Ever since my wedding, my husband, my mom, multiple guests, and myself have said multiple times that hiring Karen and her team was the best decision we made for the entire day! We had done most the planning ourselves but I was adamant that on the day of, I didn't want anyone to bug me with all the little things that go into throwing a major event and I wanted every one of our guests to feel like a guest and not have to think about anything either. From the moment I talked to Karen I knew I was in the right hands. She stepped in and made sure the entire day and night ran smoothly. She was so reassuring and made me feel like I could just relax and focus on being a bride and that anything that came up I wouldn't have to even know about because she would have it handled, and she did! At the end of the night I realized how much I was able to just enjoy each second and not have to think about what needed to be done behind the scenes. PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire Karen and her team. You won't regret it and it will be your best money spent of the entire day! -

Worth the money
Working directly with a company like Forte Events was amazing. As a venue owner (Suncrest Reception Center) I can say that I wish all our wedding clients would consider using an event/wedding planner like Karen Gill. Great communications, outside the box problem solving, as well as organized and thorough. She alleviated so much stress and undue pressure from the Bride/Groom and their families. GREAT JOB! -

Amazing wedding planner!!
Karen was one of a kind! She helped me plan my small wedding/elopement on the salt flats and was very attentive and helped make all my dreams come true of the perfect wedding! Strongly recommend her!Forte Events Co's reply:

Karen and her team were absolutely amazing. I hired her for day-of coordination, and she did everything she could to make our day special and enjoyable.
She was very organized, which I appreciated, put together an itinerary for us, and helped me know what to plan for. There was a lot she brought to the table that I would not have thought of on my own, which helped the wedding run more smoothly.
If you're unsure about whether or not to hire a coordinator, DO IT! It is seriously so worth it. Karen and her team at Forte Events Co were perfect for the job and they handled all the wrenches thrown with ease. I am so grateful I had them to help! -

Made My Wedding Vision a Reality!
Karen helped me plan a Disco-themed Surprise Wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with how things turned out! She is fun, well-organized, understanding, stylish and full of great ideas. I couldn’t have pulled off such a big, fun and unique event without her! She helped to get / keep me organized, and gave me a lot of valuable guidance throughout the design and planning process. I also appreciated her being there to lend a hand or a calming word when things started to feel a bit overwhelming. Absolutely Incredible Experience – 10/10 Stars!
Victoria was my wedding coordinator, supported by two equally amazing team members, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their flawless work. They brought my vision to life beautifully—every detail of the décor was perfect.
Throughout the day, they went above and beyond: bringing me water while I was getting ready, ensuring the entire wedding party was where they needed to be (which was quite a challenge since our ceremony took place on top of a mountain via ski lift!), and keeping everything running seamlessly.
During the reception, they even helped rearrange tables, made sure my husband and I had time to eat, and kindly assisted me with my dress—down to placing a napkin on my lap. Because we had very limited cell service, they coordinated everything through walkie-talkies and handled every moving part effortlessly.
When there was a last-minute issue with our music, they stepped in without hesitation and helped us select new songs on the spot so the evening could continue smoothly. Their professionalism, calm energy, and attention to detail were truly remarkable.
Not only was their service impeccable, but they were also incredibly affordable compared to other coordinators we considered—many of whom charged over $5,000 and didn’t offer nearly the same level of care.
If you’re searching for a wedding coordinator who will make your day completely stress-free and unforgettable, look no further than Victoria and her team. I cannot recommend them highly enough! -

We used Forte Events for day-of coordination, and we were soo happy we did! Karen was very responsive and reliable. She managed so many things on the day-of so we could be in the moment and enjoy our friends and family rather than the small details that, knowing us, we would otherwise have been stressing about. -

I would definitely recommend, very attentive, karen is amazing help us all the process we need..i am an ocd person and hands on, but with her help i am more at peace of all the process and our wedding turn out really pretty, she will cry with you for sure and worry of what you need to relax😂 take note she takes care of my wedding while she is doing hers as well, very professional.Forte Events Co's reply:

My Best Friend’s Wedding
Karen and her team did AMAZING on my best friend’s wedding in Sedona, AZ. It was totally fate that Karen at Forte became the wedding planner after she was hired originally solely to plan the surprise bridal shower prior to the actual wedding. She truly put on the best shower I’ve ever seen, unmatched. At this time, the planner our bride hired originally (different vendor) wasn’t doing their job, and ended up breaking contract A MONTH before the wedding. Nothing was done. After seeing what she was capable of, she was the obvious choice to take over, so Karen stepped in and cultivated the vision the bride wanted flawlessly, AND AT SHORT NOTICE. Flew out to the venue the week of, and checked every box. Her personality is so kind and accommodating. I couldn’t thank her more. It was more than just what she did task wise, and visually. It was the smile she had on her face the whole time. It’s obvious she loves what she does, and I personally think that made all the difference. This wedding was a masterpiece. Thank you so much Forte Events! We will love you forever.

My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Karen at Forte events for our wedding. Throughout the planning process and on the day of Karen was responsive, followed up on all of our concerns and completely took the stress out of the day. During the planning process, we had a speed bump with one of our vendors and Karen was able to bring it to our attention and provide a solution before we even realized there was an issue. With Karen and her assistant, Maddy, at the helm, our special day went seamlessly. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!! -
