Flourish Deeply Cares to Make the Day Perfect
We interviewed several florists before hiring Flourish, and from the very beginning, Molly’s presentation and attention to detail stood out to us by far. She was communicative, approachable, and took the time to fully understand our specific vision for the day. It felt like a true collaboration throughout the entire process. She worked with us to perfect our color scheme, offering thoughtful suggestions with our budget in mind and making sure everything came together just as we had imagined. As a visual person, I especially appreciated that she offered to create a mockup for us, something no other florist did.
On the wedding day, Molly's calm demeanor and patience were invaluable, especially with the incredibly windy weather we wound up having which easily could have complicated everything. She handled everything with ease and professionalism, ensuring that despite the challenging conditions, our vision was perfectly captured. She even went as far as ordering a vase from my Pinterest board that I had admired!
Hiring Flourish was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Their expertise is invaluable. We are forever grateful for Molly's extreme attentiveness and the little extras she included. Molly truly went above and beyond, and her talent and dedication shine through in every detail. We couldn’t recommend her and Flourish more! -

Flourish Florist Review
The work from flourish was absolutely phenomenal! My wedding decor and flowers exceed my expectations! Absolutely breath-taking. My family, friends, grooms family and friends all were in shock by the presentation of the wedding ceremony and reception. I would hire this team again in a heartbeat! Excellent communication throughout the year and easy to also make payments! Please if you are looking for a florist and reading this review, hire Molly and her team! -

Molly & her team are amazing!
We had the pleasure of using the Flourish team for our vow renewal/ daughters early first birthday party. They not only did our flowers but our event rentals & decor too! Loved that it was a “one stop shop” & I could really ensure that the overall aesthetic would flow & be consistent.
Molly was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! It was a big ask to combine a wedding type event (vow renewal) along with a first birthday party but she completely brought my vision to life & I could not have been more pleased! She is so talented!!
We live out of state so we did all of our planning online which can be tricky but Molly was super communicative throughout the whole process & sent lots of pictures!
I would highly recommend working with Molly & the flourish team for your wedding/event!
*We don’t have all of our photos yet, just few sneak peaks so I don’t have pictures of some of the event rentals like the sweetheart table, teepee, games, etc but I attached our bouquet along with the arch & floral cross we requested! -

Speechless! It’s hard to know how a vendor truly will be when done virtually and during Covid, my wedding was this past June, and Molly and her team couldn’t have been better! Every phone call, text, email, were seamless. She killed it day of, making it a dream with the floral, as well as just being by my side and helping in many other ways! They go above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone, anytime ! You won’t regret it! -

Molly and the Flourish team were INCREDIBLE! They completely exceeded my expectations and made our wedding better than I could've imagined. I was getting compliments for days after our wedding about how amazing the flowers were. On the day of the wedding, they were very professional, took charge, and worked with our family to set up everything perfectly... and then came back at the end of the wedding to clean up! I would 100% recommend Flourish!! -

Perfection
The floral and decor turned out absolutely beautiful. Molly and I had several conversations about what I was looking for and she was very patient and helpful throughout the process. I changed my mind a few times and added a few things last minute and she was so kind and understanding. The final result was better than I could have possibly imagined. It fit the exact aesthetic we were looking for and blended perfectly with the rest of the decor and style of the wedding. Molly and her team were very professional and made my vision really come to life. -

Flourish LV is amazing!!!
The Flourish LV team did an absolutely AMAZING job on our wedding!!! Molly was so accommodating and helpful with every step in planning the flowers for our wedding. When it came to flower arrangements and types of flowers I needed a lot of help! She helped us pick out colors and flowers types of arrangements, sizes! She thought of ideas I would have never come up with. She really helped with an overall vision for the wedding. They also helped set up our Sofreh, which turned out stunning!! We had an amazing flower arch for our ceremony which was then moved to our sweet heart table! They did our place setting, napkins, name cards, seating chart and placed our party favors on the tables. Our venue looked amazing because of Flourish! We received so many compliments on how beautiful everything looked.
I'm a little OCD with planning, but I had 100% confidence that Molly and Jen and the Flourish team would take care of everything. They really made our day perfect! Thank you so much Molly, Jen and Flourish Team!!!! -

Molly at Flourish LV was AMAZING. From our first conversation, she was so genuine and interested in understanding who we were, what are love story was, and how we envisioned our wedding day to look and feel. You could tell she was so passionate about her job and would go the extra mile to make our wedding dreams come true. And that she did!! I'm usually a quick decision-maker who knows what she wants, but when it came to wedding flowers, I found myself being a bit wishy-washy on describing what I wanted. Not only was Molly patient with me throughout our planning, but she consistently brought so much creativity and accomodation to the table, always made me feel at ease, and in the end, she and her team knocked it out of the park. My flowers were STUNNING and the arrangements were honestly breathtaking. Molly's work truly made our venue come alive and made it feel magical. They even went above and beyond to repurpose our ceremony floral for the reception, and I could not be more grateful. If you are at all having doubts about booking with Flourish LV, please don't give it a second thought - you will not regret booking with them, I promise! -

This arch deserved its own zip code!!
The team at flourish are creative geniuses! I gave them 2 photos and asked them to run with a theme of gatsby and jewel tones. Needless to say, they knocked it out of the park!! I cried when Molly sent me a sneak peek of my bouquet on the day of the wedding. They took my vision and made it a reality and then some. They suggested a deconstructed arch for the ceremony and it was almost 10 feet tall and a complete show stopper! They even moved it down to the reception space after the ceremony so I could reuse it for photo ops during the reception.
These ladies are so kind and truly want your special day to be magical and everything you hoped for during the planning process. I highly recommend giving them some creative freedom because they are true artists at their craft.

We're so grateful we found Molly and Jennifer with Flourish. They did such an amazing job for our wedding...not to mention being completely understanding and flexible when dealing with all the uncertainty surrounding a pandemic.
Most importantly, the floral at the wedding was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The chuppah (arch) was beautiful, the boutonnieres and corsages were so classy and the centerpieces garnered a lot of attention from our guests.
We primarily dealt with Molly and she was terrific. Great communicator, very professional and just so much fun to work with.
We'd highly recommend Flourish and intend to utilize them for any and all floral needs in the future. -

I can’t say enough good things. I was planning my wedding from across the country and molly would FaceTime me and call me with the best ideas that were exactly what I wanted and more! I had so many compliments on all arrangements and the girls were so tentative the day of my wedding!
On top of them going above and beyond, they had a personal sign made for us, the mirror(seating chart) along with flower baskets, candles extra little things I(we) thought of last minute. -

Molly & Jen made me feel comfortable from the beginning. They were full of ideas, listened to what I wanted and made our wedding better than I ever could of imagined. They worked so hard to ensure we had the perfect day. I would recommend these guys to everyone, they will make your life easy leading up to the big day. They provided an on the day service too which took the stress away!

Artistic, Creative and works with you to ensure it’s just what you’re hoping for
Molly and her team were great! I had a tough time articulating exactly what I wanted so Molly went with my mom twice to floral markets and show rooms to make sure she fully understood what it is that I was envisioning so she could make it come true. I wanted bright and happy colors and Molly delivered on this. (See photos). I loved the flowers so much I had them dried and made into a tray and coasters -

I was embarrassingly high maintenance and particular about my wedding florals and decor. Molly and Jennifer hung on for the ride and delivered exactly what I had envisioned. It was beautiful. I received so many compliments on the flowers at the wedding. Molly even stuck around through the ceremony to move the flowers from the ceremony over to the reception so we could maximize the use of the arrangements we paid for. -

Amazing flowers, disappointing follow up
The flowers exceeded my expectations! Molly was able to match the bouquet I wanted down to the smallest details. The center pieces were perfect, everything they did was magic.
Sadly, I wish I could end the review there but I had a few disappointing experiences with Flourish. I paid for isle flowers that I never saw. The day of the wedding ended up being windy so I understand them not being placed outside. After contacting Molly I was hoping I would receive information on where they were located and be at least given the option to take them home. I never saw them.
A few days after the wedding I again tried to contact Molly, I text and left a voicemail asking the best way to preserve the cascading bouquet. I never got a response and ended calling another florist who was very nice and worked with me despite not being the wedding florist we hired.
If it were not for the events on the day of the wedding and days after I would’ve 100% referred everyone I know.

I want to begin this review by saying that if I was doing this review solely on how the final flowers looked, I would probably give Flourish five stars. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful! But I feel that vendors should also be evaluated on how they are to work with, especially one of your most expensive vendors, and our experience was not the best. There were several issues leading up to and on our wedding day:
1. We decided about two months before the wedding that we wanted to get a neon sign to hang above our SH table and we wanted to either reuse our ceremony arch (we were already repurposing those flowers for our SH table) or rent another if they had it. My wedding planning reached out to Flourish on 6/14 (the day I made my second payment) and asked about making those changes and what it would cost but we never heard back. She messaged them a few more times and still nothing. We were initially waiting to hear from them to order the neon sign, but just decided to order it so it was here in time and we could figure it out later. We did not hear back from them until 7/20, when our final payment was due, because we had told them a few days prior that we were going to wait until the changes were made to pay the final payment. By this time, our guest count had gone down so we didn't need as many flowers. It finally got sorted out, but we went for more than a month with no response to any of our requests. In the meantime, I could see that they were doing other weddings and on vacation part of the time via Instagram. It would have been nice to at least get a message back saying they were busy and would get back to us closer to the wedding if that was the case.
2. In our proposal they agreed to bring our personal florals to our hotel and we asked them to have them there by 11am, which they agreed to. They did not get them there until 12:30pm after we had already started photos. They also left their cooler there so my husband and I had to spend the day after our wedding figuring out how to get it back to them.
3. My bridal bouquet was not right. It was supposed to be a horizontal bouquet with no ribbon hanging down and it was a round bouquet with ribbons hanging down. It was pretty so I just went with it and pinned the ribbon, but this could be a huge deal to some brides.
4. When we got #1 figured out, they charged us a little more to move the arch up and hang the neon sign for us, which we were more than happy to pay. Apparently this was not communicated to the team that was actually going to be doing it on site. My sisters were outside looking for our wedding planning and overheard the florists complaining about having to move the arch to our SH table. Something that we paid to have done. I would perhaps be more cautious what is being said at events and who it is being said in front of.
Like I said, our end flowers were beautiful, but it seemed to us that there was a lack of communication and attention to detail throughout the process. And it was a little disappointing that our flowers became the most stressful part of our wedding process/day.
