Great customer service

We had absolutely no idea what we wanted when we first went to Folchi’s. The staff there explained everything there so well that we were able to finally come up with the perfect vision! The quality of customer service was above and beyond Mens wearhouse, which felt like a sales pitch. We were grateful to have the last minute alterations for my dad and brother whose tuxes didn’t fit well at first. Also a huge thank you to Mr Folchi who was able to order us special ties to give as a gift to our dads! Stellar customer service all around

From start to finish I loved our experience here. It’s night and day from any other tux rental location I’ve been too. They were so knowledgeable, helpful, and honest and it we were so appreciative. Most places just try to sell you on something but they helped so much and were so nice about all of the questions we had. can’t wait to the wedding!

The Folchi’s team was amazing to work with! They helped me choose the tuxes for our wedding and I could not have been happier with what they suggested! Everyone was so friendly and professional to work with. Our groomsmen loved the tuxes and their experience getting them!

So this is a little late. Our wedding was May 27, and it’s been a little chaotic since we got back from the honeymoon. But that’s not an excuse. :)

When I attended a friend’s wedding in 2015, I really liked the tux style used in the wedding. My husband (he was a mutual college friend at that time) was in the wedding party and the chosen tux looked nice on him as well. Well, it was this wedding I started dating my husband, and when it came time to start planning my own wedding, I found out Folchi’s provided the tuxes for my friend’s wedding, and she recommended them.

Folchi’s was wonderful to work with (Liberty Township), and everything was a smooth process. We had groomsmen in various areas of the state (and our ring bearer was in another state), but they were able to submit their measurements online. This really helped! And because of distance, Folchi’s was willing to work with us in allowing the groomsmen to pick up their tuxes either Friday or Saturday morning. And one of our groomsmen were able to pick up their suit at the Anderson location since he lived closer to it.

When we met with Folchi’s for our wedding, they helped us pick out the right colors and suit style since our wedding wasn’t super formal (it was an outdoor wedding). We picked out a suit hybrid from Allure, which means the suit had some qualities of a tux, but wasn’t just an everyday suit. They even suggested to bring in a swatch of my wedding dress (since it was being altered) so they can match the groom’s vest. They are thoughtful and really want to be sure the men look nice. They also kept us updated of what men had their tuxes and which ones didn’t (to which we gave a little nudge).

I highly recommend them for any event that needs a suit or tux.

We used Folclhi's for our tuxes, and I'm so glad we did! A big selling point for us was that they have all of their warehouse on-site, so if there were an issue at pickup, it could be addressed immediately. Staff was helpful and professional, even when we changed our minds on what we wanted several times!

The only place to get your tux. Men's Warehouse and Jos Bank are the same and no inventory in house. Folchi was able to make special alterations the week of and knew if anything came up, it would be fixed that day.

We used Folchi's for the tuxedos for our wedding. The owner Mark was usually the one we talked too and was amazing. All of our wedding parties tuxes were great looking and photographed really well. The groom and ring bearer actually had fitting issues the day they went to pick it up and was told that they were on their way to the warehouse at that moment and we had the new garments within hours. Great service, great prices! Would definitely use again and will recommend to anyone who needs a tuxedo.

My groomsmen and I used Folchi's to get all of our tuxes for my wedding and we were very happy with the whole experience. I went in to Folchi's to pick my tux and everyone on the staff was courteous, very respectful, and extremely knowledgeable about what made a stylish and classic tuxedo. All of the groomsmen and I were from out of town but Folchi's handled collecting everyone's sizes from afar. When the big weekend finally came around everyone picked up their tuxes and shoes, everything fit perfectly, and the guys and I looked sharp. Finally, after the event, returns were a breeze. Thanks so much to the Folchi's team for making me look marryable!!!

Mike was great. The groom, groomsmen and ring bearer all looked so handsome. We purchased suits for the guys and rented the ring bearers suit. The entire staff was very helpful. Thanks for everything.

My husband, David, and I got married on August 2, 2014, and had a fabulous experience at Folchi's! We had heard from several people that going local was better than the big stores, like Men's Warehouse, and I'm so glad we listened!

The entire staff was awsome. I came away from this experience with not only a great look and advice for my wedding, but also some true friends. One of the only things that went perfect on the big day was my tuxes. Very perfessional, family owned and operated, attention to detail, and a true one on one experience. If you're not going to folchis, you might as wear jorts!!!

We have no doubt that we chose a high quality company to handle the men's attire for our wedding! We worked with both West Chester & Kenwood locations & received great service at both! We were treated professionally & the product delivered was everything that we were told! They even offered to hand deliver something to us the day of our wedding if something went wrong so I can't say enough good things about Folchi's!

Folchi's was fabulous! We worked with Mike Folchi. When we went into the store to pick out the tuxes we weren't sure what we wanted to go with. Mike picked out a beautiful ensamble. It matched the bridesmaid dresses perfectly. Folchi's also offers a website in which the groomsmen can send their measurements online directly to Folchi's. It was so helpful since we had many out of town groomsmen. I would recommend Folchi's for all your formal wear needs!

Folchi was absolutely wonderful to deal with. The tuxes are great quality for the price. We shopped around and no one else came close to the guality and convenience for us. Do not waste your time with others. They are honest and know their business.

We loved working with Folchi's Formalwear for our tuxes. Their selection was top notch, the tuxes were in great condition, and they looked tailored in the wedding photos. Mark Folchi was professional working with us the moment we walked through the door (unlike many chain tux rental services) and there was never a moment of doubt that they would fulfill their promise to make Tyler look good. On top of all that, they had some of the best pricing I could find for high end rentals.

So far so good!! I've had nothing but a positive experience! UPDATE: when the guys went to pick up the tuxedos there were some minor issues but were fixed fast. No problem. And the tuxedos looked great!

Folchi's did the tuxes for our September wedding and they were great to work with!! Mr. Folchi worked with us in figuring out how we wanted to style the guys and had great ideas and expertise! They were flexible and easy to work with and all our tuxes came just as we had planned. I have zero complaints! You can tell they love what they do and want the bride and groom to be happy. My husband, groomsmen, and dads looked great thanks to Folchi's! And did I mention they are a joy to chat with and get to know in their stores! I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Mike Folchi and his team are the greatest. All the guys looked sharp and the tuxes held up extremely well. They were able to take measurements over the phone and in person, we only had minor problems with fitting, which were resolved on site immediately. Molto Benne Folchi's!!

Mark Folchi was extremely friendly and worked very hard to make our wedding nice. Very early in the planning process for my wedding, I just decided to take a quick look in the shop because I had some time to kill on New Year's Day and it was right there. Being a holiday they had already closed up and locked the door, but Mark saw me and enthusiastically ushered me in and showed me things and couldn't have been nicer. We ended up getting my husband's tux and the groomsmen's vest and ties (we had them wear dark suits they already owned). I wanted something very special-a classic 1920s cutaway tux, similar to the one worn on the wedding episode in Downton Abbey. Mark didn't have that in his stock, but had no problem directing me to a competitor who was able to get it.

The only small snafu we had was that when we brought my husband's tux (which was another special order item) in for a fitting, NOTHING fit. Now, my husband is a bigger guy who's weight can fluctuate quite a bit on any given day so I was neither surprised nor upset by that. But when we wanted to bring in the jacket again in the larger size to make sure we had it right this time, we were told he could have a second fitting with a stock coat, but if we wanted the special order coat, we had to pay a "sub rental" fee. I didn't think it was right that we should have to pay to make sure their mistake had been corrected. In the end though, we had the 2nd fitting with just the stock coat and it worked out fine on the big day.

Overall, I'm very satisfied and highly recommend them.

The service we received from Folchi’s was excellent. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The alterations on my dad’s tux were incorrect and the pants were uneven and they fixed those right there in the shop. Definitely much better service than other tuxedo rental places.

One minor issue we had was one of the groomsmen from out of town tried on his shoes at Folchi’s the day before the wedding and noticed they were too small. Folchi’s said they would get a bigger pair of shoes for him, but they didn’t give him a pair to take with him. The groom’s parents had to stop by Folchi’s the day of the wedding to pick up the shoes so the groomsman had no shoes until later in the afternoon. It would have been nice if Folchi’s had let the groomsman take the shoes that were too small just in case we couldn’t get the bigger shoes in time.

One thing we weren’t pleased with was the quality of the merchandise. The shirts were thin and felt cheap. The pants my dad wore were so old that the adjustable straps on the side kept coming loose due to them being worn multiple times before. My mom had to use a safety pin to keep them from falling down. For the price that we paid, we were expecting a much higher quality product.

We decided on Folchi's because it was a locally owned business and didn't have the gimmicks like the major suit stores in the area. By the end, we wish we would have went with Men's Warehouse or another commercialized suit vendor. Folchi's was our biggest stress of the wedding planning process!!! I could probably write a novel about our experience. They do not know how to measure or order the right size what so ever. 2 men, including the groom, had to get their suits ordered twice since the first suits didn't fit. 4 men, including the groom, had to go in and get their suits altered more than once. I could go on and on. I do not recommend buying your suits from Folchi's. We will not use their business again for any occasion in the future.
