My sister's wedding
Kierstin was my sister's wedding planner. My sister Alyssa had a same intimate wedding on a plantation in Hawaii. Kierstin made sure the wedding went great and She got reinvolved in with the other wedding guest and made sure everyone had fun time. I was my sister's maid of honor and I strongly felt relieved that my sister and I did not have to worry about anything. You Need a wedding Planner
We can't thank Kierstin & her team enough for everything she did for us. We hired her as our full wedding planner, but she went so above and beyond that. We had a last-minute issue with a vendor and Kierstin had it sorted out, had us a replacement, and secured us a refund before I even had time to stress out about it. She turned our reception space into an absolute dream and made sure we were on track and on time throughout the entire day. I did not have to worry or stress about any details the day of my wedding, because I knew Kierstin had it taken care of. Do yourself a favor and hire imagine This! :)We can't thank Kierstin & her team enough for everything she did for us. We hired her as our full wedding planner, but she went so above and beyond that. Absolute Rockstars!
Kierstin & Michael were an absolutely ROCK STARS!! I know 100% that Kierstin & Michael is the reason our wedding day went as smooth and wonderful as it did. From the very start they were very accommodating and super flexible. They both provided the perfect amount of support we needed while still allowing our personal style to shine! They seriously made my wedding day MAGICAL. They are very professional and trustworthy. I knew I could count on them for anything. The Best Wedding Planner
Kierstin and her team did an excellent job at my daughter's Wedding at the crystal ballroom in Tampa, FL. They were friendly, professional, and easy to get along with. My daughter said, "It was the best money spent for our wedding!" The day of the wedding, I relied on Kierstin and her team to do everything!! Kierstin, and her team are the most amazing wedding planners in Miami, FL. Hiring Forever Loves was the best decision for our wedding. My husband and I are not the creative type people, she made our arch for the ceremony, center pieces and came up with all of the designs. Wedding planner
Kierstin and her team did a fantastic job. My wife and I are not creative types at all, and Kierstin was able to bring our vision to life in a beautiful way. We had a rather off the grid, private venue with lots of challenges, and Kierstin made the most of it in the perfect way. I would recommend using her team and vendors because they work well together from experience. The best part is the assurance that should anything not go according to plan, there is a team of professionals that make sure the event goes smoothly and the guests are none the wiser. Miricle worker
we had our wedding in our back yard, which we live on the beach. Kierstin was very professional, empathetic, energetic, and on top of things during the whole process. She definitely knows the best places and vendors and recommendations. She decorated our backyard into a beautiful garden and made our wedding into the most magical day of my life. No Regrets!
I had a wedding on the beach over thanksgiving weekend. Kierstin was very professional, empathetic, energetic, and on top of things during the whole process. She definitely knows the best places and venues and recommendations. I just gave a 4 star of flexibility because my wedding date was during the holidays, and a couple fam couldn’t make it last minute at the time but the venue itself just wasn’t able to move it. Kierstin is definitely the best advocate for you & is a great happy person to do your wedding! No regrets!I had a wedding on the beach over thanksgiving weekend. Many regrets
I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with Kierstin Smith. Unfortunately, I didn't see any of the bad reviews from her most recent weddings because I booked her in July 2023. My wedding was on November 16, 2024.
There were some red flags earlier on in the process, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I figured her being scatterbrained, distracted, and unresponsive was a result of her also planning other weddings. She would often use these other events to explain why she hadn't responded to a text or email, so I let it slide when I should not have.
We purchased the "Peace of Mind" package, so Kierstin helped us book the florist, the bakery for our wedding cake, and found us a rental for the table linens. The package also included custom wedding signage for our welcome sign and our seating chart, neither of which Kierstin provided. We ended up paying for those items ourselves.
Closer to the wedding, we worked with Kierstin to figure out the walk in for our wedding party and other plans for the wedding day. During these meetings, Kierstin continued to be scatterbrained and had a really hard time getting the names of our wedding party correct even with repeatedly corrections. In passing she blamed this on dyslexia, but she never worked on getting it right after that. This became apparent during our wedding rehearsal where she called everyone every name but their own.
On event day, it became apparent that Kierstin really needs a team, apart from her husband, to help her if she's going to keep doing weddings. The "Peace of Mind" package includes event set-up and clean up. While I was getting ready, she had members of the wedding party helping to set up chairs, tables, and center pieces. When it was time for the wedding party to walk into the ceremony, I had to tell Kierstin twice that the DJ was playing the wrong song before she caught on to what I said and corrected it. During the cocktail hour, Kierstin was supposed to keep watch on the time so that she could grab us to do sunset photos with the photographer, but she was no where to be found. The cocktail hour took place below the reception floor, so we could hear through the ceiling that they still weren't ready. I ended up keeping track of the time myself so that we wouldn't miss our window.
Things really took a turn for the worst at the end of the night just before the groom and I were supposed to ride off from the venue. Kierstin walked up to the groom and asked how we were going to be handling the trash from the event (remember, her "Peace of Mind" package includes clean up). Kierstin apparently assumed that there was a dumpster on site for trash, but that was incorrect. She then tried to pawn cleanup of trash on the caterers. They told her there would be a fee for this service, and she told that "that's fine." Luckily, the caterers told her that it was inappropriate of her to say that since she's not footing the bill.
It was then that we started to learn about a bunch of things that had gone wrong with Kierstin that day resulting in a lot of people asking if there was something wrong with her. She was incredibly rude to the catering team and by the end of the night they had had enough of her. Kierstin then decided to ask the bus driver if he'd transport the trash to the hotel while dropping off the guests to dispose of it in the hotel dumpster. I told her that she needs to first clear that with the hotel. She says she called, but that was clearly a lie when my maid of honor called the hotel and they seemed confused. The groom and I were supposed to be gone, but neither one of us felt comfortable leaving until everything was done. Our wedding party, myself, and the groom ended up helping to break down the room.
Kierstin told me in front of the catering team and our wedding party that she and Michael would take care of the trash from the bus once we got back to the hotel. They never showed up although they were staying in the same hotel as us. The groom took care of the trash. My wedding night was significantly more stressful because of Kierstin. Disappointing, several issues
Kiersten was the wedding planner for my best friend's wedding. Unfortunately for the ceremony she gave the wrong song version to the DJ. I was the officiant and after giving him his cue, the wrong version of the song started playing. This caused quite some awkwardness. Additionally, she had some serious wardrobe mishaps that she had to be made aware of multiple times by the guests. We saw everything, more than once. The biggest concern was with the clean up. She seemed unaware that the venue would not provide a way to dispose of the trash, but upon further questioning, her husband said they WERE aware but did not help the bride figure out a plan ahead of time. The maid of honor ended up calling the hotel who very graciously allowed us to use their dumpsters, and the shuttle driver was so incredibly kind to transport the trash 30 minutes away with other wedding guests in the bus. Kiersten then promised to meet us at the hotel to take care of it but she completely GHOSTED my friend! She disappeared, leaving the bride and groom to take care of it all. The shuttle driver groom and wedding party lugged everything off the bus in our full wedding attire, it was absolutely unacceptable! Why was the couple and wedding party figuring stuff like this out last second?! The next day, the bride's cousin called her phone and she immediately answered. She was purposely ignoring the bride's calls! It was so unprofessional and she nearly ruined my best friends' most important day!!!!! Future brides BEWARE!

Do not hire
I found kierstin on thumbtack interested in a day of planner. She shared her husband did a wedding at branch museum so he was familiar with the venue. I hired day of coordinator and we did a walk through of venue with the branch manager where she also received copy of contract for the event. In the weeks leading up she was very helpful answering all questions and contacting vendors. The day before the wedding we had rehearsal she seemed very distracted and it was hard to follow her directions. We practiced about 2 times before my pastor and cousin had to take over to make the rehearsal purposeful. The forecast called for rain but we didn’t practice rain plan. I was a DIY bride so I had a few things that needed to be set up like drapes. I informed her my cousins would be there to help she assured me they did not need help setting up tables and chairs but they could set up drapes. I provided her with a checklist of everything to do as well as a timeline. My wedding was 2-6 on a Friday with no cocktail hour included. The day of the wedding I arrived at 11am and nothing was set up but the drapes we put up the day prior. She was in the bar area working on flowers. She asked my family if they would help with tables and chairs FULLY DRESSED WITH MAKEUP DONE because she was under the impression they were going to have help. At noon I asked her why nothing was set up for reception she stated she would do it during cocktail hour I looked confused because we both knew there was no cocktail hour. For three months I let her know there would be no cocktail hour. My wedding was from 2pm - 6pm with guests arriving as early as 115. Her husband started putting the wrong chairs out at 1230 he then had to change to the white ones. My family kicked in overtime in their wedding attire and rolled out tables and chairs and dressed the tables. My caterer was furious that I was in my wedding dress also rushing to get things done. During our last planning call I stated I wanted gate closed at 1:50 this wasn’t done. I also stated I wanted guests to go around and not through the building as directed on the venue contract she stated she had never seen the contract although she was provided a copy during the first walk through by branch manager. She promised so many things like being there to make sure dress was okay during pictures, emergency kit, etc. Said she would make an unplugged ceremony announcement but she failed. said she would sweep ant hills but failed. My vendors didn’t even know who she was. It was all just talk she did none of it. She didn’t have any documents with her she showed up in a bright pink outfit and tennis shoes. She didn’t read the contract she was provided she on the walkthrough. I’m not sure if she’s on medication and forget things but it was like a totally different person than who I had been communicating with giving her all the information. I didn’t even have a send off because she was no where to be found. She almost ruined my wedding if it wasn’t for my family. I feel like I was scammed out of money when they should have just been hired for clean up and dropping off flowers.I found kierstin on thumbtack interested in a day of planner. We practiced about 2 times before my pastor and cousin had to take over to make the rehearsal purposeful. The forecast called for rain but we didn’t practice rain plan. I was a DIY bride so I had a few things that needed to be set up like drapes. I informed her my cousins would be there to help she assured me they did not need help setting up tables and chairs but they could set up drapes. I provided her with a checklist of everything to do as well as a timeline. My wedding was 2-6 on a Friday with no cocktail hour included. The day of the wedding I arrived at 11am and nothing was set up but the drapes we put up the day prior. She was in the bar area working on flowers. She asked my family if they would help with tables and chairs FULLY DRESSED WITH MAKEUP DONE because she was under the impression they were going to have help. At noon I asked her why nothing was set up for reception she stated she would do it during cocktail hour I looked confused because we both knew there was no cocktail hour. For three months I let her know there would be no cocktail hour. My wedding was from 2pm - 6pm with guests arriving as early as 115. Her husband started putting the wrong chairs out at 1230 he then had to change to the white ones. My family kicked in overtime in their wedding attire and rolled out tables and chairs and dressed the tables. My caterer was furious that I was in my wedding dress also rushing to get things done. During our last planning call I stated I wanted gate closed at 1:50 this wasn’t done. I also stated I wanted guests to go around and not through the building as directed on the venue contract she stated she had never seen the contract although she was provided a copy during the first walk through by branch manager. She promised so many things like being there to make sure dress was okay during pictures, emergency kit, etc. Said she would make an unplugged ceremony announcement but she failed. said she would sweep ant hills but failed. My vendors didn’t even know who she was. It was all just talk she did none of it. She didn’t have any documents with her she showed up in a bright pink outfit and tennis shoes. She didn’t read the contract she was provided she on the walkthrough. I’m not sure if she’s on medication and forget things but it was like a totally different person than who I had been communicating with giving her all the information. I didn’t even have a send off because she was no where to be found. She almost ruined my wedding if it wasn’t for my family. I feel like I was scammed out of money when they should have just been hired for clean up and dropping off flowers. -
