Kiff was great to work with. Very responsive and on top of my emails and phone calls. A pleasure to work with. Frank, our waiter, was the absolute best waiter possible. Please give him a raise and a promotion. Totally deserved. My night started off poorly due to one of my vendor's errors. He was understanding, helpful, considerate (I was an emotional mess and he placed a box of tissues at my seat without being asked). He also totally understood my stressors as a bride and brought me a cocktail that was wonderfully strong and so necessary. I am usually never satisfied and Frank totally made the night better. Quality.

I had so many guests compliment my choice for the reception. The food and service was outstanding!

What a care-free, excellent experience! Thank you, Kiff G. for booking our event and answering all of my questions. Thank you for the manager; our servers, Adrian and Melvin; and Reinaldo for cutting our cake. You all were a knowledgeable, courteous, and gracious team who handled our event as if it was your top priority. Adrian paid close attention to all of our needs and had perfect timing! I couldn't have asked for better service. The atmosphere was perfect, and the food was great. I only wish that there were soups at the salad bar.

I recommend Fogo De Chao to anyone who wants to throw a classy and effortless wedding reception with tasty, never-ending food.

Valet was great... other than that unfortunately thats it.. if you are to attend just like many have mentioned in reviews, be ready to wait for a very slow service of “high end meats”.. only meats i saw was Italian sausage (went around 4x), lamb chops (around 2x), steak (around 3x), and rest was pork chops and pork ribs (went around 1-2x) all in a cycle no other meat around.. had eaten places with rodiso/ type of dining and way better out there .. (also even though theres levels of how its cooked the “rare” was legitimately raw and got food poisoning as fyi) and besides other things the finale of the night is hows its a place that has servers who confront you if you did not tip or tip well enough (regardless of whats going on in your life, or how they are not suppose to pressure you and make you uncomfortable saying “you must be a tourist” and mentioned Orlando standards are 18% tips? Then stood there waiting for a change of tips while people on the table and others stare since server wanted to make sure you remember to never go back again... Very unprofessional and uncomfortable.. and yes that is a form of price gouge (and random increase you did not ask for on bill and is being pushed on you) very unfortunate, so make sure you tip well for the slowness and repeated meats or they will rough you up.. bad 👎🏻 Dont recommend and not worth the $55-$60 a person for the “high end meat” experience.. pretty sure i can buy those exact meats at Price Chopper and my wife can walk around and serve each to me with speed!!
