- We worked with Floyds DJ Services for our wedding, and let me tell you, Orlando (who specializes the hosting aspect) and Kacey (his wife, who specializes in the DJing aspect) are a dream sound team. If you are having a wedding or big event and you want to make sure your guests will actually get up and dance, Floyds DJ Services is the best vendor for you. Not only are their prices are extremely competitive, they are unlike any other DJ/host combo you’ve probably ever seen. All of our guests enthusiastically flooded onto the dance floor the moment it opened, thanks to Floyds DJ Services. Our guests’ music tastes range so widely, so I was nervous that our guests wouldn’t all be able to connect with the music at the same time, but Orlando is an expert at adapting to any crowd mix and keeping guests engaged. Kacey worked with us personally throughout our planning process to understand our needs and wedding logistics to ensure that we had all the necessary equipment and kind of music we wanted for each of our wedding festivities. Though we didn’t need specialized lighting for our wedding specifically, they also offer their own lighting services as well. 10/10 recommendation for any event you may have. -

Kacey and her husband were great! They were super professional and easy to work with. Since 90% of our guests were Persian, they accommodate our request to mainly play Persian songs. Even though that they were not familiar with the lyrics, they did a great job mixing the Persian playlist i gave them with their own selected songs. Everyone was in the dance floor and loved their service. I highly recommend them. They made our special night more unique and I really enjoyed working with them. -

Excellent service!
My original DJ had an family emergency but he set us up with one of his best back up - Floyds DJ services 4 days before the wedding. I was alittle nervous since I’ve never worked with Kacey and her husband before but we went through the timeline together and I sent her all the YouTube links to the songs that wasn’t popular. They definitely delivered and provided the best experience! They played all the songs I wanted and kept the dance floor alive! They also played our last song outside with the reception inside. Thank you Kacey and your husband for the best night ever!! -

I cannot recommend Kacey and her husband enough. They MADE our wedding reception. Due to covid, we were limited to 50 people after originally planning for 125. Floyd’s DJ services made the room feel like it was full with 200 people. EVERYONE was up and dancing, end those who were strictly social distancing.
I would book them a million times over. Want to have another party just to book them.
Just book them. Affordable, amazing, professional. Ugh, can’t say enough good things. -

Floyd’s DJ worked our wedding and made it an absolutely amazing experience! The music is such a huge part of any successful party and they make sure to bring the energy and heart required to make that happen. Their philosophy is - so much money, time and planning goes into these events and they want to do their part to make sure everyone has a fantastic and memorable time. I have never encountered a more fantastic event entertainer. Seriously, DON’T look ANY further! Book this DJ!! -

Awesome, awesome, awesome! If you're looking for a great DJ in the DMV I definitely recommend Floyds. This husband and wife duo is worth their weight in gold and so affordable. From booking to the day of Kacey was extremely quick to respond to all my questions and requests. She even reminded me of details that I had totally forgot about like uplighting and dance floor lights. We started a little late and there were a few delays with the timeline but Kacey and her husband were able to roll and quickly adjust accordingly. The sound during the reception and ceremony was perfect, as was the music. They were truly the unsung heroes of a wedding and they came through for us to provide excitement and fun for our guests. We will be eternally grateful and mindful to recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks! -

Floyd's did my vow renewal on August 4th 2019 there was so amazingly patient and flexible as there were a few hiccups they made everything smooth and make sure that everything was amazing they're up lighting is beautiful they're very professional and I love the husband and wife team Floyd's is the only way to go I will use them for every event that I ever have don't second-guess! Floyd's DJ service did an excellent job for our wedding in May 2019. They made sure every thing was exactly how we wanted it. For the names in our wedding party they made sure they pronounced it correctly. I would recommend them over and over for their excellent work. I appreciate them for an outstanding job and we will use them for future events. -

So i have a chance to talk to Kacey several times prior to the event. She was quick to respond to questions and phone calls and even emails. they where quick to work with me and help me establish the mood that i was looking to create. One the day of the wedding they showed up exactly when they said they would (about a hour before the event even started) her and her husband where quick to walk the area and provide suggestions and advice to create the perfect mood. they where flexible and adapable to several "staffing" emergancies and kept things rolling and fun. her husband MC'd like it was no bodies business. he kept the mixed crowd entertained and easily adapted and worked with the intinerary that we provided him. whenever thier was a question he was smooth and quick to get confirmation from us before he did anything. we will be keeping thier contact information for the future for any events that we plan that will need a DJ/MC. this dynamic couple know what they are doing and they are good at what they do. -

This dynamic duo was an absolute blessing. They were extremely accommodating during both the ceremony and the reception. We had very specific songs that we needed and they came through without any issues. They arrived with plenty of time for set up and sound check. They stayed a little later when we ran late on our exit strategy...came up with a last minute crowd entertainer while we scurried to get our things packed in the car for the honeymoon. Orlando was such a funny Emcee, and Kacey handled the spinning and the business wonderfully. Communication was excellent. Any questions I had in the lead up were answered promptly. We had a couple technical glitches day of but all was redeemed with their wonderful personalities, both absolute sweethearts and wonderful entertainers. The crowd was pleased and the dance floor packed right up to the last minute. I'm absolutely grateful for the effort they put into making our wedding great. God bless you both!
