  Amazing Floral Designs

  Flowers Living is absolutely outstanding! When I began researching florists in Tuscany, their work was published all over the popular wedding websites and blogs in the US. They are versatile, creative and their designs exceeded all of my expectations! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist in Italy!

  Wonderful Floral Team

  We had a two day wedding in Florence in May of 2019. We visited Flowers Living in Arezzo in September of 2018 to work on our ideas with our planner from The Tuscan Wedding. Right away we felt comfortable and excited about what would come next. Marta took the time to walk us through pricing options to maximize impact in our budget and worked with us to create a special feature to decorate our mandap for the second wedding. On the wedding weekend, my husband and I were completely blown away. Everything exceeded our expectations. I will always appreciate the hard work and professionalism that went into everything that the team at Flowers Living put in. They also handled all of our decor rentals to really create a special weekend for us.

  Flowers Living were recommended by our wedding planners super tuscan wedding planners. unfortunately when the flowers arrived to be set up on our wedding day they were already dying and drooping. also for the amount we paid, we expected a lot higher quality and quantity of flowers - they definitely don't look like the photos we agreed with them. luckily the rest of our wedding was amazing which offset this disapointment!

  Unprofessional

  Planned destination wedding which makes everything more complex. Due to COVID our flights were cancelled and Italy was red zones everywhere therefore wedding in our beautiful destination was as well. Contacted them well over 30 days before the wedding day and they were extremely inflexible. Told me to fly through another airport, Tuscany was the healthiest place, and it was my fault I was cancelling because they would still deliver flowers day of. They would not return any money already paid. I begged but they would not help. Flowers were definitely not purchased for my wedding at that point, much less arranged. I was the easiest bride, took 2 emails to prepare my estimate and I didn’t waste their time. Be careful and ask specific questions before signing anything with them!! I don’t recommend based on the lack

  Terrible company with no morals

  We had our wedding planned for Italy in May 2020, which was postponed to May of 2021 due to COVID. In January 2021 we started to get worried that Italy would not be open by May and we would not be able to enter the country. We spoke with Flowers Living countless times about how if borders are not open by end of March, we would need to cancel our wedding. Even with 2 full months notice, Flowers Living was not willing to give back a single dollar. They kept a $3000 deposit for flowers they never had to buy or deliver. We tried for months to work with them and they wouldn't offer us a thing. All 10 of our other vendors gave us back between 50-75% of our money, but not Flowers Living. They decided that they were keeping all $3000 and stopped communicating with us. They would not even offer us 50% of our money back. Keep in mind this was months before the wedding, they did not have to buy, deliver, or set up flowers at all. They kept all $3000 for absolutely nothing.
  
  I strongly recommend finding a different florist for your wedding. Don't use this company that has no morals and no desire to do what is right.

  We kept the date for you until 2 days before your wedding date without no written cancellation by your side but you already changed your mind and decided to get married in another country.
  We lost other weddings for that date just because you didn’t release the date but you were celebrating in Santo Domingo!!! This is correct??
  COVID excuse is not an option , where you decided to postpone your wedding from 2020 to 2021 you knew we were in the middle of a pandemic situation. In May 2021 we were able to finalize our service because we were free to work and with no restrictions. Let’s say you changed your plans and your Tuscan wedding was not yet a priority. All the best
