The arrangements Marisa created for our Vermont wedding were nothing short of breathtaking. She took our vision of romantic and ethereal with a touch of moody and elevated it beyond anything we could have imagined. She not only nailed our color palette but the way she layered the arrangements created depth and richness that felt timeless, modern and straight out of a painting. The mantelpiece was pure magic and our guests are still swooning over it months later. We’re so grateful for the artistry she brought to our day and can’t recommend her enough. Marisa went above and beyond to create the wedding flowers of our dreams, and my husband and I could not be happier with the absolutely stunning and perfect floral arrangements Forest Flowers crafted for our wedding weekend. From start to finish, Marisa was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and transparent as we worked to bring our wedding floral vision to life. She was exceedingly patient with us as we discussed our very specific desired floral color palette and as we changed our minds about which floral arrangements we wanted. Marisa surpassed our extremely high expectations by creating the most gorgeous wedding flowers for us, and she made sure herself that all of our wedding flowers were perfect before our wedding started - even making last minute adjustments to anchor down our flowers when a surprise thunderstorm blew in right before our ceremony! We are humbly grateful for the skill and love that Marisa pours into her exceptional work, and we cannot recommend Forest Flowers highly enough. The flowers were worth every penny, and we will cherish the wedding photos and videos we have with them forever! -

It's hard to put into words just how much I love Forest Flowers. Not only were they such a pleasure to work with, they did the most unbelievable job I've ever seen. The chuppah decor was UNREAL. I mean Marissa and her team really knocked it out of the park and delivered SO much more than I could have ever dreamed of. I am so grateful for them. I can't even imagine this event without this level of flowers and details. From the pocket squares to the mono colored bridal bouquets my mind was completely blown by the level of detail. My advice to others planning their weddings is that flowers are worth every single penny. They make the event and space come to life. GO bold! Go colorful! Florists love having design freedom and doing more than just white weddings! Thank you thank you thank you Forest Flowers. -

Stunning florals
Working with Marisa and her team at Forest Flowers was amazing! She completely nailed our vision, and she was so patient with me when I wanted to make some pretty significant changes to the florals the month before the wedding day. I told her the general vibe we were going for, and she got it immediately. We were absolutely blown away by her creations, and got so many compliments on the florals throughout the night. The vision for my wedding flowers was: "I want it to look like you picked flowers from the most beautiful forest and made them into a bouquet" and with a name like Forest Flowers, how could this team not deliver?!
Except Marisa and her team far exceeded my expectations. The chuppah was breathtaking, the bouquets were unique, our sweetheart table floral splash was gorgeous and our centerpieces were just the right size. I wish I could have preserved them all for my own home!
Marisa worked within our budget and created truly incredible pieces of art. I am so grateful for her expertise and guidance in an area I know nothing about. She was helpful and patient every step of the way.

A beautiful experience
Wow. Everything was outstanding. The bud vases on the tables, my bouquet, our grooms women's bouquets, the altarpiece. Everything. My zoom meetings with Marisa were incredibly helpful and she masterfully created a pallet that was everything we wanted. Rustic, nothing too over the top, mix of fresh and dried, fall colors, etc... She was even so kind to figure out how to include lace that was on my grandmother's wedding dress that was turned into my mother's christening dress, which my mom then used on her own wedding dress, which my sister ended up wearing at her wedding, which Marisa wrapped around my bouquet. Thank you, Forest Flowers!! -

We had a wonderful and comprehensive consultation about our wedding ideas and vibe and after receiving our quote and mood board - we book instantly! Marisa really understood my ideas and was unbelievably flexible as I changed my mind multiple times prior to the wedding day! They were transparent about market increases as well as honest about floral options given the time of year. Every single piece they created was stunning and I cannot stop looking at our photos of all the floral installations. The whole team was amazing and keep communication open and easy throughout the whole process. Unique, gorgeous, detail-oriented floral shop
Marisa and her team were a pleasure to work with for our August 2022 wedding. She was recommended to us by our venue, Valley View Farm, and we couldn’t have been happier with her attention to detail and helping my vision come to life! She was easy to communicate with and was flexible during the process when I created changes as the big day approached. She created a gorgeous floral burst that my husband and I stood under during our ceremony. We used bud vases for floral arrangements on the tables and we received so many compliments. The flowers were stunning, unique and perfectly placed. I am very detail-oriented and Marisa did an amazing job making sure everything was perfect! I’d highly recommend her shop, Forest Flowers for any of your floral needs. -

The most beautiful flowers I have ever seen

100% would recommend!
Marissa and her team were a pleasure to work with and the floral arrangements were beyond my expectations. We didn't have a specific color pallet for our wedding and we are no experts in floral design, so Melissa worked with us and asked us the right questions to better get a sense of what we wanted. From there we gave her the colors of the bridesmaids dresses and suites and let her run with the design. Additionally when trying to determine how to use our floral budget in the space, Melissa was very helpful in suggesting size for floral arch bursts / types of centerpieces (e.g. compotes vs vases vs garlands) and when to add florals vs just greenery. Overall, I was confident in Melissa's ability to take our (limited) ideas and run with them, and I was more than impressed with her work. -

Flowers were super important to me when planning my wedding. Immediately upon viewing the photos on Forest Flowers' website, I knew they were the florist I wanted to go with. I first met Marisa for our initial consultation in October, 2019, and knew right away that she was the perfect fit for us. We next met with Marisa right after her shop, Forest Flowers, opened in Northampton (we highly recommend stopping by). We bonded with Marisa right away, and felt that we were not “just clients” to her, but that she truly wanted to get to know us and work with us to create our dream design for our wedding day. From our first meeting to our wedding day, Marisa has been a pillar throughout our wedding planning process. As did many, we changed plans quite a few times due to COVID, but Marisa welcomed each change and was incredibly flexible with us. I asked for additional arrangements within two weeks of the wedding date, and it was no problem at all. Marisa’s artistry, as well as her kindness and compassion, are unmatched. She is a true artist whose medium is floral design. We requested a substantial amount of flowers for our wedding, and each piece that Marisa created was so wonderfully put together and detailed. Marisa designed for us specifically taking into consideration our venue, and the result was nothing less than extraordinary. Our wedding day felt and looked something out of a fairy tale, and we were amazed by how Marisa designed for us as if she had always designed specifically for our venue. Everywhere we turned was a different arrangement, carefully, thoughtfully, and precisely designed. We were married a week ago, and I still have many of the arrangements around our home. Not only does Marisa create exceptional pieces of art, but the quality of the flowers and greenery she sources is superb. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to have Marisa create such magic for us on our wedding day, and are so happy that she chose Northampton (our hometown) as her shop’s home. I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY by Marisa’s talent, professionalism, and dedication to her work. I had a consultation with her pre-Covid and described my idea for floral design as “dark, moody, romantic, and a bit creepy” and she took my words and turned them into pure artwork. She made a list of different flowers, textures, and colors, bringing many ideas while always checking in with me each step of the way. When I had to postpone the wedding due to covid, she was incredibly sympathetic and professional, willing to help me navigate a new plan. We decided to split the flower designs for photos and a later dinner/reception design. She was incredibly flexible and helpful. I just had my photos taken with her flowers, and Marisa completely outdid herself! I wanted a big bouquet, a floral crown, a boutonnière for my groom, and extra flowers for the cake and staging. She NAILED it. It was truly everything I had ever wanted and more. The bouquet was stunning and eye catching without being overpowering, the floral crown fit perfectly (she worked with me to figure out the exact size/height I wanted) and my groom’s boutonnière worked perfectly for his suit. Each floral piece perfectly coordinated with the other designs. Because of Marisa, my personality was captured in my wedding photos. Her prices are fair for such amazing talent. I honestly cannot recommend Marisa enough. Her talent cannot be beat, and her kindness and professionalism will ease the mind of any stressed out bride. I cannot wait for her designs at my future postponed reception dinner and honestly, I cannot wait to hire her for any and all of my future events. My mother’s advice while planning the wedding was to focus on two elements: “find the best photographer and the best florist.” I am so glad I took my mother’s advice because the gorgeous floral designs truly made all the difference. Working with Marisa was a dream come true. I knew I wanted flowers to be a focal point of my wedding day and Marisa more than delivered perfection. She really listened to my vision and made it come to life. I wanted to use my own bud vases for the tables and Marisa was so accommodating and even had them ready a day ahead of time so we could style the tables the night before. I had no stress the morning of the wedding knowing the arch was being taken care of and would look beautiful. When my bouquet arrived it was more than I could have dreamed of- just the most stunning wedding bouquet I had ever seen. Marisa has true talent and brings a unique vibe to every bouquet she does. Marisa is a queen of florals
Three weeks later and I'm still at a complete loss for words about Marisa's work. I've gotten flower subscriptions, random bouquets, and a custom dried everlasting bouquet from her in the past - and I always wanted to have her work on my wedding day - so working with her was a dream. And I mean that almost entirely literally - the whole process was a dream and maybe one of the least stressful parts of planning a micro wedding during a pandemic. Marisa's communication, timeliness, professionalism, artistry - it's all top notch. I wanted a massive, wild bouquet and gave her full freedom and I couldn't be happier. My maids of honors wanted bouquets at the last minute and Marisa was happy to make more. The way she made each one unique, including the boutonnieres - was awesome. I didn't want everyone to have the same thing, but they all worked together. My girls LOVED their bouquets. We're all drying our bouquets like a treasured heirloom now and I feel so honored to have a piece of Marisa's work forever. If you're trying to plan a thing during a pandemic - have her take the stress away and one less thing for you to worry about. You won't ever regret working with her. -

Forest Flowers
Forest Flowers did an amazing job with the flowers for my small wedding. The owner was very easy to work with. I don't know much about flowers, so she brought a lot of her own ideas and it ended up matching my vision perfectly. She didn't mind making a few small changes to the order at the last minute, and was very communicative throughout the whole planning process. Everything worked out perfectly. I also found them to be very affordable as florists go.
One of the best parts of my wedding were the beautiful flowers. My husband and I kept commenting on how perfect they were, as did our guests. -

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Marisa. She is very reasonably priced, and her work does NOT disappoint. Planning a wedding during covid was not the easiest, and Marisa made me feel at ease the entire time. She created an AMAZING bouquet for our small ceremony in October 2020, and we took a whole different approach for our June 2021 reception and she absolutely slayed. My favorite thing about working with Marisa was her ability to listen and provide you with exactly what you’re envisioning. I couldn’t have asked for a more talented florist. -

Absolutely stunning flowers and so unique!
Marisa was so easy to work with, and made sure she knew exactly what we were looking for. My bouquet was stunning, but looked so natural--as if it had just been picked from the field. She took our idea to have copper wire wrapped around the men's boutonnieres and made them so unique! She also created these intricate hanging pieces that hung above us during the ceremony, which really pulled the whole ceremony together. Marisa was so amazing to work with and really took the time to make sure all of the details of the day worked out perfectly. Highly recommend!! -

Incredible experience, incredibly gorgeous flowers
Marisa was incredible to work with! I wasn't sure at all what I wanted for wedding flowers, and Marisa took my vague ideas and made the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets I could ever have imagined. She was so willing to work with me on price as well, and made us such amazing pieces with our tight budget. I would seriously recommend Marisa to anyone. She was also incredibly sweet and unobtrusive on the wedding day as well and was just an absolute joy to work with. I'm so, so happy my husband and I decided to choose her to do our wedding flowers. -

Incredibly talented and amazing to work with!
I hired Marisa to do flowers for a bridal shower I was hosting at my home. From our first phone call I knew she’d be wonderful to work with. Marisa was able to listen to my ideas and bring them to life. She created the most stunning garland full of greenery with different textures and added white flowers to give it the final touch. She also created a gorgeous flower crown for the bride to be. It was natural and imperfect in the most perfect way! She was truly a pleasure to work with. She came to my house and set it all up and was beyond sweet and easy to work with. I would recommend Marisa for any occasion and can’t wait to work with her in the future! -

Our ceremony was held at the Sanctuary on Willow Lake with the reception at Look Parks' Garden House.
As I made my way through the park to join my soon to be husband and a large crowd of our family and friends, I realized that I had left my bridal bouquet inside the Garden House. I was riding in a horse-drawn carriage and more than halfway to the lake when I started to panic. I panicked because I simply couldn't have the ceremony without that gorgeous bouquet! It was everything Marisa and I talked about and more--she even found a flower with one of my "special" colors and it made all of my wedding-day jitters melt away. So as you may have guessed the ceremony did not start without that bouquet!
Every detail was thought of. For the "altar" she arranged what I can best describe as an ethereal forest garland made out of pine boughs. I adore pine trees and both the garland at the lake and the one in the Garden House were magical.
Each one of her centerpieces was unique, using the color palette and vibe that we had talked about. She even had smaller arrangements for the cocktail hour tables. So many people loved the flowers!! I had many many friends who were lined up at the end of the night to take the arrangements home with them :)
Marisa's artistic vision and passion for flowers are apparent and I would definitely recommend her for your wedding! -

Incredible arrangements, awesome service
Marisa created beautiful arrangments for New England Public Radio's annual Arts & Humanities Awards celebration this spring, and they were absolutely gorgeous. I trusted her vision, and it fit my aesthetic to a T. The arrangements were each unique and organic looking with a beautiful mix of local and seasonal flowers and greenery. The room was transformed when they arrived! Marisa was incredibly easy to work with and quick to communicate. I hope to work with her again on upcoming events and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a floral designer. -

Not what I paid for...
I order large bouquet for delivery with vase...according to a picture it was supposed to be much reacher and fuller....it looked like someone in a rush stick few similar flowers...the reason I chose this florist is bc their website is showing extraordinary bouquets ..but what we got looked that it didn't come from the same florist...I don't think I'll use this buissines any more!!!
