Working with Michael for our wedding was amazing! Planning calls and meetings with him were efficient and he did a great job of making us feel at ease about the videography portion of the wedding. On the day of, he was prepared and did a great job of posing us and making us feel super comfortable during his shots. The final video we received was edited very well, and it always makes us so happy to watch it as it really makes you feel like I'm reliving those moments. Very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend to anyone. -

Exceeds Expectations
My husband and I got married at the Mission Inn in Riverside on 4/20/2024 - during our planning, we knew we wanted a videographer from the get go. We knew what we wanted - natural lighting, dramatic, something to remind us of every moment, every highlight of our special day.
We had gone through several vendors, and we honestly weren’t that impressed. They’re were maybe 2 or 3 that we liked… but after a couple weeks of researching, and we found Focused Bliss, met with Michael - and we were like “yup! this is the one!”
He made our 12 hr wedding day into a 5 min and 33 second cinematic hallmark video of our wedding, and it couldn’t be more perfect. Every frame captured the blissful moments of each second of wonder of our wedding day. You can watch it here: https://vimeo.com/941735493
Michael was quick with his inquiry response, super personable, worked fast and efficient, worked well with our photographers and other vendors! We hired Michael to be our wedding videographer, and he was absolutely amazing! He was extremely professional and nice throughout the whole process, and he delivered the finished videos within just a couple weeks of our wedding. We decided on the Hallmark cinematic film as well as the "Guest Best Wishes" add-on, and both films turned out incredible. One of my wedding guests even brought their personal drone to the event, and Michael reached out to him and ended up using some of his footage in the cinematic film! It was an overall amazing experience, and I highly recommend Focused Bliss for all soon-to-be newly weds. -

I got married in April 2023 and Michael was a pleasure to work with! When we booked him he was understanding and flexible regarding how to build a package that got us everything we wanted. Prior to the day he was great at communicating and super professional. The day of, he integrated flawlessly with our photography team and was a fun, calming presence - while also not being interfering. We got our videos back four months after our wedding, which was the quoted turnaround time, and we are absolutely in love with them! Michael was such a great videographer and so easy to work with. He was always easy to get ahold of prior to our wedding day. From our very first phone call I knew that I didn't want any other vendor to capture our wedding day.
A few months before our wedding my husband and I were excited to find out that we were pregnant!! So immediately we knew we wanted to have that be a big part of our day.
We ended up needing a little bit of help with ideas on how to reveal the gender of our baby during our cake cutting at the reception. Michael had so many awesome ideas and we ended up going with one of his ideas, which made our wedding video that much greater!! It was a perfect day and I am SO happy we went with Michael. I wish we lived closer to San Diego so we could meet up and grab drinks with him! (for a parents night out haha)

Michael did an amazing job at our wedding and even before and after our wedding has been super responsive and helpful. He took the time to explain everything so we were comfortable with pricing etc. During our wedding at Loews Coronado Bay Resort he was even able to capture a photo during our ceremony which was one of our favorite by far!!
Onsite he was great to! We would recommend him to everyone! Looking forward to seeing all the videos or special moments he captured!! -

We found Michael on The Knot while planning our wedding during the pandemic.. and we are so happy that we did! At first we were skeptical because videography can be so expensive and we didn't know if we could fir it into our budget...but man are we so glad that we did! We are in LOVE with our wedding video! Michael did a fantastic job and it was everything that we had hoped for. With wedding videos now being feature films I was nervous about not enough of our wedding being documented but with Michael's editing skills it all perfectly came together. I was amazed at the sound quality of his mics and the picture quality of our video. He was also incredibly professional and I loved that he came dressed to impress. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. He was kind and courteous to our other vendors as well as helpful. Michael fit in with our friends and family wonderfully like he was just another guest at the wedding. He even sent us a few pictures the next day that he had captured. We luckily were at the slower point of wedding season and we received our wedding video incredibly fast! Michael is incredibly communicative whether it's email, texting, or even phone calls. He would answer all of our questions and helped to make a timeline to fit everything in that was important to us. I would recommend Michael to our family and friends. -

Michael and his team exceeded expectations in pretty much every way:
-He was communicative before our wedding and helped us with a few recommendations
-He showed up on time and ready to go, and had a great wedding-day vibe (nicely dressed, happy, and hype-man)
-His framing and staging were on point, yet he was never in the way or disruptive
-We were on the front end of wedding season, so Michael was able to get us our Sneak Peek within a few days, and our Hallmark film after about a week!
-Both the Sneak Peek and Hallmark films were beautiful, and we are more than pleased with them
Focused Bliss wasn't cheap, but I have no problem saying that they were worth every penny. My only regret is that we didn't add the drone footage: our venue was beautiful and I know they would have captured it perfectly. -

In 2014, our youngest daughter attended her cousin’s wedding and broke down weeping during the father/daughter dance, lamenting, “Because of Parkinson’s, I’ll never be able to dance with my Dad at my wedding.” Friends and family attempted to console her to no avail. But with time, and a combination of both fierce determination and creative problem solving, Tessa proved that to not be the case. Hiring a wheelchair choreographer, she, her Dad, John, and the instructor practiced faithfully together for 6 months. The result? A most memorable dance that left not a dry eye amongst the wedding guests. Prior to the wedding, Tessa and her fiancé, Nick, made an important decision. Instead of going on a honeymoon, they chose to use the money saved to hire a videographer to film the wedding and, in particular, the father/daughter dance. When the Academy of Neurology called for video submissions later that year, documenting people living well with a neurological disorder, Tessa was quick to submit the dance video entitled, “Living with Parkinson’s. My Father Daughter Dance”, which is viewable on YouTube. The videographer hired was none other than Michael Cerundolo of Focused Bliss Productions. Without question, hiring Michael was the best decision ever made. The pleasure and delight my family and, in particular, my husband and I experienced every time we watched the video was worth the cost, delayed honeymoon, and so much more. John passed away last year, and we just held his Celebration of Life. Did we hire Focused Bliss? Absolutely, and we can’t wait to see the finished product, relive the special moments, and share them with those unable to attend. Amazing exlerience!
Michael and his assistant were amazing on our wedding day. They really captured so much while not taking away from candid moments. Michael was able to capture some extremely beautiful moments and kept us smiling and laughing through the entire process.
Michael was super accommodating when it came to wedding day details, creating a payment schedule, and adjusting times for shooting even on the wedding day. We were so excited for his footage we even asked him to stay an extra hour.

Wow… Michael from Focused Bliss was one of our best decisions we made. David and I spent HOURS researching a videographer and after watching a few of Michael’s videos we knew he was exactly who we were looking for.
From the very start, Michael was amazing. He made sure he worked within our budget and was very transparent on what our plan included and what we could add. Michael was one of the most organized vendors we had for our big day, he was prompt and very transparent, clear and organized throughout the entire process. Michael is also an amazing communicator, he always responded to us in a very timely manner (something was also discovered to be very important). He was amazing day-of and got along with our photographer amazingly (this is so important).
Video - Wow… just wow. In a little over four minutes Focused Bliss truly displayed our beautiful day in such an amazing way. When Michael first sent our video (LESS than 3 weeks after our big day!!), I watched it at least 40 times (and yes, I cried multiple times while watching it because that’s how perfect it is). Our video was truly, truly perfect. It displayed exactly what we wanted and I cannot thank Michael enough for all of his hard work.
Michael is SO passionate for what he does and that passion can be seen through his work. Thank you Michael for everything – we truly cannot thank you enough for all of your work.

My wife and I came across Focused Bliss from a referral. There were a lot of reasons we decided to go with them (and are so glad we did!), but here are the top ones:
Video Style: the quality and style of their videos is amazing. The videography was just what we were looking for - an authentic and vivid capture of the wedding. The videos aren't over-edited or cheesy. Michael did a great job of capturing all parts of our day, especially since we had extra cultural parts of our wedding.
Professionalism: It was important for us to have a fun group of vendors that understood what we wanted and could deliver, which describes Michael perfectly! He helped us have a great time on our wedding day and worked seamlessly with our other vendors.
Value and Transparency: Initially we weren't sure if we wanted to have a videographer, but now we feel like it was one of the best investments we made with our big day. Michael was up front with what the costs would be and provided flexibility in choosing different plans/add-ons (which we took advantage of). The investment was competitive or better than other vendors we were looking at.
We can't recommend Michael and Focused Bliss enough! A big thank you for making our day that much more amazing. -

We were on the fence about having videography but I'm so glad we talked with Michael and ended up hiring him for our wedding last June. He spent a lot of time talking to us for the consultation compared to other people which was really appreciated. He stores your footage for a year so he reached out to see if we wanted any additional videos before our storage time was up. Focused Bliss - I am not even sure where to begin this review because I have so many amazing things to say about Micheal and his team.
First thought - incredible quality if you want an amazing, thought out wedding video that is timeless and you can watch for generations to come. He is your guy!
Organized - If you are looking for someone who knows EXACTLY what he is doing and makes sure your day is planned down to the minute in terms of timing and quality he is your guy. From the prep beforehand to keeping us on schedule the day of he was amazing. He is also flexible while keeping a schedule - my mom showed up an hour late and he knew the exact timeline and moved things around so we wouldn't skip a beat.
Details- Along with being incredibly organized he was so detail oriented he made sure everything that was important to us even down to the smallest item was captured. If you want someone who listens and then takes action on your desires he is your guy!
Fun - Michael made our day so relaxing because although calm in the chaos he is also so fun to be around. He makes you forget you are on camera and makes you feel so beautiful.
Communication - He is impeccable at communicating with you - from the moment you hire him he is is in constant contact about what he needs from you as well as listening to what you want from him. Whenever we had a question or an idea he was extremely responsive!
I cannot say enough about Michael and his team. I would be happy to personally talk to anyone about our experience and how amazing it was - He is truly one of a kind, passionate about what he does and holds him and his team to a very high standard of creating excellent, breathtaking films. You will not be disappointed if you hire him and I will go even further to say that I doubt you will find his quality and skill with any other film vendor. -

I can’t recommend Focused Bliss highly enough for your wedding video needs! My wife and I had initially been on the fence about whether to have a videographer, due both to budget concerns and whether a video would be something we would even watch more than a few times. Other wedding videos I had seen were little more than long real-time shots of the event, which may be nice for posterity but aren’t much fun to watch!
However, a quick look at the previous projects of Focused Bliss showed us they made videos that not only captured the event but did it with with an interesting, fun, and artistic flair. After our first talk with Michael we were sold, and we hired his team for our October 2021 date.
We really loved the care and inventiveness of the team; they worked perfectly with our photographers, and knew just how to get the best of us on camera. We are especially happy that we opted for drones for overhead shots, which really added a cinematic touch to the footage. Once the wedding was underway it went off without a hitch; the videographers were absolute pros, getting incredible shots while also somehow remaining inconspicuous! Pricing was open, transparent, and reasonable as well.
We had a wonderful experience working with Michael and his team, and thanks to them we’ll have a wonderful capsule of our special day forever. Thank you! -

This is a very long overdue review. It has been nearly two years since our wedding day. Initially, my husband did not want a video of our wedding ceremony. He wanted to keep everything low-key and small. He was content with just having a photographer. But, I wanted to keep the memories of our wedding day and be able to look back and actually watch it in motion. After watching other couples' videos online on various websites, I started to dream of having a wedding video and be able to share it with others, including those who were not able to make it that day. When he found out what the average cost of videography would cost, he at first said no. I did some begging and convincing and he told me if I can find a videographer who would do it within a certain price range, he would agree to it. I did an extensive search of many, many videographer vendors. I compared prices, communicated by email, made tons of phone calls, and finally narrowed it down to three vendors that I really liked. I finally decided on Michael with Focused Bliss. From the very beginning, his professionalism, kindness, flexibility, creativity and package plans shone like no other vendor. Since our wedding was very small, we couldn't do the usual full length video that is typical of larger weddings. However, he was able to work in an aerial view of our venue and get some pre-ceremony shots of our dining area which just blew me away! I couldn't believe that it was our actual wedding on video. All of our family and friends were so amazed at how the ceremony was intimately captured on video in both imagery and music. It was so beautiful to watch, and to be able to keep watching it is something I truly treasure. I would not hesitate recommending him to others who are looking for that extra special touch in wedding videography. -

From the start and through our interactions by phone, Michael was very communicative and engaged! He took extra care in making sure we covered all bases of how and when he and his crew would record the events of our wedding day. Over two or three phone appointments, he answered all of our questions including all the technical questions. Awesomeness and very thorough!
When you compare the cinematography work of Focused Bliss to just videographers that will record your wedding, there’s no comparison. The work of Focused Bliss feels like your wedding is a "multi-million-dollar production". Capturing a once in a lifetime event that you and your partner will cherish for the rest of your lives.
Our wedding is rather unique, as it consisted of 110 guests in attendance during a pandemic. Extra effort to speak over the phone a couple of times and go through the timeline months before. Do yourselves a favor and make sure Michael and his Focused Bliss crew are a part of your wedding day Team! You won't regret it. Some people might try to convince you otherwise and say "video is unnecessary, that's what photos are for!" but, tell you what, those people haven't experienced the right videographer team yet!
Not until we experienced Michael's work did we realize that we couldn't imagine going without a video capture of our big day. Pictures are important but capture something entirely different. Without video how else will you experience the sounds of the day, reactions to key moments, emotion in people's voices, flow of how you moved together, just to name a few!
Michael and his team don't only capture the event, but he takes the time to get to know the couple and what is important to them, and he captures the special moments that you as a couple will want to relive and cherish with all their authentic texture and beauty. Having had so much fun rewatching the final product over and over again since we can't get enough of it, his capturing of our day has made us laugh, cry, and the whole spectrum of emotion in between! As soon as we saw it we immediately couldn't wait to share it with anybody and everybody.
What we also appreciated is Michael's willingness and incorporation of our feedback with a round of edits - it made us feel listened to and very satisfied with the final product.
There is no question that Michael is an incredibly talented Artist. What he does to capture the colors, clarity of sound, and use of the drone for a bird's eye view in addition to close-ups - it's unbeatable! My husband and I ran into the same question so many brides and grooms have. Do I need a videographer? When you're running on a tight budget, it's easy to eliminate. Then, as the planning goes on, your mind keeps going back- do I need a videographer? Here's my bit of advice- if you're thinking about a videographer- hire one. If you want the best- hire Focused Bliss Productions.
Hiring this team was a no-brainer for us. They came HIGHLY recommended and the work speaks for itself. But, if you need more insight, I hope this review helps...
The People. From the moment we met Michael, we were put at ease. He was so friendly, thorough, and his past work looked phenomenal. Our next meetings only supported our gut feelings. His experience just radiated through and he was able to work with our budget. On the day of the wedding, Ryan was great at capturing all the moments without being a part of the moment. This is essential! I'm such an awkward camera person, but I was completely comfortable with him there. I was able to live in the moment and not be nervous there was a lens on me.
The Cost. Let's face it, this is usually the biggest concern. It seems like such an extravagance, but it's not. Looking back at photos or re-reading cards is wonderful, but re-watching the day is priceless. Focused Bliss also had this amazing option to add more footage later. We bought one of the least expensive packages and the video came out stunning. Now that the wedding is mostly paid off, we decided to invest in more footage. We are so grateful for this option!
The Quality. I can't imagine how hard it is to piece together audio clips and video so seamlessly, but they did. Our videos (sneak peek and short film) were beautiful. It captured the perspective of us, our family, and our friends. Looking back, my husband and I wished we saw more of vows. Not a problem! We just added the ceremony and thank you speeches this month. :)
The Hiccups. When the files are ready, you have about a week to download them. My husband and I were in India at the time with limited connectivity. We sent an email with our apologies and he put us at ease- no worries and we'll figure it out when you're back. I've heard horror stories of vendors being rude once the payment and wedding were over. Not with Michael- you'll NEVER have to worry about that. It's been months and he's still this wonderful guy to work with.
It's been almost a year since our wedding and we have NO regrets about hiring this company. A month after your wedding, your vendors will ask you to post reviews. I purposely waited longer to reflect on the initial feelings and the ones I felt later on. From a former bride to the next, you should absolutely hire Focused Bliss Productions. Happy researching!
