We ordered a 6 inch vintage heart shaped wedding cake and mini cupcakes for our wedding! When we did our cake tasting we couldn't decide between the 4 flavors we picked, so we decided on all of them for our mini cupcakes! Our flavors were strawberry, cookies and cream, almond, and salted caramel, all were 10/10! The strawberry was our absolute favorite, so we made that the flavor of our wedding cake. Sadly, there was a huge miscommunication between our wedding planner and caterer and our cake got served to our guests. My husband and I had one bite each for pictures and planned to freeze the rest for our one year anniversary. People did rave about how good the cake was the next day! We reached out to Flirt With Dessert and told them about the mishap, and they so kindly offered to remake the cake for a discounted for our one year anniversary! I called in to order a cake to surprise my husband with on our wedding day. Was it the most delicate wedding cake? No. It was an Eagles and Phillies one, BUT Ashley killed it! It came out looking exactly like the reference photo I sent.
They were so great with communication also. I told them when and where and when we went upstairs for the reception there it was! Perfectly displayed for all of the loud obnoxious Eagles and Phillies fans to ooh and aahhh over 😉 mission accomplished. Husband loved it, I loved it and it tasted amazing!

Ashley was very responsive in all of her emails. I am not from the Savannah area and I didn't have time to try desserts for our wedding. Flirt with Dessert was one of the preferred vendors for dessert, so as I contacted Ashley, she was very professional and responsive. The pricing wasn't out of the ordinary and they delivered so I went with it and I was so glad I did!! I had good feedback from our guests on the dessert. Our main cake was funfetti with a strawberry filling and it was absolutely fantastic!! Our mini desserts were the cheesecake brownies, mini banana and peach pies, and key lime squares. Ashley was amazing to work with and went out of her way to accommodate me as a vegan and my husband as a non vegan. She even made sure to have the vegan options made specifically for our tasting, and it was amazing! We ended up with a beautiful 3 tier cake with a large vegan tier at the bottom. Whimsical Cake Dreams!
Flirt with Dessert made us the most INCREDIBLE wedding cake - truly stunning. Ashley took the time to sit down with us and discuss our vision for a whimsical, white butterfly (vegan !!!) cake and she absolutely delivered. Thanks to Ashley and our wonderful florist, seeing the cake of my dreams for the first time at our reception brought me to tears. I ordered a cheeky bachelorette party novelty cake, not only was it delicious but visually accurate to the picture that I had sent Ashley and my bride was extremely happy. They were so easy to work with in giving us exactly what I asked for look wise. Flirt with Dessert went above and beyond! Ashely was able to fit us in very last minute for my son's wedding reception. She understood the situation we were in and made sure my son and his bride had the most beautiful and delicious vegan cakes.
The coconut, blackberry, lemon and hummingbird cakes were so good that none of the quests knew they were vegan! She even delivered the cakes to the venue and coordinated with tbe caterer.

Simply amazing
My husband and I had a destination wedding in Savannah in November 2022. We live in New York and the Flirt with Dessert team was outstanding from beginning to end. We both have a sweet tooth so the cake was very important lol. I always knew that I would prefer a tasty cake to simply a beautiful one but we truly got the best of both worlds! They were so kind to accommodate us by mailing cake samples for the tasting when we couldn't get down to GA. The cake was delicious and beautiful and our guests loved it. Would highly recommend. If you're in the market for a wedding cake, look no further!
Flirt with Dessert did a wonderful job with our cake. Our design was simple with minimal flourishes, meaning that any issues would be easily seen. Not only was the cake beautiful and incredibly similar to the pictures we provided, but it also tasted absolutely delicious. They were able to provide different flavors for each tier. The only difficulty we had was that during our tasting, each flavor was absolutely amazing, making it very difficult to choose!

The cake was absolute perfection. We had so many compliments. What blew my mind was when I had an issue with the cake topper being out of stock. They asked me to send a photo. They were able to replicate the topper with fondant! It looked exactly like the photo. It was our dachshunds in wedding attire. I had to hold back tears. Flirt with Dessert was fantastic to work with every step of the way. We don't live in Savannah, so they mailed us our cake tasting. They were always incredibly responsive. We had three tiers with three separate flavors (lemon blueberry; strawberry; death by chocolate), and they also made a gluten-free, dairy-free cake for attendees with dietary restrictions. Every cake tasted *wonderful*. The cake was gorgeous - I wish I could share a photo on here!! Everything was perfect and I'd choose them again in a heartbeat. I cannot say enough good things about Ashley and her team at Flirt with Dessert. When I initially inquired about doing our wedding cake, I had no clue all of the logistics that went into wedding cakes. Ashley set up a call with me and was more than happy to explain everything, offer recommendations, and was very responsive. We set up a time to do a cake tasting, which was wonderful. She made us feel very comfortable and was willing to accommodate any requests that we had. Essentially, whatever vision you may have for a wedding cake, Flirt with Dessert can make it come to reality! They even created the Groom's cake in a stunning replica of the Ohio State Stadium customized with our wedding date on the scoreboard.. truly remarkable! Also, she offers a variety of different sweets and desserts that can be good items for welcome bags, dessert tables, etc. I would 10/10 recommend Flirt with Dessert for any brides getting married in the Savannah area!!Flirt with Dessert's reply:

Amazing cake and the sweetest people!
We used Flirt with Dessert for our wedding cake in November! Ashley was so quick to respond and worked with our busy and last minute schedules for a tasting. Their availability and responsiveness was better than some other wedding cake vendors in the area, and as an out of town bride this was key in our decision. After our tasting, we could not decide on one flavor so we went with five different ones! They were amazing with making my cake vision come to life! All of our guest loved the options, and even took some back to their hotel room! Flirt with Dessert was my easiest vendor from my wedding experience, and I will recommend them over and over again!

Amazing Wedding Cake
I am so glad I chose Flirt with Dessert for my wedding cake.
The cake, chocolate with chocolate mousse filling, was absolutely delicious and very tasty. It was so moist, fluffy, and not overly sweet. All of my guests commented on how they’ve never had a more delicious wedding cake.
I gave Ashley, the owner, a picture of the design I would like and she did exactly what I wanted. Ashley was a great person to work with and gave us a reasonable price.
The cake tasting was a lot of fun. We sampled some great cakes and fillings. She had a large variety to choose from. Everything is great about Flirt with Dessert! I definitely recommend Flirt with Dessert for your wedding cake or any other celebration. I would definitely used her again.

We found the perfect bakery to make my daughter's wedding cakes when we found Flirt with Dessert. Beautiful Wedding and Groom Cake
Ashley and her team made me a stunning wedding cake. It looked exactly as we wanted, and she took the time to search for, show me, and order the ribbon and embellishment very early on so that we knew exactly what they would look like.
I was so surprised by how awesome the groom’s cake turned out. It was so well done and really looked like a fireman’s helmet.
We received so many compliments during the reception about how delicious they both were.

From the moment I contacted Ashley (Flirt with Dessert) to design a wedding cake for my October 15th destination wedding at the Westin resort in Savannah, she was an absolute pleasure. She was professional and detail-oriented. In addition, her staff was kind, friendly, and helpful.
I do not live in Savannah; therefore, booking a cake tasting was out of the question. Instead, Ashley coordinated with a staff member to hand-delivered cake samples to my sister, who lives outside of Savannah, for her and my mother to taste and decide a flavor for us. My mother & sister raved about the cake samples and wanted them all. However, we choose the vanilla cake with lemon. We asked Ashley to use her judgment to design a simple but elegant two-tier cake. Also, the price of the cake, delivery, and setup fee was extremely reasonable compared to other wedding cake bakeries in the area.
Our wedding cake was fantastic; beautifully designed, moist, and delicious. The guest all of it - every single piece, not one piece was leftover.

So easy to work with, executed my vision perfectly
I am so thrilled I chose Flirt with Dessert to make my wedding cake. I had a great experience with them from the very start.
Ashley was very responsive and very sweet. She welcomed my fiance, my mom and me to a tasting, where we chose red velvet and lemon blueberry for our wedding cake. She was patient with me through two wedding postponements because of COVID-19 and shifting guest list numbers.
I also had Flirt with Dessert provide six vegan chocolate cupcakes and six gluten-free chocolate cupcakes for my guests with dietary issues. We got so many compliments on how delicious the cake was, and my guests with dietary issues were so appreciative that we had accommodated them.
I felt like I gave Ashley minimal direction and still she managed to execute my vision for the cake perfectly. It was three layers, with white sweepy, swirly icing, decorated with cake flowers and a cake topper I bought from Etsy. I left the cake topper and the cake flowers for her at the reception site ahead of time, and she showed up on time and finished up the cake decoration there.
My husband and I ate our red velvet wedding cake out of a styrofoam container two days after the wedding, right before our flight home, and it was still so good.

Now the important part: taste. Our wedding cake was the best cake I've ever had. Hands down. Our guest took small pieces to be polite at first but then went back for seconds and thirds. Ashley is the SWEETEST! It's no wonder she works with cake! We live in Ohio, so we were planning everything remotely. Ashley answered all our questions and provided a cake tasting when we came to town. Trust me when I say the lemon blueberry cake is life-altering. The owner of Flirt With Dessert was AMAZING!! She went WAAAAY above and beyond for me, helping to set up a few decorations to make sure my wedding day was as beautiful as intended. The cake was superb! It was exactly what we wanted and asked for, delicious to the last bite. I asked for a design that called for ribbons of lace-icing that she had to make, as well as 3 different styles of flowers that she made from gum paste. It turned out gorgeous! I couldn’t have been happier with Flirt With Dessert. Ashley always responded to my emails too. Keep in mind, weekends are extremely busy for wedding vendors. If you need a response very quickly, contact them M-Th for fastest responses. If you reach out on a Friday, be patient and give your wedding vendors until Monday or Tuesday to respond because they are likely making sure other brides have the wedding of their dreams on the weekends. Ashley with Flirt with Dessert was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. She responded quickly to all of my emails and calls, and being an out of town bride, we eventually set up a taste testing at her bakery. We tried multiple flavors, and everything was delicious! Being a pandemic bride, we had to reschedule our wedding from May to July, but Ashley was super easy to work with for all the changes that that entailed. In the end our 3 tiered wedding cake, multiple flavors of cupcakes, and lots of cake pops, all turned out beautiful and everyone loved them!
