My husband, my guests, and I are still WOWED by our florals from our wedding day. Kim is a visionary and was an incredible vendor to work with. As someone who wanted to stray far from the consistent white wedding florals, I told Kim to play with colors and sent her my design board and pinterest and with little explanation the rest was history. Kim is great with communication and feedback - I constantly changed my mind even up until our final walkthrough I decided to go with a different arch layout and Kim immediately understood given the limited space for our ceremony. Thank you Kim for making my modern Chinese wedding so dreamy! -

We could not have asked for a better florist than Kim! She is truly the best. She's a natural and a visionary. During the planning process, she did not need a whole lot of explanation to understand what our vision was. She knew what we wanted and she made magic happen! She was extremely communicative, responsive, sweet, and thoughtful. She even provided ad hoc advice on design elements beyond the florals. She simply gets it, and she delivers. On the wedding day, it was beyond windy! Somehow, Kim was able to keep our beautiful floating floral arch in place even with the gusting winds. We were so impressed! Thank you Kim for your exceptional service and execution! You brought our vision to life and it was more beautiful than we could've ever imagined -

I worked with Kim for both my elopement bouquet as well as florals for our larger wedding. She was so patient, helpful, and kind throughout the whole wedding planning process. There were so many times that I had so many questions, uncertainties, anxieties and she always went above and beyond to hop on a call with me and help me through them. She was also super mindful of my budget which I really appreciated!
She also took my vision, that I changed multiple times, and brought it to life. She truly did work so hard both leading up to and the day of the wedding. I was so touched by how much she cared for not only her work but me! We got soooooo many compliments on the florals and it was all her doing, they really brought the day together and made the event as beautiful as it was. Thank you so much Kim!

One of the best decisions you can make for your wedding is to hire Kim! Not only did her floral designs completely elevate the day and and leave guests (and us) speechless, but she is also so easy to work with. After I reached out through her website, she quickly responded to schedule a time for a call. During our call, we walked through my inspiration from Pinterest and Instagram. Before the wedding, she shared different examples for larger purchases (like the wedding arch) and thoroughly confirmed what we needed. During the actual wedding day, she and her team completely transformed the venue.
Thanks again Kim!!! You completely exceeded our expectations and made our wedding day so memorable! -

I can't say enough great things about Kim and her work!!!
First of all, she is the absolute sweetest! And very responsive. She usually would email me back within minutes or a few hours :) I found Kim over 2 years ago on Instagram (LUCKY ME!!). We booked her for our postponed wedding and she was one of my favorite vendors.
I shared a few inspo pics with Kim and she followed up with a BEAUTIFUL design palette and inspo board - she nailed it! Her mood board was absolutely stunning and it was great to have that to visualize before our wedding day. I booked her immediately.
As we got closer to my wedding day, We had a mockup and I was blown away!! She nailed it. Fast forward to wedding day, and it was a dream! I was SO impressed by how Kim captured my vision and provided her own creativity - She is SUCH AN ARTIST! I'm in awe looking back on the photos of my bouquet, the centerpieces, table runner, literally every floral design. She provided great ideas and I would love to work with her again.

I contacted Kim after having to reschedule my wedding for the second time due to COVID. I only had about 2 months before the big day. Kim reply to my quote in a timely manner and it didn’t take much to start the process. She is so kind and very easy to talk to but most importantly very professional! I loved working with her!
I told her what I had in mind for my ceremony flowers and she quickly created a mood board with beautiful examples of flowers arrangements she could do for my big day. We had about two calls to finalize details. Kim helped me come up with the perfect design to stay within my budget. I sent her a few examples and just like that she made the most beautiful arrangements for my wedding.
From the moment I started working with her I felt comfortable and I knew I was in very good hands. I would recommend Flora+Flour Studio to anyone planning their wedding. It was the best decision for mine!

We hired Kim after having to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and she was one of the best decisions we made! We trusted her wholly and fully for her creative eye (I’m can be very particular with how things look, but with her, I just knew I could just trust her execution in whatever the result was and I’d be happy with it!). Her florals are so dreamy and romantic. They just feel natural, light, and airy. She is so flexible, responsive, has great ideas, and advice during the creative/consulting process. On top of that, she was just so affordable and has ideas of where/how to save on your florals if you’re on a budget (I really appreciated that).
A week before the wedding she had informed me a specific flower I wanted in my bouquet was not available, but instead she was able to find a different flower with the same vibe/look (she’s so good if needing to substitute anything and in giving design advice; I would just trust her fully with whatever she thinks is best!)!! She is also super prompt— she was the first vendor at our venue the day of the wedding and was SO calming when we were stressing because of being so late due to Bay Area traffic and unexpected bridge accidents. Kim is just so warm, sweet, and went above and beyond to even make our simple small ceremony beautiful with makeshift/extra florals on hand when she noticed me decorating the cake table— just, thank you so much Kim! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a florist and would definitely go back to her for any floral needs.

Our floral arrangements for our mico-wedding were an absolute dream! Kim did the most amazing job bringing our vision to life from the bridal bouquet, beautiful ceremony display, and table arrangements! She took our vision and gave her ideas and recommendations to enhance elements of the venue. Florals were pretty important in our wedding to create a romantic and intimate setting and I was so thankful to have Kim on our team of vendors. Kim was very attentive about understanding there ceremony space, theme and color story. She not only helped us pick out our florals but also pairing candles and table decor to bring it all together. We got so many compliments on the florals from our venue staff, in-person guests, and even virtual guests!
All in all, Kim was wonderful to work with. She was always very responsive to emails and patient with us as we went through many wedding-day changes (due to COVID). She was able to work with our budget and create the best-value florals for us! She is very good at what she does and I could not recommend her enough! -

Kim was the florist for our wedding back in October 2019, so this review is long overdue! It was very important for us to find an engaging, detail-oriented florist who could produce beautiful work while still accommodating our budget. Well, Kim is THAT florist!
Throughout the entire process Kim was very responsive, and answered my countless feedback and questions with clarity and grace. For instance, we had a last minute layout change for our reception. This involved changing the reception tables used, meaning we’d need to update the sizes of the arrangements to match. Kim turned on a dime, and quickly updated the floral plan to reflect the new reception layout, while still keeping in budget.
All of our wedding flowers were absolutely stunning—from our bouquet and boutonniere, to our reception floral arrangements. Kim brought our vision to life, and perfectly executed the floral mood we were going for: simple, romantic, and oh so dreamy.
Kim has a way with flowers and the thoughtful details that go along with them. And on top of all that, she is so nice and has such a calming presence. We are so thankful to Kim for everything. We highly recommend working with her, and consider her our go-to florist in the future. -

I originally reached out to Kim for my 8/8/2020 wedding that ended up being cancelled due to the pandemic. When contacting her about my cancelled wedding she immediately offered a postponement or full refund. Just a couple weeks before our original wedding date we decided to contact the venue who graciously allowed us to have a small ceremony of 7 people. I quickly contacted Kim to see if she was still available to provide a bridal bouquet, mother bouquets and boutonnières. She scheduled to come back in time from her vacation to provide her services! How amazing.
The bouquets were just pure magic. I wanted to tear just looking at how beautiful they all came out. Each flower was carefully picked and strategically arranged. The bridal bouquet was exactly want I wanted!

Without a doubt, Kim is probably one of the most talented florists I have ever worked with. Kim is a consummate professional with the best possible taste. Her work is elegant, chic, and always classy. I was initially drawn to Kim as a florist when I was exploring her Instagram and loved the way her wedding flower arrangements always looked so organic, clean and intricate. I had never seen work done with so much thought and passion.
When I first contacted Kim, I felt like I was a mess. I knew I wanted a look for my wedding that separated me from the typical tropical palm tree feels. I need something that spelled elegance, but still gave nods to the tropical vibes of Hawaii (where my Husband and I got engaged). Immediately, Kim created a Pinterest page for me and helped me gather ideas for the wedding. Together we gathered pictures, ideas, and flowers that would work best for my budget. Our planning process started a full year in advance of my wedding, and everyday Kim would let me bombard her with questions about styles and floral structures for the wedding. Kim never once complained and instead took the time to walk me through everything. She was encouraging, but also voiced her opinions whenever she thought I strayed too much to the corny side.
To build our tropical chic look, Kim made several trips down to OC to see me (because I am a picky a bride). She made mock-ups of my bridal bouquet, boutonniere, and center pieces for the wedding reception. I was in awe of her flower placement and fell in love with my mock-ups.
By the time my wedding day came, I had 100% confidence that Kim was going to be able to implement my vision. When I walked down the aisle for the ceremony and later into the reception room, I felt so incredibly emotional because her work really transformed the entire space. What was once empty, blank and unimaginative, suddenly became a room filled with warmth, elegance and a hint of whimsical.
I absolutely love her work, and her dedication and hard work is something to truly admire. If you're looking for a florist that will give you something magical and original, Kim and her team will not let you down. -

I so enjoyed working with Kim throughout the whole planning process, so I knew that I would love whatever she came up with because I already loved her and all the photos I'd seen of her work so much- but oh my goodness. Linda Sent on 09/26/2018One of my bridesmaids wanted to surprise me (as much as she could) and gift me one of Kim's amazing floral crowns for my wedding. I was able to work through any questions or comments I had through my gf and it couldn't have been any smoother of a process. I had some flowers I liked but know that size/season could cause issues so I just told her roughly what I thought I would have liked and she came up with an amazing floral crown. It was something I treasured so much I ended up hanging it up to dry and it's still fully entact. If I could find an excuse to order another one in the future, I most definitely will haha

Caitlin Sent on 09/13/2018Kim was so professional and timely with her responses and delivery. We communicated via Instagram message throughout the whole process. The process was so easy and fast. She even sent me pictures of different bouquet sizes for me to choose. My only instructions were that my sister likes pastel colors and peonies. With very little direction from me, she created the most beautiful bouquet!! I got so many compliments from strangers. Literally 10 strangers at graduation stopped me to say how beautiful the flowers are and asked where I got them. Kim was so accommodating with the pickup. Since I was flying in the day of graduation and couldn’t make it to LA to pick up the flowers. Kim was nearby, so she ended up delivering them to my house for me. She even gave me instructions on how to care for them. Such superb service!!!!!! The flowers are even prettier in a vase which I didn’t even think was possible. There were at least 20 flowers in the bouquet!! I love the ranunculus and I’ve never seen roses in that color she picked out! What I love most about the bouquet is that it consisted of flowers I couldn’t get in my garden. So beautiful!!! It was such pleasure working with Kim, especially since I am in SF and she is based in LA. I cannot wait to work with her again!!!

I got so many compliments and so many people wanted to hold my bouquet to take a picture with it. I highly recommend using Flora+Flour! Kim is very skillful in what she does and professional. I found her through IG for a Korean brides fashion shoot in Koreatown LA and she delivered great bouquets for our shoot based on very little instructions. She listened tentatively at our vision and looked over our past shoots, and delivered the most magical blooms. She personally went out of her way to deliver the blooms herself and it was packaged neatly and safely. We cannot wait to work with her on our future editorials again! She’s worth every buck!
