Travis was great to work with as our wedding DJ! He is friendly, kind, and has a very laid-back, cool vibe. He is not an "in-your-face" energetic emcee, which was the exact match for what we needed. His introductions for family and speeches were short, sweet, and exactly as expected without any unnecessary jokes. We specifically wanted a Christian DJ who only played clean songs and could deliver a tasteful mix of classics, current hits, and worship music—and he absolutely executed. He uses an app to keep everything organized, allowing me to input all announcements and songs ahead of time, which made the planning process seamless.
He stuck beautifully to our preferred playlist, and we received great feedback from our guests! My only minor note is that during the reception, we had to flag him from across the room to announce the cake cutting. It wasn't the end of the world, as he may have just been waiting on my cue, but I would recommend walking through the timeline thoroughly beforehand to ensure you are completely aligned on cues. Overall, I would definitely recommend him! -

FMG Event Co was the perfect pick for our wedding! From the ceremony to cocktail hour, to the reception (and everything in between)- Travis absolutely nailed it! He curated the perfect vibe and kept the dance floor packed all night long. He did a great job running/MCing our reception and all our guests loved the energy he brought. Not only did we have a DJ that crushed it, we also had an amazing photo booth set up and cold spark enhancement for our final exit. Omg I don’t know where to begin. Travis is hands down THE best DJ. My husband and I are so particular when it comes to music and the music was one of the most important things for our wedding. We created our own playlist for everything and Travis literally played everything! He didn’t play any songs we did not want. He played every song my husband and I requested too. My photographer had to leave due to how long I had her for and Travis stepped in immediately to get photos and videos of our sparkler exit. If you’re looking for a DJ for your wedding do not hesitate. He’s the BEST!!! -

FMG Event Company was absolutely amazing for our daughter’s wedding! From start to finish, their service and organization were top-notch. The DJ kept the energy high all night with a perfect mix of music that had everyone on the dance floor. They truly knew how to keep the party going!
One of the highlights was the cold spark machine—it added such a fun and magical touch to the celebration, and our guests are still talking about it. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and highly recommend FMG Event Company for anyone looking for an unforgettable event! -

Travis is wonderful! He’s a DJ that is able to read the room, doesn’t just stick to a script but is able to embellish if needed, and really knows his stuff when it comes to weddings. He was so right when he said it would take time to get the guests out of the building for our private final dance, was able to fit in a last minute change with our unexpected speeches from our best man and matron of honor, played all of the right music to get the dance party going, and has an amazing app to select music and add timelines. Definitely consider Travis for your DJ needs! -

Working with Travis was a breeze for my wedding! He DJ'ed and did my uplighting and we had a great time working together! His planning app makes it SUPER easy to figure out what you want/care about as far as music goes, and my dance floor was cranking the whole time! Thanks Travis! -

Our wedding
Our DJ, Nick, was great! I sent him a playlist of songs that we wanted to hear so he could know our vibe. He played them and added his own stuff and it was awesome. There is never a dull moment. He did a fantastic job! FMG event company does fantastic work! 10/10 recommend! -

Travis is the BEST DJ!!
I could not recommend Travis more!! He was the best DJ for our wedding!! He was actually DJ’ing a friends wedding and that’s how we found him and we knew watching him he is fantastic at creating a fun dance floor. All of our friends complimented how great he was and how fun our wedding was. I also appreciated that he was very accessible throughout the whole process and I had no worries going into the day. If I could hire him for every event I would!! -

Travis was absolutely awesome at our wedding last weekend! My now husband and I met Travis at a Bridal show in Charlotte last year and we both immediately knew we wanted Travis to be a part of our day. He was very easy to talk to, explained the process, and just made it one less thing for us to stress about. On the day of the wedding he was amazing! I literally still have friends telling us how good the music selection was and how great Travis was! We can’t thank Travis enough for making our day so great!! -

A DJ can, and often does, make or break an event. I can honestly say that, besides my beautiful dress and my husband's sweet face, that Travis was one of my favorite parts of my wedding! Travis was AMAZING! He was so easy to work with and truly did a great job DJing our wedding. From songs during the ceremony, to announcing the bridal party, to keeping the dance floor going, we couldn't have asked for anyone better! The photobooth was also a HUGE hit! We loved how easy it was to use and everyone got their photos sent straight to their phone and we got emailed a link to all of them from the night. Would highly recommend FMG! -

Happiest Night of My Life
FMG Event Company was PHENOMENAL! My then , fiancé and I were struggling with song suggestions , that best compliment the fluidity of the ceremony and they assisted so eloquently. They knew exactly how to keep the crowd going and when to give us newly weds a break on the dance floor. FMG & Travis were absolutely amazing! Our reception was amazing! He was on point with all of our music and keeping everyone moving. I can't say enough great things about him! Travis was amazing at my wedding and is definitely the best DJ I've ever witnessed in my life. He MADE it a party. He was so funny too! Travis is definitely talented and if you're looking for a DJ for your wedding, or even next event, I recommend Travis. Like don't go anywhere else lol. Go to Travis!! He got to know us and everything. He helped us with any questions and was on point. He's funny, sweet, talented, professional and can make ANYONE and EVERYONE get down and have a great time. I was so behind on organizing a playlist, getting songs together........ I had a last min. change.......Travis is an amazing person and the music was perfect from start to finish. You will NOT be disappointed and your expectations will be blown out of the water. Travis was awesome! Everyone from the wedding praised him afterwords. He made the music in our ceremony seamless and beautiful and he made the music and activities in the reception an absolute blast!! He entertained my 85-year-old grandparents while also entertaining our college friends...he's talented!I would highly recommend Travis. He communicates so well before, during and after the wedding to ensure that he's on the same page as the bride and groom. We HIGHLY recommend!! -

40th birthday party
He nailed it. He was great upfront and extremely professional. Despite all my crazy requests he played my favorite songs from country to the macarena and made my party. So glad we scored the best DJ in Charlotte. Thank you and cant wait to use him again. He also did a light show with the selection. The younger crowd love it. -
