    Wonderful! Very organized and on time. I was able to book the owners of the company and they were fantastic! They have great affordable packages. We decided to get the "full dress". There is no way we missed anything at our wedding! Excellent!

    Mike and his staff are great. They take their time to make sure you have all the shots and video you want.

    Forever in time has good quality photos. The photographer was good but could have been better. I did have a few problems with them before the wedding...the photographer I met with told me he was my photographer for that day and then someone else called me the day before. This stressed me out a little. They also told me 4-6 weeks to get my proofs and it was 6-8weeks before I got them. But the pictures looked good

    I met with the owner of the company approximately 1 year prior to my wedding. He seemed very nice and we had a good meeting.
    I could not then get him on the phone, even when I was attempting to make my payments !
    I had a photographer for 6 hours ( ceremony, meal and 1 hour of the reception with a live band ). There were not may pictures taken, and when asked about taking pictures in a certain area ( for a better background ) the photographer would not consider it.

    WOULD NOT REFER THIS VENDOR TO ANYONE

    They were brought to court last month... If you did not get your photos you can file with the NH consumer protection... People who have waited years are finally getting their disks. You can do this online. http://doj.nh.gov/consumer/complaints.html

    PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE FOREVER IN TIME. THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST IN EVERYTHING. My wedding was july 12, 2008, they took for ever to give me my proof, after I received my proof I saw that all the pictures are the same only 2 post in all of the picture of me and my husband. They are not creative at all, they just want to finish the job. After I Droop off my proofs, 5 months past and not calls or email-l from them. I called in may of 2009, I spoke to Darling she said, they had a fire, and all the proof droop of in December were destroyed in the fire. She asked me if I had the paper with my order, I said yes, she gave an e-mail for brenda, she said brenda was the one working on those orders. I sent brenda 2 emails 2 week later she responded back to me. I email brenda my order, she said it was not going to take her that long because she was working on the order for october and there were not much for November, after that 2 months passed no emails from her, once she said that she was not going to response to any emails because it was taking to many time and it will delayed the job. I sent her 20 emails asking for my wedding album and never got any response. My husband called the bb and they never responded. I'm going to take them to court. DO NOT USE FOREVER IN TIME

    my wife and I were married in september of 2008. We purchased the biggest package they offered and used them for tuxes as well. We spent over $2800.00 and have only a shitty DVD and a box of proofs. No albums still, No phone calls or e-mails returned.Tuxes came in and 2 were wrong color and had to be rushed 3 days before wedding.Nothing about this place was good except the pricing. Then again as of now I paid for nothing in return. Same issues as everyone else mentioned as well. These people take on more workload then they can handle, treat there employee's like shit and then try to make you feel guilty bye telling you they had a fire and that's why they are behind. They have always been behind and unorganized from the day after they received my $$$.DO NOT USE THEM! WE all need to take them to court!

    We got married May23, 2009 and have still to recieve our photos or even a phone call.. Very irresponsibe owners that are currently closed. Have friends that have lost hundreds if not thousands to these people and also havent recieved a penny or a photo. The most memorable day of our lives and i dont have a picture to show for it. thanks for ruining my wedding day and almost my marriage. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM.. they have another buisness called MEMORIES IN TIME with the same owners so take my warning and RUN!!

    Please do not book this people, they did not delivered on time (3 months after) the video is not good =( and when trying to communicate with them, they would not call me back, or email back, or the person on the phone would say "I don't know about that, call another time" or things like that, they were rude, and they're contract was not very flexible at all please please do not book them, it was a nightmare!

    This company steals! Now they are AWAL! I lost a ton of money! CROOKS! I have no wedding album to show my family and friends! I have no pictures!
    She gave a SOB story about a fire! BS! She wouldn't even consider sending me a CD of my photos! They will rot in H*ll.
    Anyone who gives them any STARS is a liar!

    Do not use this company for your wedding!!! I was married August 2008 and have not yet received my photo album. I call and email just about everyday and they do not call back. They have and F with the Better Business Bureau. There many other couples dealing with the same issues from this business. My advice: Stay FAR, FAR away from this studio!

    Please do not book Forever in time Photography for a photographer for your wedding. Not only are they rude, unprofessional, but will leave you very dissapointed. I booked them because I thought I was getting a great deal, but my husband and I extended our budget with them because I thought I would have beautiful pictures... My wedding was July 25, 2008. The photographer only did 3 poses the entire time with my husband and I, and again the same poses with the wedding party and family. We got nothing special from them. When I got the proofs, I cried because they tuned out so terrible. I had to pick out pictures for 3 parent albums, and 75-100 pictures for our digital album. It took me almost 2 months to pick everything out. We dropped off everything to them Dec 3, 2008. On Dec 11, 2008, they had a fire at their place of business due to space heaters. I have called sveral times to get information in regards to our pictures, and had a hard time getting phone calls back. Finally, April 28, 2009 I received an email from them stating that my proofs and paperwork were distroyed in the fire and that I would need to pick out all my pictures for all our albums again. I spoke with one of the owners, Darlene that day. She was rude and didn't care about my feelings in regards to my wedding pictures. It took them 5 months to tell me my stuff was destroyed in a fire that was no one's fault but their own. It is now May 4th, 2009 and I still have nothing to show for the $2400.00 I have paid to them in full before my wedding day. I am now waiting for a disc with all my pics so that I can pick out all my album pics again. Please, do not use this company for your wedding pics. My husband and I are very dissapointed and upset with the way we have been treated throughout this whole thing. I am reporting them to the bbb, and plan to run something in the Boston Herald.

    I would never recommend this place for anyone looking for beautiful wedding pictures. My wedding pics are awful, and the photographer did nothing special for us. This is a moment we can never relive again and I am stuck with horrible pictures.

    This place sucks. They never return phone calls or emails and they take FOREVER to get your order done. we have a case pending with the New Hamshire ag office.

    Not pleased.... try someone else. Used them for both tuxes and photography. Two major issues : 1) they DO NOT return phone calls 2) the DO NOT honor appointments.

    Every single time we have gone there, even with a specific appointment, we have been left standing around the store for up to 20 minutes with no one available to help us. Why do we bother making appointments? I've actually driven there... waited 20 minutes... and then left because the refused to attend to us!!

    Wasn't pleased with the photos in general.... no special shots... no great angles... just blah lame photos. We ended up using many photos from friends/family in our actual album. Their photographers (including the owner Mike!) are terrible.

    We waited 20 weeks after submitting our forms, and still didn't even have confirmation that they STARTED working on the album. In the end it took 13 months to get our album. We put in a lot of work to setup the pages, layout and style of the album. WHY?! They ignored all of that and "did their own thing" with the album. Our special requests and page types were completely IGNORED... and they told us to specify all of that!

    I plan to only be married once... I have to assume that other businesses do a better overall job than these folks. I recommend you try someone else.

    Don't even get me started on the Tux experience... it was even worse! They REFUSED to actually have me and my groomsmen come in for an official fitting! So OF COURSE nothing fit properly when we did finally get it. It was awful.

    Let the economy and bad reviews drain this company of their business. GO ELSEWHERE!

    Spend your thousands of dollars somewhere else.

    WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I thought I was getting a great deal, an entire wedding DVD for only $500. What I got was an amateurish spliced together nightmare of the most special day in my life that I will never get back. I was married in October and come Spring I still had not received my dvd. I contacted the store about 5 times and each time someone said they would have to get back to me. Finally, after getting no response, I contacted the BBB. Forever In Time took over a month to respond to them. I finally received my dvd. My slideshow had no music, The video was spliced together in random order which included my entire bridal party getting ready AFTER the ceremony, the slideshow interrupting my ceremony TWICE and in the middle of my vows cut back to the beginning of the wedding. They turned the camera mike off during my vows, so you cannot hear a word I said. Then, the dvd just ends in the middle of the ceremony. They didn't even include the rest of the service, never mind my reception! And, mind you, this was filmed! When I called them to complain, the manager, Mike was not in as usual. The other man that is there, Oral, never seems to have any information to help you. When I finally got a hold of Mike, he actually told me that my DVD player was the one messed up. Mind you, we have never had a problem with it and everything else plays just fine! He told me he would re-do it and I would have it the week ending July 4, 2008. It is now July 15th and I still have no dvd nor have I heard anything. Unless you want the most incredible day of your life ruined by stress and a horrible final product, DO NOT USE FOREVER IN TIME! They have many studios throughout the east coast. Don't be fooled into thinking you are getting a phenomenal deal because all you will get is a headache and a video that looks like it was filmed by a child!

    I would absolutely not recommend this vender to anyone! I used Forever in Time for both the photography and tux service. Not only did it take almost a full year to get the photos from the wedding, but every time we contacted them (even about simple questions) they were downright rude. The company is so disorganized that they are not able to keep track of client orders, yet they refuse to take any responsibility for this. Most of our groomsmen were out of state and had to email in their tux measurement - we confirmed that Forever in Time had all of their measurements (four times) - and still got a phone call 3 days before our wedding saying that they did not have their measurements!
    Save yourself the headaches...do not use Forever in Time for anything!

    Forever in Time, because that's how long it takes to get your photos! We did eventually get our photos however it took us over three years. We got pregnant and had our son before we got our photos. They lost our proofs and forms and accused us of essentially stealing them, refused to give us another set of proofs to re-choose our photos and gave us a low res cd. that we could hardly see. We returned the second form and continued calling the store. Eventually I went in and spoke to a sales person, telling him exactly everything that had happened. He said he would personally expedite them, a few weeks later I went in (I had to wait until after I delivered my son) and they (not the man I had spoken with last) said they were working on them. We went back again and FINALLY got the pictures, in a dinged photo album. We just left, thinking at least we got our photos. They feed us this crap about the fire and economy, but neither were factors at the time. We were under the assumption, that Mike would be doing our photography. A woman showed up, nce enough. She did not take pictures of our beautiful church outside or us leaving at the end. She also left abruptly at the end. Maurice was actually the man who expedited our photos at the end, very nice. Mike's wife (not sure of her name) was clueless about our whole situation and ran around like a chicken with it's head cut off. She couldn't find our stuff and had several people looking for it while I stood for what seemed like forever only days after having my son, while he was in his car seat on the floor.
