    Great experience

    This shop was great. I only did my bouquet and 2 bridesmaids bouquets but they were absolutely gorgeous, and exactly what we had discussed a year earlier. My mother took my bouquet home, and she said the flowers stayed fresh looking for almost two weeks.

    The team at flowers by Edith, were amazing, my consultation was so throughout and made me feel like every flower was accounted for. Their prices are very reasonable, especially because we had 16 people in our wedding party plus grandmas, and parents! I will be definitely using flowers by Edith for my next flower need from here on out’

    The staff and owner at Flower's by Edith is a delight to work with. I'm planning my upcoming wedding, and they have made the process so easy and stress free. They were willing to work within my budget, and were quite patient and helpful during the selection process (which took 3 hours). I can't wait to see my flowers in November.

    Vickie from Flowers by Edith was AMAZING! I didn't want to have a lot of flowers at our wedding and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on them. I showed her a picture of the bridal bouquet that I wanted and she delivered something even better! I also wanted to do very custom boutonnieres. wanted to use a kumquat and I wasn't sure if it would be possible. I showed her what I wanted and they were perfect! Everyone commented how pretty all of our flowers were! I was so impressed and everything was so affordable!

    Flowers by Edith made my bouquet for my wedding and it was gorgeous! I had something in mind when I went in there and after explaining it to the owner she totally knew what I was going for and what she ended up creating was even more beautiful than what I had imagined! I highly recommend her!

    I live in Tampa and had to order my wedding bouquet over the phone. At first I was gonna use silk roses but decided a week before the wedding I wanted a real one for myself. Flowers by edith made that happen. My bouquet came out beautiful and everything I wanted!!!!

    Our experience with Flowers by Edith in the planning of my daughters wedding could not have been better. Vicky was creative, professional, organized and absolutely delightful! On the actual wedding day their team went "above and beyond" to make the wedding a beautiful success. Their work is beautiful!!

    Vicki is WONDERFUL. She was very helpful when I realized 3 days before that I was going to be short one persons flower, and was quick to help me get the situation corrected. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful!

    If I could give Flowers by Edith more than 5 stars, I would! Vicki was a joy to work with and really made my vision come to life. I love this shop and will definitely be using them for future floral needs. Thanks so much!!!

    We chose Flowers by Edith to handle our flowers for our daughter's wedding because they provided the flowers for our wedding 26 years ago. Vicky was FABULOUS to work with and very knowledgeable in guiding her to her perfect flowers! Vicky helped us to decorate the church and the reception elegantly along with the Bridal bouquet and the Bridesmaids' bouquets which were breath-taking! All our flowers were gorgeous and Flowers by Edith did exactly what we wanted and helped make our daughter's wedding beautiful! The church and reception looked so beautiful when we arrived and absolutely exceeded our expectations! Flowers by Edith has been in business a long time and their reputation speaks for itself. They are wonderful to work with!

    Pros: I brought in a picture of a bridal bouquet that I liked and Vicky took it all from there. I never even got to meet her in person until the day of the wedding, although my mom did go it to hash out a few things. She was great to work with and came up with THE MOST beautiful head table centerpieces ever which were a great value for the drama they brought to the room!

    Cons: Mom-in-law went to the shop by herself the week of the wedding to buy a few extra stems to place around the room (bathroom, porch, etc). And they told her that these flowers were going to be used in our wedding, but they were not. Minor detail though, they were still similar with good colors, but just not the same.

    What can I say, Vicki and her staff made the wedding beautiful. They took our vision and brought it to life. Their work is incredible. I will recommend Flowers by Edith to anyone and everyone who is ever in need of a florist.

    Flowers were an EXTREMELY important part of my wedding. I know a lot about flowers and was very particular about what I wanted. I met with Vicky very soon after I got engaged and she was absolutely delightful. She listened to all my desires and didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. She had great suggestions and was very excited to work with me. I booked her right away! Throughout the months before my wedding she kept me in the loop and was always so helpful. She even knew me by name if I would pop into her store, which surprised me because I am sure she deals with many brides. She made me feel so special. She also let me in see my flowers when they arrived. That was such an exciting moment for me and to most they wouldn't understand my excitement but she recognized my genuine love for flowers. When I saw my bouquets and arrangements, I had to catch my breath. The flowers were absolutely perfect. Better than perfect. Everyone was talking about how gorgeous my flowers were and it was all thanks to Flowers by Edith! I was one happy bride!! Thank you Vicky!

    I had a wonderful experience picking out my flowers and table settings for my wedding and reception. The staff was very attentive and came up with unique solutions to fit my budget. The flowers were beautiful and everything I could have wished for. The tables at the reception looked wonderul. I was very happy with their service.

    I had such an amazing experience with Flowers by Edith. I started planning my wedding a year in advance and didn't know much about planning such a big event. The owner, Vicki, always met with me personally. She was very thorough in our meetings and educated me in the process. There was nothing that Vicki could not do and she was willing to work with any budget. On the wedding day, every bouquet was tagged with the bridesmaid it belonged to. This made it very stress free on a day that can be a bit overwhelming. I will most definitely use Flowers by Edith again, the played such a big part in my fairy tale wedding.

    Flowers by Edith did a great job on my bouquet! They really listed to what I wanted and were able to do some pretty unique things. I felt like they were a bit pricey for the size of the bouquet I got, but the quality was really wonderful! If you're looking for a florist in Lakeland, I would definitely recommend them.

    I met with the owner of the floral shop, Victoria, for an initial appointment. I told her my “vision” and we worked out exactly what I was looking for in each bouquet. She understood that I was looking for BRIGHT pops of color. She showed me photos of work she had done with the bright colors and they looked GREAT! I ended up ordering my bouquet, 5 BM Bouquets, 9 bouts and 2 corsages. She was very nice, and had a great personality.

    To start, I LOVED my bouquet. The bouts came out awesome, and the corsages were particularly lovely! I have nothing but rave reviews for those items.

    My BMs bouquets were exactly the right shape and size, but instead of being the bright orange I expected, they were peach. And because the other colors were yellow and bright green, the colors looked more contrasting than I would have liked. Now, I understand that sometimes flowers don’t come out the way they look in books. However, if I had known there could be that much of a variance, I would have picked pink as the main color – because even if they were a duller pink, they still would have matched the overall scheme, whereas the peach clashed. Also, I would have welcomed a quick phone call when the flowers arrived letting me know that they were more peach than expected – so it wouldn’t have been as big a surprise.

    As it was, I had scheduled just enough time to grab them and go, and in the greater scheme of things it really wasn’t that big a deal, so I didn’t voice my complaint to them – therefore I cannot say what kind of response there was to my issue. I have used them in the past as my floral shop and will continue to use them, but I think that could have gone better.

    Flowers were the last thing that we book- 4month planning will do that to a person! So we had about 4weeks left then we went to Edith's. The wedding consultant had a beautiful little display area and we felt very comfortable and not presured. She gave excellent examples of flowers and arrangments. It was great. I specifically wanted white roses in my bouquet- my favorite- and I got these weird, multi layered white flowers that I suppose was a version of a rose but I was very sadened by them. Everything else was gorgeous and I found out that the wedding consultant gave our case to her assistant b/c she had to attend a funeral- so she was not the one making my bouquet. They were still pretty but not what i wanted.

    My bouquet was great. However, my wedding colors consisted of purple shades and white colors and my center table pieces had PINK flowers in them... I never wanted or asked for that. Thankfully, most guests did not notice. Other than that, I was pleased.

    We chose Flowers by Edith because they did all of my floral arrangements for anniversaries and engagement proposal so we knew they provided beautiful arrangements. So for our wedding we were excited to use Vickie. Our initial consult went great she was friendly and we picked out what we wanted. We booked her almost a year in advance. I did LOVE my bridal bouquet but was saddened and disappointed by everything else. It was not what I expected and not what we had discussed. We expected and should have received WAY more for the price we paid. Our centerpieces were more "greenery/leaves" than flowers. I wish she would have put more work into the centerpieces as she did the bridal bouquet.
