Working with Florenzza was an absolute dream. We couldn't have decided on anyone better for our March destination wedding in Santo Domingo. From the moment we sent them a message, they were responsive and attentive, something that is difficult to achieve for destination wedding vendors. We were worried that, perhaps, our distance would be an issue during the planning process, but Florenzza proved us wrong. Their attention and availability made us feel like we were their top priority. They set up regular face-time calls for check-ins, and had a what's app group to communicate with us as often as they or we needed to.
Florenzza was organized, attentive, and were respectful of our budget. We told them a number (not having any experience with wedding planning before) and they were very sure to keep our budget as close to it as possible.
Their hard work and flexibility was reflected the day/week of our wedding. Everyone in our wedding party, our families, and friends still speak about how beautifully organized the wedding was. Florenzza's wedding team was so dedicated that they even made sure to wipe our sweat from when we were over dancing.
Florenzza is known for their beautiful flower arrangements, and while the flowers were absolutely gorgeous, every other detail was incredibly thought-out as well: the placement of the tables, the seating chart, the deserts table, the buffet table, the souvenirs, the choices in photographers and hair and make-up artists, the sound and lights. Everything was an absolute hit and gave us the best night of our lives.
Small note: they were able to make sure I was out of my shoes by the end of the night and they carefully placed them in our hotel room so I wouldn't have to worry about them later.
Florenzza is who you want to plan your wedding, you literally will not have to worry about a thing!

Let's start with the facts. Trying to find a wedding planner in another country is a struggle. Because you are not there, it is not as easy to simply pop in, feel the vibe, look around and evaluate your options. While we were shopping around for planners, there were a couple of things that made us no think twice about picking Florenzza.
As soon as we hopped on the first facetime call, they made us feel like we were just friends catching up. They made the whole experience feel very personal, comfortable, enjoyable, and most importantly, they made us feel like we could trust them with our most important date.
They were responsive 24/7... Literally, one night at 1 AM I saw an Instagram story of a venue, so I wrote to them right away so I wouldn't forget about it... and they responded.. at 1 AM... which was 2 AM their time... and im here just like.. ya'll need to go to sleep, or if you are out partying, enjoy your party... HAHA! but anyways, they were always there, which made us feel comfortable about asking ALL of the questions.
They are very good about receiving constructive criticism. With whoever you pick, there will always be some sort of disagreement, but Florenzza was extremely professional about respecting everyones opinion.
They are the FLOWER PEOPLE! I cannot stress this enough!!! I literally walked into my wedding wonderland. We had a limited budget and we wanted to spend the bulk of it in the food, drinks and music (you know, so it would be a fun wedding), and yet somehow they managed to make it P-E-R-F-E-C-T! It was exactly what we wanted.
And let me tell you about day of... well, all I can say if that I felt like I was royalty. They were amazing at taking care of ALL my needs, making sure I wasn't aware of any issues that came up the day of, and they are simply a good group of ladies, that when the party started, I just wanted to dance the night away with! (but alas, they were working soo... i maybe got a song or two :p)
Now obviously, not everything in life is perfect. There were some minor hiccups here and there, but with an open mind, good communication and sometimes a little bit of compromise (from both sides) there is no challenge that wasn't solved.
Anyways, I don't want to bore you with a super extensive review, but I definitely recommend you set up a call with them and experience all that I have just talked about for yourself.
