  So amazing!

  Michelle was so wonderful to work with!
  
  As a 2020 bride who got married in December during the MN wedding reception shut down, our initial plan changed multiple times in the month and a half leading up to our wedding day. Michelle was so responsive, flexible, and willing to make it work for us no matter what our final plan ended up being with flowers. We got married in a small ceremony with just our immediate family, which decreased our flower needs from the many bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and decorative centerpieces we requested for our initial plan to only one bridal bouquet and one grooms boutonnière. Michelle was so sweet and accommodating, and was more than happy to change the order and still provide these limited items for us! The flowers turned out gorgeous, made the pictures look amazing, and were exactly what I had in mind!
  
  We rescheduled our wedding reception for Fall 2021, and Michelle was so accommodating with the postponement. I would highly recommend booking Michelle for your wedding - I am SO excited that I have the opportunity to work with her again in a few months!

  Michelle did an AMAZING job with our wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages! We only gave her some general information with what we wanted, and she just ran with it in the most beautiful, stunning way!! We were so thrilled with the results and everyone commented on how beautiful and vibrant the flowers were. She was incredibly easy to work with and very accommodating, and made the entire process completely stress-free. I would recommend Michelle to anyone in Minnesota for their wedding flower needs!!

  Michelle Fairbanks is an amazing florist! She made my dreams come true! Everyone loved the flowers at my wedding and even fought over taking the centerpieces home at the end of the reception!

  Do. Not. Hire.

  Do not recommend her to any bride I know. Michelle was great to work with before the wedding day (except our first meeting where she told me how she’d be charging me double if not triple what she paid for at wholesale, how freaking rude). My bouquet was not at all what I wanted (except one succulent that fell off before the ceremony even started), all of my bridesmaids flowers broke, all of the boutonnières were wilted and half broke, my flower girl petals were the wrong color and she didn’t even make my flower crown. She made one on site but it was NOT what I wanted. The day of she also felt the need to call me to tell me that she was going to be late and didn’t have many of the flowers ready anymore instead of calling anyone but the freaking bride. I reached out to her afterwards because we were given her vases and I still have had no response (a week later). Really disappointed that I have to try to communicate through a Facebook review to try to get my refund. Do not hire her. Period.

  I am devastated that Ashley wasn’t happy with her flowers! It is ALWAYS my goal to make a bride happy!! This bride reached out with her concerns on October 30th via Facebook, and I was not able to respond immediately due to an emergency dental procedure and working on another wedding! Im just going to say that there are several areas of this review that are not totally accurate! Once in a while there are mishaps within a wedding, but I will ALWAYS do my best to fix them! At the end of the day, Ashley made a beautiful bride and the wedding went on as if nothing had happened 💕
  Please do not let one negative review hinder your decision in hiring me as your florist! We are all human and everyone can have a slip up every now and then!
  I wish Ashley and Jake the very best as they embark on their new life together as husband and wife!!
