Perfect Venue

Flint Hill was perfect for my daughter's wedding reception this July! In addition to the beautiful venue, the food was delicious, and the flowers were everything we wanted. The team, which included Niki, Melissa, Jessica, Brenda, Cassandra, Lauren, and Jennifer, went to great lengths to ensure a great experience, and they answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We loved everything about Flint Hill and highly recommend this venue!

We love Flint Hill!

Flint Hill was the best decision we made for our wedding! Their team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. If you're looking for a venue that handles almost everything in-house, look no further. The entire planning process was smooth and virtually stress-free thanks to Flint Hill's professionalism and efficiency.

Their Design Studio brought my vision to life - better than I ever imagined. The floral arrangements were stunning and left our guests in awe. The food and drinks were phenomenal — especially the chicken parmesan and the blackened petite ribeye. Truly top-tier catering.

On the big day, we had the incredible Ms. Brenda as our day-of coordinator. She ran our rehearsal and wedding with military precision — in the best way possible! Her presence was calming, and she had everything under control from start to finish.

Jessica, our venue coordinator, was equally amazing
- always responsive, professional, and a true support throughout the process.

I also wanted to mention that while we opted to spend more on food, beverage, design studio, etc., Flint Hill offers a variety of options for many price points. We never felt pressured by the staff to upgrade or spend more money.

Booking Flint Hill was hands down the best investment we made during our wedding planning. If I could do it all over again, l'd choose Flint Hill every time.

Perfect Venue

I had the wedding of my dreams at Flint Hill! It was perfect for me as it was an inclusive venue, so I only needed to get an outside photographer, videographer and DJ. The rest was done in house, making it super easy to handle during planning. I had both the ceremony and reception there, and the flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception flowed so smoothly with redecorating areas to their intended purposes for that part of the night. I had the ceremony outside, and I think one of the main draws to this venue was the fact that they also had a beautiful alternative option if it happened to rain that day. I wasn't willing to risk that happening and then being stuck with an option I was not happy with, so it made it easy knowing I would be okay with both. Jessica Stokes was our planner, and she was extremely communicative and detail-oriented. She made sure all my questions were answered, and that I was happy with everything as I was planning with the design studio and catering. The day of coordinator, Sonia, was absolutely amazing and kept us on track and gave us everything we wished for on our big day; I feel like I didn't have to worry about anything that day. Highly, highly recommend Flint Hill!!!

Magical Wedding

Flint Hill did an incredible job on our daughter’s wedding. It truly was magical and that is due to their staff and the gorgeous location. We so appreciate how hard they worked and how smoothly everything went that evening. They have their system down to a science to make the planning easy for the couple and yet make it unique to their needs. We will cherish those memories for a lifetime. We loved having our wedding here!

We had an amazing experience with everyone at Flint Hill during the entire duration of the planning process. They were so professional, communicative, organized, and always made us feel like our wedding was the biggest priority even though they had hundreds of others to manage. The whole team at A Divine Event was amazing to work with and truly made all of my visions come to life! Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food was, how professional the team was, the breathtaking decor, and how much fun the whole day was!

Her Dream Wedding

Our our daughters wedding was at the Flint Hill venue in June 2023. From day one everyone treated us with professionalism and more importantly excitement about the wedding. Best Venue Ever

Wedding planning is hard, but The Flint Hill did everything in their power to make sure our special day was perfect. From the event planning to design, they made sure that every detail mattered. The flowers were stunning, the food was delicious and the staff was incredible. My only complaint is that the day didn't last longer it was that perfect. For the day I will remember forever, they truly make sure it is uniquely your own and that you can soak up the moment. If you are a bride, please book with The Flint Hill. The all-inclusiveness made everything so much easier for us, and they had all hands on deck so that you could focus on your special moment with your family and friends. This process is supposed to be fun, let them help you make it special.

Amazing! Would do it all over again!

Flint Hill was absolutely incredible and the wedding day could not have been better. I wouldn’t change a thing! The staff is so professional and you can tell they know what they’re doing. They handled every little detail and it was all perfect, from the decor to the florals to the delicious food. It was just amazing. Our day-of coordinator was an absolute pro and as a result, our stress level was incredibly low even on such a big day. I cannot say enough good things about Flint Hill!

Beautiful Venue, Excellent Service

Our daughters wedding was on June 10. We started planning last fall and we couldn’t be any happier with her decision to have the ceremony at Flint Hill. 7/24 Wedding

We're so happy we held our wedding at Flint Hill! Jennifer, Anna and the staff pulled off a great event, making the big day a breeze for us. We got countless compliments from our guests about the venue itself, the food and the decorations. Our guests really took advantage of the space: it was fun seeing conversations happen in corners of the house, people congregating by the outdoor bar and of course a packed dance floor. Through the planning process, there was some change in the staff members we worked with, which was concerning for us -- but when it came time for the event, everything went off without a hitch. Knowing we had some concerns during planning, we could tell Jennifer and Anna went above and beyond to make us confident things would go well. We, and our guests, were all-around very impressed with Flint Hill. Thank you!

I could not have chosen a more perfect venue! The entire team was a pleasure to work with. They handle every single detail ... you literally just show up and magic happens! The whole staff is amazing

From the beginning to end the staff at flint hill helped make our wedding amazing and they seem to genuinely love their jobs. Sarah was amazing, great with helping us get what we wanted for the right price. Katie was there every step of the way to make sure everything went smooth. Lori held it down on the day of ensuring we and all our guests were happy and Melissa/Anna made the venue look beautiful.

Beautiful venue, amazing team!

Flint Hill is such a beautiful place! My only concern when we booked the venue was that there was another wedding in the morning, but when I got there at my assigned time, there was nothing left of the other wedding. You would've never guessed there had been anyone there before us. A perfectly seamless transition. Having most of the big vendors be through the same company (A Divine Event) makes things a lot easier.
Our ceremony was held in the courtyard during golden hour, and it was just the most romantic setting.
Our Flint Hill team was incredible! Katie was super kind and responsive throughout planning, and even thought we had to make many adjustments because of COVID, she did her very best to help us in the planning. Kari was our day-of coordinator, and she was crazy good! Everything ran so smoothly, she was on top of everything!
Now the food... we still have people texting us about the food! Best wedding food ever! The catering team has a very extensive menu and will work with you to create something that fits what you envision. I hope everyone I know will get married here so I can eat their food again!
Our designer with the Design Studio was Melissa, and she will make every single one of your floral dreams come true and stick to your budget! During our first meeting, I was so worried about going over budget and she said "tell me everything you want, and I will make it work". And she really delivered! My orchid bouquet was everything I had hoped for and more!

Flint Hill is the absolute dream venue- rain or shine! I can not ever thank them enough for the experience my husband and I had at this venue. Catering is included, which made it incredibly easy with planning- and the food was DELICIOUS. (Even my family from NY/NJ loved some of the southern cuisine and that means a lot😂) The design team is also included- they were incredibly flexible and extremely talented and my wedding came to life exactly how I imagined it. Even though it poured from the high heavens on our wedding day- our rain plan was put into place- and they handled it so smoothly (without stressing me out which was AMAZING). Best day of my life made possible by this venue!

We got married at Flint Hill 2/15/2020. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. My guests are still raving about how great the food was. Outstanding Venue and Event Teams!

My wife and I highly recommend Magic Moments, Flint Hill, and A Divine Event! We had to change venues 6 months before our wedding date, and Flint Hill was there for us 110% from day one! Their process, staff, vendor teams, support teams, and the venue itself are all outstanding. My wife and I are very thorough, and Flint Hill didn't miss a single detail throughout the planning process and our Wedding Day. We are so grateful for working with Katie during the planning process - she was unbelievably helpful and very responsive. The Divine Event Floral and Design Team went above and beyond as well! Jim was an absolute dream to work with, and he helped us achieve the ambiance, design, florals, and decor of our dream wedding!! He is AMAZING!! The food from A Divine Event was delicious, and many of our guests said that it was literally the best wedding food they had ever had - we agree! The cake was gorgeous, and the yummiest wedding cake I've ever tasted - every single flavor combination we chose was utterly delicious. We also opted for the ice cream bar, and it was so much fun!! Lastly, I want to mention how professional and experienced Brenda and her team are. Brenda made sure that everything went smoothly, and I can't thank her enough for bringing her A-game to our most special day. Our families and friends are still talking about how beautiful, delicious, smooth, and fun our wedding was. Our wedding day is cherished in our hearts and minds forever, and we can't thank Flint Hill and A Divine Event enough!!

Truly Made To Feel Special!!!

Let me start by saying that as a gay couple, it can be challenging finding vendors that are truly welcoming, even in today's times. That was not the case with Flint Hill. From the moment we set foot on the property that very first day, we were welcomed with open arms and made to feel like royalty.

I could easily write a little novel about my experience with Flint Hill, but I won't do that. I just have to say that the associates there are professionals who are going to bend over backwards to make your special day truly magical.

Logan was our initial sales consultant, and she was a pleasure to work with. After signing the contract, we were assigned Katie as our wedding coordinator. Let me tell you that Katie is an absolute gem. There was never a question I could ask that was a bother to her, and she was always eager to assist and help out with genuine kindness and passion. Throughout the course of our planning sessions, every detail was discussed and planned out to create the perfect ceremony and reception.

Lastly, I just want to say that the grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the food provided by their in house caterer A Divine Event was second to none!!!! There were so many options for appetizers and entrees, and we were so pleased with our final decisions. I cannot begin to express how many compliments I have received from my family and friends on how beautiful the ceremony and reception were. I still have people hittong me up telling me how much they enjoyed the food!!! All of the waiters and bar attendants were superb.

Thank you Flint Hill, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our wedding day truly a special day to remember forever.

Fast response and reasonable price WITH parking!!

I can not say enough about Allison and how she saved the day!! My first venue, a midtown restaurant, decided they couldn't do my event after all. Allison stepped in and quickly checked available dates and quoted me the info I needed. This, on top of ample FREE parking made it all the better. If you're looking for a true southern wedding then I would look no farther and contact Allison VanKirk or any of the team. I have no doubt they will ease your stress!

Best day ever!

We loved everything about Flint Hill. If they know anything - they KNOW WEDDINGS. Bethany, our wedding planner, made sure every single detail was discussed and accounted for. She was also responsive when I had a question and was so patient with me when I asked about the most trivial things. She truly enjoyed being part of the process.
The Design Studio worked with me on my budget and my vision and came up with the most beautiful decor. They showed me all kinds of options for my decor and gave me suggestions when I asked for them. Brenda, our day-of coordinator, was nothing short of a God-send. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. She ensured that my husband and our entire bridal party were comfortable and having fun. Anything we asked of her was met with an "Absolutely!" and then BAM - done. Mind you, we didn't need to ask for much, she was ahead of the ball the entire time.
I know they say something will always go wrong - but if something went wrong, I have no idea. I never noticed anything, which tells me they either pulled it off perfectly (likely!), or they problem-solved without me and still kept everything perfect.

Flint Hill is a beautiful venue. There are lots of beautiful venues. But their staff is unmatched, and that's what helped make our day perfect.

After review of 12+ venues in the ATL area, we were happy to select Flint Hill. 140+ of our 180 guests were from out of town and we wanted to choose a venue that had an ATL feel yet wasn’t too different from our roots. Flint Hill was great because it was unique, had a southern antebellum mansion feel, but also with hints of contemporary design and decorations that prevent it from feeling too southern or antiquated. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor/indoor venue ceremony/reception elements, the reasonable price, and the all-in-one package with catering, design, and wedding coordinator. Of all the venues, it was the most logical and reasonable package and way to sell a wedding venue, which we actually appreciated.
Flint Hill was also well located near hotels, and even had a nice Chamblee restaurant area for rehearsal dinners. We did ours at Southbound (also highly-recommended).
All the planning up to the wedding was smooth and organized and we always felt supported with open lines of communication and follow-up. We had a unique wedding day where it torrentially rained without any forecasted expectation. Between working with staff to dry the seats, and checking weather updates, the weather couldn’t make up it’s mind which created delay. Through the chaos I must say Flint Hill coordinators and planners were respectful, helpful, and gave recommendations without being overbearing. You can’t ask for much more in that situation. We ended up going with plan C or D which was to do the dinner first to let the rain subside, so that we could get married outside like we always planned. It made for the perfect night time wedding, all our guests were happy and entertained, we maximized our time, and the staff were always ready with drinks in hand as soon as our drinks got low to help us make up for lost time.
Couldn’t be happier, highly recommend, and recommend trying to book in advance because the weekend slots fill up quick.

Flint Hill was absolutely amazing! I visited various five star venues and was not impressed or satisfied until I saw Flint Hill. It’s a taste of southern charm with history. The landscape is well maintained and the back yard space is breathtakingly beautiful and can be used for various purposes. Flint Hill also provides their own catering services and our food was incredible. Using their catering service and design studio made the planning process super easy. Not to mention having an event planner included on the day of my wedding! Everyone I worked with strove to give us the wedding of our dreams and I could not be happier. They have top shelf liquor options (kettle one, etc) and generally will work with you to ensure you’re satisfied! Highly highly recommended!

We had our wedding at Flint Hill in January. They did an excellent job working with us and the weather. Our ceremony and reception could not have been better! We could not have picked a better place to have our wedding! Flint hill's historic and southern character is so inviting to guests and the staff was great to work with. We had so many people at our wedding tell us how great the venue was and how much they loved the food and cake there. We were so pleased with our whole experience and wouldn't have changed a thing!

So happy to have my reception at Flint Hill in Norcross. My parents were married here 26 years ago and it was so special to have my reception here as well. With our engagement being only 3 months long, we were happy to find a venue that took care of just about everything for us. They made it so simple, and I did not worry about a single thing the night of my reception. Every person we worked with at Flint Hill were incredibly helpful through the entire process.

We love Flint Hill! As an out of state bride, we were looking for a venue that provided a lot of services in house. Flint Hill had EVERYTHING in house. We hired a photographer, videographer, and dj, but everything from catering, to flowers, to the cake, to decor and planning all came from within the well oiled Flint Hill machine. I was worried that because they host so many weddings (and surely have it down to a science) that my wedding might end up being cookie cutter. This could not be father from what we experienced! They took every detail, wish, and whim into consideration, and made all of our wedding dreams come true. They accommodated my travel situation by allowing us to have our design meetings all in one weekend. They kept in contact via phone and email, and I never felt out of the loop in NYC. Katherine was our day of coordinator, and I could not have hoped for someone more qualified and caring to run our wedding day. She paid attention to the entire wedding party's needs, put out any fires before they started, and really did all she could to make our day special! The flowers and decor were stunning, and our cake turned out better than I had pictured! Absolutely dreamy. They are currently renovating the inside of the house, and were almost done by my wedding. There was no sign of construction, or any sort of thing out of place. I love the new layout, and the aesthetic of the house. I really have no complaints, and would highly recommend this venue and their design services to anyone getting married in the Atlanta area! Incredible team, and wonderful experience!

Our wedding was 5/27/17. We had our reception at Flint Hill. Everyone we worked with was awesome. The entire process was so organized and very detailed oriented. The design studio was amazing. They were flexible, honest and had great insight. The flowers and colors were exactly what we asked for and more. The wedding planner was easy to contact and a blessing to work with. The day of team were on schedule and so helpful. Everyone had a great night! The property was is perfect shape and they are constantly doing work and renovations to keep up the property. We had 190 guests and fit comfortably in the venue space.

I grew up in Norcross, so it made sense to get married in my hometown. Surprisingly, I had not heard of Flint Hill until the wedding search, and it was such a beautiful venue it was hard to say no. We toured and the staff was so helpful and informative. We wanted to get married within the year, and Flint Hill had available dates that met our timeline. We had 9 months to plan the wedding, and Flint Hill offered almost every service available for wedding planning. They did the flowers, decorations, catering, lighting, and the cakes. I did not want to do much wedding planning, so Flint Hill was the perfect choice for me. I did not worry much during the planning process, and most of that was due to the easy nature of Flint Hill's planning. Also you can choose how much you want to spend on decorations, flowers, etc. so you get what you pay for. I did not choose too many things, but it still looked beautiful.
On the actual day, everything was beautiful. I loved everything and enjoyed every minute spent at Flint Hill. Everyone said the food was great, and everyone stayed for a long time to enjoy the festivities. I nicknamed my wedding planner "my fairy godmother" because she always seemed to appear right when I needed something, and was so quick at getting water or food or anything I might need. She also blended in so she didn't hover or bother me, only offered help when I needed it which was great. I probably was the least stressed bride in the world that day, and I have Flint Hill to thank for that. They also have hotels right across the street with cars available to transport friends and family who visit from out-of-town. Really, it was a perfect venue for me and my wedding.

We had the wedding of our dreams on 5/15, and a lot of credit goes to the beautiful Flint Hill facilities and the amazing staff. From the beginning, every person of the staff we encountered throughout the process (from sales to design to planning) were easy to work with and made planning our wedding an enjoyable experience.

We wanted to have our wedding at a venue that was scenic enough for pictures, had an intimate backyard feel, and was a location that could comfortably accommodate our guests. Flint Hill offered all of this to us and more! Also, the facilitates were recently renovated, and we couldn’t have been more please with the look and feel of the new pavilion and pergola.

We received so many compliments from our guests, and would highly recommend that any couple looking at venues in the Atlanta area to definitely consider Flint Hill!

My wedding reception at Flint Hill exceeded my expectations in every way. It was an elegant affair and so many of my guests told me it was the best wedding they had ever attended. That is no small feat given that my fiancé and I are both over 50! The planners at Divine Event (the management company for Flint Hill) were fabulous and knew exactly what type of atmosphere and style I had in mind. We chose a vintage glam theme and everything that was part of our celebration fit perfectly with it. The planners were able to make terrific suggestions for decor, flowers, and food choices. Even the vendors were used told me that the staff at Flint Hill are incredibly easy to work with. I can't recommend this venue enough - both my husband and I attend many events through our jobs (me - research scientist and he - musician) and we were both delighted with everything. We are so lucky to have a venue like this available to us here in the northeast Atlanta area.

Flint Hill is a beautiful venue for a wedding. My husband just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at Flint Hill. We wanted a worry free ceremony and reception where everything was taking care of for us. Flint Hill allowed that to happen. On the first day we contracted with Flint Hill timelines were put into place for us to meet. These timelines kept us organized and on track with our wedding plans. Flint Hill's staff is very professional and experience in planning weddings. The offer an array of weddings to choose, different types of food, flowers, cakes, wedding director, and etc. Everything you could possibly need for a stress free wedding can be found at Flint Hill. We thought that what was included in the cost was a bargain.

The commends we've received from our guests is how beautiful the venue is and how good the food was. Also, the staff that took care of us on the day of the event were excellent. They really took very good care of our every need.

We absolutely loved having Flint Hill as our venue. There is nothing we would change about our wedding day, and I love that I can look back at how breathtaking all the details were that made our day perfect. Flint Hill worked with us within our budget range, and the options provided for decor, flowers, food, etc. were exactly what we wanted. They are a one-stop-shop if that's what you're looking for, it made decision making so much easier because we didn't have to search around for different deals and then have to wonder if the quality would be up to our standards, because Flint Hill really cares about providing high quality options to their brides and grooms for their wedding day. I have many friends who have also gotten married here too, and everything has looked amazing.

Our day-of coordinator Mandy was absolutely wonderful, we could not have been placed with a better coordinator than her. She kept the schedule flowing as it should, she was happy and confident in times that could have leaned toward stressful, which helped me stay focused on being happy and care-free on mine and my husband's wedding day.

Flint Hill was the best choice we could have chosen for our wedding celebration.

I fell in love with Flint Hill the minute I walked in. There backyard garden area sold me. I loved how the lights are stringed from the gazebo and I loved how the stone walk was placed in the grass along side the brick pathway. Another thing that I loved was the beautiful ballroom and the complimentary tent that was attached. Everything was so easy from the very beginning I was absolutely never stressed which is a HUGE deal since most brides are so stressed out by the time their wedding date rolls around. My day of wedding planner was great and everything went so smoothly. I love that they do the catering, flowers and cake. They will absolutely make your dream wedding come true.

I had my wedding reception at Flint Hill and it was flawless! This is truly a one-stop shop, which was perfect for us since we planned the wedding in about 3 months. I used their wedding planning services (The Divine Event) for just about everything. They custom made center pieces and my cake and the food...pretty much everything. The staff was super friendly (shout out to Carrie, Sohee, Kelly, and all the folks that made my day amazing). I brought a few personal items to add to the space and the wedding coordinator worked them in beautifully. I didn't have a clear vision for what I wanted my reception to be, but The Design Studio helped me tremendously. I can't remember the man's name that helped me, but what he created was beautiful and I'm glad he had fun with the design. My guests were in awe of the space and had a fabulous time! Great food and the bar drinks were on point! It was great having the bridal room upstairs too. Me and my husband had our meal up there and used the room to change outfits. It was nice having a private bathroom. It was a perfect spring night, so our guests used every inch of the outdoor space. I would recommend this event space a million times over!

My husband and I got married here on September 14. 2014 and we have ZERO complaints. They did everything we wanted and more and were SUPER flexible with us. The morning of our wedding was raining and we had planned to have the ceremony outside. They allowed me to make the decision around 40 minutes before my wedding and were able to build our pretty elaborate ceremony decor in enough time to still have the wedding outside. They catered to our every need. they were worth every penny. Their prices are some of the best i've seen. Our guests LOVED the food. We chose to do the southern style menu and it was amazing. The only thing I would say is that if you are planning on have more than 110 guests as well as having a buffet, this venue may not be big enough for you. We did the buffet and had around 116 and it was a little cramped. We had to break down some table to have enough space for dancing. Other than that though, it was amazing. I would certainly recommend Flint Hill!

I could not have asked for a betting experience than working with Magic Moments at Flint Hill. Carrie worked with us from day 1 by showing us around the venue, and then took us step by step over the next 12 months to our wedding date. She was truly amazing to work with. She was quick to respond to any questions, and was able to give you clear instructions on what needs to happen to get what you want for your wedding. The food was fantastic, and the flowers could not have been any more perfect for the vision I had for the event. The wedding cake was delicious and beautiful! Jennifer was our wedding director for the night of the wedding, and she was extremely attentive to our needs, and made sure that everything went off without a hitch. I loved working with everyone at this facility, and would recommend it to everyone. They went way above and beyond all of my expectations.

I can't enough about the quality of service, quality of food and the event staff at Flint Hill. Everything was amazing!

I was able to do my cake, decor and flowers through them too, which made it so much easier for me being so busy with work and other things going on for the wedding.

I chose Flint Hill because it had all of the elements that I wanted including a beautiful outdoor setting by the gazebo, gorgeous front porch for pictures, and a perfect reception room surrounded by windows. Other wedding venues that I visited had one or two elements that I really liked but Flint Hill had it all so I just fell in love with the place. Once I started working with Katie at Flint Hill, she made all of the planning so easy by setting up 2 appointments with me as well as being very available on email and by phone. I also liked the fact that the Design Studio could do all of our flowers and they could do the cake as well. Both of which were fabulous! Also, probably the best part about Flint Hill is their catering. The food was absolutely amazing! People are still talking about it. All in all, Flint Hill was a fabulous wedding venue and I can't say enough good things about the venue and their staff.

My wedding was this past Saturday (10.18.14) at Flint Hill....and words cannot describe how amazing it was! They were soooo easy to work with from the very beginning! Every question I had, they made sure it was answered quickly. They had told me that we couldn't have guests throw anything when we were leaving for the getaway vehicle; but when I suggested paper planes and offered help cleaning them up, they allowed it to happen!

Some key members of the wedding were missing from the rehearsal, but Kelly made sure that everyone who was there was comfortable with how the next day was going to go. And the day of the wedding even ran through it with the people who weren't there for rehearsal. The entire day was a whirlwind, but Kelly acted as both a bodyguard and a source of advice. I'm obsessed with staying on schedule and she let me know how much time we had left at each different segment of the wedding. She honestly made the day go sooo smoothly.

I also used Flint Hill for food, decor, and cake. The cake was AAAAAMAZING (what little I got to eat of it) and it was exactly what i wanted! Because the venue is already so gorgeous, we only added a few personal touches and felt that nothing else was necessary.

From the beginning we were treated with nothing but kindness and understanding in what we were looking for to make our wedding day memorable. Flint Hill in itself is charismatic inside and out; we hardly felt the need to add any decor to make it any more elegant. The staff members are incredible, very professional, experienced and organized. They waste no time in the planning process and made everything quite easy for us. One of our biggest concerns was the food. My husband has Celiac Disease, but our wedding coordinator encouraged us to speak with a chef who was very knowledgeable about his strict dietary considerations and put our minds at ease. Everything turned out wonderfully! They take excellent care of their clients and exceeded our expectations. Our wedding day was perfect and the timeline constructed went over smoothly. The food was phenomenal and many of our guests commented on how our wedding was the best and most beautiful one they'd ever been to!

Choosing Flint Hill for our wedding site was the best thing we could have done. From the initial meeting to our very last meeting the coordinator was very helpful with explaining details and how they would work with our budget. Even with our small budget we were able to have a magnificent wedding-full of memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Th venue is very beautiful inside and out. The facility is well groomed and maintained for its historical nature.

Flint Hill and Magic Moments were amazing to work with! From the very beginning, they make everything on the bride as easy as possible. Since we had a short engagement 5-6 months, this was a big deal! It is SO nice to have so many different aspects of your wedding taken care of by one company. We had our ceremony and reception here so they took care of the flowers, catering, set-up/break-down, linens and table decorations, and cake. You have a few planning meetings over the course of a few months and they are all so organized that everything flows very smoothly. They never pressure you to choose more expensive options and are always available for and responsive to questions. All the decorations and flowers are absolutely beautiful and all the food was delicious!!! Guests were asking for recipes! 2 things that were major for us: the bridesmaids dresses were a disaster and it rained on our wedding day but Flint Hill made these non-issues. Two days before the wedding, I asked to change the flowers because the bridesmaids dresses came in in the wrong color and even though they were working on 13 other weddings for that weekend and had no time to spare, they met with us to figure out what we wanted and changed the flowers to work with the dresses. When it rained on our wedding day, we had to move the wedding from the courtyard to under the tent which I had really wanted to avoid, but they did everything they could to make it beautiful and everyone loved it. I definitely recommend Flint Hill!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this venue! I decided early on that I wanted to do as little as possible the day of the wedding, and when I found Flint Hill, I knew they could make my day as easy as possible. They provided me with the support I needed before, during, and even after the wedding. It was great to find a wedding planner and director that was included in the price.

The day of the wedding was wonderful. While my guests waited to go from the tent (ceremony) into the house (cocktail hour), the wait staff came outside to make sure they could get appetizers. Looking back at our wedding photos, my husband and I are so glad that we decided to go with Flint Hill as our venue!! We had such a perfect and smooth wedding day! The venue was beautifully decorated and everything that I asked for was exactly the way they had it presented! Another great part about our wedding was the food!! EVERYONE said the food was fantastic and not your average "wedding food"! Finally, every team member at Flint Hill was awesome!! Katie, our planner, kept everything so organized that I never had to worry if I had forgotten anything! Our wedding coordinator, Sohee, was our favorite part about our wedding! She made our day so perfect! We could not have asked for a better coordinator. She made sure we stuck to the time line, did everything I asked for, communicated with the whole bridal party, and always kept a drink in our hands! She was amazing!!! And last but not least, the event staff was great too!! I remember one of my bridesmaids dropped a glass trying to catch my bouquet... The event staff came out of no where, cleaned it up quickly, and disappeared before we knew it! We had the best night and we love our photos!!!

Flint Hill is a wonderful place to get married and celebrate! I'm not the type of woman who began planning her wedding from the day I was born, so I didn't know where to begin. The staff was very nice and professional. They made me feel special through the entire process, even though they have done this a million times. All aspects of the wedding and celebration were handled by them-- from flowers, cake, decorations to superb food!

My husband was deployed for 99% of the planning and the team at Flint Hill helped me out so much with the food/desserts/decorations! I loved that they did everything right there so I had less to worry about! The day I met our wedding coordinator Katherine Box she was AMAZING had everything down,very professional and just a wonderful person! The day of the wedding she was truly a Godsend. Everything went perfect! She made sure I was never thirsty that me and my husband were taken care of that all my guests were happy and she somehow controlled my husband's groomsmen (love those guys but they can be a handful) she was just awesome! I have yet to attend a wedding that has had a wedding director as amazing as she was. The food was delicious I mean five star it was presented beautifully and tasted great. The decorations were simple and yet the place couldn't have looked better it was a fairy tale and Flint Hill made my wedding day a day I could never forget if I tried. Truly amazing! Thanks Flint Hill!

Flint Hill was a great one-stop-shop for my wedding. The amazing wedding planners, decorators, and caterers were a great help for me. Having all of the vendors at the same place helped save both time and money, plus it was a very stress free event. Flint Hill was very accommodating to our special requests, including an ever expanding guest list and handicapped guests & bridal party members. We are very glad that we chose Flint Hill.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Flint Hill. We couldnt have been happier with the venue and the services. We hosted our reception on a Friday evening which saved a lot in cost. The food was excellent and the buffett flowers were gorgeous. We chose to eat privately during the cocktail hour which was the best decision!! Our guests raved about house and the staff. I would recommend this venue to everyone!!

Flint Hill was a fantastic wedding venue! My husband and I had our reception and wedding there in May of this year, and everything was perfect. The wedding coordinator made our day run so smoothly and I never had to think about any of the planning details. The design center was extremely helpful and professional, the food was delicious, the venue was stunning without much extra decore, and my friends and family were very impressed with all the details Flint Hill executed. I wouldn't have changed anything. I would very strongly recommend Flint Hill to any bride!

My husband and I got married at Flint Hill back in March and it could not have been more perfect. The food was perfect, and they were attentive to any and all food allergies. The flowers were gorgeous and matched all of my bridesmaids dresses, which were different colors. And everything went smoothly. I never felt rushed and enjoyed every minute of my wedding. We are still getting compliments from guests about how wonderful everything was. I would definitely recommend Flint Hill or any other Magic Moments facility to anyone looking for a venue.

We could not have imagined a more perfect day and a more perfect place to hold our ceremony and reception! Flint Hill exceeded all of our expectations! They handled everything from the food and decor, to the flowers and the cake! We held our ceremony outside under the gazebo at nighttime and Flint Hill looked nothing less than a fairytale! The lights in the bushes and the lanterns hung behind us really set the mood for the entire night.....Romantic! We really can't thank the Flint Hill team enough for making our night unforgettable!

I never had a moment to worry because through the whole process the staff at flint hill thought of everything! Flint Hill was absolutely beautiful!! I loved that everything was centrally located, and that they could handle so much in house. I was an out of state bride, and worried about coordinating so much from so far away... I had no need to worry. I saw Flint Hill online and really liked. The moment I saw it, I fell in love. The place is so incredibly beautiful, inside and out! People are still commenting that they have never seen such a beautiful wedding and venue. My husband and I are chefs, and we were pleased with our menu as well. There was NOTHING that we didn't love!!

My husband and I could not be more pleased with how our wedding turned out at Flint Hill. Everyone at Flint Hill is amazing and so easy to work with. We decided to get our cake and flowers from Magic Moments and everything was wonderful. We attended Romancing the Bride before we met to decide our menu and that was a huge help and so much fun. Working with the design team could not have been easier they took all the stress I had about flowers and centerpieces completely off of me. I work full time and am in graduate school so it took a huge weight off of me to be able to do everything at one place. The cake just like all of the food was delicious. My guests have raved about the food and how good they all thought it was. The staff the day of the wedding was great and very helpful and attentive. Our wedding was in the fall at 7:30 pm so it was dark but we wanted it outside. At the last minute my Mom had the design team add the twinkle lights to the bushes and it made such a difference! All of my guests said it was the most romantic wedding they had ever been to. It was the perfect setting for us and I would recommend Flint Hill and Magic Moments to any Bride!

I can not recommend Flint Hill highly enough. Every member of the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to give my husband and I a wedding that exceeded our expectations. As a busy professional, I had no intention of being a "DIY" bride, so the original appeal was that Flint Hill provided on-stop shopping- food, beverage, cake, flowers and decor. The prices were so reasonable, we almost questioned the quality of the product, but all fears were put to rest at the first tasting event! Everything looked and tasted delicious, especially at our wedding when every choice we got to make was individualized to us, including our signature cocktail! I think all couples think that theirs is the best wedding ever, but we were beyond delighted at the number of guests, more than I can count, that (sincerely)told us that they thought that this was the best wedding they had ever attended- and believe me, all credit for that goes to the amazing and talented staff at Flint Hill!

Their staff listened to us and executed our ideas even better than we could have imagined. Flint Hill was great! They made my wedding as stress free as possible. The design department was very nice. After my initial meeting with them I came across a picture on the internet of a centerpiece I liked. I emailed it to the designer I had being working with, and she worked with me to recreate a similar design. It turned out looking beautiful! She was also conscious of my budget and tried to come up with ideas that would still be in line with what I had in mind without costing a fortune. The other staff I dealt with were also very professional. The wedding coordinator I had the day of the wedding was great! She ensured everything ran smoothly, and she was never pushy...even when we got a little behind schedule taking pictures. My husband and I didn't have to think about anything, which helped keep the day stress free for us. Anytime we needed to do something (cut cake, etc.), the wedding coordinator was right there directing and helping us. Everything ran so smoothly!
The food was excellent! My husband and I were very impressed with everything we had, and we got compliments from many of our guests, too. It's definitely the best food I've had at a wedding. We had the turkey & ham at the carving station and loved it. I would definitely recommend it. We took everything (guest book, favors, bubbles, etc.) by Flint Hill the week of the wedding, and when we arrived the day of the wedding everything was set up for us. We paid to have an extra bar set up on the back porch. I didn't want the front bar room to get too crowded, and with the second bar it definitely didn't. I felt like this helped the flow of everything, too.
Overall, my husband and I were so pleased with Flint Hill. It's all we could talk about after we left the reception. Magic Moments packed us a "to go" bag at the end of the night with all of the food from the reception. There was also a nice note thanking us for having our event there. It was such a nice surprise, and it really made me feel like they appreciated us having our wedding there. I would definitely recommend Flint Hill!

My husband and I were married 10/11/08 at Flint Hill, under the gazebo, and had a reception to follow in the ballroom. The staff at Flint Hill really do a great job...from the moment I went to the Saturday morning group tour through to the moment we drove off, they definitely took great care of us. In addition to the venue, Flint Hill also provided the in-house catering and all the flowers and bouquets. As for the food, they don't do individual tastings, but they have a couple tasting events a year that are very thorough and give a good feeling for the high quality of the food. I didn't particularly care for their wedding cake, but it wasn't a big deal for me to bring it from an outside source. I was very pleased with their floral design - they were easy to work with and really captured my vision. The wedding day itself went really smoothly thanks to my day of coordinator. Even though I had lots of people running late for the Friday evening rehearsal, she got us all perfectly sorted out. She also did an emergency bustle fix and made sure everything went smoothly. The one thing that was a bummer was that the escort cards weren't put out - I think there was some confusion as to what they were for...so just a heads up to communicate all those little details to the coordinator! All in all, a great place...a bit on the pricey side, but I would say a good value.

From the moment we toured Flint Hill, we knew it was the place that would make our dreams for our wedding day come true! I can't express how perfect our wedding was, thanks to Flint Hill. They handled the cake, catering, flowers, decor, and the ceremony and reception. You meet with a wedding planner leading up to the wedding, and they provide a wedding director for the day of the wedding. It was even more beautiful than I could have imagined, and our guests are still raving about it! The food was really good, and not just good for a wedding. We had a red velvet cake, and not only was it the best wedding cake we've ever had, but the best red velvet cake we've had! The chocolate decadence table is a must! They also include lots of extra little touches, like having the bride and groom eat in privacy, so we could share our first meal as husband and wife, and providing a basket of left-overs so we didn't have to think about food later. The wedding director handled everything, so that we could just enjoy our wedding. We kept waiting for something to go wrong (because every wedding has that one thing), but it was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a stress-free perfect wedding day!

Overall, our wedding day was a "magical" experience!! Everyone at Flint Hill pays attention to detail - small and large. When our guests walked into the house, they were suprised to see the framed pictures and momentos from our personal collection. Once our guests stepped outside and saw the beautifully decorated gazebo, they felt at peace with the soft white lights, brandywine, long tulle, and bright bold flowers. Everyone at Flint Hill was supportive and knowledgeable in their area of expertise. The transition from one person to the next flowed smoothly. They each created a warm and friendly atmosphere, and were always there for us in every step of the process. My husband and I were married at Flint Hill in March of 2009. We had an outdoor wedding with an indoor reception. It was a perfect experience. Everyone that we encountered at the facility was professional, courteous, and accommodating to all that we asked and needed. People are still talking about our wedding! We were impressed with the sales team, the design team, the wedding planner, the caterers, and the staff...everything was immaculate and was so much more than what we could have ever imagined. The wonderful impression that we got during our initial consultation remained consistent throughout the entire time that we planned the wedding. There is not one thing that we would change about our decision to be married at the Flint Hill Mansion... it was worth every penny!

The most amazing venue ever. The staff was wonderful and made sure I got everything I wanted. They were very professional and it showed when the big day came!

I was a little skeptical at first about some the prices, but in the end, it was all worth it. I mean it is the little details that really do bring an entire event together and they had every step of the wedding very though out!

This venue was worth every penny! They were responsible, positive, and super helpful! Everything turned out beautiful, and I would recommend them to anyone!

they were great, even when dealing with my crazy family and the inlaws fighting ,they were very patient lol! Payment arrangments were very flexible and the food was AMAZING!
