If you are looking for a venue that has that fall vibe, or woodsy theme, or affordable, or even a nice small chapel this is the best place. When I saw this venue, I knew it was the one. It is so cute and different then anything else here in south Georgia. It is especially beautiful in the fall and winter months when the leaves change. Anytime I had a question I just texted one of their employees, Sara. She was able to answer my questions quickly. I was able to view the venue without any hassle. The most important thing is the price which is so affordable and you get the venue the entire weekend. I could not have asked for a better venue. You get a caboose for the guys or girls to change into, but I preferred the room in the chapel as it had multiple mirrors. There are so many different spots you can get married in. You can get married literally anywhere on the property. You honestly won't regret booking this venue. Oh, and the chandeliers are so beautiful!! -

We had our wedding in the chapel itself, and it was very beautiful! The property manager was very flexible and was more than willing to accommodate us on our wedding day. 10/10 -

Forest Hill Park
This site is gorgeous! We got married here on June 5, 2022. We did minimal decorating since its so beautiful on its own without needing to do much decorating. Literally obsessed with this place. 100/10 recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Its BEAUTIFUL! -

Beautiufl chapel venue!
I had been looking EVERY WHERE for my dream, white chapel for my wedding and I finally found it at Forest Hill Park. The inside is a great blank canvas that was actually everything I wanted in itself. The grounds are also just as perfect and beautiful for pictures and the ambiance you're looking for for your wedding. My husband and his men got ready in the caboose at site. There was so much parking and the venue coordinator was an absolute joy to work with! Sara was kind, understanding, helpful, and just awesome! I cannot recommend this venue enough. It is definitely for a smaller wedding if you want to have the ceremony inside (we had to have some guests stand but no one cared.) It is rather close to a main road but it doesn't affect the big day in any way. There were no loud noises nor were there any honks etc. -

We booked Forest Hill park with the idea of having an outdoor wedding. The day of the wedding ended up being unseasonably cold, so we moved into the chapel. We had no problem moving, and this venue was more than accommodating. We loved our wedding! The price was great too!!! -

Britt Sent on 02/20/2016Forest Hill Park is absolutely gorgeous! The moment I saw it online I knew it was the perfect venue for our October wedding and I was confirmed the moment we pulled up. It is on the way out of Perry so it is conveniently close to amenities in town, but is still quiet. It is below the road a bit so this adds to the quiet, secluded feel.
Sarah is wonderful! She always answered her phone any time I needed anything. I never had to worry about her having to call me back. She was so accessible and easy to work with. We hired Southern Cousins as our wedding planners and the two seemed to work seamlessly.
There are plenty of options as to how the event can flow. Our ceremony was inside, we had lawn games over by the outdoor chapel, a buffet on the patio with the tables on the lawn, and then we came back in for cake and dancing. It ran so smoothly!
They also own two off-site spaces for receptions that can be added on. We chose to add the golf course as a back up reception space if it rained and we also used it for our rehearsal dinner space.
It is located right off of I75 so it is easy to find for out-of-town guests and there are tons of places to accommodate you in Perry nearby. Seriously, check it out. You won't be dissapointed. -
Samantha Sent on 10/18/2017We originally chose FHP because it was close for our families and a reasonable price. When we got there the day before our wedding to set up, half of the lights outside didn't work and we didn't have access to the trailer with all of the chairs, tables, etc. I called Sara to make sure I grabbed the right set of keys and report the electrical issue. Within 2 hours there were 2 electricians out there working with the boxes to ensure the lights worked. They were very nice and much appreciated as our wedding was mostly all outside. That was the only set back of our day and it was handled wonderfully. The park had everything we needed and made our day much less stressful and even more amazing.
