  A dream come true!

  Ever since I was little I dreamed of walking down the aisle to live string music at my wedding. Florence Strings made that dream a reality! They were super communicative from start to finish and easy to work with. I have received so many compliments about how beautiful the strings were doing our service. If you are thinking about booking them for your event, DO IT! You will not regret it! Thank you so much for making our big day so special🤍

  Couldn't recommend more highly!

  Florence Strings did such an incredible job playing our wedding ceremony last September. They played exactly what we requested and did so beautifully, plus it couldn't have been easier to coordinate in the run-up to the big day. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

  Randy was a violin soloist for our outdoor park wedding. He was very friendly, showed up on time and played beautiful music we had chosen. I could not be happier with how everything turned out!

  Professional, classy, amazing!

  They were wonderful!! I checked in with them a week before the wedding and they confirmed timing and song choices, I didn’t have to worry about anything. They showed up and got to playing right away. The music was absolutely beautiful and made for the most romantic ceremony experience. We are beyond impressed!

  Perfect perfect perfect

  Florence Strings was the perfect addition to our wedding at Hotel Northland. They gave us the typical ceremony lineup suggestions (processional, bride walk, recessional). They have an incredible mix of songs to choose from which you can browse on their website. When you work with them, they will also give you suggestions. We chose pop songs for the ceremony and they played them beautifully. We asked them to play during our cocktail hour and asked for a mix of pop covers and classical music. It was PERFECT. They were so easy to work with and a huge hit, So classic and beautiful.

  Schoenfelt Wedding

  I was worried they had never played for a Catholic mass. I sent them the music I had wanted for the Catholic mass and they were above and beyond amazing. Very pretty ceremony

  Highly Recommend

  We did a church ceremony for our wedding and our church has pianists available for hire. I ultimately knew that I would prefer the sound of a violin for our ceremony and could not be any happier with my decision to book Florence Strings. We ended up doing the solo violin and it was beautiful. I was worried that it would not be enough music, but even in our large church, the sound filled the room. The music was beautifully rehearsed and played exactly how I had imagined it. Randy played slower, more romantic songs for the processional, but was also able to play upbeat music for our exit at the end of the ceremony. I would absolutely recommend Florence Strings for any wedding ceremony, without hesitation.

  Beautiful Musical Experience

  Florence Strings performed for my wedding ceremony and truly made the day special. They were open to all of my musical suggestions, quick to answer my emails and questions, and played with absolute beauty on our special day. Professional at the highest level. I would highly recommend them to every couple.

  Outdoor Wedding in Late Fall

  My wife and I booked a trio from Florence Strings for our outdoor wedding in October. Communication with Randy started in a very good place, giving us quotes and accommodating our musical requests (my wife and I are huge fans of classical music). Unfortunately, our day-of experience wasn’t without issues. Florence Strings does not provide their own protection from the elements, and expects the hosting party or venue to do that for them. Their contract mentions needing accommodations for precipitation and/or if the temperature is forecasted to be below 60ºF. Knowing that the temperature was going to be cold, we sent over our pictured ideas for tenting and heating that we would provide a few days before the event.... Read more

The trio showed up to our wedding day and decided not to perform any of the pre-ceremony set, and only the procession and recessional music selections, citing the weather and lack of adequate heating. They sounded wonderful, but my advice would be not hire these musicians unless your wedding will be in an enclosed space, as they don’t make it clear in their contract exactly what is required to be provided if the temperature is below 60ºF.
