  Formal Expressions was able to meet our needs for a custom color (Charcoal Gray) tuxedo and match a competitors pricing which made them the better choice. Specifically Gene who completed the in home fitting which was easy and he really does know his sizes. He was able to size you up (guessing weight and height) before being measured. Our suits were delivered and picked up from addresses we specified which made things much easier especially when getting to the final days before and the day after the wedding.
  Overall everything was delivered as promised without any issues.

  Formal Expressions is an excellent choice for tux rentals. Not only were they patient and helpful, but Gene (the general manager) gives you personal service. He came to our house several times and tirelessly and expertly measured each member of my wedding party. He made everyone feel at ease and his personality was just endearing. He was prompt, relaible and professional. He taught us all something! After the wedding, he returned the following day to take the tuxes back so we could just relax. I wouldn't use anyone else!

  We worked with Gene who came highly recommended to us by my uncle, who is a high school principal in the area and uses him for their prom. Gene came to our house to fit all of the groomsmen/fathers/and my groom. He had everything he needed with him and it didn't take more than an hour and a half. Two days before the wedding everything was dropped off at our house. We only had a problem with on of the ring bearers tuxes who was fitted in the store and not in the home fitting. That was easily fixed and we were good to go. The tuxes were picked up two days after the wedding with no problems. Gene is informative and on point! I would recommend him to anyone!

  Formal expressions took their time with us to help pick out the perfect tuxes for our wedding. We received a coupon from an area bridal show and my husband’s tux was free and we got discounts on the Dad’s tuxes. They had the tuxes ready in time, and they fit everyone great.

  The guys worked with Jean at Formal Expressions. He was very professional and came out to the house for the guy fittings. The ring bearer's shoes were the wrong size when they were delivered. I called formal expressions and Jean had dropped off a new pair of shoes within the hour. I was very happy with the quality of the suits and the help.

  The in-home fittings, tux delivery, and responsiveness of the staff was excellent. Unfortunately a couple of the tuxes had issues and needed to be addressed a couple days before the wedding. Other than that, everything worked out well.
