I would choose Floral Artistry for our wedding florist a thousand times over and recommend them for anybody getting married in the areas of Florida that they cover. They were SO easy to work with and they truly bought my vision to life. They were punctual and worked extremely quick the day of my wedding and really focused on every single detail surrounding my decor and flowers to make everything flow. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers and decor were. I would choose them time and time again for any weddings or events. Working with Floral Artistry Studio was an absolute pleasure. From the jump, they were so willing and flexible to work with me on the proposal to get the order just right, and within budget. I shopped around A LOT for floral and I felt they were very reasonably priced. When I saw the result of what I got on wedding day…. I was in AWE. Their team did an absolutely incredible job. They took my inspiration photos and brought them to life, without a flaw. I am still thinking about that asymmetrical arch. Don’t even think twice. Book them right now!

Their response was quick when I initially reached out, and their communication was amazing throughout. Floral Artistry was amazing to work with for our wedding! We had a small destination wedding and therefore did not have a massive budget for florals. They listened to our vision, and our financial limitations, and created arrangements that were just perfect! When we had to change venues due to Hurricane Ian they were more than accommodating. We had to add an arch to our package that our original venue was going to provide - they helped us figure out how to add the arch and adjust our florals to remain in our budget! The flowers were absolutely stunning and they really made the wedding look so special! The arch and my bouquet were my favorite parts! I would recommend Floral Artistry to anyone getting married in the Southwest Florida area!

The most amazing wedding florals and people!
I truly cannot overstate how glad I am that Floral Artistry did my wedding florals. Of all of the various wedding vendors I had to book, I felt that finding a floral vendor was by far the most difficult. They not only completely understood my vision, but they were so thorough in going over every detail with me on how they thought we could execute it. Not only that but they were responsive, willing to work within my budget, and were extremely patient with me - even helped me pick out my linens and place cards (I asked for their help because I knew they understood artistically how it would all come together best). Then, on the day of the wedding…my jaw literally hit the floor when I saw what they had put together. They took my vision and brought it to life in a way I could never imagine would be so gorgeous and perfect. The attention to detail and little preferences I had mentioned made me feel like they put in so much work to make it perfectly suited to what I wanted. This was so impressive to me because I had consulted with multiple other florists who sent me very vague proposals leaving out a lot of my requests and not really seeming to understand what I had asked them for at all. Not only were my florals out-of-this world gorgeous and the employees very friendly/comprehensive, but they pulled all of this off after suffering a terrible loss with one of their locations (in Sanibel) from Hurricane Ian. Even in the days immediately following that devastating event, they gave out bouquets in the area to help bring up morale to people in the area. Those are the kind of people I am proud to do business with! In other words, beyond their absolutely fabulous work with florals, their work ethic and altruism is the icing on the cake. Also, you can see from their Instagram that they take the time to go to floral expos etc to continue to expand their knowledge and build their skills … which really shows how dedicated they are to their craft. Although this was a long review (lol)- it is because I am still in awe of them (over a week later). Truly can’t say enough about this vendor.

We are from the Chicagoland area and were married at The Sundial Resort on Sanibel. We were given a vendor list by The Sundial and I contacted Floral Artistry after looking at their website and reviews. We were not disappointed!! I had a phone conference with Ryan and sent pictures of some ideas I had for colors and arrangements. He helped me decide and narrow down my ideas. Everything was so beautiful! I got so many compliments on the flowers and they were reasonably priced when I compared them with other companies online. They were also very responsive to all the little changes I made along the way, with no hassle whatsoever. I highly recommend Floral Artistry for your wedding floral arrangements!

Resilient and beautiful florals
I was very familiar with Floral artistry from previous work related events. They are always so professional, and their work is beautiful so it was a no brainer to use them for our wedding on Sanibel.
Jana and her team are top notch. I went in with minimal ideas of what I wanted for florals and decor. Our direction was classic/simple with mostly palms and large green palms. Minimal florals, more greenery. Jana suggested succulents and palms paired with soft colored florals.
After our initial meeting it was a relief to have all the florals and decor figured out. From there I could email communicate any changes or updates, Susan was always very responsive on behalf of the team. Any additional items I needed they had available to rent and they were accommodating to use specific terrariums I bought as center pieces for select guests to take home.
Day of the wedding they delivered the bouquets and boutonnières to their proper rooms. They made fast work placing the centerpieces and the rest of the floral decor. This isn’t their first rodeo and are very familiar with various venues in the area.
My bouquet was a natural one with off white Anemone with black center, off white, ivory and blush Roses, white Snapdragon, blush Stock and accents of white Ranunculus, Succulents and darker more tropical greenery.
The Bridesmaids carried smaller version of the bridal bouquet minus the white anemone.
The groom’s natural boutonniere was made of white Spray Rose accented with touch of blush, small succulent and touch of greenery. The groomsmen were similar minus the succulent.
They also provided boutonnières and corsages for the parents.
Our venue wedding package included a simple bamboo arch and white chiffon.
It was decorated with a gathering of palms and succulents on the side.
The aisle chairs were simple dressed with a single palm leaf at the end of each isle.
Our experience with Floral Artistry was just perfect. The overall look and colors of the florals were elegantly beautiful. They tied our decor together as we went with the minimal look. The flowers and succulents were resilient and lasted weeks after the wedding. Many who took the succulents home have told me they are thriving. I would highly recommend them for your wedding or event in SWFL.

The flowers that we had for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding were absolutely beautiful. They were easy to work with and helped design everything that we asked for. The Perfect Day!!
Amazing!! Susan was so fast at responding to all my questions and changes. Rand exceeded all my expectations and captured my vision beautifully! They were able to work within my budget and take my inspiration pictures and create something unique and incredible! I mean I had mini pineapples (yes that's a real thing) in my bouquet, it was sooo amazing to see how it all came together. I think my flowers were by far my favorite part of the day and I didn't want to ever put them down! Smooth process and lovely flowers!
My husband and I had a small wedding on Sanibel Island and had a great experience working with Floral Artistry. We spoke on the phone with Beth about putting our look together -- she was easy to work with, asked all the right questions, and made helpful suggestions while giving us room to make our own decisions. After they sent a quote and descriptions, they were prompt to make the requested changes, and their online system is easy to use. Our favorite piece from our wedding was the decor on our table: we requested a garland to run the length of our one long guest table, with eucalyptus and flowers, and it turned out wonderfully. It added the perfect accent without blocking anyone's view of each other, and my mother-in-law was especially enamored with it. Highly recommend!

Ann was our design specialist for my bouquets and was a joy to work with. I was very specific with my initial request with a "tropical" bouquet. After some thought I decided I wanted to do less "tropical foliage" and more "greenery" and Ann was so accommodating and patient with me. I got 6 bouquets for my bridesmaids, one for myself, flowers for the cake, a they decorated my arch with palms. Everything was gorgeous and they took care of all the delivery and set up which was a nice touch that i didn't have to worry about it on my wedding day. Flowers were amazing!
Our flowers were beautiful! They set up our beach arch with matching flowers to my bouquet (white lilies and Pink Floyd roses) and then stayed until after the ceremony to transport them to our reception and reuse them as decorations. They were so pretty! So easy to work with and very attentive to calls and emails. Highly recommend floral artistry!

What a dream. Jana and her team were fabulous. They communicated well, but they also listened well. She understood what my (amateur, unformed) vision was, and she got it exactly right. The flowers were unique and completely beautiful. Just beautiful. They worked with my budget, as well, and gave us elegance and artistry. My mom said “every flower was perfect”. I’m so very glad we found this gem!

Jana and her designers did an absolutely wonderful job on creating flowers that were so special, so unique that it is hard to put into words really. Jana and I had a great conversation about what I wanted and she delivered. The orchids and calla lily arrangements and bouquets were some of the most beautiful I have every seen. And the good news was, they were mine! I can't thank her enough for how special they made my wedding and reception. Kudos for job well done!

Your search for the perfect florist is over
Floral Artistry exceeded all expectations and created the most stunning and perfect wedding floral arrangements in the history of floral wedding arrangements.
A little bit of background- I live in Boston and planned a destination wedding in Marco Island which occurred on October 21, 2018. I discovered floral artistry by looking through photos of weddings in Marco, and every floral arrangement I loved was designed by the same people – Jana and her team at Floral Artistry. I had ONE site visit during which I needed to plan EVERYTHING – then fly back over 800 miles and trust my vendors. Add to this that having been in the hotel/events business for over thirty years, my expectations were high. Also, having worked literally hundreds of weddings I knew all the things that could possibly go wrong. I also knew that flowers and décor set the tone and when done make a memorable wedding. As you can imagine, the anxiety level was off the charts. Enter Jana.
Let’s start with our first phone call. I sent Jana just a few inspirational photos and after our first phone call I simply knew that she “got it” and would execute my vision. Then came the in-person meeting (reminder, I had only one) for which Jana drove over an hour and brought samples. Then add the months of planning, changes (mine), additions and adding flowers to every event during our four-day destination wedding.
The actual day of the wedding, Jana walked in with my floral bouquet and I cried (and I am not a crier). Let’s face it ladies, there is probably nothing more important to the bride than her dress and the flowers and Jana and her team ABSOLUTELY nailed it. I mean, nailed it. To see your vision, planning and dream come to life was emotional and I will be forever grateful to Jana and her team. We loved the bouquet so much that I saved it for three days!
When I passed the reception area on my way to the ceremony, again I cried. Jana created the look I was seeking and listened to every detail I provided. The result was a classic and elegant outdoor reception – exactly what we were seeking.
Can we talk about the ceremony? Light distressed driftwood aisle accented with green hydrangeas – simply stunning. The chupah (provided by Jana) was so elegantly decorated and the flowers there again were totally in point. We have three horticulturists in the family and they could not stop taking photos.
Boutonnieres arrived on time, beautiful as per specs, clearly labeled and idiot proof (😊).
Welcome reception flowers – again hit the mark for our outdoor reception welcoming out guests the first night.
The last thing I will say about Jana and her team is that she got everything right. EVERYTHING. NOT ONE MISTAKE. She was a true partner, listened so well and suggested enhancements which pulled everything together. Stunning flowers. They knew exactly what we wanted, and they exceeded our expectations. The colors were on point and they were timely and professional. I could not be happier with my choice to use Floral Artistry for my wedding! Everyone at the shop was wonderful to work with. Right from the start I felt like they could see my vision for my wedding. They even came up with the perfect centerpiece for my tables during our first meeting together and put it together right there in the shop! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and seeing my bouquet for the first time made me cry, especially when I saw how they incorporated lace from my mother's wedding dress. The staff at Floral Artistry are fantastic to work with. When trying to coordinate a wedding when you are out of the area this is the place to go for flowers. My son just got married and they used them for the wedding flowers and I wanted to use them for the rehearsal dinner without using the same flowers that would be used in the wedding. I explained what I was thinking of and she showed me a picture of something similar and it was spot on, absolutely perfect. They even left the stems a little longer for me so I could use the for a last me design change we had with decorating at the cocktail hour. Everything turned out beautiful. I can't say enough great words about Floral Artistry. From the beginning they were able to work around my hectic work schedule to meet and go over what I envisioned for our big day. About a month before the wedding we had a mock tablescape done at our venue to make sure that every detail was perfect. I was able to take pictures and think about which flowers I wanted in the arrangements. I don't know much about flowers so I did my research to make sure I got what I envisioned but they even brought extra flowers that I never heard of.
On the day of the wedding, everything was set up early so I was able to take a sneak peek and I absolutely lost it - IT WAS GORGEOUS. Those were the first tears that I shed that day! The whole ceremony site along with the bar/reception area was amazing. If you choose Floral Artistry you will NOT be disappointed! They are passionate about what they do and everything was a work of art.

She had great input and feedback on what would work best. I loved their flexibility with us on moving the date and location due to hurricane Irma. Any picture or image I sent was always considered and their pricing was matched the value. They were also very clear on what each item cost which I appreciated and were able to move funds around to be creative. They were very nice to work with and everything came out beautifully. We highly recommend Floral Artistry. They did the flowers and décor for our wedding and reception, and we were thoroughly impressed.
When we met with Beth, right away we felt we were with the right place. At our first appointment, all we knew was that we wanted a rustic feel to our wedding. We shared with Beth a sample of my wife’s dress and the tie color I wanted to wear. Let’s just say, that was enough. Beth quickly pulled together flowers for my wife’s bouquet, and for the table arrangements. She recommended candles and other bits and pieces of décor that perfectly complemented the floral arrangements.
Everything turned out beautifully and our guests repeatedly commented on how warm and inviting the tabled looked.
We cannot recommend Floral Artistry highly enough.

I couldn't have been more happy with flowers and experience with Floral Artistry. We worked with Anne to design our arrangements. We had a detailed call in the very beginning of planning, she took my vision and likes and created a beautiful design to fit exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the wedding planning, we ended up adding a few additional items and she was always very responsive and worked with me to be sure everything was exactly what I wanted. When we had our 1st meeting with Anne we knew that she understood the vision that my daughter had for her wedding. She picked out tropical flowers that we didn't even know the names of them. She showed us pictures, brought flowers out of the back room and even ran outside and cut some leaves to show us how this look would all come together. What I appreciated most was when we gave her a budget she fit everything we wanted into that budget. ( Others heard our budget and then wrote up a proposal thousands over it.) My daughter had tears when she walked into the ballroom and saw how beautifully it was decorated. Anne is truly an artist!

Then, she created the most beautiful mock up for us to see prior to the wedding, we were in love! We didn’t think it could get any better, until we walked into our reception. The groom had arranged for a dozen red roses to be sent to the bridal suit on the day of and I kid you not everyone in the suit was taken back by their work- these were the most beautiful roses I had ever seen! As the bouquets arrived I knew that we had picked the absolute perfect florist there is! The attention to detail in each of their pieces was extraordinary! Flowers have always been my “thing” and I knew when my husband and were planning our wedding, florals would play a huge part of the look and feel of both our wedding and rehearsal dinner. Let me preface this by saying we were a couple that didn’t have magazines tears outs, Pinterest boards, etc. We didn’t even have an idea of what kind of flowers we wanted. I had one teeny tiny photo that I wanted to use as an inspiration for the look of our ceremony. The rest of the inspiration came from my husband and talking about our likes/dislikes and visions for the day; unique and non-traditional. From our very first meeting with Jana, she immediately “got us” and understood our vision. I knew we had to work with her. She started pulling flower samples and photos, and everything she pulled was perfection. We had a significant amount of time for planning and over the course of that time, she got to know us. I felt so comfortable with Jana that she asked if she could surprise us with different florals the day of, and I immediately said yes! She custom built pieces for our wedding (including our arch) and even surprised us on our wedding day with additional décor pieces (that were breathtaking!). Jana and her artistic talent far surpassed and exceeded the look in our inspiration photo. Our wedding and rehearsal florals were beyond our wildest dreams. Stunning is an understatement!! Words cannot describe how awesome our florals were and the look of the whole weekend, and it is all because of Jana! She is a true talent and I wish all brides got to work with her.

If you need a florist in Southwest Florida, Floral Artistry is the one to choose! We met with several florists on Sanibel and the Ft. Meyers area for my daughter's wedding before finally deciding on Floral Artistry. They were not as well known, but we think we found a hidden gem. As soon as we met her we knew that Jana would do her utmost to try and make my daughter (the bride) and I happy. Even though my daughter wanted me to handle the flower portion of the wedding, because she felt she didn't know enough about flowers, Jana kept asking my daughter what she wanted and liked through the whole process. We wanted something very unique that Jana had never done before, but nothing was too big a challenge. Jana had the "Chuppah" custom made for us, since we couldn't find a vendor that had it, she hung and created a magnificent hanging branch and floral arrangement from the ceiling for us over the head table, she decorated trams for us, and created an overall "Magical" experience for our family and guests. Jana also did this in a very challenging venue which had limited transportation to the beach. Jana and her team accomplished this with a smile on her face, and made it look effortless...even though we know it was far from that. Our guests said it was the most beautiful atmosphere they had ever seen. The brides and bridesmaids flowers were incredible too! Everyone who saw them at the wedding or in photos is still raving about them. Jana is a joy to work with, and is more concerned about her craft then about the bottom line. She is comparable in price to the other florists in the area, but I know that she gave us so much more because she wanted everything to look perfect! From someone who Never writes reviews, I cannot say enough about Jana and her staffs talent, work ethic, temperament, value and overall kindness. Thank you Jana and Floral Artistry!!!

Ok, it is pretty obvious from the photos that this team does incredible work that can stand up to even the most glamorous and luxurious of weddings. But don't overlook them for a smaller, more modest affair either! I had a very small floral budget for my little back yard wedding and the professionals at Floral Artistry were happy to make it work. They never tried to pressure me into going bigger and fancier, but managed to turn my vision into an affordable reality.
They day of the wedding the bouquets, flower crown, and wreath that we purchased from them showed up on time and looked amazing. They lasted beautifully and added just the right touch of polish to an otherwise very DIY wedding.

Floral artistry was amazing!! Everyone we worked with was so nice & helpful. We can't even begin to thank them for making the most beautiful floral arrangements I've ever seen! The bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony arch, everything was exactly how I dreamed & more. The colors were so bright & a perfect match to my wedding colors. Everyone kept complimenting them! They were gorgeous! Although I knew from the first email that we made the right choice, you were all so easy to work with. Planning a destination wedding can be difficult not being able to meet in person, but I never once worried or stressed about the flowers.

I cannot emphasize enough of how amazing Jana and her team are at Floral Artistry. Planning a destination wedding and explaining your flower vision with phone and email conversations may sound hard but Jana completely understood what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations. Planning a wedding from another state presents a few challenges. But Floral Artistry was so easy to work with! I picked my flowers from pictures on their website, told them the colors I wanted, and they took care of the rest. Everything turned out beautiful and I loved my bouquet so much that I had to bring it back to Denver with me. I definitely recommend this business!

I chose Floral Artistry because they came highly recommended by every wedding planner/ on-site coordinator whom I spoke with in the Sanibel/Captiva area. I was not disappointed!
Lori was absolutely a dream to work with, and was so detail-oriented and professional when it came to pricing things out, working within my budget, and understanding my overall vision for the beach wedding. I was going for a romantic, overgrown garden look -- not the typical tropical look you usually see -- and Floral Artistry completely got it! Each arrangement (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, arbor decor) was absolutely incredible and exceeded my expectations.
Floral Artistry truly has an eye for design, and the tastefulness and elegance of each item they created for us was just amazing. They even perfectly arranged flowers on my very simple Publix wedding cake, which made it look upscale and gorgeous. And they picked beautiful flowers for me and my matron of honor to put in our hair during the reception. Absolutely beautiful.
If you're getting married in Sanibel/Captiva, you probably have already learned that Floral Artistry is the florist to go with. But rest assured that the limited options do NOT mean you have to settle. For a very reasonable price point, I was able to get much more beautiful floral arrangements than I could have dreamed of, interact with a highly professional and enthusiastic staff, and not have to worry about a single detail as they decorated my cake and ceremony set-up while I was at the spa getting my hair done. :) Wonderful people who take great pride in their work -- what more could you ask for?

My flowers were just gorgeous - I cannot say enough about how much I loved my bouquet and all of the other flowers! Anne from Floral Artistry was super easy to work with, and she was great at helping me make decisions to make my wedding beautiful but minimal. I live in Chicago, and I communicated with Floral Artistry through email and phone calls, but I found that phone calls were so much easier, especially when trying to ask questions. So if in doubt, just give them a call! I HIGHLY recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Floral Artistry!! They did the flowers for my wedding a few weeks ago at South Seas on Captiva and completely exceeded all of my expectations. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I met with Beth for a consultation a few months prior and she really took her time to understand my vision. She printed pictures from my Pinterest page and took very detailed notes. I told her the type of flowers I liked and she was even able to get me peonies out of season! Beth also provided fresh flowers for our cake which turned out beautiful. If you are getting married in the area I highly recommend booking Floral Artistry!

We had all white flowers of orchids, hydrangeas, and white roses that were absolutely beautiful. The only thing we were not pleased with was at the end of the night they took all the flowers away, as I would have liked to save some and take some to a senior living center or somewhere alike.

We didn't preorder since we were having a simple, intimate beach ceremony and we were buying fresh flowers just to put in some hanging Ball jars on the beach. The selection mid-June was reasonable and we still found beautiful flowers to make arrangements. What impressed us was how great the service was in the store, how beautifully and well packaged our flowers were to take back to our condo and the price value. Highly recommend!

I have to admit, I did not bother contacting other vendors after my initial contact with Floral Artistry. They are very responsive and detailed when it comes down to what you need to know. I knew NOTHING about flowers, yet felt so reassured when working with Floral Artistry! Our bouquets were beautiful and full, center pieces were PERFECTLY assembled, and our Ceremony Arch was something out of a fairy tale. I absolutely LOVED my flowers and arrangements made by Floral Artistry for my wedding day. They were absolutely beautiful and stunning. They surpassed my dream and were just so special. The staff there is wonderful and they are extremely professional. They set-up everything in the reception room, delivered bouquets and boutonnieres to the appropriate rooms, set up everything at the ceremony site and all in all, were just wonderful. I recommend them with confidence! Also, I did a Pinterest Page for my wedding, which REALLY helped out a lot, since I was planning this from afar. It's been almost two weeks since our amazing Sanibel wedding and I am still blown away by the beauty of the flowers provided by Floral Artistry. I knew very little about flowers (and still do!) but Jana at Floral Artistry couldn't have been more helpful. She called me (on her day off, mind you!) and we discussed the different options for my ceremony/reception. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and helped me decide what would work best for my specific needs. The most vivid memory I have of walking down the aisle is thinking to myself how unbelievably gorgeous the chuppah was decorated. Working with a vendor long distance is always really hard, but Floral Artistry was great about looking over my pinterest board, telling me all the flowers they would use and keeping my photos on hand so they had exact images of what I wanted. The bouquets were gorgeous and I loved how they decorated the isle and the arch. Definitely a great company to work with for Captiva Island weddings!
