We had the absolute BEST experience with Chris and the entire Flipside team at our wedding! From start to finish, everything was perfect — the DJ kept the energy up all night, the band was incredible and so talented, and the photo booth was such a fun hit with all of our guests.

Chris was amazing to work with — professional, organized, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Perfect entertainment for a wedding!

Flipside entertainment was the perfect choice for our wedding day! They kept the party moving, we had people dancing the moment they stepped in from cocktail hour. We booked NY fusion and it was a great choice. The live musicians were spectacular, especially the saxophone player. They really brought the energy and all our guests could feel it. The emcee Paul was great at running the show, and he made sure we took in very special moments. Having them at our wedding truly made it memorable and they gave us a perfect day. We also had them for our ceremony and a photo booth that guests loved. Thank you for the amazing music and memories you helped create!

Everyone was on the dance floor!

I recently got married on July 26, 2024 and Flipside was AMAZING! I dealt with Chris and he was beyond amazing. Paul Anthony MC’ed and DJ’ed my wedding. We also had a live conga player and live saxophonist, all which were AMAZING! The sax player was crazy talented, the conga player was so fun and interactive and Paul had all my guests on the floor all night. I also hired a photo-booth with them and there were so many fun props, my guests had a blast and it was so fun to look through them the next day. People won’t stop commenting on how fun my wedding was and it was all thanks for Flipside! Thank you so much!

Great time

Flipside was great from our initial call through our last dance.
Chris was a pleasure in the planning of our event spending a lot of time our playlist. Our guests were up on the floor from the beginning to the end of our wedding, they were terrific interacting with everyone. We highly recommend Flipside.

Just what we wanted.

Chris was amazing and took care of everything we wanted any more. We ended up changing one of our intro songs about 30 seconds before our party walked into the reception and Chris didn’t even bat an eye. He was extremely professional, courteous and has great music!!

Amazing all around

Book them right now! We booked flipside (NY Fusion) for our wedding and we are so happy we did! Our guests had the BEST time and were on the dance floor the entire night. Everyone was telling us how great the band and music selection was during and after the wedding. The NY Fusion is the perfect combination of live, talented musicians and DJ. The musicians are all so talented and they did such a wonderful job with song selection- they kept the party going and kept the energy up. We seriously couldn’t be any happier with flipside! We hope to attend a wedding with flipside playing in the future so we can enjoy their music again!

Flipside Entertainment ...we are still smiling and dancing!

Deciding on entertainment is such a very important aspect when putting together your wedding day. We could not have been more happy with our decision to work with Chris Aimi from Flipside Entertainment. Chris is a professional who is current in the entertainment field yet comes with years of experience. He was able to put together exactly what we had in mind and at the same time suggest other elements to make our event even more memorable not only for us but also our guests. He worked closely with us and helped us through every minute of the planning.
On the day of the wedding, the sun finally came out about an hour before the ceremony. Things were set up for the indoor venue because of the weather. Chris and his team quickly shifted and moved all the equipment to the outdoor venue so that the ceremony could take place exactly with what we had in mind. His team went above and beyond at that moment.
People called us after the wedding and spoke so highly of the "fusion" between the DJ and the musicians. These musicians were top notch! From the ceremony to the reception, Chris was able to deliver some of the finest in the business. Our guests danced all night!
I highly recommend Chris from Flipside Entertainment. So happy we found him and trusted him with our day!

Amazing DJ Team

We booked Flipside Entertainment with a recommendation from our venue at the View on the Hudson in NY, since Flipside designed the lighting system in the main room and has worked with the venue a lot. We used the signature package with Chris leading the way, as well as the halo Photo Booth with an attendant. He helped us out a lot with recommendations for the ceremony and run of show during the reception. And the pacing of the run of show during the reception went really well.

Chris and his DJ team also did a great job keeping the energy going on the dance floor. It never felt like people had to be coerced to the dance floor during the night. And having the attendant at the halo Photo Booth allowed everyone to take more efficient pictures, since I'm sure it could have confused some guests with operating the Photo Booth without an attendant.

And hopefully this part ends up not being relevant for future weddings, but we booked Flipside Entertainment before the pandemic, and Chris was very flexible when we had to push our wedding due to it. Considering we had so many unknowns leading up to our wedding with the covid guidelines, it was a relief having Chris keeping some stability during the planning process.

BEST WEDDING EVER! We HIGHLY recommend FLIPSIDE entertainment. If you are in need of top-class entertainment for your wedding then look no further. We give Chris and his crew a glowing 5 stars. Like many others, we spent a lot of time and energy analyzing and deliberating over our wedding reception options. One thing we agreed on from the onset was that perhaps the most important detail, the one guests will remember, is if they had fun. Therefore, we put a good amount of research into finding stand-out entertainment. At the suggestion of a friend, we set up an appointment with Chris Aimi of Flipside Entertainment. Within minutes of speaking with Chris we both realized that he was an experienced professional who was at the forefront of his industry. Everything was presented to us in a sleek, well organized, and technologically adept manner. It was clear that he was a master of his craft and knew exactly what he was doing. He listened to our vision and gave us helpful suggestions based on his experience. One concern we mentioned was regarding volume. We have been to weddings where the music overpowered the event and people were unable to converse. This was especially a concern for our older and valued guests who struggle to hear. We were really impressed with Chris’ solution: he uses a device to test the acoustics of the venue and then uses that information to regulate the sound. Chris is also very personable. Our communications together felt less like weighing options with a service professional and more like conversations with a friend who works in the industry. After some debate we selected a NY Fusion package which combines a DJ with live musicians; and we are so glad we did. This is a truly unique ensemble that combines the benefits of having both a DJ and live musicians. For example, we were able to play certain original tracks to maintain their authenticity like, “I can’t help falling in love with you” by Elvis Presley while other sets combined the DJ and live music that gave the overall feel of a full band. The musicians do not play over the DJ but rather various instrumental and/or vocal portions are removed from the tracks by Chris’ team in studio and are substituted with live performers. The sets were phenomenal and the addition of live musicians added the extra pop we were looking for to truly wow our guests. We are so happy that we chose Flipside Entertainment and a NY Fusion package and highly recommend it. Countless guests have told us that our wedding was the best they had ever attended. Everyone commented on how much fun they had and how talented the entertainers were. The dance floor was always full and we had the time of our lives.

The Best!! Highly Recommend!

The NY Fusion rocks (literally and figuratively)! Chris and the band are so talented and provided awesome entertainment from start to finish for an event my family recently threw at the Nyack Seaport. Their song selections were totally spot on for every moment, and they did a wonderful job of playing to the occasion. Everyone had so much fun, and the compliments about the band haven’t stopped pouring in. They truly made the night spectacular, and I wish we could redo it all over again! I highly recommend Flipside to anyone in the market, and I hope to get the chance to hear them play again.

Fun & Festive Atmosphere!

Leading up to the wedding, Chris was responsive and professional before we even signed on as clients. He was available for quick chats and check ins and provided a portal where we could track our song ideas, especially for the formalities.
At the event, he worked very well with the venue staff to coordinate the music during ceremony, meals, everything.
He was flexible throughout the night, as we decided to include breaks for cake cutting, photos, etc and he obliged with great music transitions.
We let him know our guests like to party, and he and DJ Michael Christopher teamed up to host an epic dance celebration!
The music did not leave anyone excluded, and many guests told us it was the most fun they've had at a wedding.

A spectacular performance for our central park boathouse wedding

We hired flipside for our July wedding at the central park boathouse this year (2018). My husband and I have been to more than 20 weddings in New York City in the past two years and they are the best I have ever experienced. And we are not just biased because its our wedding, a lot of our friends, wedding planner , event staff could not stop describing how amazing the band was. They were beyond incredible from start to end. Chris was very responsive and professional and also very patient and calming throughout a hectic and nerve-wrecking process.
The crew was amazing. The vocalist was sooo good and the guys doing the percussions/drums were in the crowd and got everyone on their feet dancing the whole time. My biggest wow moment was the violinist, who played American Boy by Estelle. It was a whole different level of awesomeness. My only regret is not using them for the ceremony/cocktail hour..

10/10 Flipside was AMAZING!!! Our guests who don’t dance, were dancing! They are a fusion band, and were able to play both Spanish and English music for us and meshed the two perfectly! During dinner, they put on a show and had each performer solo! We didn’t even know they were going to do this. It was amazing and kept the party alive! Zero complaints!

We searched high and low for a live music vendor that wouldn't break the bank for our 7/7/18 wedding. We are so happy we found Flipside and NYFusion. Our guest kept coming up to us and telling us how great the band/DJ was all night long. They not only kept the party rocking all night long but were organized and took the time to help plan the entertainment experience we wanted. The day of the wedding all that was left to do was dance! Our wedding was May 12th at Brotherhood winery. Two weeks later and people are still talking about our entertainment. It was without a doubt the best choice we could have made. We did the NY Fusion and it was worth every penny. The band was unbelievably talented and the dance floor was packed. My wedding was a blur but what I did notice was the band looked like they were having fun too- it didn't look like work to them and watching them have a good time made it even more special. Flipside was absolutely amazing. We had our wedding this past weekend at Brotherhood Winery, and we received SO many compliments on how great the music was. Chris and the Flipside team were absolutely amazing!! I was the third couple in our family to use them in three consecutive years and they did not disappoint! Chris is a good friend of ours for many years. Having a major life celebration such as a wedding can be a daunting and stressful ordeal but Chris and his team (Eddy, Ethan, and Matty) made the entertainment portion of the day one to remember. Matty played guitar during our ceremony and cocktail hour and did a phenomenal job of entertaining our family and friends. I would highly recommend to anyone that they use matty. He added another element to the party and we couldn't be happier that Chris recommended we do this.

Ethan, as a singer, and as an MC could have not been more professional, upbeat, and really kept the crowd going.

Eddy, the DJ, played music in both English and Spanish and kept the audience engaged the entire night.

I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome of our special day, and Chris Aimi and Flipside Entertainment had a big part in that.

This is the second time we have used Flipside for a B'nai Mitzvah. Chris and his team do an awesome job. Chris is really helpful with the pre-event decisions about what makes the most sense and working out the timing of the event. On the day of the event, his team is on time and ready to go. Not only are they very professional but a lot of fun and very good natured. We really enjoyed them and they did a great job of keeping everyone entertained. We highly recommend Chris and his team.

Chris and his team are REMARKABLE! Chris' help and expertise in orchestrating the music for our reception was excellent. Chris was able to provide Turkish music for us and his team was able to accommodate some last minute requests. The band effortlessly merged all genres of music. Our guests spent all night on the dance floor with us - which was our ultimate goal! We are STILL receiving compliments on our band (10 months after our wedding)! I want to start off by telling all the newly engaged couples not to stress too much over the venue. Yes, it is an important part of your big day, and I don't want to act like it's not, but when you think about it, the entertainment aspect is far more important. The majority of the people I talk to mention the music and entertainment part of a wedding before anything else when giving a description, because let's face it, if people aren't out on the dance floor it is not a good time!!

My husband and I could not be more happy with our decision to have FlipSide Entertainment do our wedding. We went with them because they came highly recommended in our county and every venue we looked at mentioned their name...and now we know why. My cousin also used them for her wedding in October, and we didn't even realize this until after we already booked them. Our wedding was just two weeks ago and we still have people raving about the entertainment. My parents' friends can't stop talking about the music and how great the band was. It's really a great feeling to have such good feedback about our wedding and having people want to know the names of the people we used for our DJ/band because it was the best they had experienced at a wedding. The dance floor was FULL the entire time, which still makes me smile from ear to ear. Toward the end of the night my husband and I wanted to stop taking pictures outside because the dance floor was where we wanted to be as well.

We really truly recommend using FlipSide Entertainment at your event because you will be nothing short of feeling greatly fulfilled and satisfied with your decision. We only wish our wedding was eight hours instead of five, so that we could have enjoyed it for even longer!! We are forever grateful to Chris and his crew for making our day the best day ever, and a wedding that will be talked about for a long time to come!!!

We had the best DJ/MC at our wedding. Chris is very professional including his staffs. He's very understanding and he will work with you to make sure you're completely happy on your big day. He is not like the other vendors who would pressure you. He wants you to be happy and he will provide you with the best work. Anyone seeking to have everyone on the dance floor, you don't need to waste your time looking around, just pick Flipside entertainment and events and you will be glad you did. My boss from my job told me she wished she could take the DJ home to her house. This is how much they enjoyed themselves. They are the best in town. Book him and you won't be sorry. I'm so glad I did because he did a wonderful job at my wedding. Great job and well done.

Chris was great to work with. They have a great online portal to help you organize the songs you want played OR not played. My guests can't stop talking about how great the music was at our wedding. I had the pleasure of seeing them at 2 weddings prior to mine and knew they would be my wedding entertainment. It was more then i expected in the end and have already passed along their contact info to a couple family members. You can't go wrong picking Flipside!

I hired Flipside Entertainment for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. The process was smooth and easy from the start. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about his business. After our initial discussion, he knew exactly what I needed and created a package that was perfect for the party. We rented a photo station, and added a photographer for a photo shoot before the event, and for taking pictures during the event. The photo station was a total hit! All of our guests enjoyed being photographed and using fun props. In addition, the photographer was personable and humorous. His demeanor made our guests feel welcome, and encouraged them to return to take more pictures as the night progressed. At the end of the evening, my guests informed me that they appreciated walking away with photos in frames as a party favor, rather than having an item they would eventually throw away.
Most importantly, when I received the photos a few days later, I was blown away by the amazing shots the photographer had taken before and during the event. Every special moment was captured by his lens, and every shot was worthy of being framed. Additionally, I received digital copies of every "crazy" photo taken in the photo station, so I was able to forward them to my guests, which they appreciated.
Hiring Flipside Entertainment for my daughter's special night was the best decision I made, and it was absolutely well worth every penny spent. I highly recommend using them for your party needs. I know I will be calling to book them again in the future.

We selected Flipside for our wedding on the recommendation of our caterer. We could not have been more pleased with our decision - Chris was very helpful during the planning phase and threw one hell of a party on the wedding day. There was barely a single moment when the dance floor was not packed. Chris & Flipside did the ceremony music, the DJ, room lighting and was even able to get us a videographer really last-minute, which we are really grateful for. We recently used Flipside Entertainment and the Fusion package at our wedding three weeks ago. Chris and his team were truly amazing from the first day we met him. Flipside gave us a wonderful and unforgettable night. Chris is very helpful and accommodating starting from the preparation until the event itself. If you want your guests to have the time of their lives, hire Flipside! Our wedding included 220 people ranging from ages 20 until 88 and each person was more than pleased with the music. There were very few people sitting down mostly because of the energetic team that Flipside had. From the very beginning, Flipside was attentive to every detail, they were flexible, respectful and truly made our wedding a dream come true. Entertainment was the most important aspect of our ceremony and reception. Flipside was worth every penny. From start to finish, the team worked so hard to create the most perfect evening. We had a saxophone player who was outstanding and a singer Ethan who really got the crowd going with his amazing voice and contagious energy. Chris Aimi was our MC who was fantastic, classy, and organized to please our guests. It is noticeable how experienced and passionate he is. Lastly, Splurge for the photobooth, it is worth the money, our guests had a blast and Flipside even created a guestbook. Our guests are still raving about the entertainment, we can't wait to use Flipside again for our future events.

I am so happy that I selected FUSION for my daughters' wedding reception! Chris at Flipside entertainment took the time to answer all my questions and was there at the reception to provide OUTSTANDING fun! Each musician was so talented and engaging. Even though I paid for one vocalist....ALL of the musicians sang and harmonized together. We had NON STOP music during the reception. This group played a variety of songs that made every guest happy. I saw many of my family members dancing that I have never seen on a dance floor before. I am so happy I went with the entire band. We had Fusion play at our wedding on 7/11/15. It was the PERFECT touch to make our wedding amazing. If you're looking to have classy, elegant and FUN wedding music... FUSION is it!

Our guests were raving about the band all night and people are STILL talking about how wonderful our music was! A lot of younger people think of a "band" and think... It's for an older crowd and older music. If you're thinking that, it's the total opposite! They take current music and make it AMAZING by adding live music to it! The bongos, the sax, and other fun musician instruments come out onto the dance floor and get everyone going! There was even a man who came out and danced with all of us and got all of our guests dancing. Fusion created the perfect mix of music so there was someone for everyone! The singers were fantastic as well.

Fusion made our wedding absolutely phenomenal and if you want the perfect addition to your wedding- CHOOSE FUSION!

Flipside entertainment was the "hit" of our entire wedding. They performed non-stop with such energy; beautiful voices and never stopped smiling at our guests. So many of our guests said it was the best band they ever heard. They loved the sax player, electric violin, bongo drum player. The entire enterouge made the wedding a huge success. Choosing flipside entertainment as out DJ was the best decision we made. Everyone at our wedding had the best time and I was on the dance floor the whole night. I received many phone calls and complimented on how they enjoyed the music and the way the entire crew was involved. They said "I have never seen a crew member playing an instrument come out on the dance floor and get everyone involved" I loved hearing that. Everyone at our wedding had the best time. This is the second time that I have used Flipside and I will use I will definitely use them again in a year from now for my next Bat Mitzvah. Chris was such a pleasure to work with! His prices were very reasonable and he was great about showing us everything that he had to offer in the first meeting with him. He called about a month before the wedding to discuss music choices and he was able to accommodate all of my requests. We had a solo violonist for the ceremony and cocktail hour who was amazing! I requested specific songs that required piano backtracks and he was able to accommodate my request. Chris arranged everything and I did not have to worry! He was such an excellent MC during the wedding and he got all of my guests dancing, including my grandparents! I had several guests tell me that it was the best wedding they had ever been to and part of that is because of the amazing job that Flipside Entertainment did. Everyone had a blast!

Chris, as DJ, was able to provide us with the specific version of "It had to be You" (i.e., 1979, Frank Sinatra), which we requested to be played as our wedding song at the reception; this was particularly important to us, not only because of the sentimental value of the song, but because our dance instructor had choreographed this version for us. He also was able to provide the musician, Sal, who played the electronic wind instrument at our outdoor ceremony, with the music for our Gershwin request, although it was not in the web site master play list; Sal performed beautifully at our ceremony and for the cocktail hour. Chris was able to entertain and inspire our guests to dance throughout the reception, which was no small feat, since our guests were a broad range of ages. We can't tell you how many guests commented

Flipside entertainment helped make our wedding beyond amazing. We were supposed to have a salsa band as well as Flipside but the salsa band cancelled the day of. I called Chris from Flipside and he was able to quickly throw together some live players last minute which everyone loved and live players always take the party to the next level. Chris was also helpful every step of the way and even though it was during the week of Hurricane Sandy and he had no power. Chris still pulled through when others bailed and remained in constant contact, assuring me that my wedding would be a success, which it was! I would highly recommend Flipside and I would use them for any other event that needs a DJ.

Chris & Flipside Entertainment did a FANTASTIC job at our wedding! We chose the "fusion" package, which really was the best of both worlds. The dance floor was packed the entire night, I have never seen anything like it at past weddings I've been to. They kept the party going all night long, there was never a slow moment- except for dinner of course! Throughout the night we constantly heard our guests raving about how great the music & DJ were, and even now, a week later, we are still getting messages and phone calls about how much fun our wedding was, and how great of a job the DJ did. I used flipside's fussion package for me wedding and I can't begin to explain how wounderful it was! The mix between DJ and live band was perfect it truly gave the impression we had this 20 peice band. They got the people up dancing and having a great time all night. Chris was so helpful through out choosing all the many songs and when I gave him free rain it was like he knew me for years and choose the perfect songs! My family has used Flipside for multiple parties and we have NEVER been disappointed. This time around, it was my Sweet 16. I emailed back and forth with Chris to make sure the party was everything I wanted. He made sure he had all the songs I requested (even the very obscure few) and he stayed true to the music I wanted to be played and the types of music I didn't want to be played. Even when I made the silly mistake of forgetting a disc I promised to burn, Chris was VERY nice about it and offered backup solutions (luckily I was able to have my sister bring the disc). Our MC (Ethan) was fantastic as well! He introduced himself to a bunch of my friends and made sure everyone was having a great time for the whole party. He really kept the dance floor alive and kept everybody happy. Both Chris and Ethan made sure that my candle lighting ceremony went perfectly as well. Chris did an amazing job for our daughter's Sweet 16 party. Chris worked with us and our budget to give us memories of a lifetime. Chris was highly responsive to our needs, meeting with us to discuss a number of options, based on his years of experience. Nick,the MC for the event, was just amazing - Joe, the photographer, handled the photo favor booth, and did a great job capturing the event. My suggestion is this is a must have! He created memories for all our guests - not to mention that we got a CD with all the photos as well. The music was perfect for the venue. The guests danced the entire night. By far the best!!!!!! Truely amazing! Everything that Chris offered and promised was legit. Flipside def made our Fairytale wedding a dream come true. From the music to the MC to the musicians on the dance floor.

The era selection of the music was right on point.

Flipside Entertainment was awesome. Chris did a fantastic job of coordinating all the music for our wedding. We chose the Fusion package to add a special feel to our reception and we couldn't have been more happy and surprised at how good they were. In addition to the DJ and technician we had a fabulous vocalist and an out of this world sax player. We also had a Master of Ceremonies and a Percussionist, they did an excellent job. Everyone at our wedding made comments on how good they were. Chris also gave us a lot of suggestions for our evening celebration. We especially liked having the Saxophone during our cocktail hour, he was terrific and he made the hour different and special. Chris made sure everything was setup on time, music was going throughout the evening, it didn't stop for a minute. Everyone was dancing and having a good time. We are very happy with our choice and definitely recommend to all. If you want something different than the normal DJ, go with Chris and the Fusion package! You won't be disappointed.

I cannot say anything but wonderful things about Flipside. They were an absolute delight to work with. I thought at first that the price for the ceremony musicians was expensive but oh my word - it was worth every penny, it was perfect music and every one of my guests said they loved it. The DJ I had for my reception - he really got the party started. He had everyone including my 90 year old grandmother dancing. It was so perfect, I do not have enough words to thank this vendor for their services on our wedding day.

When we first booked Chris at Flipside Entertainment, he thanked me and made a promise that he was going to make us very happy, and he didn't disspapoint...

From the beginning of our wedding reception to the very end, he had our guests up on the dance floor...even the finicky ones who "don't dance!!" I had people come up to me in amazement, asking me who was playing the music, because the song selections were excellent.

I will recommend Flipside Entertainment to anybody and everybody who asks. Chris helped us every step of the way, even up to the last minute, I emailed him a final list of songs literally the night before the wedding, and he told me the day of, that he had recieved it.

If you need a DJ--choose Flipside. I would go with them again in a heartbeat.

Chris and his staff made our wedding!! The music was excellent, and the addition of The Fusion added a special and excellent touch. The dance floor was packed all night long. Flipside Entertainment is awesome!!! I highly would recommend them to anyone.

Chris did a wonderful job at our wedding. The guests were raving about the music. Some of the guests took their card for future events that they may have. Chris listened to all the reguests that we made. He was able to read the crowd. He played a good mix of music. The dance floor was never empty. I would highly recommend them for any party that you may be planning.

We hired Flipside Entertainment's Fusion package. This includes a DJ, Singer, Sax player and drums. The music was unbelievable! I highly recommend this company. A major reason our wedding was so amazing was the music! Just incredible!

Chris is great to work with, very flexible. He knows this business and what he is doing, therefore, he was user friendly and able to help with many decisions( if needed). His band is PHENOMENAL. The band is one of the most talked about parts of our wedding. From his amazing loop band guitarist who performed beautifully for our ceremony and cocktail hour, to the saxophonist who serenaded us while we ate(guests are still raving about this!), to the drummers and singers who partied with us all night ( to the point where even the serving team was on the dance floor dancing with us ), every one was AMAZING and I would gladly recommend them to any one looking for the sound of a band with the flexibility of a DJ.

I had Flipside do the Fusion Package, it was really great my guests had a blast and so many people were dancing. I felt like I was dancing all night. I think Chris and his team did an amazing job with the flow of the event everyone danced and ate and it didn’t seem like a constant up and down. I have had nothing but great feedback from my guests. The set up was very classy, I am very pleased with our choice of Flipside.

Everything I hoped for!

I am sooo happy I went with Flipside Entertainment for my wedding! NY Fusion was amazing! To have both a DJ and a band made my wedding truly memorable! It really was the best of both worlds! The vocalists, Ethan and Dani, were phenomenal and had my guests on their feet the entire night! The dance floor was always packed and my guests are still raving about them! I highly recommend Flipside Entertainment and hope to use them again in the future!

Amazing entertainment!

I first saw Chris and his team at my brother’s wedding in 2012. When it was my turn to plan my wedding, I knew exactly who to go to! We did the fusion package and it did not disappoint! Chris and his team are so fabulous. Our only request was to have everyone dancing the whole night, and that’s exactly what we had! The musicians and vocalists are amazing, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Flipside entertainment!

They really made the wedding and I have so much positive feedback from my friends and family that were there. What they liked the most is that they didn't dilly-dally with songs -they got right to business and kept stuff short and sweet so that everyone could get back to dancing. The one thing that people kept saying that stands out in my mind is after the first-dance the music didn't stay mellow, but got upbeat and got everyone out of their seats and in the right mood.

The only thing I would comment less favorably on is that they give the option to, and I had made an overly extensive playlist that I took a lot of time doing and had hoped to hear a lot of those songs. They played some, but guess I was under the impression that the playlist I made would be the playlist they played. They still did a great job with variety of music, but was just a bit disappointed that I didn't hear more of my song selections.

We could not have been happier with the service provided by Flipside. We had provided them with a music list and then depended on their professionalism and knowledge of how to entertain a crowd to make out wedding a success. There were some electrical and technical glitches at the venue during at the start of our outdoor wedding -- none of which had to do with the music -- but Chris went above and beyond to help us resolve the problems and get on with the show. He even stayed a little over the contracted time to keep the party going. Highly recommended.

We hired Flipside for the NY Fusion Full Experience and it was an excellent decision. We wanted a band but the full experience in NYC can get really pricey, plus I knew we would be playing 40-60 minutes of Greek music so I was wary to pay such a high price. The NY Fusion Full Experience really delivered exactly what we were looking for. It really does feel like a full live band, with a DJ as a base, 2 vocals, sax, violin, percussion, it was such a great feel. The package also includes a sound system for your cocktail hour, so I curated our own playlist for that. We also paid a little extra to add in a guitarist during the reception because we thought a number of our songs would benefit from that. I also felt really comfortable interviewing and ultimately planning on the event with Chris Aimi, who runs the company. He's been doing this for many years so had a lot of feedback on some of my plans and song selections. I was also nervous about how the Greek songs would transition in and out of the English music, but the DJ did a really superb job. I got a lot of compliments from our guests during the reception about the band. During dinner, instead of sitting back and just letting the music play, the guitarist and violinist walk around and play low-key live music. It was a really great choice and I'm happy I found them. FYI--we used Ethan and Natasha on vocals--awesome!

Working with Flipside Entertainment was a terrific experience. The music was perfect. The saxophone player was a huge hit, everyone loved him! They added a lively and fun atmosphere that helped to make the party exciting, everyone had a great time.
