Paul was amazing! We met Paul several times and were able to communicate our needs and wishes for our big day with him. He could make everything work and we were overjoyed with his contributions. He also had familiarity and work well with other vendors on this day. Paul was great and we would strongly recommend -

TLDR; DO NOT HIRE. Terrible service. Paul was completely unprofessional and unwilling to rectify any wrongdoings after his employee almost ruined my wedding day, only salvaged by my friends and family stepping up and doing his job.
If I could give this company 0/5 stars I would. Hiring FP DJs is the only thing I regret about my wedding and if I could go back in time and change it, I would. To start, FP DJs sent me a contract saying that their DJ would show up at 3pm to set up and be ready for the reception at 4pm. They would reach out to me 30 days in advance to get my music choices and inform me if it was an employee of the company rather than Paul himself. 1.5 weeks before the wedding I had to personally reach out to them because I had not heard anything. And then again a few days later to remind them. I finally got a paper to fill out for the wedding and didn't hear from them until 5 days before the wedding, at which point I was informed that it would be a different individual at the wedding and not Paul. Per the contract, it states an employee of FP DJs would be there, but later Paul would come to tell me that it was a contractor, there by once again violating his own contract. They promised me they would have my music ready and downloaded, and I informed them that there would likely be no wifi at the barn. They said this wouldn't be an issue.
The day of the wedding, the employee Greg, shows up late, does not have any of the speakers or music set up at 4. Because of this, he does not start playing any music while my guests are waiting for our entrance and our guests sit without music in the reception hall for over an hour. My pictures with my husband got cut short because my bridesmaids had to come tell me that the DJ couldn't figure out how to set up and still didn't have any music playing. When it came time to do our entrances, he messed up names and spoke extremely slowly which made the announcement very uncomfortable. Then instead of going directly into our first dance as planned, we had to take a 20 minute awkward break while I sat behind the DJ table trying to help him find out first song dance. Because of this I didn't get my dress bustled, and my husband and I's first dance was clumsy because we couldn't do our planned choreography. In addition, when Greg announced us for our first dance, he called my husband by the wrong name which all of his friends and family noticed and remarked upon. None of the lights that I had paid for had been set up at this time and didn't get set up to use until after dinner, 2 hours after the reception had started.
After this, we were supposed to move into the mother/son and father/daughter dances, but because he didn't have any of the music and couldn't figure out how to use his spotify playlist, we had to go into the dinner and I had to play music through MY CELL PHONE on a tiny speaker that I thought ahead to bring so that it wouldn't be silent during dinner.
After dinner, one of my friends from college took over the MC duties due to the poor quality of his abilities. Additionally, my pregnant best friend, instead of enjoying the wedding, sat behind the DJ table with him for most of the night picking out songs and showing him how to use spotify, since he didn't have any of the songs I had requested. In addition, there would be periods of time during the reception where he would just disappear and be gone for 5-10 minutes and people commented that they saw him just sitting in his car.
All in all, the man that showed up at my wedding was completely inept at his job. He was late to arrive and set up, couldn't do the MC job as promised, didn't know how to transition between songs, and didn't have a majority of the music I requested. If it hadn't been for our friends and family who stepped up and helped him with his job, my wedding would've been ruined.
After the wedding, I tried to talk to Paul and explain all of this to him and my frustration with the poor service I had received. Paul was unapologetic, essentially telling me that what I said wasn't true. He claimed that this was just "technical difficulties" and would not take accountability for the situation in the slightest. I would expect an honest company to offer a refund to be issued when they break their contract. Instead, Paul never offered, refused when I asked, and then tried to bribe me with a partial refund if I signed a statement saying that I would not leave any reviews online about him and his company detailing the terrible service they provided. He was completely unprofessional and unapologetic, broke the terms of his own contract, and then refused to take accountability for his employee. DO NOT HIRE.
