Truely talented and a gem to work with!!!!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Heather!!! From our very first conversation, she truly listened to my vision and offered thoughtful, creative suggestions that elevated it even further. Her communication throughout the entire process was excellent, making us feel confident and excited every step of the way.

On the wedding day, she absolutely hit it out of the park. The florals were beyond stunning and transformed the entire space—our wedding was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. It was truly more than we dreamed of.

What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared about us and our experience. She went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly as we wanted. We couldn’t recommend her more highly—her talent, care, and attention to detail are unmatched!!!

Highly recommend Florals by Heather Ann!

It was such a joy to work with Heather on our wedding flowers! She made every step of the process so easy and fun. During our first meeting, she made sure we talked through all the details she needed to understand our vision for our big day, and she helped give us guidance on the quantities and types of florals we would need. We felt the pricing was more than fair for what we wanted, too (especially now after seeing how gorgeous everything turned out!)
As we got closer to the wedding, she helped us refine the specifics of what we wanted, making sure that we got just the right colors, types of flowers and greenery, and quantities. She made a beautiful two-part floral arrangement for our triangular arbor, along with a large arrangement for our sweetheart table, greenery to accent our rustic table centerpieces, florals for our cutting cake, and of course all of our bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. She even provided LED candles and votives to help accent our centerpieces! Heather absolutely nailed what we were looking for – all of the florals were simply stunning and brought so much beauty to our big day. Not only that, but her promptness and organization made working with her easy, and her positivity and friendliness brought a little extra joy to our special day. Thank you Heather for your beautiful work! We would highly recommend Florals by Heather Ann for wedding flowers or any occasion!

Better than I imagined

The florals for my wedding were GORGEOUS. I told Heather my vision and she took it and came back with something better than I could have imagined. She is so sweet and easy to work with and so accommodating. I highly highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning florals!

When my husband and I showed up at our consultation, I told Heather, "I know NOTHING about flowers." Heather sat with us, listening to our (limited) vision, color scheme, and other details and helped us decide on the exact flowers we were looking for. I didn't even know there were roses in those colors!

The bouquets, centerpieces, and arbor looked amazing! SO happy we went with Heather!

I gave her a theme and she worked it

My theme was dark fairytale. I knew kinda what I wanted but I let her do her thing and she did amazing! The flowers and arrangements were stunning and everyone complimented me on not only my flowers but my bridesmaids as well. Her prices are amazing and the quality is amazing as well! If your looking for budget friendly and amazing I would highly recommend going to her.

The Most Beautiful Flowers EVER

Heather created the most floral arrangements that i've ever seen at a wedding. She worked with my budget and still gave me beautiful results. My bouquet was gorgeous, the bridesmaid's bouquets were beautiful, the flower crown for my flower girl was adorable, the church flowers were breathtaking, and the floral ladder was stunning. I would recommend Heather over and over again.

The best flowers!

Heather created the most amazing and beautiful flower arrangements I could’ve ever imagined. I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted for my big day, but I had ideas of flowers I liked, and Heather took my ideas and ran with them. She picked other flowers that would compliment each other and colors that matched/complimented my color scheme for my wedding. The flowers were gorgeous and well taken care of and lasted the entire day in the 85-degree sun. I couldn’t have asked for better bouquets and flower arrangements for my wedding day!

Obsessed!!

I met with Heather and immediately fell in love! Her husband is friends with my brother so I knew I wanted her to do my flowers, but her eye and creativity is amazing! I had ideas of what I wanted and some pintrest pictures and she took that and ran with it! Not only will she do flowers but she will decorate and truly make sure that my wedding day is the most beautiful day of my life! I cannot wait to see her vision come to life!

Heather did an amazing job on our wedding flowers! I have not stopped hearing compliments on how beautiful and perfect our wedding flowers were. We had met with 3 florists prior to choosing Heather and she was the only one who didn't make us feel rushed and answered all our questions, and was the most reasonably priced! She was more than accomodating with offering different payment options. She listened to our requests and delivered exactly what we asked for. She was responsive with emails and always answered the million questions I had. Thanks Heather for making our wedding perfect!!

Our wedding flowers were P E R F E C T. I first contacted Heather and she immediately wanted to meet in person rather than discuss through email or the phone - which I loved! Much easier and more professional. My mother and I met with Heather. She first discussed the flowers I had in mind and nicely told me some of them were expensive. So she then asked what my budget was ... I don't care too much about flowers. Heather came out under the budget and substituted the expensive flowers I liked for ones that were similar. She was super accommodating and helpful with giving ideas. Heather was at the venue when I arrived on our wedding day. She greeted me with a huge hug and a smile. I was so impressed with our centerpieces and bouquets. They were absolutely beautiful! So simple and elegant and exactly what I had imagined. Heather is so friendly and sweet! I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

Heather was an amazing florist! She was so easy to work with through the planning process and went above and beyond when it came to helping set everything up the day of the wedding. She made sure she understood what I was looking for, and the end result was gorgeous! I was blown away when I saw the bouquets, centerpieces, and aisle decorations in person. I still can't believe she was able to give me everything I wanted within my budget! I can't recommend her enough!

Choosing Heather for our wedding florist was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning! Heather was absolutely amazing to work with. After our first meeting—we just clicked. She totally got the style and look I was going for and she was so helpful throughout the entire process. My wedding flowers were something out of a dream—from the bouquets, to the flowers at the church, to the garland on the stairs at the reception, to the centerpieces; everything was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. We also incorporated votive candles and rose petals throughout the reception, and smaller vases for the cocktail hour and accents for the dessert table. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Floral Designs by Heather Ann for your wedding (or any event)!

My bouquet by Heather was gorgeous! My bridesmaids were also very happy with their bouquets. It was so nice and easy working with Heather. She was very accommodating and helpful with anything that I asked. My flower girl was my niece, who was three months old at the time, and Heather made her an adorable wrist corsage that was perfect for her tiny wrist! The bouquets, centerpieces, and flowers were all so beautiful and such a great value! I highly recommend Floral Designs by Heather Ann!

Heather is so amazing to work with! I don't know much about flowers nor do I have a "favorite" flower but Heather was somehow able to create this beautiful, romantic, soft bouquet that I fell in love with!! On top of that, my bridesmaids’ bouquets were just as gorgeous!! Heather works alone so she takes her work and talent very seriously and does not disappoint! Without any hesitation, she also volunteered to do extra work that was not discussed during our initial consult. I would highly recommend that you skip those floral shops and support Heather! You will not be disappointed!! :)

Heather was fantastic to work with. Her creations are magnificent. I loved the way the flowers turned out. She has options for you to save money as well, such as she allowed me to pick up my own flowers in order to forgo the delivery fee. I have made boutonnieres before and she allowed to make my own using the flowers she had ordered in also saving me a lot of money. The flowers were done promptly when she said they would be. The bouquets were gorgeous, I had several people ask me at the wedding who had done them. Go see Heather for an exceptional price and quality flowers!

I really enjoyed working with Heather for our flowers.
Flowers were a bit of an afterthought for me and I wasn't sure what I wanted. Heather sat down with us and we talked about our favorite flowers, what we liked and didn't like in general. She was very laid back and got a great feel for how our personalities could be reflected in the florals. She put together absolutely stunning bouquets based on our feedback. I knew they'd be pretty but they just went so gorgeously with our theme and dresses.

When doing the budget for our wedding, we decided to spend more on other areas by compensating with less flowers. Originally, I thought we would buy wholesale, but quickly realized that it can still be pricey and then the arrangements are all on you. Considering I'm not the craftiest person, I went searching for florists, but became disheartened by some who gave me little guidance and quoted me with the exact number of flowers I wondered about (though wanting their thoughts and suggestions and not getting them) at a much higher price than anticipated. Then I found Heather Ann and she was a joy to work with. She suggested other flowers that would be in season, provided flowers for our mixed vase/bottle centerpieces in a way that filled them out rather than 1 stem per bottle, and created stunning bouquets that I wish I could preserve, all while staying within my modest budget. We were very happy with the end result and would recommend her to everyone, you can't go wrong.

Heather was absolutely terrific to work with on planning my wedding. She had fantastic ideas and was so helpful in finding ways to make my theme really magical. And she had so many ideas on how to make it a little different from everyone else's wedding. Heather's workmanship on my floral arrangements and flowers was superb. The next day when I met another bride in the lobby of our hotel, I was so proud that my flowers were still totally fresh and beautiful while that other brides flowers had completely wilted. And even 30 minutes before the wedding when I realized I was one bouquet short for my bridesmaids (my fault entirely!), she put together a beautiful bouquet and delivered it to the church just in the nick of time. Heather helped make my wedding so much fun and so beautiful with her expertise! She's the best!

I can not say enough about Heather!
We feel truly fortunate that we found her. My matron of honor had used Heather in the past and suggested that we meet with her. I went into the meeting knowing what I was envisioning, but not knowing anything about the world of florals. Heather is EXTREMELY easy to work with, as she was able to do what we were asking for and add in her expert suggestions. She is very creative, and we felt at ease during the entire experience. Not only was Heather easy to work with, she was also able to give suggestions that allowed us to stay at budget.
On top of being extremely good at what she does, Heather is definitely dedicated to the couple. On the day of the wedding, we had scheduled for her to bring our flowers to our venue in the AM. Unfortunately, we were not told there was another event that morning! Cue bridal meltdown! Heather was incredibly sweet and cleared her schedule to deliver the large order of bouquets, corsages, 18 centerpieces, boutonnieres, cocktail hour décor, and altar decorations later in the day. She checked on me when she arrived, and took care of absolutely everything. Everything was beautiful, and I would 100% recommend her!

Heather was also by favorite vendor to work with during my wedding planning. She is extremely professional, organized, and talented with her business.

She really helps to keep you within your budget. However, this in no way impacted the quality of our floral arrangements. Her designs are absolutely gorgeous and unique. She takes what the bride is dreaming of, but makes it ten times better because she is so talented and skilled at what she does.

She is also extremely approachable. I was able to email her questions about other design ideas, that may have been unrelated to the flowers, and she was helpful. She was always easy to reach by email. She was very flexible on when to meet. I was only able to meet weekends, and she was able to do that for me.

I would highly recommend Heather to anyone in the Lancaster/Reading/Harrisburg/Philly area.

Heather was one of my favorite vendors for my wedding. We found her at a wedding expo, and immediately felt a connection with her. She is warm, funny, and bursting with ideas and creativity! She also has excellent taste, and I ended up using most of her suggestions for my wedding day. This was especially helpful since I did not have a lot of ideas when I first met her.
All our bouquets, centerpieces, and boutonnieres turned out perfectly, and I would recommend her to anyone.

I really had no idea where to begin when searching for a florist for my wedding. I wanted someone that would be flexible and allow me to have creative input, being their own creativity and professionalism to the table, and not break the bank. These are hard to have all at once. After searching and searching I came across Floral Designs by Heather Ann. My now husband and I drove to meet with her and she knew exactly the style I was going for. She worked with us on cost and understood we had a low budget for flowers, as compared with some other couples. When we received our quote from her a few days later I almost cried at how happy I was that we could afford her. We had just fallen in love with her after our consultation. For 9 bridesmaid bouquets, a brides bouquet, a toss bouquet, 11 boutonnieres, 1 corsage and a flower girl basket with flowers, and 14 centerpieces including large and small vases, tea lights, and smoothed stones, it came to about $1050 including tax! She delivered it all to the reception site herself and brought the girls’ and my bouquets to us in our bridal suit. She was absolutely fantastic, a very down to earth person and genuinely sweet person with professionalism and creativity. We hit the jackpot with Heather!

Heather is so kind, so friendly, and her work is out-of-this-world fantastic! During our first meeting, Heather showed me samples of her work and had a handy guidebook full of flowers to show me what certain kinds looked like and to let me know when they were in season. I had a general idea about what I wanted, but I was by no means an expert on what would look nice together. Enter Heather, flower superstar! She really, sincerely listened to what I wanted and made the most helpful suggestions. While getting ready for my wedding, I heard someone come up the stairs. Before I could see who it was, my bridesmaids' jaws dropped. One of them screamed, "Those are BEAUTIFUL!" It was Heather, hand-delivering our bouquets! Many of our guests got to see the centerpieces before me, and they were freaking out about them; asking me who did them and what kinds of flowers were in them. But wait, there's even more to rave about! Heather sincerely cares about your wedding and it shows so much. She doted on the details, from what ribbons would wrap my bouquet to which vases and votives would look best. Seriously, I cannot stress how nice Heather is. If you're a big fan of ease, value, and great results, book Floral Designs by Heather Ann! :)

Heather is amazing!!! My flowers for my wedding were BEAUTIFUL! Heather really is an artist with flowers... she did a great job of creating my "vision" when I didn't really know what my "vision" was!! I chose colors and flowers that I liked and she ran with it and made beautiful bouquets! My aisle flowers looked great and my centerpieces were perfect! I had provided some pieces, but Heather put everything together on the tables for the wedding and it all looked perfect. Heather is an amazing florist, she is so easy to work with and will answer any question in a timely manner. Everyone loved the flowers at our wedding and many have asked if she can travel to different states to do their weddings. Such a nice person and made us feel comfortable. She also gives great advice! I would recommend her to anyone!

Heather Ann was absolutely fantastic. We connected from the beginning on my vision for bouquets and centerpieces. She was very accomadating, easy to work with and her prices were unbeatable. The result of her work wasw GORGEOUS. The centerpieces and bouquets were so beautiful and exactly how I envisioned them. Numerous guests told us how much they loved our flowers and asked who had done them. She is so sweet and went out of her way to help us cut out small details that no one would notice so that we could get the cost down even more. I highly recommend Heather Ann. Her ideas are modern, creative and beautiful and she is very knowledgable. We could not have been happier with everything she did.

Heather did a fantastic job with the flowers for my wedding!! After meeting with her for my first consultation, I knew she was who I wanted for my florist. She certainly knows everything about flowers, and has such a creative and artistic vision. She was so easy to get along with, very accommodating and helpful. I did not really know what I wanted for flowers, but she was able to help me select beautiful combinations. She created bouquets, alter arrangements, as well as the centerpieces and fresh flowers on the cake for the ceremony. I received so many compliments on how beautiful the flowers were. When I first started planning my wedding, flowers were something I was a little worried about because you can't really see the final product until the big day, but after I met with Heather, I had complete faith in Heather and was not worried at all. Her work went above and beyond my expectations! I would recommend Heather to anyone!

Words cannot express how happy I am that I selected Heather to be our wedding florist! From the very first contact, Heather was friendly, accommodating, and so sweet. My fiance (now husband) and I met with Heather for a consultation, and she immediately pinpointed my personality and vision perfectly and went from there! I completely trusted her ideas - she was so creative, and everything fell into place so quickly. She really knows what will look best and how to match the flowers to the style of your wedding and to your personality. This is definitely not a quality that every florist has. She really is an artist. One of my first thoughts waking up on our wedding day was "I can't wait to see the flowers!" I just knew they would be perfect, and they were.

Not only is Heather an artist, she is incredibly organized, helpful, and caring. She worked with our budget, never pressured us, and always followed up with us accordingly. What really impressed me about Heather was how incredibly helpful she was on our wedding day. She arrived at our venue even before the coordinator of our wedding and began setting up. She put me totally at ease... it was so great to see her there first thing in the morning! When I walked into the reception room, I was blown away. Yellow and lemons everywhere :) My favorite. Heather even stayed longer and went over to the chapel to make sure everything was settled with the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, etc! AND she brought some extra loose flowers for a few random vases I wanted to set around the reception. It looked amazing.

I would highly recommend Heather to all brides who are looking for a creative, reliable, and thoughtful florist for their wedding day. Trust me, your flowers will be nothing short of perfect!

I felt completely comfortable putting my trust in Heather and her ideas, and it definitely paid off. What I liked most about working with her was that she incorporated her own creativity and was honest about what would look best when I was considering multiple options for certain components. At the same time, she asked for my preferences for every detail and incorporated them into her overall plan. Bonus: She also has very reasonable pricing!

I loved my wedding flowers and arrangements! Heather was so great to work with. She was fun, creative and energetic . She was able to see my vision with only giving her a few ideas all while sticking within our budget. I was very pleased with her professionalism and responsiveness to emails and phone calls. Even though it rained on my wedding day and we had to move everything inside, I didn't need to worry that she would be able to use our original ideas and make the inside look stunning as well. Everything turned out beautiful! I would highly recommend Floral Designs by Heather. Her flowers designs truly are works of art.

Heather Ann designed beautiful flowers for our May wedding. They completely transformed our outdoor tent wedding and the result was magical. She created gorgeous topiary arrangements, flowers for the ceremony, bouquets, and boutonnieres, and everything exceeded my high expectations. The colors, blooms, and arrangements were perfect! Heather Ann is a very talented artist and I would highly recommend her designs!

Heather did an amazing job with my wedding flowers. She is very affordable and will do anything to make your flowers exactly what you want. She is knowledgeable about flowers and has a good sense of what her client wants for their day. My flowers exceeded my expectations and the vibrant colors added so much to our pictures.

I am so glad that we chose Heather for our recent 6/25/11 wedding. She was organized, professional, and so easy to deal with. She was kind enough to work with me when we changed our color palette, and had such wonderful ideas for the bouquets and ceremony flowers. She arrived on time early in the morning on the day of our wedding, and set up quickly and efficiently. She made small changes to the plans we'd had for the pew candle holders, and I'm so glad she did because it was beautiful. Heather works independently, so you will have a personal touch to your dealings with her.

Heather is AMAZING!! OMG Can't say enough wonderful things about her! She gave us great ideas for our bouquets and isle flowers that I never would have thought of. She was soo patient with my changes in colors and offered alternative ideas if she thought colors might clash. Heather was at our ceremony site EARLIER than anyone setting up and when she discovered that the table for our unity sand was too big, ugly and bulky (provided by the site) she called me to tell me she was going out to find a better one! AMAZING! She set it up and found flowers from a previous wedding and arranged them to work for ours too! She was so friendly and pleasant. Everything was so organzied while she was there, I hated to see her leave! I wish she was a wedding planner full time too LOL. Give her a call! You won't be disappointed : )

Absolutely perfect!! I cannot rave enough about this florist. She is an independent designer who works out of her house, so you really get a personal touch as opposed to a larger flower shop. We met on many occasions to discuss flowers, colors, and she met me out at our reception site to get a better feel for the landscape and what we might need. For my own bridal bouquet, I had found a picture online that I liked and she was able to replicate it exactly!! Anything you want done, this florist is able to do it!! We had a fall wedding and every hue in the bouquets picked up the foliage around us and the bridesmaids dresses (which were wine colored). She was there very early on the wedding day getting not only her flowers and arrangements ready, but helped friends of mine to put the finishing touches around the reception room (place cards, favors, pictures, etc). I found the prices to be very reasonable and had some great ideas on how to keep prices down but not sacrifice beauty and elegance for your special day. An amazing find!!

Flowers by Heather Ann did an amazing job on my flowers! We had a last minute centerpiece changes because the original candelabras we were going to use were not going to work. She did a great job adjusting and came up with the perfect centerpieces! She did an impeccable job with my and my girls bouquets! She is great at interpreting visions you have in you head!

Friendly Floral Expert at a Great Price

Heather Ann was on of our best vendors on the day of our wedding! She did an incredible job incorporating our theme colors (galactic, deep space) to our floral arrangements, and made excellent recommendations for centerpieces we hadn't considered. On the day, she helped me personally set up, and even gave me input on how things should look when I felt a bit doubtful! On top of all of this, she let us keep ALL of the floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces to give as gifts and take home ourselves. Absolutely incredible, and if you're having a wedding in the area, you need her expertise!!

Heather was great! I wanted anemones, which she hadn't worked with before, but she was more than willing to experiment with them. The bouquets were great, and the boys' flowers looked lovely.
