This is by far the best company to deal with. I cannot say enough about Ilona and Ed. They are personal and amazing. Easy to get a hold of and actually responded to our emails and phone calls quickly. We were able to setup the needs for our event during the first phone call. The vehicle was clean and the children felt safe. They were prompt and even stayed to make sure everyone was on board. I would recommend Fortune Transportation Group to anyone needing a car service transportation to any airport in the nearby area. We needed emergency service from PHL airport. Our driver met us at the baggage claim area. He was gracious and friendly. He immediately took our bags and escorted us to the car. It was sparkling clean and smelled brand new. The week of the wedding, I realized the time for the limo was off by 30 min, and I called the office; there was no issue adjusting it to our needs! Very easy to work with, and the limo was perfect. Hired transportation for my child’s friends for his bar mitzvah to take them to the venue after the service. They were incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions. The driver was on time actually a couple minutes and I was told they could take their time getting on did not rush us at all. The kids enjoyed the ride. The driver was very nice and professional. Very impressed with the customer service for my Limo rental
I was impressed with the customer service for my Limo rental. My daughter and grandson were flying back from Disney and Universal, and I wanted to surprise them. The Gentleman I made the reservation with, made sure the driver did not tell them while confirming pick up times and where at the airport. He also stayed in close touch with them, as their fight was delayed. They were exhausted, but gleefully surprised and picked up right on time after their long delay. They had a comfortable, luxurious ride home and so appreciated the prompt and courteous service they received. My 12 year old grandson was especially excited, as he had never been in a limo before. It was the icing on the cake after their adventures for 10 days at Disney and Universal! I will certainly highly recommend Fortune Transportation to any one needing transportation in style or otherwise, and will call them for my grandson's proms, as I have three yet to graduate. Above and beyond and a great experience had by all!
My wife and I were so glad we found Fortune Transportation for our wedding. Our timeline changed quite a few times, and Ilona was more than accommodating every time we had to make a change. She is very experienced, professional, (and very kind!) and our transportation services went off without a hitch for our big day. The limo for the wedding party, as well as the buses for our guests were really clean and we had no issues whatsoever. The drivers were very pleasant and professional, and made sure all of our guests (and any stragglers) were picked up at the end of the night.

We hired Fortune for shuttle service between our hotel and our wedding venue and had an excellent experience! Ilona was very responsive to every request and very prompt in returning emails and calls. Fortune absolutely saved the day. A few weeks before our wedding, we realized that our original transportation plans with another company weren’t going to work out due to space and timing. In a panic, I reached out to Fortune to see if they had any last minute availability for bigger vehicles, and they did. Ed called me personally and talked me through our options for a while. When I talked to Ilona to finalize everything, she walked me through every detail, making sure that there wouldn’t be any reason to have to call me on the day-of. I got confirmations with all driver cell phone numbers but didn’t need to use any of them. They got our guests to the venue on time. From what we’ve heard from guests, there were no issues getting there. We joined our guests for the trip back to the hotel, and they were super accommodating and flexible. We would highly recommend them!

Great experience on our wedding day
We had a great experience on our wedding day with Fortune Transportation. They were promptly on time for the shuttle service we ordered and got all of our guests to our wedding. Our guests loved the shuttle bus and the driver, who was able to put the Eagles game on for them. The bus was extremely clean and the music selection was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Fortune Transportation for anyone who needs transportation for a big event or wedding. Also, Ilona and Anna were incredibly helpful setting up my reservation and were great communicators. I didn’t have to worry about anything, as they made it super easy and handled everything.

My daughter and I used Fortune to pick us up at our home (round-trip) to take to the PHL Airport. They were prompt and communicated well with us via text. When picking us up they were waiting for us at baggage claim. Both drivers from both trips were extremely friendly and both were wonderful drivers. The cars were clean as well. When emailing Fortune and other car service companies, Fortune was the only company to contact me back within a day. Excellent communication via phone calls, text and emails. I am using Fortune for another upcoming trip. Knowing that I don't have to drive to the airport and park my car just adds to the feel of truly being on vacation and knowing that my cars are safe at home. My best friend also has used Fortune in the past and has also had excellent service. Price compared to fuel, tolls and parking honestly is also decent as well. I highly recommend this company.

The best choice for our wedding!
Fortune transportation was the best choice for our wedding! They book in 3 hour blocks so we had a shuttle running back and forth from our hotel to our venue before our wedding and then vice versa afterwards. It was perfect as we were able to accommodate people coming over at various times for their pictures, and then at the end of the reception people could peel off as they wished. Fortune transport even accommodated a final stop for us at a local bar for a little after party! The shuttles were on time, clean, and comfortable. Our guests were impressed from the very start! The owners and the drivers were so friendly and responsive. I will be returning for other transportation needs!

My guests had a blast!
We had a great experience with Fortune Transportation. I hired a 20 person limo bus for my 40th birthday. I had 14 guests on board and 3 coolers. That size group was perfect. 20 people would be too tight honestly. The bus was clean and comfortable. The sound system and lights set the mood. My guests had a blast! Best in the biz!
Ilona from Fortune transportation was spectacular from start to finish! She made the process of renting a limo for our child’s prom, effortless and was quickly responsive to any questions or changes we had. The driver was professional, friendly, and punctual. Will 100% use Fortune again for any transportation needs and highly recommend them to anybody in the Philadelphia area to get their kids to and from their special event safely and in exquisite style! We used Fortune for our daughters junior prom and got the 12 to 14 person. Limo and the kids had so much fun in the stylish fun space of the limo and it made a special night even more special. Highly Recommended Transportation Service

Anniversary on February 14th
We had a pleasant experience with Fortune Transportation. We booked them for a Anniversary on February 14th and the staff was beyond amazing. Our driver arrived on time and was very accommodating to all of our requests. The price was the most reasonable for the event and I will definitely book them in the future.
