Our wedding was set for 3/21 but had to be postponed due to personal reasons, but as it turns out, would have been postponed anyway due to the virus. But even prior to the outbreak, Vickie was so helpful and accommodating! She worked to meet my needs still thru it all and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!Florida Beach Banquets's reply:

Wedding nov 9
Debbie and Vickie were awesome. The wedding turned out so beautiful and went so smoothly. The set up outside for the ceremony was nice and could fit up to 100 people. For the reception we had it in the bigger room and it was just beautiful the food was delicious everyone enjoyed and had a great time. The budget was perfect. I can’t thank them enough for how great the wedding turned out.Florida Beach Banquets's reply:

I can not say enough wonderful things about Bayside Banquets!! I was so frustrated with the planning process but the day we met with Mrs. Vickie, I knew we found our perfect place for our wedding reception! The food was fabulous...from appetizers to buffet. The decor was absolutely beautiful!! Bayside did a wonderful job with everything and the best part was the affordability!! If you are looking for a beautiful venue for your wedding reception (or any celebration) look no further than Bayside Banquets! You will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Mrs. Vickie, Patti and Tom for making our special day even more special than we could have imagined!Florida Beach Banquets's reply:

My fiancé and I were extremely happy with the way our wedding turned out. Bayside Banquets is a beautiful venue especially upstairs. Their picture they post on their personal Facebook and website doesn’t do this place justice.
The food was extremely delish most guest went back for seconds.
The planning process was easy and stress free. We opted out of a rehearsal and Deb was able to run through moments before and directed us where to go.
Both Vicki and Deb are extremely professional. I love when people care about you! They do not over sell you!

Vickie and Deb were great to work with! Extremely budget friendly, easy to reach and very flexible with meetings and payments. They were very reassuring and fixed any small situations encountered as the planning process can always be tricky and consuming. They went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect by even gifting us our toast. They are an amazing all inclusive venue and have so much to offer. Dinner was a hit, everyone loved the buffet! Vickie also did a great job of sharing pictures of our special day and got an amazing shot of our cake and my dad and I. Absolutely beautiful!
Such an amazing group of people! We had several changes last minute but Vickie and Debbie were extremely patient and helpful. We had so many compliments on how beautiful the wedding and reception was and we couldn't have been more happy with the result. Would recommend them 100%!

Amazingly Beautiful
I absolutely loved working with Bayside Banquets. They took my vision and made it a reality. They were very patient even up to the very last minute. The food was delicious and the space was beautiful. I highly recommend them!Florida Beach Banquets's reply:

I think the favorite part was watching your friends struggle to blow up all those huge floats, them busting into fits of laughter! I think they drew a collective sigh of relief when the electric pump finally arrived!

Kara Sent on 09/05/2016Prior to wedding: When planning my reception, getting into contact with the event manager Vickie was very easy and she was always very cordial, informative, and quick. I booked this venue right away because of the fantastic value and great amenities such as linens, centerpieces, plates, and silverware being included. I initially booked the Pine Key lodge. When visiting the reception, I realized that for our wedding, the Long Key Lodge would best suit our visions. The event manager, Vickie, took it upon herself to help make this possible. Unfortunately, there was a birthday party tentatively scheduled in the Long Key Lodge on the same date. Vickie contacted the birthday party and asked if they would change their date for our wedding. They said yes and everyone came away happy! We are so thankful for the hard work that they have shown so far, and we haven't even had our wedding yet!
Update: The day before the wedding we went to set up the table numbers and escort cards and I was ECSTATIC at the sight of the Long Key Room. The day of the wedding the room looked amazing (we did up lighting through our DJ). The food, on another level. Better than any “wedding food” from a caterer. The service was amazing, and everyone had soooo much fun! Thank you so much Bayside Banquets. The service, value, and quality cannot be beat. Also, there was enough parking to go around, and an elevator.

Great Wedding Reception Venue
My new husband and I are incredibly happy with the great service from Tom and Florida Beach Banquets. The room was just beautiful and they did a wonderful job decorating the tables. Britny Sent on 02/22/2017We used the upstairs room and it was a perfect size for our 65 guests. The decorations they used were beautiful. The food was good, except the beef kaboobs. They were way overdone. Vickie was great to work with! She was very responsive with her emails and phone calls. The only complaint I have is setting up before the reception. I was told that we could not get into that room until 1:00pm, on our wedding day, to put out our decorations that we had. My husband went there at 1:00 and Tom the manager was not there and did not get there until almost 2:00. I wish they would have let us in the night before because it would have been much easier for us. The staff was great! I wish I knew her name, but one of the waitresses is a life saver because she's the only one who figured out how to do the bustle on my dress! The bartender was very professional and kept the drinks coming all night!Florida Beach Banquets's reply:

User2579191 Sent on 04/17/2016I loved the food they had for us, people were upset that we did a cash bar but oh well! We really enjoyed the atmosphere, the dance floor was small but perfect for us since we had the small room. I did not really like my DJ though, he was a bit controlling and we were just trying to enjoy our reception. Make sure you ask about the DJs.
