  Amazing and Outstanding! Exceed my expectations!

  Working with Jerald was such an amazing experience. The level of professionalism, care and understanding that he provides, is what matters the most. He understood the assignment and executed the customized playlist effortlessly. My wedding was everything that I’d hoped for!
  Thank you again for providing such an amazing service! As well as providing a fun and amazing dance floor ambiance for the guest!

  Wonderful!

  FTP Entertainment made an already special day extra special. Gerald was wonderful and did a great job keeping the party going. His wide variety of music more than met our needs. We cannot thank FTP entertainment enough for being part of our special day.

  Wonderful Energy and a Great Time!

  Jerald was super positive, up beat, and responsive (on both the day of , as well as leading up to the event). We had a blast on the dance floor and enjoyed the light set up he had. Over all a super fun time and he made sure people were dancing all night long! Thanks Jerald!!

  Best DJ, hands down!

  There are too many good things to say! I have been to two weddings where Jerald was the DJ - so when my wedding came around it was no question on who we'd reach out to. There is an easy inquiry form to fill out on his website and it truly is smooth sailing from there. You have access to your own portal to input information and song requests (which is good, because we changed things around 100 times) and always get a fast response from them if anything questions arise. Jerald made our special day run without skipping a beat, the flow and timing of everything was perfect. Everyone had a blast dancing and Jerald was able to keep the party going by engaging with our guests, too. We had multiple people ask where we found such a good DJ, I will forever recommend Jerald and his services with FTP Entertainment.

  Groom - wedding

  He played all the music we requested prior to the wedding, and was even coming up to me during the wedding asking what songs I wanted to hear next. Jdubz was actively involved with all the dancers and throwing in his special touches to make sure everyone was having a good time. After the wedding a lot of people came up to me and stated how much they enjoyed the music and DJ. I was like that’s my guy JDubz! If anyone is looking for a DJ this is your guy.   JayDub Rocks!

  JayDub rocks! Not only did we and our wedding guests had so much fun dancing all night long, JayDub also helped things run smoothly throughout the entire wedding. The ceremony music was flawless, and he expertly set up the wireless mic for the officiant to use. The cocktail hour music was excellent, and he did a great job announcing things to make sure guests knew what to do and where to go. During the reception, I felt so at ease as he introduced our wedding party and cued up the music for our first dance. Every moment felt fun, easy, and professional.
  
  Once the dance floor opened, the party really got started. JayDub knew just what songs to play to keep our guests going. His services included fun lighting with a disco ball, and everything looked SO COOL! He read the room really well, and when it was clear most of us were rusty on our Wobble, he joined the dance floor to teach us. We had such a fun time, and we highly recommend JayDub as your wedding DJ!

  Amazing DJ Who Brings the Energy!

  Jerald (DJ JayDub) was absolutely amazing as our wedding DJ! From the first inquire he was very attentive and throughout the planning process was always there to answer my questions. We ended up having a rainy wedding day so we last minute had to move the dinner portion indoors and Jerald was positive and super adaptable from the moment he arrived to the last song on the dance floor! Our guests were dancing all night long and we received many compliments on what a great DJ we hired. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know having a wedding near or in Milwaukee.

  FTP is the best!

  I first heard Jerald of For the People Entertainment when I attended a wedding a few years back. I left that event feeling so impressed, I held onto his card for years until I got engaged, I knew at that moment we wouldn't go with anyone else. Jerald is an amazing host and MC, full of smiles, charisma and a great singing voice (when he jumps in occasionally) to boot! He is extremely professional and responsive, he was able to accommodate all of our requests from using custom files for songs, to playing special songs / introducing special songs that had meaning to us. FTP is the best there is!

  In short: phenomenal!

  Jerald could not have been a better emcee or DJ! We knew he was the right person for our wedding after meeting him at a wedding expo. He was charismatic, fun, and yet very professional. We had an easy experience with booking, choosing a song list, and payment. He was perfect during the ceremony and called to check in a few times before the wedding to make sure we were on track. And for the ceremony, he made sure EVERYONE was getting on the dance floor. Everyone loved him. We could not have asked for anyone better. 10/10 would recommend!!!

  Omg!!! We loved Jerald and his team! They were seriously amazing from day 1. Their website is super easy to follow, so all of your special moments are catered exactly how you want. The communication was outstanding! You’ll literally be walked through the entire day/ night (first on the website and then with Jerald to confirm… he and his team are available in between time too). We had a large wedding (190 people) from 2yrs old- 80yrs old and there was an amazing mix for all generations. From baby shark to 70s hits! But it was mixed so perfectly that you didn’t even realize you were dancing to a kids song at first 🤣. No one sat down, it was so fun! Everyone had an amazing time, especially us! For The People is the definitely for the people LOL ok that was corny but seriously, they absolutely understood the assignment ✅ They even reached out after the wedding to congratulate us again and make sure we were satisfied. I’m sure they have a lot of projects but they will truly make you feel like you are the most important couple of the year. I’m so happy they were able to make our day complete ❤️ They are super reasonably priced as well!

  The best dj ever!

  We LOVED Jerald! He was the best DJ we could have asked for. Our reception was an amazing dance party with everyone dancing and singing their hearts out because of him. All of our guests noted how much they loved him! He is the only DJ you need for your wedding. He did our ceremony as well perfectly!

  Best DJ Ever!!!

  Jerald (J-Dub, the people’s DJ) was AMAZING! We booked him for our wedding this past weekend and our guests cannot stop talking about how incredible he was. Half of our guests don’t typically dance, but he was able to get them on the dance floor and enjoy themselves. He really knows how to work the crowd, but more importantly, how to read the crowd and change the music to keep the dance going. His pricing is incredibly reasonable, and honestly, I think he’s worth way more than what he charges (yes, Jerald, you’re worth it!). We had multiple guests come ask for his contact info to possibly use him in the future and one aunt mentioned the day after the wedding she ran into an engaged couple in the area and passed his contact info to them and highly recommended they book him for their wedding. I reached out to 6-7 DJ’s during our planning, and Jerald was by far the most responsive and professional in his communication. I would actually say out of all of my vendors, he was the easiest to communicate with, and brides, we all know how important this is to manage our stress! I gave him the wrong phone number to contact me (sorry!) and he just took control and got everything done despite the confusion. Jerald and FTP, thank you from the bottom of my heart for such an amazing night! I don’t doubt we’ll be hearing about you from family and friends for years to come.

  I first met Jerald at a bridal expo and I immediately knew he was the DJ I was going to hire for my wedding! I was so impressed with his professionalism and loved his personality! Leading up to our wedding day he was very easy to contact and always responded to texts and emails, and answered any questions! At our wedding he played everything we and the guests requested! And he also danced and sang along with us all night! After our wedding we had guests complimenting our DJ and asking for his information!   I first met Jerald at a bridal expo and I immediately knew he was the DJ I was going to hire for my wedding! I was so impressed with his professionalism and loved his personality! Leading up to our wedding day he was very easy to contact and always responded to texts and emails, and answered any questions! At our wedding he played everything we and the guests requested! And he also danced and sang along with us all night! After our wedding we had guests complimenting our DJ and asking for his information! If we ever have another event where we need a DJ, Jerald will be our first call!

  Best DJ ever

  If you want a fun and memorable wedding please hire this DJ. They are reasonably priced and were so much fun! The DJ even came onto the floor to dance and sing with us. My guests still talk about them to this day.

  Worry-free

  Jerald was amazing. He had everything under control from walking us through everything beforehand to the last dance. I felt like I didn’t have to worry about anything. A great personality and kept us dancing all night long. I had multiple people contact me for his information after the wedding. If I ever get married again (fingers crossed I don’t) I would go with For the People no doubt!

  We saw Jerald DJ a friend's wedding. We loved the energy he brought and knew we had to book him for ours the following year. We've interacted with some rude DJs at other weddings, or DJs who are a little too involved in talking during the reception. We experienced none of these issues with Jerald. We were pleasantly surprised at how affordable he was while still providing top notch DJ services. He was personable, funny, and easy to communicate with. I also liked that he had an online platform so we could pick specific songs to play or to NOT play (so important!). He did everything we asked for our wedding and make the reception a lot of fun. He knows how to feed off the energy of the crowd as the night goes on. Highly recommended!

  Great DJ! Great time! Great price!

  For the People Entertainment was prompt, organized, and had everyone having a good time on the dance floor. I had many people come up to me and tell me my DJ was very good. He played all of my requested songs as well as requests from my guests. I highly recommend! You won't be disappointed. Price was very reasonable compared to other DJs and I got high quality service!

  Awesome DJ

  Great DJ for our wedding! They met with me before our wedding to plan something special for our first dance, we discussed songs I wanted to not play and they played all of my requests. They also kept guests entertained by bringing out a microphone to sing at some points. Highly recommend!

  DJ Gerald is awesome!

  We’ve now been to three weddings (including our own) where Gerald has been the DJ and he never disappoints. Always has the dance floor hopping! He is very professional and an all-around great guy. We highly recommend him!

  Jerald was awesome. Everyone had a blast at my wedding. The music selection was perfect especially since my husband’s family is very strict and religious. My parents even danced for the first time in over 30 years.

The dance floor was packed and even came out to sing and dance too it was pretty cool. He was professional and a great all around guy. He was there to answer questions every step of the way.   Could not have picked a better Dj!

  He was amazing! Very flexible, responds in a timely manner, he was super nice and had no problem being interactive with our guests. He had us and our guests on that dance floor all night! I also believe we got the most bang for our buck! Would highly recommend to anybody!! We actually had people tell us they wanted him for there wedding :)
