Alana is an absolute visionary! What an incredible experience to work with her. I don't know a thing about flowers. I just gave her a few key words and a vibe, and she took those and ran, creating the most beautiful centerpieces and bouquets for my fall wedding. She is easy to communicate with and an absolute professional at what she does. Not to mention, her prices are very fair for the art she creates. She has been the florist for 2 of my friends' weddings, and now mine, and now I will recommend her and sing her praises to anyone who will listen! -

Alana is an amazing floral designer and very professional!
We hired Flowers by Alana for our September 2025 wedding and couldn’t have been happier with the florals she provided for our gorgeous flowers! Alana was very professional and very responsive to our ideas and design questions. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her and appreciated her craftsmanship, punctuality and sincerity. She was so happy on our wedding day to be there with us and we could feel that throughout the process. Book early, you’ll be so glad you did. -

I truly get teary-eyed thinking about the beautiful flowers that Alana designed for my wedding. As a native-Oregonian who moved away 6 years ago, having locally grown flowers from the soil of my old stomping grounds was so important to me, and Alana went above and beyond to make this happen. She captured the rustic, yet elegant wildflower aesthetic that I was aiming for, incorporating pops of color and greenery that took my breath away. I loved my bouquet reveal too--she stuck around to physically hand me my bouquet and explain the best way to hold it to display the flowers appropriately, and I just love that I have these photos capturing that special moment I got to have with her on my wedding day. She truly is one-of-a-kind, and if you book her, she will take your vision and make it happen. I love you so much Alana! Thank you for being such an amazing part of our special day. -

Alana was such a dream to work with! She was so kind and encouraging from the very first call! It gave me so much peace during the planning process to know I had such a knowledgable florist who understood my vision and wanted to make all our dreams come true. I don't know a lot about flowers but Alana was so great at explaining things and listing out the exact flowers she intended to use that I could see it all coming together perfectly. She was so flexible with us as we removed and added different pieces throughout planning and was always putting our needs at the forefront.
The moment she handed me my bouquet on the day of our wedding, that will always be a core moment. It truly completed the look and made me feel like a bride! Walking through the venue together was so surreal, it was our garden inspiration come to life. All of the colors were so soft and matched the aesthetic we wanted perfectly! And truly all of the flowers she used were stunning, we got so many compliments on all of the florals pieces people were thrilled they could take the centerpieces home.
Not only did she make the most beautiful floral pieces for our big day but she was so thoughtful and kind the entire day. She put everything in the shade and kept things inside until necessary to prevent the surprise heat from wilting anything. She gave the bridesmaids and I tips on how to hold our bouquets for the best angles and when to wet/dry them. Alana went above and beyond to make sure the day ran smoothly for us even after she left the venue.
Alana was a dream to work with and we are forever grateful that she was a part of our big day! -

Alana provided the flowers and greenery for our wedding party. I gave her the pictures of my dress and our vision for our PNW themed event, and she ran with it and made everything perfect. My bouquet specifically and all the rest of the flowers matched beautifully, and the greenery helped bring life into the venue. She also worked well with our designer to make the centerpieces come alive. Thank you so much! -

Being in the wedding industry myself, I have had the privilege of working with dozens of florists. And believe me, there is a huge difference between them all in skill, talent, professionalism and personality. I have worked with Alana dozens of times over the last few years and can honestly say she's the best all around! Any time I personally need flowers, she's the one I call. I also recently attended one of her wreath-making workshops and my expectations were greatly exceeded! I always recommend her to my closest friends because I know they'll be in good hands. She is creative, consistent with her quality, style, and delivery, is very reliable and professional, and is super friendly. You won't regret hiring her! -

I hit a wall when it came to wedding flowers, I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted or where to ever start. I searched wedding flowers near me and found a website where I filled in some information and that would be sent to vendors near me. Not fully believing this would work but I would give it a shot. I ended up getting an email a few hours later from Flowers by Alana, so I decided to take a look and I fell in love. The reviews with pictures of other past wedding and how beautiful they were, truly made my decision to go with her. She was actually able to chat that day about flowers. I was nervous but shared what I was potentially thinking and my vision for the wedding with colors and the style. She was patient with me as I changed my mind a few times, but ultimately was able to get exactly what I hoped for. My only wish is that I would have looked into preserving wedding bouquets, so I could continue to look at the beauty of the flowers and be reminded of our wedding day. I put my trust in Alana and she did not disappoint, everyone loved the hard work she put into making every arrangement perfect. -

Excellent and Beautiful!
Hiring Flowers by Alana for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made! Alana is a consummate professional and her work is outstanding. The entire process was easy and fun! She took the time to understand my vision, preferences, and budget. We looked at inspirational photos together and she provided great feedback (pros and cons) which led to her designing something really beautiful, original, and lasting. The flowers were so versatile and stunning that my husband and I sacrificed other things just to be able to take every arrangement back to our home and enjoy them for as long as possible. Flowers by Alana was such a great partner to have from start to finish! Thank you for making our day look as beautiful as it felt!

My husband and I hired Alana for our small intimate wedding at Trillium Lake back in June. From the beginning of our vendor search for a florist, I had a vision in mind. I wanted something unique that would fit our venue and my style perfectly. I had seen Alana's work in a staged wedding shoot she had previously been a part of and was blown away by her work. I was a bit nervous that someone would understand my vision, especially since we only spoke on the phone since my husband and I live in CA. After our phone conversation, I just knew that Alana was going to make my vision come true! She was so well versed in guiding my thoughts on what I wanted and how to execute them into the perfect bouquet and arrangements. Throughout our communications leading up to the wedding, Alana was always professional, kind, and very responsive. I added a few items closer to the wedding date and she made it happen without an issue! On the big day, Alana arrived promptly and with all the flowers neatly in tow. Although we only interacted for a bit, her work completely spoke for itself! I was in shock when I saw my bouquet and the rest of my arrangements. It was exactly what I had in mind- and she was able to pull it off with only a phone conversation, a few emails, and my Pinterest board in tow. Everything was absolutely stunning, and I was so happy with how all of my flowers turned out- from the boutonnieres to my bridal party bouquets- everything was picture perfect. I would recommend hiring Alana in a heartbeat! -

If you are a couple with a big, bold vision, Alana is your GIRL! We were so grateful she wholeheartedly embraced our ideas and truly brought our vision to life. We asked for a moody, woodland fairytale and that is exactly what we got - and much more! She perfectly captured our intention and got creative to work within our budget, adding ideas and concepts we hadn't even considered. She dived right in when we told her my wife wanted to carry an axe(!!) down the aisle and made it the true statement piece of the wedding. My bouquet was beyond what I could have hoped for and creatively paid homage to family. Alana is a true artist and wholly embraced us as a couple, celebrating who we are. Alana is an incredible professional that any couple would be fortunate to work with on their special day. A month before the wedding, we had some floral adjustments for the ceremony- she took our idea and ran with it, going above and beyond anything we could have imagined! Alana clearly loves what she does, and has an obvious talent. It is such a joy to work with people who are passionate and talented! When we arrived on-site, she checked in with us to make sure we loved everything, and how could we not! Prior to working with Alana we thought about doing out own florals. I'm so glad we went with a professional who ensured everything was perfect, was flexible when the weather changed, and allowed our family and friends to enjoy time together leading up to the wedding (rather than racing around and trying to put together arrangements). We loved how she added hops to our arrangements as my husband is a brewer. I would definitely recommend working with Alana. -

We had initially planned on a 120 person wedding with a large wedding party. Alana worked with me and my excited future mother in law to come up with a specific plan for the event down to the types of flowers and fillers. Then COVID happened and we started reducing the number of centerpieces and then eventually eloped. Alana was super flexible with the changes and ended up making us a gorgeous bouquet and boutonniere. She made the bouquet I was envisioning even though I couldn't articulate it. It is now sitting on my dining table. Couldn't recommend her more! -

Simply amazing
Alana is so knowledgeable in florals. I showed her pictures of what my ideas were and she was able to name all the flowers and tell me if they were in season or not. What I really liked it that she was also able to tell me "like flowers" to replace some that were just out of my budget. All my arrangements turned out beautiful and just like I envisioned. -

Talking to Alana about my vision was great! I felt good about the vision and everything on the day was beautiful, but I thought everything was going to be a little bit ‘fuller’ than what it was and especially for how much money I paid (specifically my bouquet, arbor and table garland). She was also so busy that she couldn’t do a walk through at the venue with me, which makes your planning as the bride a little bit more stressful. Overall, it was all beautiful, but this was my most expensive vendor and was hoping for a little bit more for the price. -

For our wedding we decided to lean in to the vibe at our woodsy venue and just have greenery with no florals. Alana did an incredible job bringing our vision to life. She is genuinely talented and it is clear she takes her role very seriously. In all honesty, I barely saw Alana day-of since she was setting up while I got ready and did first-look photos with my partner. But when I arrived at the ceremony and reception sites everything was set up on time and looked stunning. It was nice to have everything ready to go with no hiccups and nothing needed from me whatsoever.
There were a few times during the planning process where we went back and forth on price and there were definitely moments where it felt as though Alana did not appreciate my trying to cut back in order to fit a tight budget. The $1,000 minimum was not mentioned until after our initial consulting call and pretty far into our email discussion. That said, her prices were similar to other florists in the area and in the end it felt worth it the incredible skill that went into making everything look beautiful. I would absolutely hire Alana again and recommend her to anyone getting married in the area. -

I wouldn’t.
It was over 3k, but you wouldn’t know.
I should’ve gone with my intuition and went with someone else after she asked for the pompas grass to be returned - to be picked out and given back to her, no rate compensation for it. But then she said she found another vendor who could provide her with the pompas and I wouldn’t need to return it to her. But the day of my wedding, there wasn’t anything that was disappointing except for flowers. I asked her about the limp dead looking flowers, she was rude and said that’s the way the plant is. I know what limp brown old flowers look like.
If I could do it again, Id go with someone else. -
