10/10 would recommend Megan & Flower Bar!

Megan and her team at Flower Bar are worth every penny!! The flowers and decor at a wedding create the atmosphere and look 100%, and make the photos so beautiful. AZ Flower Bar took the few ideas I had (all I gave them was a few inspo photos, my colors, and a small list of my likes/dislikes) and they built an amazing array of flower displays and just created the most beautiful, fun space with all their flowers and vases/displays. It was exactly what I wanted, and everything I didn’t know I wanted! They did: 3 bridesmaid bouquets, my bride bouquet, a few wrist corsages, decorated my welcome sign (then repurposed for the cake table), decorated my chuppah (MADE IT AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL, see photos), flower petals/baskets for flower girls, 10 (2-3 different types) guest table flower displays, a beautiful leaf/flower table runner for the head table, and the coolest seating chart display with monstera leaves and flowers, and a few other table flower displays. They provide vases/display containers, come and set it all up and work with you constantly to make sure you love every part of your flowers! Megan was very responsive, flexible, and had a great positive attitude. She made it easy for me, especially on the wedding day! I couldn’t have asked for anything more, and they are definitely worth the cost. Thank you Flower Bar! 10/10 would recommend.

AZFlowerBar provided all of our wedding florals. Meghan has a real gift for design. Since we live out of state, I just told her our theme/ideas (forest floor, whimsical) in a Skype session and Meghan ran with it. I was so impressed with the end result it was exactly what I wanted and more. She made our tablescape and ceremony florals something truly unique and special to us. On the day of she set everything up with such attention to detail and made sure every little thing was in place. You can just trust her artistic talent and attention to detail and let her run with your design and she will not disappoint!

Megan and the Flower Bar team were incredible! I had a vision of doing a very Arizona desert wedding that highlighted the beauty of our desert backdrop. I provided just a few ideas, and Megan built an amazing vision from them. She then mocked up a PDF that had all of the colors, flower types, vision photos, and materials we would use for the wedding. It really helped her vision come to life for me.

Then when we finally got to the big day, the flowers and decor were amazing! They were even better than I had pictured in my head. And on top of that, they got everything set up, delivered, and picked up without even calling me. They did it all through the venue and I didn't even have to think about it. It was gorgeous, and took so much stress off of me.

Flower Bar and their services were absolutely incredible for our October wedding. We could not have been more impressed with their floral arrangements, professionalism, creativity, punctuality, designs and easy-going attitudes. As all brides do, I had an envision of the wedding flowers I wanted for our special day. Flower Bar exceeded my expectations and I was stunned by the beauty of everything they brought to our wedding. The flowers were gorgeous, perfect and elegant. Everything I had wished for and wanted was granted, and done perfectly. I had several guests and bridesmaids compliment the flowers and how beautiful and unique they were. Some had said they were the most beautiful flowers and bouquets they had ever seen! I ended up wanting a small change to the ribbon on my bouquet and Megan made sure they came straight away to take care of it! I had wanted a vintage romance wedding, and the flowers made the theme of our wedding evident. I have so much respect for Flower Bar and would recommend them to all brides. They do not disappoint!

I have been working with Megan at AZ flower bar to design the flowers for my upcoming wedding. We have met multiple times, and I appreciate her patience, attention to detail, and time she takes to understand my vision. I've attended a wedding she worked on and it was stunning. She put together visual renderings for me to look at, which was extremely helpful. I am truly excited to see how it all comes together on the big day!!!

Update: Megan did such an amazing job making my vision come to life. Everything was perfect!! She is so easy to work with and does amazing work. Highly recommended! My bouquet was simply stunning.

Words cannot express how happy I was with the flowers at our wedding. Flower Bar did the ceremony and reception flowers and also designed the ceremony arch. They were all truly breathtaking. I gave Megan inspiration photos, but it turned out so much better than the inspirations! Flower Bar added unique touches that turned out stunning. Please trust Megan with all of your flower needs! She will not disappoint! People are still talking about the flowers from the reception. Simply stunning! Thank you SO much Megan and your team for your vision and creativity.

The Flower Bar was my fifth wedding florist interview. Immediately, when I met Megan I knew that she would provide the creativity my daughter was looking for in her vision for elegant and unique wedding arrangements and bouquets. The other florists were also wedding florists, but their arrangements used the same flowers and vases and their creativity was very limited. It seemed that their creativity was limited, because when you use the same design over and over, it is easy to replicate and therefore more cost effective. After four previous interviews I learned that you get exactly the same “cookie cutter arrangements” from most wedding florists and that was not what my daughter had envisioned for her wedding day.
Megan has an artistic flair that brought a beautiful elegance to the design she presented for the wedding. I met with her several times and because my daughter lives in California, Megan spoke with my daughter many times to go over the design for her wedding day and she included everything that my daughter had asked for and more. When we received the floral design it included a very detailed description and picture of each flower, leaf, succulent and vine; Megan included more details than we ever imagined.
Megan’s design for the bride’s bouquet included a piece of fabric from my own wedding gown, a rosary, succulents, berries and the most beautiful flowers and greenery imaginable. Megan’s flowers were absolutely beautiful in structure, design and elegance. My daughter walked in to the Royal Palms and looked at the flowers in awe, they were stunning. The guests were truly amazed by the beauty that the Flower Bar had created for the wedding. The amount of work and beauty that surrounded us on my daughter’s wedding day was amazing– each flower and arrangement was unique and was absolutely gorgeous and sophisticated.
I highly recommend the Flower Bar it is a professional, trustworthy and creative wedding floral design company.

Megan at The Flower Bar provided our flowers for our wedding at The Clayton on the Park on May 23, 2015 and we couldn't have been more pleased! I was so excited to see my bouquet on my wedding day and it was just as beautiful as I imagined! I also appreciated how the bridesmaid's bouquets complimented my bouquet perfectly but were all different. I loved what she did for setting the elegant tone at each table for the reception with a cuff of flowers and candles, as well as the flowers for the cocktail tables. We received many compliments about the grass hedges that lined the aisle and provided a unique pop of color in the ceremony room. Megan was fun to work with and brainstorm ideas, as well as being professional and organized. I would highly recommend The Flower Bar for any wedding or event!

Megan was AWESOME!!! my flowers turned out better than I could have imagined. They were set up perfectly and looked so darn beautiful in our pictures. She was very responsive and helpful with any of my last minute changes. She also coordinated on her own with my coordinator to help make sure that the table numbers, ect, were correct! I would definitely recommend her to future brides and got her name from a past bride that was very pleased with her services!

I honestly can't say enough about Megan and the wonderful service she provided. The bouquet she made was beyond what I ever could have imagined. After showing her a photo of a bouquet, she managed to duplicate the photo and then some. If you're looking for event or wedding flowers, look no further than the Flower Bar.

I worked with AZ Flower Bar for my wedding flowers in October 2014 and I cannot say enough good things about the shop. What a fantastic place and group of people! My fiance and I were planning our wedding from out of town and they really made the planning easy and seamless. When we met with Megan and discussed initial ideas I knew she understood the vintage look I was trying to create. After working through the details, I completely trusted her and her team to create amazing arrangements. Megan is knowledgeable, well organized, and creative, and great to work with. The Flower Bar provided the flowers for our daughters wedding at Sassi in Scottsdale, Arizona. When I walked into the Reception Ballroom, I was speechless! I have never seen a Ballroom look more beautiful. I have never met anyone as talented as Megan. My daughter and I told Megan at our first meeting with her the feel that we wanted at the wedding. We wanted something unique and unusual. We allowed Megan and her team complete freedom to create the wedding of our dreams. She did not disappoint! There was not one thing we would of changed. The ceremony site and the Reception Ballroom was perfection. I had no doubts that Megan would do a great job, but she surpassed anything I imagined. All of our guests told me they had never been to a more beautiful wedding. One of the other vendors approached me and said he had been to hundreds of weddings all over the Valley and in all different price ranges and he never seen anything as unique or as beautiful as our wedding. I am so grateful that The Flower Bar was part of my families BIG day. Thank you so much Megan and your talented team. I will absolutely use The Flower Bar for any party or function that I have in the future. I would also recommend The Flower Bar without any hesitation to any of our friends or any of my husband's business associates. Again, thank you Megan for turning my Daughter's wedding a dream come true!

Megan/Flower Bar were amazing. Our flowers were gorgeous and were all due to Megan's creativity. We (not being florists) didn't know exactly what we wanted - we just picked a color and Megan came up with beautiful, modern pieces that we never would have thought of ourselves but matched all of our vague "wants" perfectly. She worked within our budget, made adjustments with ease and generally provided prompt and professional service. No complaints, would absolutely recommend Flower Bar.

I chose Flower Bar because Megan's vision was different than anyone else I had met with. I wanted nothing traditional i.e. no roses or peonies, and I wanted texture galore. She delivered and then some. Her and her team are so talented, they made our wedding feel like a true one of a kind event.

Megan was AMAZING to work with. From the first meeting she was fun, insightful, and really understood my vision for our wedding day. She was prompt and reliable with her responses and flexible with our budget. Of all the services we had to coordinate for our wedding, doing the flowers/décor with Megan and Flower Bar was truly the only thing that was fun and easy from start to finish with absolutely no stress involved. I met with Megan at the Wedding Expo in January 2013 (a year before my wedding). In our short conversation at the expo I could tell that this is her true passion. She understood my concepts and ideas for my wedding from just a short conversation. A couple months after that my (now) husband and I met at her studio. Her studio is gorgeous and gave us such a good feeling about working with Megan. She listened (actually listened) to our ideas, looked at our pinterest board, and showed us recommendations of flowers based on what we said, our budget and being that our wedding is in winter.

She really worked with us to stay in our budget without having to take away from our overall ideas. She was able to find these trees that we saw at ZGallerie and allowed us to rent them, which saved us a ton of money. Her and her team also took on a very time consuming and challenging craft project for us, that saved us money and gave us the look that we were going for - they cut many wine bottles to use for the vases which were re-purposed from the ceremony to the reception. The one thing that my husband said when we were deciding between two different florists is that this is Megan's passion and you can tell by talking to her, so we knew we'd get a beautiful display of flowers at our wedding.

The other company we spoke to didn't actually listen to what we wanted and just gave their suggestions for what we should do, at the end of the day they were running a business and we were just another job. With Megan, we felt like we were another masterpiece that she was creating and she just happened to get paid doing what she loves.

Overall the communication with Megan was great during the process. She even met with us at our venue to talk with our wedding coordinator and discuss the layout of the flowers. The day of ran so smoothly that I never had to worry about how the floral arrangements looked, everything was very organized.

Megan was delightful to work with every step of the way, and totally exceeded our expectations for stunning and unusual wedding flowers!! When the cake provider forgot the cupcake tiers, Megan and our Venue Director created a gorgeous, rustic display for the cupcakes and cake using floor tiles, terra cotta pots, pods, and flowers!! We were totally thrilled with everything Megan provided!!

Megan took my vision and exceeded it and beyond! My ceremony site was dreamlike and my reception center pieces were more than I could of imagined. Even my cocktail tables took the ordinary to the extraordinary! She has a talent for the creative and she stands out from other florists. She was professional, personable, responsive, and reasonably priced.

Megan Carollo was so much fun to work with! From our first meeting, I felt like we were friends already. She completely understood my vision of what I wanted the wedding to look like and created the most beautiful arrangements I could have imagined.

Megan and her team at FlowerBar were amazing. She met with us personally to help us come up with a vision for our day and the result was nothing short of STUNNING. We had many compliments from the ceremony flowers to the reception. I was so overwhelmed with how beautiful it all was. I highly recommend Flower Bar, they were truly one of the best vendors I worked with.

I am so happy I chose Flower Bar as my florist! Megan was very helpful and responsive which was especially appreciated since I planned my wedding in about 4 months. The table scapes turned out exactly as I imagined and their prices were reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend Flower Bar, I couldn't have asked for better service or design!

Megan was absolutely amazing to work with, she was super sweet and was dedicated to accommodating our budget as well as my both mine and my husbands desires. She was great about getting back to me on time and keep open communication during the slower periods. Megan and her team are incredibly talented and they worked hard to make sure that our big day exceeded our expectations!

There is not enough I can say about what a great job Megan and her team did for our wedding! I met with a much larger flower shop in town with many locations prior to meeting with Megan and they went strictly by their book without giving any creative ideas. When I met with Megan she wanted to see what the photos I had in mind, gave her input and by far the most impressive feat - I asked for peonies in November and she made it happen! These are generally a spring flower so I assumed it would be an impossibility but she knew of the right vendor and lo and behold I had peonies not only in my bouquet, but in arrangements throughout the venue.

After going over the various flower types that would work best in our first meeting, Megan immediately sent over a list of who in the bridal party was getting what, along with a design board showing photos of each flower type and color.

My bouquet was pink and purple peonies, ranunculus, garden roses with a few succulents and my bridesmaids had ivory bouquets with similar flowers. The groomsmen had succulent boutonnieres, with my husband having one flower matching my bouquet with his succulent. Everything was absolutely beautiful!!

Megan has amazing vision, a great team behind her and they helped make our wedding day absolutely gorgeous!

Megan is amazing! When we went to speak with her regarding flowers for my daughter's wedding we had some general ideas of the "look" we were going for. Megan had incredible ideas and the results were amazing. The bouquets and boutonnieres were incredible. They looked exactly like fresh picked wildflowers which was the look my daughter wanted. When I walked in and saw the venue I was absolutely stunned at how beautiful the centerpieces were. I got many, many complements on the flowers during the evening. "Stunning" was the word I kept hearing. We had several changes during the planning phase and Megan responded immediately to every email. If you want to work with a professional, enthusiastic, artistic vendor and get amazing results everyone will love call Megan at the Flower Bar!

Megan really went above and beyond with the flowers for my wedding. I had a random vision I made up in my head and she willingly spent a lot of time listening, asking the right questions and ultimately bringing my vision to life. She is beyond flexible with any last minute changes, extremely responsive, creative and easy to work with. She took a lot of the wedding stress off of my hands because she executed quickly and is at the very top of her game so I knew there was nothing to worry about day of. I would recommend her to any bride or for any other special event; she really makes it happen! She truly has a passion for her work and it shows. Thanks again!

Megan and her team of florist provided the most beautiful, unique, and sensational flowers on our wedding day. I was mind-blown seeing the finished product of the flowers on my wedding day. From the bouquets to the center pieces, Megan produced the flowers of my dreams. The Flower Bar has it all! Having been in the design field for over 20 years, I knew when I saw Megan's work I had struck gold. Flower Bar took care of every detail at my reception at the Sanctuary Resort on Camelback Mountain - from drop dead design - to timing - to freshness - AND they worked within my budget. I highly recommend Flower Bar if you want to rest assured your event will be fabulous and worry free.

I am not one to write reviews much, but I have to. My daughter had picked "Flower Bar" before she lost her venue. With having a complete change of scenery and having to adjust what we were planning, the only thing I can say is Megan "nailed it"!. She was able to give the wedding the feel and color my daughter wanted from the ceremony to cocktail hour and reception. She was able to help us with linens and other add ons that were not included in our new venue. She is so easy and flexible to work with..yes we were still making changes the week before. My suggestion is start here first...she can direct you to whatever else you need, and I am confident that she can design whatever décor your looking for.

I'll say it...I'm the girl who was going to skip flowers on her wedding day and now I am going to declare with a Five Star rating: "I am SO happy - I went with Megan and the Flower Bar!". The flower experience was exciting and fun from walking into her beautiful studio to discuss options - to her delivering our flowers on the wedding day with a smile! She combined her artistic talent and listening skills to create a beautiful alter, bouquets and tablescapes that exceeded my expectations! I could not have been happier with my wedding flowers– Megan at Flower Bar is incredible! She was quick to respond to every email and willing to work with me as much as necessary. She took me to look at all types of flowers to get an idea of what I wanted for every aspect and she even visited the venue with me! Since our ceremony was outside, she suggested going through a plant rental service to get some palms and didn’t hesitate to volunteer to work with them directly to streamline the process for us! By the time I arrived at the venue on the big day, she had already worked her magic. The venue had been transformed! She did beautiful floral sprays in front of the venue, a gigantic entryway arrangement, perfect table centerpieces (in the holders that the venue provided, even!) not to mention flowers for the catering tables, sweetheart table, cocktail tables, restrooms and even cake flowers. She coordinated with the plant rental company to accent the entryway, ballroom, and garden areas with potted palms and to have 9’ palms strategically placed to create an altar backdrop– and then she added flowers to them, too! She did a petal runner for me with a monogram at the top of the aisle and even put additional flowers in all the containers that were sparse or empty. To top it off, she created an incredible orchid and ostrich feather hair piece for me to wear. There wasn’t one part of the venue or one member of the wedding party that wasn’t flowered-out! You name it, she can and will do it. As far as I ever knew, the set up was flawless – I found out later from others that there were a few hiccups with linens that she helped to solve (not her area)…but that’s just the type of person Megan is! Megan’s prices are reasonable and she is SO friendly and helpful with the planning process. I’m also pretty sure that “no” isn’t in her vocabulary – if you want it, she will do whatever she can to make it happen! You will be SO happy that she was part of your special day!

Megan was absolutely amazing! She listened to our ideas and got a good feel of our overall look, then suggested tasteful, fun, beautiful designs that just over exceeded our expectations. We gave her a budget and she delivered under it while still giving us everything we wanted and more. We received so many complements on the flowers from our guests, and multiple vendors pulled me assigned and asked who did our flowers because they were so beautiful and unique, while still being elegant and traditional with a fun twist. I provided Flower Bar with 5 stars because they delivered a 5 star result. Megan was fun, truthful, passionate, creative and saying she was dedicated would be an understatement. Her work is just absolutely stunning! I highly recommend Megan and Flower Bar!

If I was to get married again I would for sure call Megan at Flower Bar! 5 stars isn’t enough for the Flower Bar team. After meeting with Megan at the cutest shop in Scottsdale, I told her a little bit about myself (and my now husband). I gave her my colors and price range and she came back with the perfect presentation. I was worried at first about not knowing what the flowers/center pieces were going to look like at first, but she calmed my nerves and told me how everything was going to flow perfectly, and it did! (She is almost like a second wedding planner too) I could have not asked for better flowers & candles and ambiance. I would recommend the Flower Bar to anyone who wants something modern, classy or out of the box/over the top. Thanks Flower Bar Team!

Megan's creations are AMAZING! She lets the flowers speak and the creations are incredible and organic! I told her what I did not want and what flowers I liked and let her run wth it and the end results were beautiful! I have never seen a brides bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets that were more beautiful! She created ringsages (a ring corsage) for the mothers and grandmothers and they were beautiful, everyone commented on them and all who wore them love them. Words cannot describe how happy I am wth her work-two weeks later my bouquet is still beautiful and I am enjoying its beauty!!! Megan is so easy to work with, she gets excited with you and brings your dreams to life! Thanks.

Megan was a pleasure to work with. We had a small, but very floral wedding. All our guests were super impressed with how beautiful all the flower displays were. I only had to show Megan a few photos of the vibe I was going for and she totally nailed it. Megan was amazing. I gave her our colors and feel of our wedding and she did an amazing job on our flowers. She was honest about what flowers would and wouldn't work, what was in my budget and what wasn't. She went above and beyond and even added a little personal detail to my bouquet the day of at the venue. The flowers were fresh and luxe looking and lasted for WEEKS after the wedding. The flowers were one of my favorite details of the wedding and I cannot wait to work with Megan again.
