Finest Playa Mujeres April 2025
Hiring Frames was by far the best money we spent on our wedding at Finest Playa Mujeres. Their attention to detail and talent for storytelling are unmatched.
Our videographers were Jaqui for one hour of our welcome party and Brandon for eight hours on our wedding day. Brandon did such a great job of working with our photographer, who he had never met before, that one of my guests asked if Brandon was her husband!
We got married in mid-April of 2025. Just two days after our wedding, we already had a sneak peek/short clips posted on the Seasons Photo Studio instagram page.
We received a highlight video, feature film, and raw footage of our ceremony, entrance, dances, speeches, and cake cutting by the middle of July.
After getting these videos, we asked Tania if a few edits could be made to the feature film and only a couple of days later the editing team had completed all of the edits we asked for! I was so surprised by how quickly they were able to make these edits for us.
I strongly suggest future couples getting married at Finest to hire the in-house video team of Frames for their weddings. We were initially unsure about adding videography, but we are now incredibly grateful we hired Frames and both agree that it was worth every penny.

I’m honestly at a loss for words. The videos Frame created for our wedding are absolutely incredible — beyond anything we could’ve imagined. I’ve spent the entire afternoon watching them (while crying!), and I feel so lucky to have these memories captured so beautifully.
Every moment, every detail, every emotion was preserved with so much care. You can feel the love and hard work that went into every frame (no pun intended!). These videos mean the world to us, and I can’t wait to share them with our family and show our kids one day.

Frame did an incredible job on our wedding video. Their work is stunning, and they edited our video with such care and attention. They were also receptive to our ideas about music and style, creating a product that perfectly captured the energy of our special day.
My wife and I used two cameramen and drone photography, and their crew was fantastic. They were easygoing, offered just the right amount of direction, and maintained a hands-off approach, seamlessly blending in with our wedding party.
Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they were a joy to work with from start to finish. We can’t recommend them highly enough!

Frame wedding films did my wedding video, and let me tell you, it was FANTASTIC. I knew they would do a good job, their videos on Instagram are so beautiful, but I was nervous about how they would get the photoage as I am not very photogenic and this would be my first photoshoot (with my photographers) and video shoot.
Frame Films was absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly professional and made tons of suggestions on how to pose or what to do, and the guidance helped a ton!! There wasn't a wasted moment and the flow was easy. I wasn't originally going to do a first look, but my photographer suggested it and to have that captured on not only photos, but video??? That moment is such a treasured memory and I love that it was captured forever in multiple forms.
Something unexpected that I really loved from the video they did, was they captured even small moments of portrait taking with family. I know there isn't a lot of action when you're going through a line of people to take photos with, but having these kind of 'live' moments, really special moments like my grandma giving me a kiss after our picture, WOW. I didn't even know how special this would be until I saw it on film and I'm so happy they captured it.
Even the 'live' pictures of our families all together, or the in-between when you're saying hi or talking for a minute were captured were really beautiful.
My wedding day was also HOT. Hot and humid like you couldn't believe. It was 90 degrees and we had ZERO wind. I have no idea how they did it, but you would never tell how hot and sweaty everyone was that day.
The quality of the service and of the film is phenomenal. It feels incredibly professional and all of my family and friends said it was the best wedding video they'd ever seen. I am biased of course, but I also think it's one of the best wedding films!! The company does an amazing job, you can count on yours feeling just as special as the ones you see online. They're so consistant and they capture all the details.
I got married on the beach, I paid for the package with the drone, and getting that photoage of the venue, the ocean, all the tables and flowers and details was also something the photos couldn't quite capture and to have it on film was simply stunning.
I loved my video so much, I know you would too, highly recommend!!! They also got the video to me, the full length and the highlight about 2.5 months after the wedding which is pretty fast!! Most of my friends got theirs 3-5 months out.

AMAZING Experience!
Frame Wedding Film exceeded all of my expectations! They were really understanding and helpful in the lead up to the wedding - answering all of our questions and never hesitating to adjust our contract (which we did a few times). My husband and I created a playlist of songs we would like for our videos (s) so that Frame understood what our vibe was and they used our favorites! they did use a few songs that we hadn't selected but we loved them and they worked perfectly with our videos. We are IN LOVE with all of the vidoes they created for us - in the moment I felt a bit awkward being filmed/posing etc. but the final product was so worth it and truly captured the essence of our wedding day as well as the personalities of us and our friends/family. Icing on top was how responsive Frame was and how they delivered the final products exactly when they said they would. I would 100/10 recommend Frame

When we were looking to hire a videographer, we wanted for the videos to feel like a movie, as if we were again placed in the same day and could remember it all as vividly. Our videographers did just that. They made us feel comfortable and portrayed all parts of the days as they truly happened. They encompassed the vibes of all of our guests and made the videos come out incredible. Amazing Videographers
We hired Frame for our recent destination wedding in Mexico and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. The entire planning process was easy and I got to chat with one of the videographers before booking. I knew they were a perfect fit from the start. On our wedding day, Frame worked seamlessly with our photographers (Luxart Wedding Studio - also amazing and highly recommend). They were so easy and fun to work with. Professional, super friendly and so skilled. Within a day or two of the wedding they sent us a Sneak Peek video with brief highlights of our entrance and first dance, and honestly the video took my breath away. It looked like a beautiful movie scene. I still cannot stop watching it. They also shared it to social media with us and we received so many messages and compliments, particularly with how incredible and well done the sneak peek video looked. Our friends couldn't even stop watching it! Our guests also mentioned how great our video and photo teams were both before and during the wedding. I am so excited for the other videos they are working on for us, I just know they will be absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!

The best video team ever in Cancun! You won't be disappointed!
My husband and I really enjoyed working with the Frame Team during our Cancun wedding on 4/23/23. They did an amazing job pre-wedding, during and post-wedding with communication. They were kind to accommodate specific video edit requests and delivering it on time with such high quality work. When we first got our teaser and final film, we both got a rushed of the same feelings we had during the wedding. The Frame team is such an excellent team to work with, they know what they are doing. Our wedding video definitely looked like a cinematic film!!! I also wanted to add that the moment we met them on our wedding day, the team made us feel so comfortable that we didn't even feel like someone was filming us the entire time. A Must for Your Big Day!
My husband and I hired Frame Wedding Film for our Cancun wedding that took place October 2022. I last minute decided that I wanted a video at our wedding after being persuaded by my Mom. Watching my video a couple months later I am SO thankful I did. FWF did such an amazing job, I am blown away that it is my husband and me in the videos. Our jaw hit the ground when we first saw it because it is a work of art. We were both so nervous that we'd be awkward but FWF really put us at ease. The team was amazing to work with, you barely even knew that they were there. Marco and Martin kept us at ease. They captured so many beautiful moments that I didn't even realize happened. I love the fact that in the editing they made our personalities come through. Leading up to the big day FWF were super responsive and super super easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

Winning destination film
We had a destination wedding at Finest Playa Mujeres and they did an excellent job with our wedding film. It was beautiful and I am so glad to have that memory to watch over and over. They by far were the most responsive of our vendors while planning the wedding.

BEST Videographers - Super FUN and GREAT videos
Frame Wedding Film was an absolute blast to work with!! Their team was fun, energetic, and made the day very relaxed and enjoyable. They got so much footage of our special day, and I love that they not only sent the edited video, but also shared all the raw footage. Our wedding video came out better than I could've ever expected! I got SO much great feedback from all our friends and family, and they truly captured every part of the day from getting ready to dancing the night away. We had an AMAZING experience with Frame Wedding Film! From the moment the team arrived to the resort they were prepared, professional, and very friendly making us feel even more comfortable throughout the whole wedding day! We had 8 hour of videography service plus drone footage, and I felt they had covered everything we could have asked for! Seamless and creative
I hired Frame Films to shoot the wedding video for our recent June 2022 at Nizuc in Cancun. The Frame team was very professional, laid low in the background, and yet were sure to capture every important moment of the day from start to finish. I could tell just from the way they shot, they were creative. I work in marketing and video production, myself, so I can recognize a talented video operations team, and Frame Films is it. Not only are they fantastic to work with, but they are an incredible value for a wedding video in the area. I can't wait to see their final work.

I got married in January in Play Del Carmen. I used Frame for my wedding film . I was extremely happy with how everything went. The videographers were professional and worked well with my photography team. Their pricing was straightforward and honest. They emailed me over packages for the wedding and then they delivered my video based upon my promised timeline. The video turned out amazing and gave me chills. I highly suggest adding in the drone to your package as it brought a really cool element to my video. I would recommend Frame to any friends or family members.

From the first email until the moment they walked through the door on our wedding day, Frame was so easy and great to work with! The team was so friendly and kind and helped my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera! We had the team create a same day edit for us which EVERYONE raved about. The fact that they could create what they created in just a few hours, we couldn’t wait to see the highlights video and our wedding day video! We Love our Wedding Films
Though we were nervous about hiring videographers without ever meeting them until the day of our wedding, we are so happy with how our short film and feature film turned out. They are both just what we wanted. We had a great experience with the guys who shot our wedding, and they even managed to get some really cool drone shots and include those in our films. We also got the raw videos of our ceremony, speeches, and first dances, which was important to us to have. We would definitely recommend Frame Wedding Film.

Fernando and Carlos were great! We got our wedding teaser very quickly as well as our video. We had a couple small additional items we wanted to add and they so graciously did it. Everyone who watches our video says that they captured all of our emotions of the day so perfectly in a less than a 15 minute film. I can’t even tell you how many times I’ve watched it, too many to count.
Biggest suggestion is to definitely hire 2 videographers, there is so much going on I’m so happy that I got both of the guys (and the drone too)

A video I’ll treasure for a lifetime
I heard about Frame Wedding Films through my photographer, who highly recommended them. After seeing their work, I knew I had to book them. Booking vendors for a destination wedding in a different country is difficult (I’m in Canada) but Carlos and Fernando at Frame made the process easy. They responded to all my emails immediately, provided packages at different price points, showed up early to shoot, were professional, friendly, and sent us our videos ahead of schedule (we got a 2 minute “coming soon”, 5 minute “hilight film”, and 10 minute “feature film”, as well as the raw footage) . The high level of artistic styling that went into our films is unbelievable and did not go unnoticed by everyone we’ve shown. We get so many compliments on our video! This is truly a piece of art I will cherish for a lifetime.
If you’re looking for a videographer, look no further. I assure you, they will capture your big day perfectly!

Phenomenal Wedding Videography
We couldn’t be happier with our choice to use Frame Wedding Film for our big day! I love videos but was having a hard time finding a company local in Riviera Maya that I loved. I almost gave up and went without video-until my amazing wedding planner from UNICO 2087 found Fernando & Carlos. Their work blew us away, after watching a few of their videos we knew they were a perfect match and booked them. Seriously I can't even begin to find the words to describe how much I love my videos so far. I just received the highlights video yesterday and FWF did such an amazing job showing all the best moments from the entire wedding in 5-6minutes. The bits and pieces from our vows and guest speeches they used worked perfectly together with the footage to highlight all the love and emotion from the wedding. Everyone who has seen our video has cried and thinks it's the most beautiful wedding video they've seen. I can't wait to see the rest of my stuff! I did a ton of research when I was looking for the perfect videographer to shoot my destination wedding in Cancun. I fell in love with Frame Wedding Film videos I saw because I loved the cinematic feel. They really turn your wedding day into your own romantic movie. Their services are 100% worth the investment, and I highly recommend them.
My first interaction with Frame was very professional and put me at ease. They were very responsive via email and even through text messaging. They provided detailed contracts and answered any questions or concerns I had before we solidified. I made all of my payments securely through PayPal. My wedding coordinator worked with them to provide meeting times and place.
On the wedding day, Fernando and Carlos showed up right on time and got to work. They were both very friendly and professional, and made me and everyone else feel very comfortable. They were there to capture all of the important moments, and they conducted in such a professional matter. They were very subtle, so our guests didn't even realize we had a videographer there. They knew exactly when to step in and when to be in the background. They were also very fun and charismatic.
They gave me my "coming soon" video in a timely matter. It left me immediately wanting more and very excited for the full video. When I was provided the full video, it was beautiful, yet I had a couple of edits I wanted. They were extremely accommodating and quickly edited the video to my liking. Fernando and Carlos helped me to see my wedding from a third-person point of view. It was beautiful for me to actually see all of the details from beginning to end. Like most brides, the day of my wedding, I was busy, distracted, & did not get to enjoy the details that I planned for my wedding day. Frame Wedding Films helped me to re-live this day in a such a beautiful way that I could have never seen through my own eyes. I loved everything!

Frame Wedding Film is THE BEST!! If you are reading this, go ahead and book them now!! We are from NYC and after seeing our friends wedding videos, we had incredibly high expectations. Frame Wedding Film was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the entire process. They answered every single question we had and accommodated all of our requests. They provided great direction on our wedding day for some great shots but during the important moments, we forgot they were even there! Our final productions were INCREDIBLE!!! They caught every single moment and emotion so beautifully and pieced them together into amazing productions. When we received their videos, they brought us right back to how we felt on our wedding day- full of happiness, love, and excitement! Our family and friends cannot stop telling us how impressed they are by our wedding videos. They are still talking about them and sharing them with everyone they know! We are so happy and relieved that we picked Frame Wedding Film!!! We cannot thank them enough!

Words cannot fully express how much we love our wedding videos from the Frame Wedding Film team! The video quality, the way that they framed the shots and pieced them together to create a beautiful movie of our wedding day, are all what made our wedding videos so special. The team were so friendly and professional while also being unobtrusive. We STRONGLY recommend that couples planning a destination wedding in Mexico (Riviera Maya / Cancun area) hire this team! They are so amazing, you seriously won’t regret it. We can’t even fathom not having these videos now that we have them! Can’t believe we almost cut videography from our wedding budget! After choosing Fernando and his team to film my suprise proposal, I simply had to write a review. I had spent hours searching for the most professional, qualified and courteous team of videographers and what we found was Hollywoods best in Mexico! These guys should literally start a cinematography business filming some of Steven Spielbergs top hits! They made my fiancee a proposal video of her dreams and one that we will cherish and remember forever. Frame Wedding Film was great! Carlos and Marcos were wonderful and so easy to work with. We didn't even feel like the cameras were there! They worked really well with my photographer and everyone was happy.
We just got our wedding video and we absolutely love it! They captured every special moment and really did a great job. Highly recommend!!

This review is nearly 1.5 years late, however let it be known that every single time I watch my wedding highlight my heart melts. The work done by Fernando and his team is FANTASTIC. From start to finish, the experience of working with Frame Film was one of my favorite wedding activities. Not only did the video reel exceed my expectations but Fernando's service is a rarity. Even today - having become friends - he responds so quickly and so professionally. We were in a bind leading up to our wedding to find a videographer in Mexico and Fernando did everything in his power to work with us and to this day was the best vendor we worked with - service, value and product delivery. I share my video with so many people and without a question people are blown away whenever they see it.
I could go on and on about Frame Film - just know that all in all - this company will meet and deliver all your needs. Most importantly your big day will be captured forever.

My video came out absolutely amazing. They were professional, responsive, fun, and incognito during the whole thing you could barely tell they were there. You WIlLL get the most amazing video if you book through these guys. I still watch my video at least once a week and cry every time! Do think and just book them. You won’t be disappointed.

Fernando and Carlo are simply the most talented wedding videographers we have met. We could not be happier with the end product. They are great story tellers with a distinctive style and artistry that make your wedding videos seem like a feature film. From our experience, I realized that if you don't have a good camera man with an eye for details and a creative vision already in his head as he was shooting, then what you get at the end will be equally unremarkable. Fernando had a clear creative vision which enabled him to capture details on the day that others may have missed or dismissed.
I also want to reassure any couples considering their service that Fernando and Carlo will be the people shooting and editing your videos. I was not sure at the beginning because I didn't know them well. But what you see is what you get. So go ahead and hire them with full confidence!

Lets Start with I am a wedding Florist/ Planner, seeing 100s of weddings every year in Jamaica that we have executed. Getting Married I was looking for something special from each of my carefully selected wedding vendors. Frame Weddings was found on Instagram as my wedding Photographers are in the same location. Watching there page I was captivated by there creativity and how unique there videos are to each couple so I thought let me reach out.
From the Moment I started communicating I knew I wanted to work with them , there were very professional , but easy going, flexible to my need and wants which was really appreciated.
When we met 1 day before my wedding , it was flawless, they understood what I wanted and on the day of the wedding OH BOY THEY WERE AMAZING.
On receiving our videos , I was so blown away how perfect they crafted our essence, personality and culture of my wedding group. I would 100% recommend their services to anyone who is getting married or need a videographer.

Such beautiful, impressive work!!
WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! Me and my husband recently got married at Finest Playa Mujeres (beautiful venue!), and this was the recommended photo and video service. I am so, so happy that I went with their recommendation! The quality of their work is SUPERB! Our video is so clear and beautiful, and the editing is perfect! While it is a little on the pricey side, compared to what people pay in the United States it is such a bargain. Not to mention that we not only got a 4 minute highlight edited video to share on social media, but also a 14 minute edited video with more content for us to enjoy. After talking to my friends who were married in the US, this is unheard of! We paid less and got more edited video with this company than you get in the US. We also received the raw content of the ceremony and the speeches, one of the most special moments and we are so glad we forever have this. They are also so great at directing you, so we always felt comfortable during the photo sessions. One downside was that communication was a little down for a time period, but I’m blaming that on COVID as we got married at the height of the pandemic. Even though we had to wait a little over 8 weeks for our video, it was 100% worth the wait!!! We have received so many compliments on our video, and many tears have been shed from us, family and friends as we reminisce on this beautiful day.
If you want beautiful editing compiling the most special parts of your wedding at a reasonable price, as well as so much content delivered to you, go with Frame Wedding Film and Seasons photography. I am so glad I did!

Wedding at Breathless Riviera Cancun
Frame was an amazing videography team to work with. They were on time, professional, fun, and captured the best day of our lives in every way possible. We had 2 videographers which I would highly recommend. We had a 6 hour package with drone. The pricing was very affordable. They were quick to respond either via email or whatsapp! We got all of our footage within 2 months and are in love with all of it. Nothing more special then being able to relive your wedding day through film. If you want the best of the best in videography hire frame! Thank you all so much again.

Obsessed with our video
We used Frame for our videographers for our November 2019 wedding at Finest Playa Mujeres and received our movies back this week.
We got the 8 hour package with 2 videographers, and the final products were AMAZING. We received a 4 minute highlight video and a 12 minute feature length version. They are done so beautifully and professionally. I've rewatched the video about 50 times in the last three days, and am so happy hired Frame and selected the full day package. Very impressed with their work.

We hired frame wedding through a photography vendor so we didn't deal with them initially, however the final result of the video and the whole work was absolutely amazing and beautiful. We have received lots of compliments from friends and we would definitively recommend frame wedding.

Very personable-local videographer
Marco was fantastic. It’s very nervous getting a videographer when traveling. They did awesome. The quality was fantastic and Marco was excellent. Very professional.
Cons- completion time. It took us 15 weeks to get the completed product. It was fabulous once we got it but in my opinion took way to long. 6-8weeks is normal. They quote 11 weeks but 15 is excessive in my opinion. Product though was awesome!!!!!

Great video!
It was a great experience working with FrameWedding Films. We did not have many chances to talk or meet before the event, but they were very wuick in understanding what we wanted, so that was great. I really don't think you need 1min, 4min, and 10min videos, but final video was the best and the other ones built anticipation! During the wedding sometimes it was hard to do all the shots, but when you see the video it was totally worth it!

Lost Footage!
We booked Frame Wedding Film through Finest Playa Mujeres to capture our wedding day in May '22. To our huge disappointment, 2 months after our wedding we were informed by the Vendor that they had lost all of the footage from the day and that it would not be possible to recover it.
This was apparently due to the hard drive suffering an "electric shock", and if this is indeed the case, it highlights a real lack of care and professionalism. I personally back up my important files in two locations, why would a professional company entrusted with capturing a once-in-a-lifetime moment not do the same?
Whilst the other aspects of their service appeared adequate, I cannot recommend this vendor. When looking for a wedding videographer, I would think long and hard before choosing Frame Wedding Film to capture your big day, as unless their processes have changed since this incident, you risk losing footage that you will never again be able to capture. My wife and I will never receive the wedding video we were so looking forward to and we are truly heartbroken.
