  Fortune Luxury Review

  Fortune Luxury was AMAZING! They were very responsive, helpful and efficient! They showed up on time, and had the whole car ready for us the second we got in to leave the wedding. Our driver was great! He talked to us the whole ride and made us feel more comfortable rather than being in an uber. The car itself was stunning and so elegant; it went perfectly with our black tie wedding! I could not recommend this company enough for any event you are having! We loved every second in our Bentley!

  Perfect Getaway car

  The Rolls Royce was beautiful and our driver Charles was very nice and he arrived 5-10 min early.

  AMAZING! I can’t say enough good things

  I am so glad we decided to use fortune concierge. They were so accommodating and so polite. I can not tell you how wonderful they were! We will definitely be using them again for any and all car service needs!

  Once in a lifetime experience!

  So lucky to have found Fortune Luxury. Lydia was great to work with getting everything set up. She was very kind and responsive. The driver was prompt and very kind. He even offered to take a couple photos of us once we arrived back to the hotel. The vehicle itself was stunning and made for the perfect getaway car for photos! All our guest were jealous. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

  Luxury Car Rental

  I can not say enough about this company! From my first contact with Lydia, I was impressed. Lydia was very professional, nice, and prompt. She took the worry out of my day. I rented a Bentley for my wedding on New Year’s Day. Lydia contacted me a couple of days before the wedding to double check everything. The day after the wedding she contacted me to congratulate us and to make sure everything went as expected. The driver was very pleasant and professional. He was on time, dressed professionally and is a great driver. It rained right before we took pictures, so before doing so he told the photographer to let him wipe the car down. Everyone at the wedding loved the car! My husband was so excited! Whenever we need a car again we will definitely be using them!

  Excellent Service

  A friend of mine referred me to Fortune Luxury Concierge for my wedding rehearsal dinner. I was treated like royalty from the time I confirmed my reservation to the end of my service. I also booked for my wedding day transportation and can’t wait to receive excellent service again.

  Car never arrived and we were given a couple of excuses.

  We never had the opportunity to use their services because the driver never showed up. We booked with them months in advance and even confirmed our pick up a few days prior to our wedding day. In the process of getting ready for our grand exit we noticed the car had not arrived. We were able to speak with someone but stated the driver had a flat tire (Rolls Royce Ghost) really and failed to call because those cars do not come with a spare tire so the driver supposedly never thought to call. Then the next excuse was the driver was stuck in traffic. My husband and I were livid which ruin our wedding exit, in addition we had to find a ride back to our hotel because the car never showed up. We did get a full refund but the damage was already done.
