Mr Michael Huxtable was extremely helpful which made the whole experience with Florentine Gardens everything I expected.
The person who was assigned to be with the bride all day (her name was Nancy) was also extremely helpful and made the day go smoothly for the bride and the entire wedding party. Could not ask for anything better!

We just had our wedding 3 weeks ago at Florentine Gardens and what an amazing day it was! The grand chandeliers, the Christmas lights on all the trees and the entire spread of the cocktail hour...we are receiving so many compliments about the venue and everything they had to offer to this day!! The food was exquisite and the wide range of stations had our guests in awe. Some guests thought that was dinner so our both our parents had to go around telling them not to eat too much for dinner was about to be served :)
From start to finish, Denise made sure everything went according to what we had discussed. She is such a delight to be around always making everyone feel comfortable and relaxed.
Lauren was my bridal attendant and she was on her toes the entire day making sure I was hydrated and happy. She went above and beyond by attending my bridal party and both Mothers.
Jeffery, our maître de, lead the rehearsal and made sure everyone knew what to do. He waited and made sure we made our rounds during dinner as my Husband and I went to each table thanking our guests. He kept the entire night running smoothly.
Sal and his crew were great. He created a total party atmosphere, just as he promised, everyone and even those we thought would never dance made it out onto the dance floor!!
We are more than grateful that we had such an incredible team behind us to make our big day that much more special. My Husband and I couldn't be more happier with our decision and we recommend Florentine Gardens to all our friends!!

My husband and I, and our family and friends, cannot stop talking about how amazing our wedding day was. There were so many reasons why, beginning with Florentine Gardens and their staff. The entire day was incredible from start to finish. We got ready at the bridal suite, had the ceremony at a church nearby and then returned to the venue for pictures before cocktail hour and the reception. To my bridal attendant Layla- you are INCREDIBLE. All TEN of my bridesmaids, and myself cannot stop talking about how you went above and beyond for each and everyone of us from 8 am to midnight. All of us girls combined have been in quite a few weddings, and never have we had the pleasure of experiencing a bridal attendant like her. She does not miss a beat, and is always one step ahead of your needs that day. Jorge the maitre d - the night went so smoothly and any little hiccups (that were not caused by Florentine or their staff) were addressed immediately. You made us feel so comfortable and special that day! Maria— you made us feel like family the day we met you. Each time we had meetings or talked about details, you made sure all of our wants were met and then some. You were up for all our ideas (like my huge signature drinks sign, and our slider and fries station) and made sure they were executed perfectly! She was always easy to reach and able to answer all my questions (and did so quickly!) Maria even checked in with us at our reception to make sure everything we had planned and talked about went exactly as we wanted. I could go on forever about each and every detail that all of our guests keep talking about and complimenting (the food, the service, the venue itself). Florentine Gardens and their entire staff provide a personalized experience that you just don’t find anywhere else!

Words can’t describe how magical our New Year’s Eve wedding was at The Estate at Florentine Gardens. From the moment you drive onto the grounds, you are taken back by all the beauty around you. The day my husband and I went to go look at Florentine Gardens, we met with Jason. He was so friendly from the start, wanting to get to know you as a couple. Right off the bat he makes you feel like you are his best friend! Also, you could tell how passionate he is about his job and wanting to make you the happiest bride and groom. He takes his time to show you the whole estate and the grounds, answering any questions you need. He is quick to answer any emails or phone calls anytime of the day. There is no question that you should hesitate to ask because Jason will do anything to make sure you get the things you envision on your wedding. During one of the first meetings he got to know us and our love for our dog. He made sure that our dog could be a part of our day. Jason even went out of his way to get us an ice sculpture of our initials for the cocktail hour, as a gift from him. The rest of the staff such as Jeff and the bridal attendant Laila (who I cannot begin to thank enough) were amazing from the start. At one point I was having a problem with my dress, and the next moment Laila pulled out a sewing kit and fixed the problem. They were true professionals and were awesome from the start. The food was phenomenal (especially the cocktail hour) and the service was impeccable. The calls from our guests have been endless. I would tell anyone who has the opportunity to have their wedding here, do it!! Do not hesitate it will be the best day of the beginning of your new life as a married couple. Having a wedding at The Estate at Florentine Gardens is a dream come true! We hope we get to be a guest at a wedding here someday and can experience the venue again!

This place is unbelievable. We knew it was going to be awesome but they really surpassed our expectations. It was AMAZINGGGG! The staff was professional and courteous. They were very very on top of their game and took the event extremely seriously. The tall ceilings, fantastic lighting system, beautiful gardens, awesome staff made our day super special. A guest of ours lost a button on his shirt, and the staff noticed it and sewed his button back! My wife and I did not worry about one thing because they were reading our minds before we even had time to ask for anything. Carolina the Bridal Assistant was soooo wonderful! Not only did she take care of my wife, but also myself, the entire bridal party, our entire family and even had time to help other guests! She did an amazing job! The food was spectacular! ...and endless! The cocktail hour was huge and had chairs and tables for every guest (200). The steak was cooked perfectly and it melted in your mouth. And the dessert table was out of this world. Endless desserts topped off the night. Florentine only does one event at a time, not two like most others. Their staff is 100% committed to your wedding only! I can go on allll day on how beautiful, professional, and tasteful the Estate of Florentine Gardens is. Michael the event consultant was by far the best consultant we met with. He remembered everything we asked for and really payed attention to what we were looking for and went beyond his expectations to help us out. He was very professional and very easy to work with. Sal Travis and his DJs, Bridal Assistant Carolina, and Jeff the Maitre D were all super awesome and very professional all the way through. Amazing place, amazing time, praying the rest of our friends get married here too!

This place is impossible to describe in words. My wife's fairy tale wedding has become a reality. Jason gentile and sal Travis were great to work with. They make you feel like friends instead of clients. You cannot find a more beautiful place then florentine gardens. Whoever is looking for a place to have their reception I beg you to choose florentine gardens you will NOT regret it. My family cannot believe how amazing everything was from start to finish. Cocktail hour, dinner, dessert from top to bottom was too notch. Amazing service!!!! When my wife and I had first looked at florentine gardens one thing I had noticed instantly was all the thank you cards from their past weddings. Now that ours has passed I know exactly why they have them all. You will not find a better place then florentine gardens I promise you!!!

This venue gave us the wedding day of our dreams! The food, the service, the grounds are 50000/10. The day was seamless everyone was extremely professional and easy to work with. Our bridal attendant Lee was the best of the best! The food was insane we got so many compliments from our guests about it. Maria who helped us organize our whole day was amazing and so helpful. This venue makes the day easy and we are so happy we chose them for our wedding! Plus it’s a stunning venue!!

I can not say enough positive things about Florentine Gardens. My husband and I attended a wedding here in 2019 and had a great experience and loved the food. When we visited it to book for our own wedding, the renovations really put the icing on the cake! From the moment we toured the venue until our special day (11.24.21) they were absolutely amazing. Ciro and Samantha truly made us feel like family and were there with any questions at any time. I highly recommend a lot of their in house services as well. Their DJ Tony Gia did an absolutely amazing job!!! We booked him as part of their package through Sal at the venue which I HIGHLY recommend. The in house videographer Shar did another AMAZING job on our wrap up video!!!! I still can't believe it is ready by the end of the evening to watch while you eat dessert. I am truly obsessed and can't stop watching it! Jeffery was our maitre'd and was incredible as well. Him and our bridal attendants stephanie and monica made sure everything ran smooth and we had everything we needed the entire night. My husband and I already discussed how our future children will be getting married here. Thank you all again for such an amazing evening!!!!!

When we visited this place we decided based off reviews and what we could physically see. The ballroom is flat out gorgeous and they focus on one wedding a night. We worked with Michael Huxtable who was very professional and really helped us make some decisions along the way. There are two major things to say about our wedding at florentine. The food was off the charts, not only the quality but the selection and quantity will amaze you. Secondly, the staff really makes the event flow. They were very attentive and met everyone's individual needs. The guests that I have spoken to since tell me it was the best wedding they have ever been too. What else can I say?

I don’t know where to start? I’m writing this the MORNING after my wedding because I already it have the fully made video of my wedding! sobbing at how beautiful of came out with my now husband. How did they make real life look like a movie! The photo and video team is a MUST together. They helped me stay calm, they gave perfect instructions for positions. I can go on, but I couldn’t be happier. Btw they even used a drone for my first look. Enough said!! THANK YOU

The Estate at Florentine Gardens is the most incredible venue to host an event. On 7/2/23 my wife & I got married there. There is no other place on the planet that I would choose to host my wedding. The second we stepped foot in their magical venue and spoke with Samantha, we knew that it was the one. Besides their flawless and beautiful facilities, they were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They were up front, honest and fair the entire process. They built a relationship based on trust and care. We had a two year engagement which led to a lot of excitement and nerves. Samatha was beyond amazing. We spoke and met with her frequently. We had a lot of details, instructions and requests, to which she handled perfectly every single time with a smile on her face. Knowing she was at the helm of the ship made us know everything would work out. While we didn't work with Ciro directly, any time we spoke with him, he was an absolute professional that only wanted to provide us with the day of our lives and boy did they deliver. The day of, their staff was absolutely amazing. The bridal attendant Lee is a superwoman. She was with us the entire day/night and made the day go by flawlessly. She sewed the buttons shut on my shirt so the studs would stay in place, got tough stains out of our clothes and treated us like royalty. The maitre d, George was also fantastic. He was the quarterback making sure the entire event stayed to the schedule and all vendors were on the same page. He did a perfect job! The facilities were stunning, the new indoor ceremony room is out of this world. For two years we planned on doing the ceremony outside and this was non-negotiable. Well day of it was extremely hot and humid, once we saw that room in a second we said let's do it there. The architecture and beauty is remarkable. The cocktail hour room, ballroom, suites are equally beautiful and clean. Lastly, the food at the estate may be the best food I've ever had at an event in my life. If you don't believe me, you can ask our 200 guests that to this day are calling and texting us that it was the most amazing event they've ever been too and they haven't stopped talking about how amazing the food was. The Estate, Samantha and the Daidone family will forever be a part of our family. When I have kids one day I already know where I will be having their Bar/Bat Mitzvahs and one day weddings.

One thing that most engaged couples will agree on is that the process of planning a wedding can, at times, be summed up by one word, overwhelming. Not so for my wife and I when it came to working with the staff at Florentine Gardens. From the moment we met Michael Huxtable, our event consultant, we felt very much at ease and appreciated how helpful he was. Everything Michael does, he does with pride and exhibits a professionalism unlike any other I've seen. He answered every question we had and never at one point did we feel like we were being rushed to make a decision. After seeing how successful our wedding was and the overwhelmingly positive response we received from family and friends, we are grateful for all the recommendations Michael gave us when making both big and small decisions.

Jamie Milkman, the Executive Chef, could not have prepared a more delicious and eye-appealing selection of food, from the cocktail hour all the way through to desert. He is a chef that stands by his work and delivered his food in a manner that is consistent with his reputation. Our family and friends are still raving about how delicious the Short Rib Risotto was!!

As for Sal Travis, the director of entertainment, you could not ask for a more fun person to work with. Sal is a great guy that loves what he does and is passionate about making "Your" night the best one of your life. Apart from the process of selecting the entertainment and planning the flow of the night, he always made it a point to remind us of how special the night was going to be, especially when he saw we were a little weary. Everything that my wife and I came to know about Sal was validated the night of the wedding when we saw how well he Emceed the entire reception. At no point when it came time to dance were people sitting; he always knew how to get people on the floor and keep the party thriving.

We recommend Florentine Gardens to anyone who is looking to make their wedding day a memorable one!

The entire staff is Amazing! Tom the owner and Denise have been above and beyond on the help they have offered and stand behind in this time of trouble. Our Wedding has been pushed back from the outbreak of the Corona Virus. This is out of the hands of the Florentine Gardens yet they have gone above and beyond in helping my Fiance and myself to adjust and move forward. Denise has been on point with helping us achieve a new date and time along with helping us in directing our support staff (Photo, Video, Lighting, Florist, Decorator) They all have made this time of trouble a lot easier to handle. I thank you all for everything that has been done and will be done for protecting my family and friends along with making my Fiance Happy. We are truly in your debt and highly recommend anyone who can to speak with Denise about there upcoming event. I don't think there are words to describe this place but I'll try. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!! Florentine Gardens is such a beautiful place. Classy, Elegant, top of the notch service and great people. Everyone and I mean everyone who works there treats you like if you were family. The food is not like any other. You can tell that there's a great chef in the kitchen preparing every meal with passion in order for you and your guest to enjoy every bite. Great food, Top shelf drinks, perfect atmosphere. Sal Travis and Michael Huxtable did an awsome job in making sure that every single thing went beautifully.The entire staff was on top of everything. My bridal assistant Nancy was truly a blessing. She was so helpful and she made sure she was by my side throughout the entire affair. I want to thank the Florentine Gardens for making my day the most memorable not only for me but for my guests as well.

Everything was amazing from the day we started working with Michael Huxtable. Once we got off the bus, on our wedding day, we were greeted by the employees and Matre D, Jason, along with our bridal attendant. Everybody was fantastic. Anything we needed they were there to supply and meet any of our needs. We had time to eat as well as mingle with all of our guest. Everything was extremely smooth and we really loved the accent lighting and entertainment provided by Sal Travis Entertainment. Everything went exactly as was promised by Michael and Sal. We Thank You for everything and it was definitely a night to remember.

Where do I begin? My husband and I had seen a good amount of venues prior to booking the Estate at Florentine Gardens. Honestly, the only two venues that I could say were my favorites were Park Chateau and The Estate at Florentine Gardens. After meeting with Park Chateau (this was the first venue we met with) I was crushed when I saw how ridiculously expensive they were, for a date we didn't even want on a Sunday morning! They treated us like we were some young stupid kids who were just wasting their time. We left there infuriated for how they treated us, but I can’t deny that the grounds are beautiful. Every venue we saw after that just wasn't as nice as the first. Not that it mattered, we would never in a million years book with them. Then came along The Estate at Florentine Gardens. Without a doubt, this was the best decision we could have ever made. As soon as we walked in we were in love. From our very first meeting with Jason and Tom, it was clear that they do not treat couples like they're just another check coming in. They treat you like family. They were so unbelievably accommodating, welcoming, kind, professional, etc. Literally the best venue ever. On the day of our wedding, they made everything come together perfectly. The venue is GORGEOUS! The bridal suite and groom’s suite were just updated not too long ago and wow... it will make you drool (and way better than Park Chateau!! The groom is just as important as the bride here!). The bridal attendant Kerry... omg I wish I could keep her. I felt like a queen! She was always checking up on me and my bridesmaids, as well as the groom and his groomsmen to see if we needed anything. Our entire bridal party, mothers and fathers, hair team and makeup artist couldn't stop raving about the service and location. They all agreed that they had never seen such amazing service. Words can’t even do it justice. I was so nervous that day, and having a team with Jason, Jeffrey and Kerry at my side made it so much easier

The staff at Florentine gardens made our wedding day the most special day of our lives. My husband and I, as well as our family and friends were treated like royalty the entire day. Not only was our expectations met and exceeded but we truly had the best day of our lives, one we will never forget. Denise, our event consultant, was an absolute joy to work with. She was helpful, dedicated, and made herself available to us 24/7 with any questions or concerns we may have had. Sal Travis, our director of entertainment & services, is one of the most genuine individuals we ever had the pleasure of meeting. Sal promised to give us the best night of our lives and he delivered above and beyond. James, our DJ, had our guests dancing from start to end. Evan, our videographer, captured every significant moment of our day and produced the most beautiful wrap up video I could ever imagine. Jeffery, our Maitre’D, made sure everything ran smooth and effective from start to end. Kerry, our personal bridal attendant, was attentive to our every need the second we arrived. She truly was the perfect bridal attendant and we could not thank her enough. Linda Stark, our photographer, is such a creative individual who will make you feel like a model on your wedding day. Not only does she have an eye for detail but your wedding pictures will look like they should be on the front cover of a magazine… yes, she is that good. Adam Leffel, our florist, is one of the most talented individuals I ever met. He is the absolute best in the industry and words cannot describe the work he can produce. My bridal bouquet… one of the most beautiful bouquets I had ever seen in my life. My husband and I will never forget our wedding at the Florentine Gardens or our incredible vendors we had the pleasure of working with. Each of you made us feel like family, and we cannot thank you enough for everything you did. You truly gave us that fairytale wedding we always dreamed of.

The Florentine Gardens is an experience to be had! You need to look no further! My husband and I felt like royalty the entire wedding day. Not only are the grounds and the estate absolutely breathtaking, the service and food is above the rest. Meeting with Michael Huxtable we instantly felt like family. He provided us with such insight and went out of his way to ensure our day would be perfect. And our day was beyond PERFECT! I knew that celebrating our wedding at the Florentine would be amazing but it exceeded our expectations. People will not stop talking about how our wedding was the BEST wedding they have ever been to. It truly was!
Sal Travis provided us with the Lighting & Theatrical Package, such as dancing on the clouds, it is all a MUST do! It made the whole atmosphere of the gorgeous ballroom so magical and romantic. What we loved most about the Florentine was their top-notch service! Everyone is so professional and classy. Jeffery was our maitre d', everything and I mean everything ran so smoothly because of him. He was always there to make sure we had anything we needed. Lastly our bridal attendant Lauren was my (Anna) savior for the evening. Words can't explain how grateful I was to have her. She helped us throughout the entire night, from carrying my shoes, to making sure I had a straw to drink out of. She never left my side- She was AMAZING!

We had a spectacular wedding at Florentine Gardens on 7/6/13 - the gardens were meticulously kept, the service was incredible and the food was delicious and plentiful. Our wedding coordinator, Michael Huxtable is at the top for planning and executing a truly memorable event. From the time our daughter stepped from the limo, an attendant saw to her every need; all flowers, favors, pictures and extras were placed as planned and each introduction, dance and photo were coordinated by Michael and his team. Sal Travis added a tremendous entertainment level that astounded our guests from the band orchestration to the lighting to the video montages and evening displays. We enjoyed a carefree evening because they know the best organization & took care of everything. We are so glad to have Florentine.

My husband and I tied the knot on 12/7/19. It was the most magical and most perfect day we could have asked for! We could not be any happier with our decision to have our reception at the Florentine Gardens. From the first time we stepped foot into the venue, Tom Daidone (owner) made us feel like family. There is something special about a family owned business. You can feel the love, the pride and support throughout the entire staff. They truly do care about you! We worked with Maria (daughter) throughout the planning of our 2 year engagement. She was amazing, down to earth, honest, and helpful. She gave great advice and recommendations. However, the last 1.5 month she was unable to work with us due to having a baby and her brother Ciro and his assistant Sam took over our wedding. Most brides would feel frazzled being so close to their wedding day, but I knew I was in good hands. The communication amongst the staff at the Florentine gardens is unbelievable . Ciro and Sam did not miss a beat. They were attentive, supportive and easy to get in touch with as it came down to crunch time. The night of the wedding the staff, food and atmosphere were spectacular! Our guests are still raving about the food and vienasse hour! Kerri was my bridal attendant and she was AMAZING! Highly recommend her ! She’s professional and can do anything for you that night! Jefferey was our mater’d and he was great as well! The Florentine gardens team is organized, communicative and professional. Highly recommend this venue! We hope to go back as guests one day to enjoy the venue again!!
** We used Sal Travis Entertainment for his lighting package and videography. Sal and his team are great to work with! They are professional and down to earth . They are so talented. At the end of the night they were able to put together a 5 minute video to capture our entire wedding day from the morning at our houses, to the church ceremony and the reception. The best part was that they were able to show our guests at the end of the night. Our guests loved seeing the video. They were amazed how fast Sal’s team worked to put it together and how well it was assembled. By the end of the night we had the link to our video in our email to share with everyone. Highly recommend Sal Travis Entertainment .

Florentine Gardens made our wedding day the best day of our lives!! We knew Florentine Gardens was the venue for us because we felt like a part of the family from beginning to end. Maria is the best!! She was always energetic, professional, responsive and so helpful throughout the planning process. She gave us great advice and made suggestions when we weren't sure about something and helped make the planning process seamless. Sal, also the best!!! We went with the complete house entertainment package and it was worth every second. Sal put the slide show together beautifully and it brought tears to everyone's eyes. Sal was an awesome MC too! Everyone loved him. The band was incredible!! Several times one of the singers or a band member would come out on the dance floor and perform among our guests. They sounded so much like the original artists! Our guests were blown away! The wrap up video was amazing! We cherish it. It captured all the special moments throughout the day and it was truly a wow factor. Before we left, Sal gave us 5 copies of the video on DVD and we had a link to the video in our email within two hours after the wedding. My husband and I are not from NJ and we had several guests who were unable to attend the wedding due to the travel. We emailed them the wrap up video and they felt like they got to share the day with us even though they couldn't physically be there. Everyone raved about the food, the service. Every time one of our guests got up from their seat, their napkin was folded when they returned and the servers offered everyone seconds or and asked if they wanted to try something else. Kerri was my bridal attendant and she was on top of everything! Anything that popped into my mind that I needed or had to take care of she was one step ahead of me. She was so sweet. We heard from countless family members and friends that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! :) Thank you FG for giving us the best wedding ever!

My now husband and I just had our wedding at Florentine Gardens yesterday and it was nothing short of perfection. Planning a wedding in the midst of a pandemic isn't exactly easy but Ciro and Samantha made it the most incredible experience. They went above and beyond from the day we spoke (before even signing the contract) all the way through the day of the wedding. They quickly became almost like our extended family throughout this process and they made sure every detail was covered. Our maître d, Jeff, was incredible! The entire day we didn't have to so much as think for ourselves because he and his team had it covered. My bridal attendant, Kerri was absolutely amazing. She was by my side all day and was so sweet, patient, and calming. All throughout the evening our 300 guests boasted that this was the best wedding they'd ever been too and that the food was beyond expectations. Planning for our wedding, I was nervous about food because not all venues can mass produce food in a way where the quality isn't overlooked - Florentine Gardens on the other hand - nothing short of WOW! Chef Jamie came out to make sure we were happy with everything and he truly is an awesome chef. At our breakfast with our guests the following day - everyone only spoke about the food, and each had stories to share about how they've never seen such pristine service at a venue before.

All in all - we HIGHLY recommend you go with Florentine Gardens! I can promise you, that you will not regret it and you will 100% have the wedding you envisioned with the most supportive team.

I got married at Florentine Gardens on 7/28/17 and I had a wonderful experience! Jason was wonderful. He was there every step of the way, answering all of my emails and accommodating all of our requests. We booked all of Sal's services, including the video, band, DJ, lights, and Photo Booth. Sal was awesome, giving suggestions and answering any questions I had. He was a great MC. The band was outstanding and had my guests dancing the whole night. The DJ mixed in spanish music for my Cuban family. The videographer Shar was great and captured all of the best moments on the wrap up video. I can't wait to see our long video! So many people told me that they had never been to a wedding like this before. It is the complete package of great service, food and entertainment!
