We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding day. From the very beginning, everything was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for making our day special.
The music was absolutely perfect—every song felt intentional and kept the energy exactly where it needed to be all night long. transitions were smooth, the timing was spot-on, and the dance floor stayed lively.
What really stood out was how well they read the room. They knew exactly when to slow things down for meaningful moments and when to bring the energy back up and get everyone moving again. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had.
Beyond just the music, they helped create an atmosphere that felt personal, fun, and unforgettable. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to make your wedding amazing, this is the DJ you want.

For the people did an awesome job DJing our wedding. They made sure to keep it upbeat and fun! Everybody was on the dance floor all night long!! They were on time and responsive to any changes or needs. -

For the People did an awesome job. So many of our guests came up to us and told us how much they loved our DJ. A few people enjoyed it so much that they were asking for FTP's info so they could book them for their own upcoming weddings. When the dancing ended for the night, the floor was still packed, and it had been that way the entire night. They did an awesome job playing to the audience and everyone had a blast. FTP staff was also great to work with and was super flexible. We had live music before the DJ started and also had a tight window (time-wise) that our reception venue would allow set up, but they accommodated all of this. We were so happy with Jeralds services DJing our wedding. We wanted a full dance floor and he delivered. He did such an amazing job keeping people on the dance floor and reading the room. He had high energy, was punctual and extremely professional. He had a great online portal to put all our music preferences and timelines in. He also called us the week of to make sure everything was in order and good to go. We would recommend his dj services to anyone! Jerald was super positive, up beat, and responsive (on both the day of , as well as leading up to the event). We had a blast on the dance floor and enjoyed the light set up he had. Working with Jerald was such an amazing experience. The level of professionalism, care and understanding that he provides, is what matters the most. He understood the assignment and executed the customized playlist effortlessly. My wedding was everything that I’d hoped for!

There are too many good things to say! I have been to two weddings where Jerald was the DJ - so when my wedding came around it was no question on who we'd reach out to. There is an easy inquiry form to fill out on his website and it truly is smooth sailing from there. You have access to your own portal to input information and song requests (which is good, because we changed things around 100 times) and always get a fast response from them if anything questions arise. Jerald made our special day run without skipping a beat, the flow and timing of everything was perfect. Everyone had a blast dancing and Jerald was able to keep the party going by engaging with our guests, too. We had multiple people ask where we found such a good DJ, I will forever recommend Jerald and his services with FTP Entertainment. -

Jerald (DJ JayDub) was absolutely amazing as our wedding DJ! From the first inquire he was very attentive and throughout the planning process was always there to answer my questions. We ended up having a rainy wedding day so we last minute had to move the dinner portion indoors and Jerald was positive and super adaptable from the moment he arrived to the last song on the dance floor! Our guests were dancing all night long and we received many compliments on what a great DJ we hired. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know having a wedding near or in Milwaukee.For the People Entertainment's reply:

JayDub rocks! Not only did we and our wedding guests had so much fun dancing all night long, JayDub also helped things run smoothly throughout the entire wedding. The ceremony music was flawless, and he expertly set up the wireless mic for the officiant to use. The cocktail hour music was excellent, and he did a great job announcing things to make sure guests knew what to do and where to go. During the reception, I felt so at ease as he introduced our wedding party and cued up the music for our first dance. Every moment felt fun, easy, and professional.
Once the dance floor opened, the party really got started. JayDub knew just what songs to play to keep our guests going. His services included fun lighting with a disco ball, and everything looked SO COOL! He read the room really well, and when it was clear most of us were rusty on our Wobble, he joined the dance floor to teach us. We had such a fun time, and we highly recommend JayDub as your wedding DJ!

I first heard Jerald of For the People Entertainment when I attended a wedding a few years back. I left that event feeling so impressed, I held onto his card for years until I got engaged, I knew at that moment we wouldn't go with anyone else. Jerald is an amazing host and MC, full of smiles, charisma and a great singing voice (when he jumps in occasionally) to boot! He is extremely professional and responsive, he was able to accommodate all of our requests from using custom files for songs, to playing special songs / introducing special songs that had meaning to us. Jerald could not have been a better emcee or DJ! We knew he was the right person for our wedding after meeting him at a wedding expo. He was charismatic, fun, and yet very professional. We had an easy experience with booking, choosing a song list, and payment. He was perfect during the ceremony and called to check in a few times before the wedding to make sure we were on track. And for the ceremony, he made sure EVERYONE was getting on the dance floor. Everyone loved him. I cannot say enough amazing things about FTP Entertainment!! Jerald is INCREDIBLE to work with, and he kept our party rocking all night long. The dance floor was packed, and he even joined us out there a few times! Our guests RAVED about the music, and we had such a great time. Jerald (jay-dub) is super friendly, fun, and did an outstanding job. Don't hesitate for a second- hire him! We LOVED Jerald! He was the best DJ we could have asked for. Our reception was an amazing dance party with everyone dancing and singing their hearts out because of him. All of our guests noted how much they loved him! He is the only DJ you need for your wedding. He did our ceremony as well perfectly! -

We saw Jerald DJ a friend's wedding. We loved the energy he brought and knew we had to book him for ours the following year. We've interacted with some rude DJs at other weddings, or DJs who are a little too involved in talking during the reception. We experienced none of these issues with Jerald. We were pleasantly surprised at how affordable he was while still providing top notch DJ services. He was personable, funny, and easy to communicate with. I also liked that he had an online platform so we could pick specific songs to play or to NOT play (so important!). He did everything we asked for our wedding and make the reception a lot of fun. He knows how to feed off the energy of the crowd as the night goes on. Highly recommended!For the People Entertainment's reply:

For the People Entertainment was prompt, organized, and had everyone having a good time on the dance floor. I had many people come up to me and tell me my DJ was very good. He played all of my requested songs as well as requests from my guests. I highly recommend! You won't be disappointed. Price was very reasonable compared to other DJs and I got high quality service!For the People Entertainment's reply:
