Lauren was such a pleasure to work with from the beginning. She completely listened to my vision and executed it perfectly on our big day. From the start I knew I was going to love her work, not only from stalking her social media pages but from the the custom look book and pinterest board she put together for us after our initial meeting. She had amazing recommendations when I got stuck on some specifics and everything truly just turned out beautifully. 10/10 would recommend. She was beyond fantastic through and through. -

Stunning flowers, meticulous, and an absolute pleasure!
Lauren, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish for my August 2022 wedding at the Lambertville Station. She impressed us after our very first meeting when she created an inspiration board that was spot on to my vision before we had even hired her. She is EXTREMELY detail oriented, meticulous, enthusiastic, and her flowers are absolutely stunning. Everyone raved about the flowers at my wedding from the gorgeous floral arch for our ceremony that Lauren repurposed for the reception, to my bouquet. All of her center piece vessels, candles, etc. are classy and beautiful. Lauren goes above and beyond; I would 100% hire her again and recommend her for all floral needs! -

Amazing florist!
Lauren was so wonderful to work with from the beginning - she listened to our vision and worked diligently to make it come to life. She was happy to make adjustments to the florals we chose and work within our budget. Here's the deal: if you do one thing when planning your wedding, it should be hiring Lauren at Flora Event Design. I can't even begin to express how much she wowed us throughout the entire process, from our first introductory phone call to the first time I saw our chuppah and my bridal bouquet in real life.
My husband and I had spoken with and received quotes from several florists, including some we really liked, when we were told to talk to Lauren by a mutual friend. So we scheduled a call — and I was STUNNED by the amount of effort she put into that first contact. Even before we hopped on the phone, she had put together custom Pinterest boards for us outlining possible flowers, vases, and structures we could use. After we spoke for 90 minutes (!) about every possible detail, and she followed up with a comprehensive inspiration slide deck that really brought her vision to life. She took the ideas we had and made them 1000x better, but still true to our vision. There was no question Lauren was our girl.
When it came to planning and communication, she went above and beyond. She was so flexible when COVID postponed our wedding by a year, lent us some items we'd ordinarily have to rent from other florists, and she even returned some rentals from other vendors for us the day after our wedding, so that we could head off to our honeymoon without worrying about it.
As for the big day itself, what she actually delivered exceeded even our greatest expectations. It was one (amazing) thing to be told in advance exactly what to expect — types of flowers, sizes of arrangements, pictures of the vessels — but another to see it all come together. From my bouquet to the chuppah to the cake decorations, it was next level. She also stayed for the entire evening to make sure she could adjust and repurpose our florals as necessary. And perhaps most importantly, all of our vendors raved about how wonderful she was to work with.
I could literally go on forever. I'll leave it with this: Lauren is IT. -

Making bride's drams a reality!
I cannot say enough how thankful I am that I hired Lauren for our special day. I knew when I saw her portfolio that I just had to have her as a part of the team to make our wedding dreams a reality. I booked Lauren’s services back in 2019 and she was so responsive and just so much fun to work with. When I had to postpone our wedding in 2020, Lauren was flexible and understanding. She provided great insight and offered suggestions as to how we should proceed. We chose to get married on my family property in a small ceremony and Lauren provided the beautiful arch and bouquet for the intimate event. She also helped transform our family barn into a beautiful dinner space. When the time came in 2021 to have our vow renewal and reception with our families and friends, I had a vision in my head and Lauren delivered beyond my wildest dreams. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a kind, creative and supportive florist who truly has a gift with floral design. Thank you, Lauren! -

Lauren helped us get the most out of our budget while designing the most stunning bouquets, centerpieces, decorative accents, and chuppah. Lauren did the flowers for our July 10 wedding. To say we were blown away would be an understatement. I had a very specific vision and a lot of DIY elements. Lauren was able to understand and exceed what I was looking for. She also was amazing at moving things throughout the day, and her timing was perfect. I received so many compliments on my flowers. Lauren was so responsive, helpful, and flexible. She was so understanding and helpful when we had to completely change our 2020 wedding plans due to Covid. Her artistry, vision, and taste are impeccable, while still managing to leave the client in control. Her collaborative planning process is *so* thorough & leaves you envisioning/ day dreaming about your wedding day & excited for the beautiful flowers to come! One the wedding day she delivered stunning florals, and she was also super helpful with set up & venue visit! We totally recommend her! -

Lauren listened to what we wanted and was incredibly detail oriented. She delivered exactly what we wanted and blew our expectations away. Our plans changed because of the pandemic and we ended up broadcasting our wedding on zoom for our guests. Lauren created the most beautiful space in our home filled with candles and different flower arrangements. She made our day so beautiful and I will forever be grateful that she was able to accommodate the changes we made to our wedding due to covid. I cannot recommend flora anymore. -

**Flowers of my dreams!**
Lauren is so down to earth and simply the best! From our initial contact phone call, and multiple phone calls following, Lauren was set on every little detail and making my flower dreams become a reality. With the constant changes brought on by COVID-19, Lauren was extremely flexible and accommodating, right up until the big day. She even last minute made me the most gorgeous flower crown for our rehearsal lunch and dropped it at my house that morning. Come wedding day, I will never forget the feeling walking into my tent for the first time and seeing her creations- I was truly blown away. From the bouquets, to the table settings, to the hanging installations - I couldn't have asked for a better florist. Lauren is compassionate, creative, reliable and so easy to work. I can't thank her enough and would recommend her to any future bride.

We worked with Lauren for our wedding, and she absolutely exceeded our expectations. From our very first phone call she was so collaborative and really absorbed my input and created a cohesive vision that brought my wedding dreams to life. I loved that she sent over a visualization board *before* we even signed a contract. This really was above and beyond for me, and made a big impact on our decision to book Flora for our wedding. Seeing her ideas for our personalized package in picture form really helped us feel confident in what our final product might look like on the big day.
Lauren was a true joy to work with. Her passion and creativity are evident in everything she does. She created the most beautiful arrangements for our day and worked within our budget to make our flowers the center of attention in our wedding decor. We chose to get married in the spring when everything around us would be in bloom, because we love nature. Lauren brought our garden inspired wedding dreams to life! I could not stop looking at the flowers all day and they still draw my eye in our beautiful wedding photos. I loved my bouquet so much I had a piece of art made using my flowers after the wedding. Amazing Florist!
Lauren of Flora is SO wonderful to work with for wedding day flowers! I spoke with several florists before making my decision and what made Lauren stand out above the rest was that she was very conscious of my budget and I felt like I was talking to a friend. She was the first florist I had spoken with that suggested re-purposing the bridesmaids bouquets and cocktail centerpieces for the reception instead of making totally separate arrangements. She also prepared and incredible vision board using ideas from our discussion and my Pinterest board. We had a walk though at our venue, the Woolverton Inn where Lauren often provides wedding flowers, a few weeks before the wedding to go over the final ideas. The day of our wedding when I saw the ceremony and reception space complete with all the flowers my breath was taken away it was so incredibly beautiful! I would highly recommend Lauren of Flora to any bride to be! -

Late Summer/Early Fall Florals
Lauren was a pleasure to work with and the flowers she provided for my wedding brought romance, sophistication, and magic to my ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The flowers looked beautiful and didn't wilt for several days post-event. Months later and I am still getting compliments on the flowers and table arrangements! High quality flowers are worth the investment. -

Such a talented florist!!!!
Lauren was absolutely amazing to work with. She was honest, creative, responsive, and her attention to detail was impeccable. She made my wedding look better than my Pintrest boards! She even took the time after the wedding to walk me through how to preserve my bouquet which came out perfectly. I can't thank her enough for the time she took to sit with me and create such a beautiful backdrop for our wedding. She has extremely fair pricing and was a pleasure to work with. You won't be disappointed!! -

Hands down the best Florist in PA!
Lauren and her team were a dream to work with! From day one she brought creative ideas to the table and completely understood my vision. She was highly communicative throughout the entire process and available for any and all of my questions. When it came to budget, Lauren was super flexible and fair. She was so easy to work with and made planning such a breeze. She completely brought my vision to life. My jaw dropped when I saw my bouquet, Lauren nailed every detail. I received so many compliments long after the wedding was over on how beautiful the flowers were. Couldn't recommend Lauren and her team more, so lucky to have found such a professional and skilled florist / amazing and kind person for my wedding! -

Highly recommend!
I didn't know where to begin with picking a florist for my wedding and I didn't know the first thing about flowers! I came across Flora and was originally interested because they were located conveniently close to me. After reading up about the business and seeing how the florist, Lauren, works with you and aims to work with your budget, I was very interested. After my first meeting with Lauren I knew I needed her to be my florist. She was beyond friendly, so down to earth yet professional and she listened to me and stayed in my budget. After a few meetings, I became so excited about my flowers!! As I said, I didn't know the first thing about flowers let alone names of flowers (besides roses lol) All I did was tell Lauren colors I really wanted and she managed to put together a little sample board of the most beautiful flowers I could imagine. Aside from the amazing bouquets and boutonnieres she created, I needed SERIOUS help in the center piece department and she totally delivered. I told Lauren some ideas I had in mind but nothing that I was really crazy about. She listened and took my ideas to the next level to create amazing centerpieces. She was even kind enough to let me borrow supplies she has in her shop. Lauren went to my venue the day of the wedding to set up EVERYTHING for me! This took so much stress off of me knowing that she would handle it all. I really cant say enough good things about working with Flora. I would work with Lauren again in a heartbeat! -

Must Hire Florist ! Creative & Stunning Flowers
Lauren was an absolute STAR to work with. She has such a wonderful passion for her job and it shows through her work. She is creative and thoughtful in her designs and is incredibly helpful in planning exactly what you want. We hired Lauren for my shower and my wedding and I have had countless requests for her information! She also traveled further than necessary and made it seamless which I truly appreciated! Can't wait to continue to work with her in the future. -

Jenna Sent on 07/02/2023My biggest mistake in wedding planning.
Booking Lauren was my absolute biggest mistake in wedding planning. I booked her in July of 2021 and we met up in July of 2022 for a venue walkthrough where she presented floral ideas to me, as my floral plans were far from solidified. That was one of the last times I ever heard from her. I spent literally the next year attempting to contact her via email, text, phone call and even Instagram message, trying to solidify my floral plans and my “living contract,” which she expressly says in her contact can be changed at any time, with only sporadic replies from her every few months. Even my venue, where she was a preferred vendor prior to this debacle, asked her to contact me with empty promises back from her. When I finally asked Lauren within two months of my wedding to please from there on out reply to me within two weeks even if it was to say “I’ll reply to you in full at a later time,” we finally got on the phone for the first time since our sole initial phone call. On that call, I had hoped to work things out with her but she just kept repeating that I was welcome to cancel my contract if I wanted and she would refund my deposit. She also told me that we had “many phone calls” (we had one) and I had too many contract changes… which was news to me being that the living contract lacked solidified floral plans and she presented ideas to me during our venue walkthrough that she asked me to get back to her on. I still didn’t want to cancel my contract with Lauren being that I was two months out from my wedding and I knew how difficult it would be to find a new florist within that time. That was until later that day, when she actually texted me recommendations for new florists. When I asked her if I was unable to find someone who was available if she would still show up and fulfill my contract, she NEVER RESPONDED. Thankfully, my venue stepped in, immediately found a new vendor for me, and removed Lauren as a preferred vendor. When I contacted Lauren just days later with the news that I had found a new florist and could she refund my deposit as she offered and promised, I never heard from her, once again despite many phone calls, texts and emails. She only refunded the deposit one month later after I filed a dispute with my credit card company. If you don’t want to be a bride wondering if she will have a bouquet on her wedding day, do not book Flora Event Design.
