his photos...yet I took a few times 🙄 lol but they were so understanding and took the extra time to make sure my pictures were perfect! Super fantastic photographers and I am still so in love with my over 1000 photos!!!

Blew away expectations

Five stars. My wife and I hired Francine and Lionel to photograph our wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with that decision. The photographs from both our wedding as well as the engagement shoot were phenomenal. Their attention to detail and mixture of styles they both brought to the table made for an astounding collection that we’ll cherish for a lifetime. But it’s not just the end result of photographs produced – it’s also the process of working with them that gives value to the experience. Right off the bat, our initial interaction with Francine and Lionel was very positive. They’re warm, friendly and truly desire to apply their craft in making beautiful memories of your special day. I’m not very natural when it comes to posing for photos (a problem my wife doesn’t have), but Francine and Lionel were so helpful in providing the right feedback to assist me. We had already built a rapport with them between our consultation session and the engagement shoot. By the wedding day, we were ready to go and knew exactly what to expect. Additionally, the photo packages they offer are very competitively priced. We had talked with other photographers prior to our final selection, but their prices were much higher and lacked the quality we found in Francine and Lionel’s work. We couldn’t give higher praise to Francine and Lionel for the phenomenal work in forever preserving our special day!

Francine and Lionell were awesome! Very down to earth, easy to work with and really listen to what you want and are looking for. Their schedules book up quickly up but they are totally worth the wait! I didnt realize i had to book a few months out so if that is what you are used to then there is now wait for you. They are very communicative too which I found to be super helpful. We did both our engagement session and wedding day with them and they gave us so many helpful tips! On our wedding day, they were amazing! They worked so well with our videographer (which they actually recommended) and they both worked so very well together! I had 2 photographers and two videographers and you would have never know all four of them were there. We also did a first look and we have some REALLY great pics from there! They even gave us a preview of about 15 pics a couple days after our wedding :) Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Francine and Lionell! We cant wait to do our maternity shoot with them!

Francine & Lionel are amazing! They were so professional, kind and amazing to work with. Have two photographers is such a huge advantage, and we were so happy to have them capture our wedding day. Francine and I were able to connect before the wedding, and her warm personality made it easy for me to feel comfortable working with her the day of, as I am very camera shy. She was patient and knew how to make me laugh (a smiling bride is a well photographed bride). Lionel was great and able to stay with the guys before the ceremony and get their shots with his great attention to detail. Having them come together for the ceremony and after was great, they are a fantastic duo! The day after the wedding they had already emailed several "sneak peak" photos for us to see - and they are beautiful. Francine & Lionel have an amazing eye for composition and know how to get the best shot.

Francine and Lionel were amazing to work with! From the very beginning Francine worked with me to build a package that best fit my budget. They are not the cheapest but they are definitely worth the price! Throughout the process of planning our day they were extremely responsive and the final product was amazing! We loved how well they worked with one another. They were funny and made everyone including my family and guests feel at ease throughout the day.

I found Francine and Lionel Photography through wedding wire.com! I was so happy with how friendly, sweet, and professional this husband and wife duo were! They were very experienced and helped guide me through what to do and expect before the wedding to make the day of fabulous! The photos came back very very quickly and I love all of them!! I could not have asked for two more wonderful photographers! They make you feel so comfortable and the photos are Gorgeous! I would recommend them to anyone! And very reasonably priced!! :)

Francine and Lionel are A M A Z I N G! Because of them, we're able to reflect back on our precious wedding memories with their incredible photos.

We did both our engagement shoot and wedding with them. They were always flexible to work with, professional, responded in a timely manner, were great at posing us, very social with our family and wedding guests (they speak PERFECT English, Portuguese, AND Spanish - perfect for our American/Colombian/Brazilian wedding!) and helped us feel calm at all times. On our wedding morning, the clouds rolled in with 80% chance of thunderstorm and Francine texted me not to worry, that we could get great rain shots if necessary. That text calmed me down and reminded me I was in the hands of two talented artists!

Furthermore, they always communicated with each other to make sure all of the necessary shots were taken care of (a HUGE benefit of booking TWO photographers, we got so many shots of the bride, groom, bridal parties, families, because we had double the talent!) , and communicated constantly with our other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly - leaving the bride completely out of the day of stress! I appreciated this so much, I barely even had to think at my wedding because they directed timing so well.

Their photography and editing skills are seriously out of this planet. All of my family and bridal party can't stop praising the quality of their photos. One of my bridesmaids is engaged and loved them so much she is already considering booking them! Book them, you will not regret it!!!

Words can not express what a wonderful job this couple did! The best photographers !!!!!!! Super professional, super organized, made you feel super comfortable, super everything!! I would recommend them 100% to everyone !! Also who ever said rain is bad on your wedding day is wrong ! It rained on my wedding day and I am so happy it did because I couldn't have asked for better pictures! The rain made it so much better! My only request while planning to my now husband was for some awesome pictures , and I sure did get them !!!!

Lionel and Francine always go above and beyond my expectations when comes to photography my 5 yrs old daughter. They are able to capture the beauty and the personalty of Lara. I have too many wonderful things to say about Francine and Lionel. My husband and I, along with our families and friends, are so happy that we found them for our wedding. They are very professional and their pictures came out beautifully- and they are so much fun to work with! My favorite thing about our experience with them is how comfortable they made us feel, and how we could tell how much they cared about what was important to us in our wedding photos. Francine was there for me, personally, every step of the way- from planning our engagement photo outfits and poses, to helping me plan the types of photos we wanted for the wedding, to giving me tips before the wedding, to fixing my hair and placing my dress in the perfect spots during photos! Their photography is absolutely beautiful as well, they are both very talented and make a wonderful team. Francine and Lionel did an amazing job with our wedding photos, and even got them to us very quickly! We are very lucky we found them for our big day! I would recommend them to my friends and family and plan on using them for any events in our future.

When it came to my wedding, I wanted to find a great photographer, and was willing to splurge in this area because I wanted to have beautiful pictures to look back on for the rest of my life. When I saw Francine and Lionel's website, I knew that they would be the perfect photographers for our wedding.

They are extremely talented and a bonus is that you get two different perspectives of every moment throughout the day. If you're looking for a cheap, bargain bin photographer, they are not for you. They do cost a little more than some other photographers I've seen, but this is clearly for a reason. They are highly skilled at what they do, and you get what you pay for.

I knew from the moment they arrived on the big day that I didn't have to worry about the quality of their work, which allowed me to enjoy myself and have confidence that they were capturing all the important moments. They are also just all around nice people and we had a great time with them. My husband and I couldn't be happier about our choice to hire Francine and Lionel. Their services are the best investment we could have made!

Francine and Lionel are just AMAZING. It was the best decision my husband and I made in hiring them, it is worth every penny. They are so professional, creative, dedicated and just spot-on incredible. They were super prompt, gave me directions, made us laugh and even made my guests feel great. As we left the church on our convertible getaway car, Francine and Lionel were driving by us taking shots... she even got shots thought the sunroof! Just incredible, they are so perfectionist and also have a portfolio that speaks on its own. Counting the days to see the photos!!!!!! Totally recommend them, you don't need them you will want to have them! It was a perfect day and they made it beyond spectacular

Francine & Lionel was UNBELIEVABLE! My wedding and engagement pictures came out like "Magazine Style", they capture every moment of my wedding, the candid moments make me cry every time I look at it. They were there for us since the beginning, any questions that we had we contacted them and they answered like coordinators, with no charge, they sent us a questionnaire and made a Wedding Timeline for the day, and that helped me A LOT with the planing.

We cannot say enough good things about Francine & Lionel photography. Our engagement pictures were incredible. Our wedding pictures were simply out of this world. Any photographer can ask people to pose, smile, and take a picture. Francine and Lionel are absolutely the best photographers in town. Working with Francine & Lionel was, overall, a really positive experience. My emails were responded to quickly and we were able to make an appointment without a problem to discuss choosing a wedding photographer. We chose to go with Francine & Lionel because they had done a coworker's wedding and her portfolio was beautiful. They were a lot of fun--and made us all feel relaxed and she had a fun but professional attitude. They took excellent photos and captured the special moments between us (the bride and groom) and our guests!! They captured small details as well as the larger picture of everyone having a fun time. They weren't pushy and was open to suggestions and ideas from the wedding party. I would highly recommend working with Francine & Lionel as they are responsive, flexible, professional, and don't pressure you in to anything you don't feel comfortable doing/purchasing.

Francine and Lionel are fantastic! You will not be disappointed if you choose them. They work very well together and provide great service. They work within the scope you give them and are super easy going and flexible. I had some specific photos I wanted taken for my wedding and they made sure that each one was done. They were very accommodating and this was such a great help since I was planning my wedding from out of town. Very prompt with email replies and phone calls.
As far as photos, I love them all. Since they work as a team, it allows for different angles and different photos. They not only did the photos I requested but also some other ones. Francine & Lionel are amazing!! I recommend them to everyone I know because they did such a phenomenal job at our wedding and during our engagement shoot. They're increibly friendly and made us feel totally comfortable. We had some out of the box ideas for our engagement photos and they loved it and completely ran with it and made it turn out even better than we could've imagined. I also had a lot of pictures that I wanted to reenact for the wedding and they were super receptive to every single one and got all of the shots we wanted. We also really liked that they worked as a team and gave us as much time as we needed. I could go on and on and on about how wonderful Francine & Lionel are, but my point is...HIRE THEM!! Francine and Lionel were amazing for my wedding. They were always professional and knew exactly where to put us to take AMAZING pictures. They work together very well to make sure that they get all possible angles of every moment. They're super friendly and fun, making the picture taking process fun instead of tedious. We got over 500 from our wedding day and all of them are beautiful.

Francine and Lionel were always easy to get in touch with. They would respond to emails and text messages the same day, usually and always gave an accurate time frame for when things would happen. They even helped us to decide on the time for our outdoor wedding and the schedule for the day so that the pictures would be the best possible based on the location and time of day.

I strongly recommend Francine and Lionel Photography for your wedding!

We could not have been happier with the services Francne and Lionel provided for our wedding. Not only were the pictures amazing, they gave 110% throughout this entire process. From the start, they were friendly, professional, flexible, timely, worked within our budget, and saw to it that we were completely satisfied. Francine also helped us with other aspects of our wedding such as recommending vendors (which we were also highly satisfied with) and even taking the initiative to assist in other areas of the reception, not just the photography. Family and friends even commented on their excellent service. We highly recommend them and look forward to working with Richard and Heather in the future at other important events in our life.

Let me just say that Francine & Lionel, are the BEST photographers EVER!!! They went above and beyond for my wedding. My wedding would have not been the same if they weren't there capturing every moment. My wedding was less than a week ago and they have already sent me a bunch of pictures. I could not think of one negative thing to say about Francine and Lionel. They were patient, extremely thoughtful and FUN throughout the entire planning and wedding process. Everyone at my wedding made comments about how fun and amazing they were. They made sure everyone had a good time and took amazing photgraphs! When planning for my wedding I knew the pictures were the most important part to me and Lionel and Francine did NOT disappoint. If your considering them for your wedding...do it! They were worth every penny and honestly, what they did for our day was worth a lot more than what they charge.

I am the mother of one of the most beautiful recently married brides ever. If possible I would give Francine & Lionel Photography all 10's They were awesome in every aspect. As for value, they easily earned so much more than they contracted for. Professionalism is definitely something they do as well as photography. They showed our entire wedding group and guests kindness, care and love for what they do so well in every detail. I really am honored to give this review since rarely do people take the time to do anything but let someone know of only negative stuff. I have only but great things to say about them and wish they didn't live so far away since I intend to recommend them to everyone looking for a great photographer for the special occasions in their life

From our first meeting with Right Clik, we knew that their work was going to be top knotch. Francine and Lionel were very explanative and (obviously) this being our first wedding, we needed all the guidance we could get. They were very "up front" about their expectations for us, and we're adamant about meeting our expectations. All this, while making us feel as if we'd known them for years.
Our engagement photos were raved by any who saw them, and we knew we had made the right choice. Right Clik made us feel comfortable during the shoots, even as we drew attention from onlookers. They were able to relieve the shyness with humor, which helped tremendously to produce great photos.
The wedding itself was great as well. They knew we were looking to them for direction, and they delivered in stride. They produced a timeline for the wedding day preparation in coordination with our other vendors, and relieved any nerves/tension we had. Our wedding party consisted of 14, and they had no problem "rounding us up" and getting all the photos we needed done.
We enjoyed their company so much (from the moment we met them) that we made a clear point to have them at our special day not only as vendors, but as honorary guests as well.
We will, without hesitation, recommend Right Clik to anyone who may be interested in photographers and we will continue to hire their services as our family grows.

These two were simply amazing! Lionel and Francine were two cool photographers that really capture our wedding. My guests were just raving on their artistic touches they contributed to the photos.
Because we had our wedding in Tampa, Fl during their hurricane season our ceremony was rained out and we had to do our ceremony indoors where we didn't have a lot of pretty picture options and the family group photos did not turn out the best. But otherwise everything else was amazing.

Francine and Lionel are great. Francine was very responsive which you'll really appreciate as your wedding date creeps closer. I am extremely happy with my pictures and the entire experience from beginning to end. They were sweet, kind and patient with my dogs and took some great pictures that i can hold on to forever. Even after my wedding has long come and gone, I sent an email asking Francine a question and she answered me while they were on vacation, out of the country, visiting family!!! Amazing people- great memories.

Lionel and Francine were great to work with. We spoke to a lot of photographers but we liked their personalities and package the best. We found their prices were very reasonable for the quality of work and for having two photographers to cover the wedding. They were very professional and easy going in the midst of the frenzy. They showed up to my room at the hotel on time and didn’t waste any time capturing the bouquets and rings. They were very organized and well prepared. They even came with a hanger that said “Bride” to hang my dress on. We were a little disappointed to learn in the days before the wedding that my husband’s getting ready pics could not be done at his location, as it was too far away. We wished this had come up sooner. But, to be fair, it was in the client questionnaire. We didn’t catch this distance policy the first time we were reading through it. In the end it all worked well and my husband took some photos with his family at the hotel. Looking through our pictures, which arrived in less than a month, they have a great eye for angles and little moments. They made suggestions on how to get in all of our important photos before the sun set and when the timeline got thrown off for the family photos, they were flexible and we still managed to get terrific pictures. They give great direction for posing and we felt very comfortable doing our candid shots. We were so moved to see that they captured various dances, and moments between guests that we didn’t see or had forgotten. Amazingly, we hardly knew they were there most of the night. We also had a videographer, and everyone seems to respect each other’s workspace and coordinate well. Our friends and family just loved the online gallery, which was very well organized. And, the CD was packaged very lovely. Francine & Lionel are professional and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them. Amazing photos and overall great experience!!

Wonderful photos! We’re very happy with how they captured the wedding party and family photos. We (the bride and groom) are sadly lacking from most of the candid dancing photos at the reception, and they didn’t capture much of us interacting with our Guests during reception down time, but the posed photos are absolutely gorgeous. And the turnaround time to receive the photos was so quick! 15 days after the wedding we were able to download the digital photos, all 801 of them!

They were friendly and easy to work with right up to and through the wedding day -- but we did have some major disappointments:
1)Preparedness and quality of service: Before our wedding day we sent Francine and Lionel wedding pictures that we saw on the internet that we liked (as they requested). I think we expected them to take the ideas, moods, and poses of the pictures we sent them and for them to come up with a game plan for poses on the day of. On our wedding day they shot a couple poses then asked, "what else would you like to do?" I'm sorry, but we were never informed we needed to come to the wedding the day of with specific poses -- we emailed them ahead of time. If they had let us know then we would have printed them out and had them on us. We were also hoping that they would use their creativity as the photographers rather than us having to create poses.
2)Holding back information:At our initial interview with Francine and Lionel we asked if there were pictures that they sent us in black and white that we wanted in color or vice versa if we could let them know. They said that was perfectly fine and did not give any stipulations. After our wedding we picked out around 35 pictures in black and white that we wanted to see in color also. They replied that we had to pick 10 pictures. Because I specifically asked about this ahead of time I felt like they held back information that it could only be 10 pictures.
3)Professionalism/keeping pictures hostage:While looking through the pictures we realized that there were several poses that were entirely missing -- not a single photo to represent that scene. We emailed and mentioned the specific pose and asked if we could see them even if they were terrible--they were still memories. They sent an unprofessional, sarcastic email in reply with other "bad" pictures attached to show that we didn't really want to see the pictures we requested. They refused when we wrote back still requesting the shots from a particular pose.

Horrible Experience Low Quality

Warning— do not hire. At first they were pleasant to deal with but the communication slowed down. Their photography is absolutely not up to par. You shouldn’t hire a Couple Photography team when they don’t jive any more. They will waste your time, not communicate, make excuses, fire them before you have a chance to hire them. You should not risk your wedding day. You’ve been warned, make a smart decision. Happy we got out when we did. Have received no response months later after stating their services were no longer needed.

Stay away !!

Francine and Lionel WERE a couple that did photography together. When you reach out to "them" you are actually just reaching out to her alone. She does business part time on the side under the name Francine Photography.
At the beginning she was very pleasant. In Sept. 2019 we agreed on a day and location for my engagement shoot via email which was supposed to be November 23rd. 4 days before our shoot she gave us a bogus excuse for why she couldn't shoot at the location and when I called her out on it she gave me 2 more DIFFERENT excuses and stated that she 'never agreed' to the location we chose. IF she didn't agree, then where was she thinking we were going to be shooting 4 days later?
She got really rude on the telephone and told me that if I was upset with the fact that I have to change the venue for the photos at the last minute that I didn't have to work with her, but if I didn't want to work with her that she wouldn't give me a refund. Francine did not perform any services for me, and after many emails back and forth with her, I could not see myself spending my WEDDING DAY with her as our photographer. She was extremely rude, and would not address any of the questions or concerns I had, and kept recommending shoot sites that were no where close to the site we had agreed on. (We agreed on Four Seasons Resort, she had advised me she works there so she would be able to accommodate, and she was recommending parks such as Bok Tower etc.).
We had split our deposit into two payments. The first payment I put on my credit card, and the second half she requested I send through Zelle (I know, stupid me). I am currently disputing with my credit card the portion that I put through there (which she is rebutting). I will also be filing a civil suit after the credit card resolution.
Weddings are expensive! No one should have to go through what I am going through right now to get my money back for services that Francine was unable to provide at the agreed upon location. If you notice, all of the reviews, with the exception of a few, are from a long time ago (I didn't realize that before booking). I will say, this has been a painful and expensive lesson. I hope this review helps someone.

Please avoid the hardship we underwent by hiring Francine & Lionel!

We were promised that F&L would go to the site of our wedding before the date to look around so they would be prepared in advance. They did not! As a result the bride was dragged from room to room, and no pictures were taken of the bridesmaids getting ready, or the groomsmen.

They neglected to get any pictures of our guests arriving in the special trollies we hired, nor the special drinks that we set up before the ceremony, nor the beautiful outdoor venue.
They did not get any useable pictures of our families. (i.e. Not one where everyone was smiling and looking at the camera.)
The shots of the groups were backlit and washed out most peoples faces.
There is no picture of the Bride with her bride's maid, nor the groom with his best man.
They did not take pictures of our food, which we will never get to see as we were too busy to eat.
They neglected to take any pictures of a number of very close relatives who were in attendance.
They did not take a picture of bride and groom holding hands with their rings on. (Or even the rings alone.)
They did not take one pretty picture of the bride's dress or her bouquet. They removed the stuffing from the dress and made it look like laundry, not even capturing the sparkly nature of the fabric.
The majority of the pictures were of drunken people dancing, which we would have gotten from friends anyway.
In addition to not photographing for the full 8 hours promised, they also harassed the bride for payment at the end of the night. (As if she had a wallet in her wedding dress?!)

Worst of all, they weren't even sympathetic to these concerns and offered us nothing to apologize for their lack of performance.
On a side note, we did not like the pictures they did take. The bride looked better on all our friend's camera phones and our album is primarily photos given to us by guests at the wedding.
Thank god for technology!
