We are over the moon excited about our photos! Kristina is the utmost professional, has no problem wrangling people together for group shots, and manages to get your best angle. Every. Single. Time. Our big day would have absolutely not been the same without her. She was so helpful and friendly, and made our day 1000x better. She has a knack for making you feel so comfortable and provides direction when you're unsure how to pose (I personally never know where to put my hands, so this was much needed!) Throughout the whole process, she was by far our most responsive vendor, which we appreciated, and she was extremely flexible. (We decided to book Kristina for our reception in addition to our ceremony last minute, and she was so accommodating!) Also, highly recommend booking her for BOTH ceremony and reception if you're on the fence, or like us, have the two events far apart in the day! We were so excited to get our photos back, knowing they'd be great, but she blew us out of the water - these photos are AMAZING. I am so darn happy that we chose Kristina to be our wedding photographer! What a gifted pro she is! And she captured so many important moments. She captured me exiting the cab as I arrived at Central Park. She even captured the moment when a group of Italian tourists stopped to ask if they could pose for a photo with me. (I was hoping someone caught that and she did!) She took tons of photos before, during and after our ceremony. She was able to wrangle all the guests together. (No small feat!) And she traipsed around the park with us (on a rather warm day, I might add) capturing wonderful photos at the historic carousel, Bethesda Fountain and Strawberry Fields. And she was fun and personable the whole time. (We talked about running shoes!) She made our day special and we have wonderful memories thanks to her.

We renewed our vows last September in New York — an unforgettable experience that was absolutely perfect, thanks to Erol and Christina.
Weeding planer Erol was incredibly helpful even before the big day, answering all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. On the day of the ceremony, he picked us up at our hotel and took us to Central Park, where the ceremony took place.
Christina, the photographer we had booked for the occasion, was already waiting for us at the entrance.
The ceremony itself was beautiful — emotional and heartfelt without being cheesy. The location Erol had chosen was quiet, intimate, and just right for such a special moment.
Christina was amazing. She explained her process to us beforehand, which helped ease any nerves we had about the photos. After the ceremony, she guided us to some beautiful spots in Central Park and suggested great poses and settings. She also welcomed our own ideas and wishes, making it a truly personal experience. The photos turned out absolutely stunning!

This year in July after 25 years of being married my wife and I celebrated our wedding renewal at a small pavilion in Central Park. Kristina did an amazing job of our wedding photographs. Throughout the day she was lovely, so reassuring and helped with attaching buttonholes, adjusting my dress etc. I was so nervous and she was really calming. She knew the best little spots in Central Park to capture the perfect pictures and boy do we have some lovely ones where she has captured the sunlight just perfectly. I would highly recommend Kristina to make your day perfect. We got married on a really hot day and she timed the photographs just perfectly so we weren't stood for ages baking and she knew where to go to get the shade, some quieter spots and to capture the lighting and the sun perfectly. We are absolutely delighted with the finished result and can't thank Kristina enough for capturing our perfect day!

Dream come true photos!
Christina was an absolute dream photographer. Unfortunately we had to postpone our wedding for 2 years, but everytime we had to move the date she was so flexible and helpful and we are so glad we stuck with her! She helped us put a plan together of the photo schedule beforehand. On the day, she made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. Most of the time you didn’t know she was taking photos she was so discreet! And then the photos came back and they were everything we hoped for x a million!! Kristina has a real talent. She captured some truly special moments at both our wedding ceremony under the Wisteria Pergola in the Conservatory Garden and at our cocktail reception afterwards at a hotel rooftop. Me and my now husband have lived in NYC for 10 years and feel like we know the city very well. But Kristina is the consummate professional and know-it-all when it comes to the best shots, angles, poses, lighting, backdrops and special hints and tips in Central Park that you can’t find in a guidebook. Had an engagement phot photo with Kristina and she was great. She was personable and made us feel comfortable during the shoot. She kept things interesting by taking shots not only at Bow Bridge, our agreed upon area, but also in the surrounding areas. Great experience and photographer!
We were so thrilled to have Kristina as our wedding photographer. She was provided as a potential photographer after booking our inclusive wedding package with A Central Park Wedding. We had a very small COVID wedding in Central Park. Kristina arrived early and caught so many wonderful small moments with family. She quickly caught on to everyone’s names which helped a lot with group photos after our ceremony. Once our guests left we had a great time wandering around the park stopping to take photos at various locations. Kristina is Amazing!
Kristina was absolutely amazing to work with. She knows 100% how to make couples look their absolute best. She is very creative and takes unique shots that really capture one of the best days of your life. I was able to relax while working with her because she really put us at ease on a day where I was a bit anxious. Her final product was beautiful. I am a tough critic but I loved every single picture I got back from her.

Excellent Service & True Professional
From our first initial contact with Kristina via email she was so warm, kind and professional. Booking our photographer long distance, from Ireland for our elopement wedding was nerve wrecking but Kristina was very patient and understanding and always responded to any questions we had. On the day she was wonderful to us. She was fun, helpful and so kind. She had our photo timeline planned to perfection. We had mentioned some places in Central park that we would like to have photos taken at and Kristina made it all happen. We were thrilled with her in the lead up to our wedding, on the day and now we have the most beautiful photographs to treasure forever! We can highly recommend Kristina she is a true professional, a lovely person and her work is amazing.

Cool and trendy!
First of all, the pictures she took where superb and really captured our day perfectly.
However, Christine also excels in the way she treats the group, firm and in control but with a smile, she is quick to take the photos so your not left hanging with a frozen smile, and she works hard to grab all kind of angles you would never think of.
The icing on the cake is that she is totally cool and trendy person to have in your group rather than a crusty old photographer! Book her today , do not hesitate!

Kristina was so great to work with on all fronts. She has a great eye for light and framing and her demeanor was very relaxing. She was also very quick at moving us around and putting us in different poses (without being rushed) which was great since I can get stiff in photos. My husband and I both highly recommend her.

Unglaublich sympathische Fotografin
Christina hat sehr dazu beigetragen, dass der Tag für uns unvergesslich war! Abgesehen davon, dass sie tolle Fotos macht, ist sie ein sehr angenehmer und lustiger Mensch. Die Fototour vor der Trauung hat unglaublich viel Spaß gemacht - man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt und sie hat sich zudem super in die Hochzeitsgesellschaft integriert. Es sind wirklich tolle Bilder entstanden. Die Kommunikation per Mail war absolut zu zuverlässig und schnell. Von uns eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, wenn man an seinem besonderen Tag eine tolle Fotografin an seiner Seite haben möchte.

It was a casual and natural shooting. she captures snapshots that happen accidentally so it does not seem forced. we had a good connection to her, which can be seen on the pictures. The time until delivery of the shooting pics was absolutely ok.

Loved working with Kristina!
We were married last weekend, and are so excited to see the pictures when they are ready! I know they are going to be gorgeous. You can tell that Kristina really loves her work...her enthusiasm shines through. She has a natural way about her that immediately put me at ease, allowing me to relax and be calm and have fun getting some photos while we waited for the ceremony to begin. I am very unnatural in front of the camera, but I still had a really great time posing for pictures, and she made sure she captured a lot of candids. We are an Australian couple who got married in NY in May 2018, and Kristina of Fotovolida was our photographer. We chose Kristina based on her gorgeous website, and we were not disappointed. In our preliminary meeting, she was able to intuit exactly the kind of photography we were after - what style, what vibe, what overall look. On the day, she was able to provide us with an absolutely stunning blend of impromptu photos and tastefully posed shots - there was nothing cliche, nothing overdone, every image was gorgeous. Wir waren begeistert von Christinas Arbeit. Schon bei unserem ersten Kennenlernen an unserem Hochzeitstag war sie uns von Anfang an sympatisch.
Sie wollte das wir uns natürlich geben und genau das hat sie auf den Fotos eingefangen. Ihre Ideen und die Locations waren großartig.
Sie ist einfach eine tolle und liebenswürdige Persönlichkeit. Wir haben viel gelacht mit ihr.
Auch die Bearbeitung der Bilder war schnell. Und wir hatten die Fotos binnen 3 Wochen nach unserem Tag.

Christina was the most professional, reliable, to the point and best photographer we could have ever wished for our wedding day. On top of that she is just such a warm and sweet person - you feel comfortable and in good hands right away. Also we had a major change to our schedule just one day before the wedding day and Christina was able to adjust with no problem at all - she was there for us all the time. We came a long way from Germany to have our wedding in NYC, Central Park. It was a wonderful day and we always tell the people here in Germany, that Christina was not our photograph, she was part of the whole wedding group. All the pictures are amazing. We thought it would be nice if we have about 50 pictures at the end. What can we say, at the end we have over 400 absulute wonderful pictures for our memories.
Besides Christina is not only a super professional in photography, she was so nice and friendly to us and our group. We would recommend every wedding couple to book Christina for their wedding photos.

First of all many many thanks to Christina who was absolutely amazing. We had our wedding in Central Park New York last year and it was freezing cold. -7 :-/ Christina took the nicest photos ever and we didn't even look cold at all. Her humor made us smile a lot and all the photos are so professional and natural at the same time. Her fingers were frozen too like our faces and hands, but nothing stopped her to catch the right moments. We had such a great day and one of the reasons was because we felt like everything was organized and professional, not too obvious picture taking and that's why we were totally relaxed. We can only recommend Christina and we wished she could come to Germany so we can book her again for our wedding party. 5 stars isn't enough to rate her. All our friends thought the same. She also had great ideas like having a picture in the grand central station were everybody in the background is moving just not us, it looks really cool. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Christina. She's very helpful giving information about the shooting in advance and also other things concerning our elopement day. She also booked a driver for us who brought us from A to B.
She responded very quickly to my emails and gave us lots of tips about what to think of when getting married outside in NYC in winter.
In the shooting itself she was very clear about what we had to do and managed to keep a relaxed atmosphere at all our shooting locations. She has a very good eye for colours and also for motives on inside but also outside locations.
The photographs were ready in about 2 weeks and included a wide range of black and white and coloured photos in high quality. I'd describe her style of photos as elegant and natural.
I would definitely recommend Christina as a photographer. Makes the day really memorable for a lifetime!

I believe most people can agree that planning a wedding can be very stressful. Having Kristina as our photographer not only made the day a lot less stressful with her professionalism and warmth but also produced AMAZING photos! We booked a photo tour on our wedding day with Christina. It was so great, she made us feel very comfortable at all times during the tour even at crowdy places like Times Square. The pictures we got are so beautiful.

I'm soo glad we chose Christina to take our wedding pictures! I'm shy by nature and generally dislike having my picture taken, especially when shots take a long time or photographers try to talk me into doing poses that I find awkward/ridiculous. Therefore I wasn't exactly looking forward to doing the wedding photo shoot but ended up actually enjoying it. Christina was super nice and fun to work with, it all felt very natural and hassle-free. Best of all, we absolutely love the photos! I don't usually like myself in photos but these turned out fantastic! In fact I like them even better than the ones featured on her home page. :)

My name is Sarah, I'm from Germany and got married to my lovely husband in September in New York City. We got a wedding planner which booked Christina from Fotovolida for us.
We didn't meet her before the wedding day but we had great communications by mail some weeks before we arrived in New York.
It was a great day with Christina. And the photos are awesome! I mailed her a list of photos I liked to get and she even printed it out. I was really impressed because I am a real control freak and had the chance to relax completely because I knew that Christina won't forget a single picture.
She was very friendly and the whole atmosphere was really relaxed.

It was really amazing. To hire Kristina to shoot our wedding was the best decision ever! We met Kristina on our wedding day, the 21 of december 2015, and it was sympathy at first glance. She was so nice, well organized, knew what to do (to be frank, we were a bit nervous ;-)) and of course the most important thing: she made really great, creative, unique photos of our most important day. More than 100 brilliant shots to conserve the key moments and to transport the very special atmosphere. We are really thankfull and we are never tire to looking at the photos :-).

Kristina was amazing and made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day! We only have a handful of photos as a couple even though we've been together for 6 years and I'm so happy that we chose her as our photographer, since she did such an excellent job. The photos are gorgeous and she really had an eye for details with setting up poses and backgrounds. There were candids that really caught the moments from the wedding and will really help bring back memories in the future. You won't go wrong with choosing her as your photographer.
