Amazing work!
Captured moments beautifully even though ours was a traditional Indian Hindu wedding. No frills contract, very flexible to work with. Finished product was an elegantly made photo album, a short trailer video and a long video. Loved every bit! -

Jefrey and his team were a pleasure to work with.. me and my husband are the “awkward people” in front of a camera, and they made us feel very comfortable every step of the way. They helped us with poses and shots to get that they thought would look great, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He/They captured one of the best days of our lives in the most memorable way, and I’ll forever be thankful for them sharing our day and making it so special. -

We hired Jefrey for our wedding about a year ago but the pandemic changed our wedding plans. We decided to postpone our wedding to next year but last minute decided to do an intimate ceremony. I contacted Jefrey just two weeks before our intimate wedding and he was very responsive and luckily was available. Our highlight video made everyone cry and the quality is very high definition. He came with his drone and blew everyone away. He also came with different cameras to get different shots and angles which we greatly appreciated and loved seeing people’s reactions to our vows during the ceremony! His prices are very fair and affordable. We can’t wait to have him again for our big wedding next year! -

I usually don't leave negative reviews but I don't want other brides to make the same mistake. This was the biggest mistake in our wedding planning. FlowNation Productions were recommended to us by a friend whose cousin used them. Communication started out great, Jefrey was responsive and gave us everything we needed. We met with him twice to discuss our needs and then signed the contract. On our wedding day, Jefrey was 45 minutes late but he was professional during the ceremony and reception. It seemed like everything was going great. He left at his scheduled time and told us it would be about 6-8 weeks until we received our video. After 9 weeks, I reached out and he said he was working on it and it would be sent soon. 12 weeks after wedding, he sent us the short highlight film which was amazing but he still hadn't sent us our full length video. 15 weeks after our wedding, we got it in the mail. We waited to watch it with our family and it was far from what we expected. The transitions were awful and we were missing footage that we saw him film. When I reached out to Jefrey, he said he was too busy right now and to give him a couple days. That was January 26th and I still have not heard from him. Would I recommend him? No. He is incredibly unprofessional once payment is received. A wedding is a once and lifetime event and my video from it is sub par. Sure he is cheaper than others but at what cost? -

One would expect their wedding day to be captured by a hired professional and be delivered a product that was nothing short of exceptional. Unfortunately, this did not happen with Flownation.
Prior to hiring, we watched videos they posted on their social media pages and became impressed with the quality of their work, so we decided to go with them. Up until our wedding day, everything was great. Communication was efficient, details we wanted were seemingly acknowledged, and overall we thought we made the right choice.
On our wedding day, 10/10/2020 the videoagrapher arrived to capture our day. They were present for all the moments we wanted captured. After the wedding was over with, everything spiraled downhill quickly. They became unresponsive and always had an excuse for delays in responding--months without a response.
When we finally received our video, it was poor quality. The editing was atrocious, music transitions were awful, they didn't include moments we expected to be captured, and you could hear talking in the background (assuming it was the editor(s) voices). It was a slap in the face watching it the first time compared to the breathtaking moment it should have been.
Since receiving the product, we raised our concern to the owner via email and still have yet to receive a response. We sent a follow-up email again today (August 2021) on an email chain we started in March and still have yet to hear back from.
They have been the most unprofessional vendor I have ever worked with. As a wedding couple we are dissatisfied and disappointed. Heed our advice as a couple, and myself as a wedding coordinator, take your business elsewhere and do not fall victim to the false hopes projected by initial emails and their social media pages previews. -

Initially, Flownation seems great. Their pricing is fair and communication seems to be great. After the wedding the video is never delivered and communication goes unanswered. I was married in September 2022 and to date have not received what I paid for. The owner refuses to answer and if he does there is always an excuse and a promise that the video will be completed "soon". Please invest your money elsewhere, I promise you will be disappointed in paying your hard earned money to this company. My husband and I are heartbroken. -

Long story short after 9 months of getting married we never received our video. Jefrey promised us multiple times but until now none of what he promised was fulfilled. He is very unprofessional and a liar. He pretty much ghosted us, what I meant by this is he has stopped responding to us in any type of way such as fb messenger, texts, call, email, IG messenger. As much as possible we would not like to file lawsuit on him because me and my
Husband are very understanding but we are just sad as other clients he had scammed. Jefrey I hope you read this and I hope you know what Karma means. -

I never received my daughters wedding video she got married August 7, 2021. I was told it was being mailed several weeks ago, when I emailed them back several times they will not respond. I am very upset these people were trusted with such a special occasion that only happens once for most people now we will never have the wedding memories in a video. I feel mislead, scammed, and they are not a professional company. Please do not use this company or you may not get your precious memories!!!!!! So disappointed
