  Very impressed with the customer service for my Limo rental

  I was impressed with the customer service for my Limo rental. My daughter and grandson were flying back from Disney and Universal, and I wanted to surprise them. The Gentleman I made the reservation with, made sure the driver did not tell them while confirming pick up times and where at the airport. He also stayed in close touch with them, as their fight was delayed. They were exhausted, but gleefully surprised and picked up right on time after their long delay. They had a comfortable, luxurious ride home and so appreciated the prompt and courteous service they received. My 12 year old grandson was especially excited, as he had never been in a limo before. It was the icing on the cake after their adventures for 10 days at Disney and Universal! I will certainly highly recommend Fortune Transportation to any one needing transportation in style or otherwise, and will call them for my grandson's proms, as I have three yet to graduate. I would give Fortune 10 stars, if I could!! Thank you Fortune!!

  Fortune transportation group

  Ilona was a tremendous help in organizing the transportation we needed for our wedding day. She was quick to respond, thorough and complete in her work. The drivers were all incredibly kind and helpful and on time for each of the different drives of the day. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

  What a wonderful experience we had last night using this fantastic limousine service. Our driver, Kurt was very polite and accommodating Our driver arrived on time, and the limousine was absolutely beautiful inside and out I couldn’t have been any happier with the service we received last night with this wonderful limousine company I highly recommend this company should you need Luxury, transportation

  Ilona was great in setting us all up on such short notice and Dema, our driver, was fabulous! So patient and kind considering our bridal party was an hour late leaving for the church! Will definitely use them again!

  My wife and I were so glad we found Fortune Transportation for our wedding. Our timeline changed quite a few times, and Ilona was more than accommodating every time we had to make a change. She is very experienced, professional, (and very kind!) and our transportation services went off without a hitch for our big day. The limo for the wedding party, as well as the buses for our guests were really clean and we had no issues whatsoever. The drivers were very pleasant and professional, and made sure all of our guests (and any stragglers) were picked up at the end of the night.

  Wonderful Experience

  We ordered a 25 seat party bus for my son’s birthday dinner. The bus arrived on time, clean and ready to party lol
  The driver was very courteous and realizable. Got the kids to and from dinner safely. We will definitely be using their services again!!

  Fortune absolutely saved the day!

  Fortune absolutely saved the day. A few weeks before our wedding, we realized that our original transportation plans with another company weren’t going to work out due to space and timing. In a panic, I reached out to Fortune to see if they had any last minute availability for bigger vehicles, and they did. Ed called me personally and talked me through our options for a while. When I talked to Ilona to finalize everything, she walked me through every detail, making sure that there wouldn’t be any reason to have to call me on the day-of. I got confirmations with all driver cell phone numbers but didn’t need to use any of them. They got our guests to the venue on time. From what we’ve heard from guests, there were no issues getting there. We joined our guests for the trip back to the hotel, and they were super accommodating and flexible. We would highly recommend them!

  We hired Fortune for shuttle service between our hotel and our wedding venue and had an excellent experience! Ilona was very responsive to every request and very prompt in returning emails and calls. The driver, Brian B was very friendly and accommodating....a really pleasant guy to work with. I will ask for him again the next time I hire Fortune. I highly recommend them!

  What a fabulous experience with Fortune. I called around for my daughter's 16th birthday and many companies were almost double that of Fortune. They were courteous, communicated via text (which I need and LOVE) and made the experience perfect.

  We hired a school bus shuttle for our November wedding in Merion Station, PA. Fortune Transportation was super responsive and flexible in the planning process. The driver was very professional, showed up on time, and the bus was clean. Best of all was that it was the most affordable service we found! What more can you ask for?

  Great experience on our wedding day

  We had a great experience on our wedding day with Fortune Transportation. They were promptly on time for the shuttle service we ordered and got all of our guests to our wedding. Our guests loved the shuttle bus and the driver, who was able to put the Eagles game on for them. The bus was extremely clean and the music selection was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Fortune Transportation for anyone who needs transportation for a big event or wedding.   We had a great experience on our wedding day with Fortune Transportation. They were promptly on time for the shuttle service we ordered and got all of our guests to our wedding. Our guests loved the shuttle bus and the driver, who was able to put the Eagles game on for them. The bus was extremely clean and the music selection was excellent. I would absolutely recommend Fortune Transportation for anyone who needs transportation for a big event or wedding.   Our driver was right for on time and very professional. Got us to the airport in plenty of time. Same driver picked us up (Brian). Contacted us the day before our trip so we knew he was goi g to be there. He tracked our flight and was there as we exited customs. Made our trip easy and not stressful ! Would highly recommend Fortine!
