  Amazing food and service!

  Amazing food and wonderful service! The Forks & Corks crew are so pleasant and helpful, and the food not only looked amazing, it tasted amazing also! Will recommend!

  Stunning Service, Treated Us like Royalty!

  Recent Bride here. Forks and Corks Catering is superb. Not only was the food 5 stars, but the service was beyond my wildest dreams! Showing a level of absolute professionalism above and beyond anything I’d ever seen, even having worked in the field myself prior, I would hire this caterer again in a heartbeat. During the planning process, the wonderful and friendly office staff were prompt to reply to my questions, and they offered delicious suggestions for our menu. The event crew arrived at my venue on time, and set the buffet tables beautifully. Before the ceremony even started, the event manager came up and asked me what I would like them to give me to drink after the ceremony, and made sure to give me and my groom the royal treatment throughout the night. My guests went crazy for the food, and many commented on how stellar the service was. The bartender handled the crowd well, making sure my guests had a blast! The crew stayed with us until the very end, and even helped clean up items that were not their responsibility, saving me the clean up panic. This Caterer is amazing, and if you want a stress-free day, go with them!

  I cannot say enough great things!

  Kate at Forks & Corks was absolutely amazing. The food was phenomenal and the service and caring for our big day was even better. We felt like Kate was creating a dinner for her own family. We could not have asked for better food, better service, and a sweeter woman to see on our big day! Everyone loved the food and kept commenting how great it was. The chicken, tri trip, summer salad, mac n cheese & cornbread was some of the best I'd ever had. Even the kiddos were sneaking through the line instead of eating pizza! Would absolutely recommend to anyone for any occasion!

  Excellent food and great service!

  Forks and Corks delivers absolutely fantastic food and service at a very reasonable price. Our experience with them was excellent! They showed up on time and were so friendly. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was. I would highly recommend this catering company!

All of our guests made comments about how delicious the food was, and how nice the servers were. The team arrived early to set up, and stayed late -- even packing up a few leftovers into take home containers; which made my parents very happy. ;)

  Kate and her amazing crew catered a large conference for OSU Conference Services over 5 days at the CH2M HILL Alumni Center. Not only was our staff impressed and amazed by the level of service and the high quality of food, but the conference attendees couldn't stop talking about how great it was as well. I would definitely use Forks and Corks Catering time and time again!

  Kate and her staff bring fresh, new ideas to make the typical reception not so typical. She is very creative, helpful and fun to work with, and the food is always wonderful. I previously used Forks & Corks for a very unique reception for a large group visiting from China who had very particular tastes and food requests, and she did an absolutely wonderful job. Both were fantastic events.

  Forks and Corks recently catered our wedding at Mt. Pisgah Arboretum in Eugene. Kate and her crew provided hors d'oeuvres, a full buffet dinner (the elegant summer nights), and the BYOB bar service.
  
  The food: The package we chose had delicious/fresh vegetables and meats. The guests totally raved about the food during the wedding and afterwards. I literally cannot say enough about how good the food turned out, it was absolutely delicious. Forks and Corks had to travel about an hour from Corvallis to set-up the food tables and bar, even with the drive the food was fresh and totally amazing. Often buffet/wedding food can be boring, bland, and dry, but the food from Forks and Corks was something I would expect to have at an upscale farm-to-table style restaurant. Seriously amazing food.
  
  The service: We were very impressed by their service and professionalism. The wait-staff was great, hard working and efficient. They were very polite and unobtrusive, and always working on setting out food or clearing plates quickly. The bar tender was also great and super quick. As I mentioned before, they travelled about an hour to our location, even so the set-up was super smooth and they were all ready for our guests at the cocktail hour with they beautifully decorated tables they prepared. I had been in touch with Forks and Corks for at least 6 months prior to our wedding. They were always professional and courteous during our e-mails or phone calls and would get back to me promptly with questions.
  
  The price: We compared with about 3 other caterers in the area and found that Forks and Corks had the best prices per plate, and comparable prices for linens/place settings (like $1,000 cheaper overall for a guest count of 100 people). Furthermore, they included things like a drink station plus coffee in the price, no add-ons! Those great prices allowed us to select and upgraded package, which was still cheaper than the other guys!
  
  WE DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FORKS AND CORKS!!!

  Forks and Corks has the a very large menu to select from and this did worry me initially because occasionally quantity and reduce quality.. NOT the case here!! Their menu is accommodating to so many different styles of food and they really know their stuff! When we provided our itinerary to them, they made suggestions based on how spaced out our ceremony was from the time dinner started and really wanted to be sure our guests were happy and had the best experience. EVERYONE particularly loved the Figgy Piggy dip and Salmon with chimichurri sauce, but honestly all of the food was some of the best food I have ever had and I LOVE to eat. We were given a large amount of left overs and my in-laws made a stew with the short ribs and we are eating the rest for lunch and dinner.. so we get to still enjoy days later, which I am thrilled about.   I had the pleasure of having Forks & Corks cater my daughter's recent wedding and a weekend BBQ the following day. Both events went off without any problems. The food we selected was prepared and served beautifully. Most importantly, everything tasted delicious. Numerous guests commented how much they enjoyed the food at both events.
  I do have one suggestion though that I think would have improved the overall experience working with this company. I would like to have received more prompt email responses. Too often, I had to wait nearly a week to hear back on my questions. I understand they are frequently busy and most likely growing their business but it may make better sense to direct email questions to other staff members so it doesn't hinder communication. In spite of this one concern, I would definitely hire Forks & Corks again should I need a caterer in the Corvallis/ Eugene area.

  Forks and Corks catering did a great job at my wedding. The food was great and people are still talking abut it. They did china service which was so elegant and they also did our bar which went flawlessly. They did show up a bit late to set up which was a problem because we had our ceremony in a connecting room and did not want clinking silver wear to be heard while we were getting married. The staff dressed professional and the presentation of the buffet tables and bar were wonderful I plan to use them for events again in the future.

  At least half of our wedding guests have gone out of their way to tell us that our dinner was the best wedding food they've ever had. It tasted like it was from a nice restaurant. Soft, flavorful salmon, PERFECTLY cooked trip tip, fresh vegetables and beautiful displays. Our only concern was that at times communication was not as smooth as we would have liked. It often took longer to get back to us than we anticipated. We also got different information from different staff at times, leaving us confused during the process. However, we appreciated having such memorable food at our wedding. Making our guests happy made us feel so good!
