Wonderful!
Breana is the best! She was super helpful leading up to the wedding and made sure to ask what we were wanting out of the big day. My husband wanted time to say hi to each guest and thank them for celebrating with us and I wanted it to be a stress free day - which is exactly what she made happen. If anything was going wrong, I had no clue! The day went so smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! She was truly a vital part of our wedding day! Thank you for everything, Breana!!! -

We decided to have our wedding at my parent’s property in July 2022 and quickly realized we had no idea where to start. Thankfully, we found Breana!
From the start, she got me SO excited about planning a wedding. She was able to connect me with vendors I couldn’t find on my own and was really receptive to my wedding vision.
On the day of, she was so organized. It was such a relief to have someone who could ensure the day moved along nicely and keep things organized. On top of that, the look/feel of the wedding was above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend! -

Breana is the best around! I am a wedding photographer, and have not only had the joy of working with her, but she was also the day-of coordinator for my own wedding. The second I hired her I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders, and I knew I’d have the wedding of my dreams. She worked so well with all vendors and made the day a breeze. If you’re going to hire a coordinator, make sure it’s Breana. -

We hired Breana as our day of coordinator. She was super responsive from day one! She came to the rescue when my other coordinator kind of flaked out on us. As soon as we booked with Breana she reached out to all of our vendors and put my mind at ease. I didnt even realize how stressed I was until we booked with her and she gently took it off my shoulders and put it on her own. She was organized and super sweet to work with! Our wedding day was about as perfect as it could have been and Breana definitely helped with that! I was not stressed out - I just enjoyed the day and married my sweetie. -

Breana and her assistant Daphne went above and beyond to make my wedding day become a reality!! Throughout the planning process, Breana was the sweetest and easiest day-of-coordinator to work with and made sure I covered everything on my to-do list. Breana was very professional yet very approachable and responsive whenever I had a question or concern. She was reliable and trustworthy where on the night of my wedding rehearsal I was able to hand over my "to-do" list with no worries whatsoever. Word of advice for future brides, expect something to go wrong on the day of the wedding but don’t worry because Breana and her team will handle it! On the morning of my wedding, I had my mini "bridezilla moment" as the weather was NOT cooperating and there was a cake incident but Breana came to the rescue and put me at ease. Breana and Daphne followed my every instruction when it came to the decorations and even went above and beyond to be creative in using the spare decorations to tie everything together!! They truly understood my vision and made it come to life! Breana and Daphne were there for me every step of the way and allowed me to truly enjoy my wedding day. I highly recommend Breana and her team. They were there for me thru the ups and downs and I cannot THANK them enough for getting me thru the day! -

I hired Breana to help plan my wedding because I’m still in school and don’t have time to do it. At first she was responsive and helpful but it didn’t last. Multiple times we had agreed to meet with vendors during a specific time my mom was in town, never happened. I had asked her to set a catering tasting weeks in advance for when my mom was here and both my fiancé and I had time, emailed her a few times to make sure everything was good, since I wasn’t getting updates. I was told she was waiting on the caterers response. I called the caterers to see what hold up was and they only had 1 email from her and were no where close to setting up a tasting. There were multiple vendor recommendations that we received that didn’t make our style and were just bad. One florist didn’t spell flowers correctly in her email and I have send 4 follow up emails to get the full quote because key pieces (the bridesmaids bouquets boutonnières etc) where left out of quote. I had to go a research vendors myself and ask her to contact them just to try to keep the ball rolling. I had hired Breana with the specific intention I wouldn’t have to do that, I had told her that in our first meeting. I also asked for a rough time line of our day multiple times over months and never received it.

I hired Breana as a day-of coordinator for my wedding after finding her from a Seattle PNW Brides group, focused primarily on running the ceremony rehearsal, setting up the wedding, and tearing down/packing up. In our intro call, Breana was super bubbly and promised a laundry list of things including vendor sourcing/management, but failed to ever send any information promised. When I would send follow-up emails requesting said information, Breana would pretend the messaging portal wasn't working. After pullikng teeth for several months, in a final call leading up to the wedding, Breana casually mentioned that a different coordinator (Victoria) would be doing the wedding due to her being in the later stages of her pregnancy, but she would still run the rehearsal. This made me very nervous but I had too many other moving pieces to try to secure a new day-of coordinator at this point - I wish I'd listened to my gut and immediately fired her. On Thursday, the DAY BEFORE MY REHEARSAL, she sent a casual text that she wouldn't be able to do the rehearsal but to video call her in. Literally what??? It was an outdoor rehearsal with 30+ PEOPLE. I ended up running the rehearsal entirely on my own (which is infuriating considering I paid someone over 9 months in advance to do this job for me) and spent the next 48 hours wondering if anyone would even show up for my wedding day. Luckily Victoria did show up wedding day and did an ok job with the circumstances, but to put someone who planned their own entire wedding under that amount of stress & uncertainty was unbelievably unprofessional. Oh, and the refund for not doing the rehearsal was only $100. Lol.
